Panda Express

For Lunch today we decided to share a meal from Panda Express at terminal B. This is the first time I have had Panda Express. And I totally enjoyed the food and the friendliness of my interaction with the employee there. Mohammad put my food together with is recommendations. And it was spot on, had the orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and I communicated with Mohammad, letting him know that I would also like some dish that is spicy, he suggested Kung pow chicken , we had it with the rice with peas and carrots, I tell you we enjoyed the meal very much. I went back and told Mohammad the food was very tasty and thank you for his recommendation, he immediately stated the food was prepared by Joanna the chef. I thanked Joanna as well. Thank you Panda Express of EWR terminal B for a wonderful and tasty introduction to Panda Express! Please keep up the wonderful work.

This was my very first time trying Panda Express, and it happened at this airport. A friend of mine once told me their customer service experience in New York wasn't great, so I didn’t know what to expect. But the staff member at the counter was incredibly kind — when I mentioned it was my first time, he told me to take my time and choose whatever I liked. That small gesture made a big difference. The portions were generous and definitely worth the price. I’d love to eat here again. I’ve heard Panda Express has opened in Japan too, and I’d like to try it someday, but honestly, I think I’d always want to come back to this very place.

Do not busy the food was trash not sweet , just bland. Only way I got flavor was using the square on the protein I got. Just try something else in the place. The workers were nice.

Had fried rice combo with mushrooms as our final meal in the States before heading back to India! The taste was absolutely delicious, and it's the perfect way to end our time here. Can't wait for more culinary adventures in the future! 🍚😋"

If I could I would give them a zero I was served raw orange chicken in my bowl. To be located at the airport you have to be able to handle volume and quality assurance is a must. Terrible service

The food and the atmosphere were reasonable, but one of the employees was RUDE ONLY TO ASIANS. If you're an asian, consider again buying food from this place.

Not the best food I've ever eaten but I was in the airport so expectations were low. I was happy they had the beyond orange chicken. All of the food was a little dry as if it'd been sitting out a long time. I'd eat there again but keep expectations low!

Firecracker shrimp + angus beef stir fry (premium sides). Pretty damn good for a chinese food chain. Everything was well cooked and so tasty. What a delight. The staff were also great. Fuss free in and out for chinese food!

There wasn't a lot of options for food at the Newark Airport, so I settled for Panda's. I got a bowl of the noodles and orange chicken. They had just brought out a fresh batch of noodles and orange chicken, so those were my selections. Because they were a fresh batch, the quality was better than some of the other Pandas I've visited. I don't know if they ran out of fortune cookies, but I didn't get one. :-(

I got the noodles and honey walnut shrimp here. The shrimp was good. If you want a more filling portion, opt for the rice instead of noodles. Service was friendly. The place appears to be clean. Many options to choose from. This location is located in the food court area of Newark airport terminal B.

The sesame chicken was great. The spicy beef was very good. The chow mein had no flavor but the cabbage was good. Super nice staff. Great customer service. They asked for a donation to St Jude; I gave. Then they gave me 20% off my meal. I'll grab some to go next time I fly out of Newark but get the rice. As far as chain airport food, I approve.

Great food, even better customer service! Krystal was real attentive and made sure my food was fresh, hot and great portions. It is definitely better than other Panda Expresses.
