This was my first time at this location. I went to the drive through. The customer service was good. The food service was quick. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and spring rolls. The food was delicious. The food portion was ok. I received more rice than chicken. I recommend this location.

Very welcoming for those who speak Spanish primarily. Para los que solo hablan español es una lugar buena para ti. Food is good serving size good for a party of 2 to 4 but expect to be laying between 10-40 depending on your party size. For me being a 5'11" 280lbs man a two main entré meal is plenty. I could barely finish the 3 entre I ordered a few days back.

Upon arriving, the restaurant wasn’t very busy. A staff member was mopping, and there were only two people ahead of us in line. While waiting to order, I noticed that some of the female staff appeared to be new. They were working at a slower pace and seemed a bit nervous, which is understandable as part of the learning process. However, what stood out was the behavior of the manager or lead on duty. She was off to the side texting on her phone and later walked over to the kitchen area, engaging the staff in conversation. At one point, just as it was our turn to order, she pulled the employee taking orders aside for a conversation, leaving us waiting without explanation. During this time, the line began to grow. The new staff were clearly overwhelmed and trying their best, but lacked guidance and support. Meanwhile, the manager remained disengaged and unhelpful. As a result, our wait time stretched to over 20 minutes, and we were eventually served cold food. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing—not just for us as customers, but also for the employees who were left to struggle without leadership. It’s discouraging to see staff unsupported and customers inconvenienced due to poor management.

My server was jasmine at 8:49 pm, I just want to say ill never go back to a Panda Express again. Not only do they not have what they advertise on the menu at the drive thru, but absolutely nothing about my meal was fresh or appetizing. My Beijing beef was so dry and burnt and had been sitting there for hours it seemed, the orange chicken was stale. And how do you ever even get stale fried chicken? The rice and even the chow main was cold, and had no absolute flavor at all. The egg rolls I ordered were just terrible nothing but burnt wrap and mush on the inside, what happened to when you could actually taste the chicken and the ingredients and vegetables in the rolls!? And there was about 20 employees in the window which made absolutely no sense as to why the food couldn’t be worthy for anyone or let alone fresh. The employees all look like they hate their job as some employee literally talked on her cellphone at the register. I just don’t know what happened to just kind decent human beings and just decent regular customer service? And to spend 30 dollars on a meal for me and my children and it literally be gross and cold…. Is just down right robbery. Food establishments like this can make ppl sick and should be shut down. I’m just truly disappointed in the lack of decency.

Will avoid this location from now on. Picked up my families meal, they had me verify my order which I understand. They only gave me half of the order. My wife called to verify we still had food there. I drove back, told one of the workers we only received half of the order. She kept saying what order even though I had the receipt in my hand showing her. I said it should be up with the trays of orders. Then she proceeds to help another customer, walks away. Another worker walks up, completely bypasses me and takes the order of a man behind me. Doesn't acknowledge me until the original worker comes back 5 mins later. I repeated what I told the first woman. Only then did the first worker look at the orders and found it right away. Claimed it wasn't there originally. Just said sorry, no offer to make up for the additional wasted time and now cold food. 3 of the items were still wrong, box labeled orange chicken had chow mein. 2 large teriyaki ordered where replaced with medium. Possible this isn't normal there but I will not eat there again.

I went to this location before and wasn't pleased. However, management has improved and so has the staff. Delightful, courteous and customer oriented. I appreciated the experience! Food was hot & delicious and ambiance was clean and refreshing! My Family and I will be back soon!

11/7/24- 1752 hours Server was Isaiah, A My mother and I went through the drive thru at this Panda Express location. Ordered a Panda Bowl and Small Entree on the side. Normally like many other Panda Express's I have gone through and ordered. I usually ask if they still offer military discount like for example the day before. I even had my military ID ready because I get it., Who wants to assist all civilians thinking military just gets hand outs. I pull up to the window to pay, debit card on hand with my military ID and young gentleman with a black sweater and possibly red shirt and curly hair reads me my order and gives me my total. Before handing him my debit card with my military ID on hand, I directly asked him if they are still offering a military discount. Individual responded with no we do not do that here. I proceeded with my next question, "Well what about law enforcement discount?" Response was we do not do that either. At this point I hand him my debit card because who am I to question his authority, even though I got the discount at another location the day before. Individual charges me and comes back with my food. I asked my final question which was "Is it just his location that does not offer a military discount or all panda's?" Individual's response was "We do not do that, and all Panda's shouldn't be doing that." So now after receiving my food and getting charged. I only have one request, please update your discount policy so I can get used to the FU for my military service. Either way, the thank you's are always a back hand either way, because what follows after any complaints are well no one made you join. Not my first time dealing with this situation with this place and I thought the first was a coincidence. Since the new age is FU for anything you do to try to be in the public service, so that's all I ask so I can be good now with the FU Veteran consumer culture. Cause then at least it's in black and white and not FU with a smile.

This restaurant is being ran by kids who don't know how to speak formal I kindly let the employee know we were not ready to order. They didn't say anything. They just stood quiet proceeded to continue and say I'm ready. Nothing is sad for about 10 seconds until. Finally someone says go ahead. And I ordered raccoons twice from this place neither time they're done the photo. I'll upload it the next time I visit.

Don't go to this Panda Express they like to steal phones they got no money they broke. I had my phone with me and then someone stole it suddenly, we went to go outside to look for it and it kept going back inside and out and a employee kept going inside and out. I wouldn't recommend this panda express, definitely recommend another place.

we ordered through the panda app so we could pick up our food. the email that was sent stated to pickup my food at the register. when i tried to go inside the restaurant the door was closed. people were still eating inside. i just needed to pickup a paid order,that i had ordered 40 minutes prior. i called the restaurant & they said i had to go through the drive thru to pickup my order. why was that not stated in the email? i waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to pickup my order. while in line for the drive thru, two customers were able to walk in to pick up their orders, but i wasn't? horrible experience!!! we usually go during the day & i had never had an issue with this location!!!

These people suck I am literally in the drive thru having to wait for a prepaid order because they refuse to let me pick up inside. Idiots close at 10:30 it is 10:05. We are literally hiring just anybody these days Update went to the drive thru as instructed order was STILL not ready. Girl at the register caught an attitude / had to park my car and wai.. the order was to be completed at 10pm it is now 10:24 and I'm still waiting

I haven't been in this location for a while and I don't understand why there are such low reviews on this specific location... maybe I got lucky. I came in during rush hour and they kept up with my order along with the people in front and behind me. I appreciate their service base on the pace of the busy atmosphere. The food was hot and ready and was easily replace with new food once the options were low on portions. That happened to me when I wanted to steam beef broccoli. Overall, I didn't have a problem at all; I enjoy their customer service.

This location was the worst, today was my 3 time going and only because they have a drive thru and didn't want to get off but I paid the price for that They got my order completely wrong for the 3rd time I ordered one thing and they gave me another The portions were really bad they gave me enough noodles to cover the bottom of the plate but that's it. Do they have a happy meal size now (what happened to packing that baby out ) I asked for another drink when I got to the window and the young girl said I have to go back around and get in line again because she was out of time Like what!!

I hate to even do this but this is beyond ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes in a long line to only receive two pieces of broccoli and three pieces of meat. Every time I come to this specific location , there is always a problem. I know there were a lot of people but damn does it hurt to maybe cook more food and be prepared? Get it together please.

I ordered takeout on Uber eats from this place, I got the food and everything was amazing but then I was eating and I heard a big crunch I looked, and there was literally glass in my food. I am also involved with the food industry so I know that stuff can get mixed up in peoples orders, but that was literally disgusting. please pay attention to what you guys put in your food, and please pay attention to what you guys eat.

I went around 11:30pm to get some food after the car wash. I don't think the food is prepped fresh but rather given left overs I ordered a bowl with chow main and black pepper chicken and 3pc cream cheese ragoons . My chow main was hard with no flavor and black pepper chicken was over cooked and burnt. Not to mention my ragoons were stale! With no cream cheese filing if I'm paying for my food I expect it done correctly and fresh.

I was out and about running errands for work, when I got hungry and decided to get some Panda to stuff myself. And this location was literally across the street from where I'm at. Using my assessment tool for rating fast food joints it calculated that this place get TWO stars. Quite accurate. The service was so slow!! It took forever to get my food, a good 12 minutes. And another 6 minutes to pay for it. This place was a little dirty! Most of the empty tables were dirty, so I literally had no where to sit. But I wasn't gonna stand either so I just wiped down a table for myself.. Pitiful workers. The cashier was nice. I got a bowl with rice and Kung Pao Chicken. The rice was dry.. very dry.. even though they just finished making it, it was dry like it was left out for a few days... and the Kung Pao Chicken.. was spicier then hell.. there is nothing in Panda Express ingredients to be able to make it this spicy!! They must have used other none traditional ingredients... or it could be a fluke. Note I'm use to eating spicy stuff, I drink Tabasco sauce to help cool down ghost peppers splashed with Satan's blood. But this Kung Pao kicked hard. And the aftermath in the Loo was hell too. It would of fried half of you all. And for that I give them another star.. bumping them up to THREE! Sorry assessment tool, anyone that can make me sweat and not able to taste my food earns a prize. Overall a typical Panda. Train your people not to make the food so spicy that one cannot enjoy it.

I let the get wrap manager know about his employee and he responded with "okay" with an annoyed look on his face . customer service is not the best here ! also waited 20 mins to be let in after opening time . same employee said it was a "problem with the kitchen " but there was food on the table . Never have I ever been so disrespected. The audacity of this Panda Express employee is tremendous. As I ate my undercooked broccoli beef I began to wonder where the beef was to my broccoli. Sure enough as I approached the bottom of the foam plate there was one pathetic piece of beef; one singular small not even average sized piece of beef to go along with my raw piece of broccoli. As the side of sadness to go with my meal sank in I found among the orange chicken more rice buried underneath. I love eating panda but today panda employee have really outdid themselves. Frankly I was robbed. It's all good. You live, you learn, you change. Goodnight world, stop going down the gutter please. Ps it wasn't even busy.

My family loves Panda Express but I have not been back for over a month. Every order I get from them is incorrect and/or missing food. This happens at the drive through and delivery. Even when you go in, you have to watch them and correct them when making your order. Their food is expensive when you don't get all of your order. You order honey walnut shrimp and pay extra for it and get home and find out you only have 4 or 5 shrimp. That's not right.

Terrible quality, ordered from Uber eats twice (yes it was my fault for giving a second chance) I just can't believe the bad quality. Beef brócoli all brócoli, Kung pow I don't think I got, all the chicken looked god awful. Ordered 2 large plates and the amount could not have filled one of them. Very disappointing, but judging by the other reviews now, i should have checked those first :(

Went to pick up 2 Ubereats order and waited so long that I cancelled them and left...meanwhile several other online pickup orders were addressed (4 to be exact)..made and they came and went. I would hate to say it was the color of my skin..but the proof is just sometimes in the pudding. As I stood watching, not a glove was changed, they touched money, food, handles, food containers, cups etc all with the same gloves...may as well not wear them. Overall, pick a different location, uncleanliness and rude, I won't wait for a 3rd strike.

Ashley at the drive through was rude and talking bad about the customer. Aaron the "manager" who wasn't managing nothing sided with her. I've never experienced such rude manor and it not be taken care of properly. I would never advise anyone to go there not unless you want to experience someone being rude and not caring. I wouldn't even give it a star.

Terrible I ordered a bowl with lo Mein and walnut shrimp. When I got home and took one bit I found a long hair all mixed in with my Lo Mein. It grossed me out so much I vomited all over. Part of the hair was down my throats and hanging out . I threw the whole thing out immediately. I will never eat at Panda Express again! And I'll be telling all my friends and family not to go either. A few days later. Now someone from Panda is asking me to DM him my phone number. What is DM? Because the yelp app doesn't let me send this person a message

I had an internet coupon that was only good on Friday for a serving of one of their new menu items. What better opportunity to review a newly opened location. This is one of their newer stand alone buildings. Inside it was arranged differently than an end cap which gave a more open view of the kitchen as you wait. And boy did I wait, the person 2 people in front of me got the last of the orange chicken. The new layout gives the orange chicken double billing as opposed to being equal in chafing dish size in the older arrangement. The big woks really are not used for much of the cooking until the end. I watched them start several items, including orange chicken, and they are poured from a big plastic bag of frozen whatever into a pan on a scale. Them many of them go into the deep fryer. When they are done then they go into the wok and the sauce is added, quickly tossed then put in the chafing dish. I was surprised to see that as I cook the same way when doing a stir fry, even though I often cook each item in my wok they each will get set aside until all are done and I drain off the oil and put everything in and add the sauce just letting it cook long enough at that point to get hot. The new item, sweet fire chicken, was ok. In general Panda is ok food that is consistent from store to store. And inexpensive. I think I like some of small strip mall places we have here just as well if not better. This being a brand new location everything was spotless. It would have been nice if my coupon covered more than $1 of my meal.

This restaurant is the one closest to me, so after work we decided to drop by and get some dinner for the family. We checked online to see their closing hours and we have fifty minutes until they closed. When we arrived they still have thirty minutes left to close and people still inside eating. As soon as we opened the door and were about to approach the food the workers began angrily yelling at us that they were closing and to go through the drive-thru instead, not the main entrance. We were already there so we went through the drive-thru and they ended up not getting our order correct and they were out of nearly everything and wouldn't make more. I have ate there before and they were quite nice, the customer service was excellent, and they had been pretty fast. I really don't understand why this past experience was so horrible, but I don't think I'll be visiting any time soon.

The food and service quality in here is variable, on a good day the food is hot and the service fast, on a bad day the rice is cold and the wait is long... Standard pseudo Chinese fare, no surprises although the teriyaki chicken is consistently good; as is the Angus steak offering WHEN they have it. So blah - ok place to scratch an itch if you want 'sorta Chinese'.

I go to this location often especially since they have a drive-through for today they were highly disappointing. The wait was long Which happens from time to time at this particular location. I ordered chicken teriyaki and they told me I had to wait 6 to 10 minutes for it to be ready. I parked on the side and waited. I received my order briefly glanced into the bag and left. After going through traffic and getting home, I discovered that the chicken teriyaki that I spent all that time waiting for wasn't even in the container

So... fool me once, shame on you...fool me 7 times shame on me. Panda Express, my love for you is almost unwavering. Except for when I come to this location. Not once, not twice, but last night was the seventh time I've come to order my fave white rice and you tell me you don't have any!!! How can you be a Chinese restaurant and not have white rice?! This is a central ingredient to this food genre. I mean it's almost as bad as saying "oh we're out of orange chicken" I mean whether you realize it or not, rice is central to Asian food! It is a necessity, you can not simply run an Chinese restaurant and just be "out" of something that completes a meal. I have never felt like I needed to write a review until now. Something need to change at this restaurant because you have failed to care about your customers when you do not provide them with the means to buy what your menu offers. Not everyone wants fried rice or chow mein. Some people, like me, want white rice! Can we please have white rice all the time? This is definitely not an option as the rest of your menu is not an option. I somehow loyally go to panda as there no other option for your delicious orange chicken. But if you can't provide my whole meal to me, I may have to stop going to panda altogether. That would be sad.

This is by far the worst panda that I have been to. I came here on my lunch, they said it would take five minutes and it ended being longer. I had to ask if it was ready or else it would've been longer. I had to clean my own table and the floor around me is nasty and dirty. Crumbs and gums in the floor. This is a dirty place, window and lights fixtures super dirty. When i got my food the rice was burnt, Beijing beef was burnt and it tasted like beef jerky. I won't not be coming back to this place again, I'll drive to another one.

I am about to do what I NEVER thought I would do: leave a positive review of Panda Express. Asian food has become waaaay too sweet for my taste and 10 years ago when I had the Orange Chicken, I thought, Good Lord, this isn't just sweet, isn't just too sweet, it was desert-sweet. And I've never been back. Until a few nights ago. I read a long post by a Panda Express chef and I found him to be interesting and compelling Now, it's not great Asian food, but, hungry as hell, only thing open, I ordered the Pepper Chicken and Kung Pao with rice and it was not bad, pretty good, in fact. Rice was fine, I tasted the Chow Mein and it was either undercooked, not cooked, properly, or a bad recipe. Horrible chow mein. Ugh. Here's the problem: lots of the dishes are cooked fresh and that can mean a 20 minute wait in the drive-thru. I mean it, too: not 10 minutes that feels like 20; a 20 minute wait. Also, too many chefs? Online, they offer a sliced Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, and it looks great in the photo, unadulterated. It says online, "not available in all locations", so I called a nearby location around 2pm. Schlub says, "no, we don't serve that here". When I called back later with another question I happened to ask - again - do you serve Grilled Teriyaki Chicken? "Sure", said the new guy. So, one guy, on the crew, doesn't know a main entree is on the menu. That's some training! My point is, after that first Orange Chicken, I thought I'd never go back, much less give any kind of positive review, 2 stars here-and-now is a real PLUS. Yelp says, "two stars: Meh. I've experienced better" which is really pretty accurate. But that Panda Express is even in the conversation means they've made HUGE strides!

It's no surprise to come in here and see this low rating. Waited in the drive through for at least 15-20 minutes. When I got to the front to order the machine was pitch black and when I spoke into the speaker nobody responded. I assumed it was broken so I went up to the window and the girl Joanna I believe was her name was absolutely nasty with attitude. I can't say I'm not surprised they hire individuals like this in Maryvale. No wonder this place will never get better because of individuals like her. When I explained that the speaker wasn't working she had the audacity to tell me that she told me to wait, which clearly she didn't. Not only that but she wanted me to get back in line and wait all over again because she clearly wasn't paying attention to the line and taking the orders properly. When she began to be rude I asked for the manager and she closed the window on me. Someone else came to the window and took my order, not the manager but I figured I might as well give them my order. Maybe it's time to hire better individuals, people need to learn costumer service. Not only did I wait in line 20 minutes add another 30 waiting in the parking lot for my food. Absolute trash. People should stop coming here and giving them business. Go to MayGarden on 59th ave and Indian School.

its Crazy how a restaurant will tell you I don't have forks. This time it was no forks. Last time I came no napkins. that is unacceptable! they need better management for sure
