One of the tastiest Asian fare fast food places you can go and get a satisfying and affordable meal. The servers don't chintz on the serving sizes, either. Clean restaurant and restrooms here. The staff was Fri and courteous.

Food was amazing. The fire roasted steak and good shrimp for $1.50 upcharge was special and honey sesame chicken. We got the "you pick two" and shared . Was clean and organized even though it was the dinner rush. For $12 you can't can't beat it. 071825... Update: still good. 3 meat entree for under 12 bucks. Feeds 2.

ORANGE CHICKEN!!! On a more serious note though, food was decent. Enjoyed the orange chicken and mauled the rest of my meal. I guess my only gripe is the beef strips. Don't get me wrong, it was really good. However, there's just something about it that puts it at a lower level compared to homemade food. Sorry Panda, but I'm giving the point to my parents lol.

Awesome employees! Very knowledgeable about different portions and options. Great for meat eaters and non meat eaters alike. Loved my super greens, chow mean, and the orange beyond chicken. And my friend loved his classic orange chicken as well.

Stopped in on a week night and was pleasantly surprised how friendly and fast the staff were while preparing food. This location is very clean (see photos) and had a great atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend.

Have been coming here 3 or 4 times a month for a year but last night at 8:45pm this is what it was. Since I always order chicken and green beans (there was 3 piece s of chicken in dish, I choose to order steak with a $1.25 upcharge no problem but when it got to ordering kids meal floor manager said I could not do so. I explained we always order that way, he replied staff has been fired for that. NOT MY PROBLEM AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I am paying for the food please give me what I ask for. Love the chicken egg rolls but couldn't have because the 2 that were there were dried out and looked like they been there six hours. As a loyal customer if it happens again I will try a new location (Tradition) if Panda is going to tell the customer they can not have what they're paying for- I choose another restaurant SIMPLE! As far as staff- the girl who took my order (of 2) did the first 1 then made another employee come grab the box chatted while I'm waiting took the guys order behind me checked him out before me. Sorry just lazy and bad training. Mangers need to up expectations and if you dont want to work- hire me. Work is work.

First time to this panda which doesn’t have a drive thru btw, and the food was not the best I feel like it lacked quality compared to other pandas I’ve been to. Food is not consistent so I would not come back to this location

Ordered Food Through DoorDash but they gave me burnt chicken teriyaki, completely inedible, as they probably think that they wouldnt care about service.

If you are in the mood for fresh Chinese Panda Express is always very consistent! The famous orange chicken is one of the best I've ever had and is my go to! The parking lot is indeed very hectic and parking can sometimes be a pain but that's not the restaurants fault but worth mentioning for new visitors

Came in here on Christmas eve (i know hate to be that person) but the service was incredible. I ordered double orange chicken and definitely got more than double! The rice was delicious and the chicken was perfectly crispy.

Oh how I wish a Panda Express would open in my area! Whenever I find one during my travels I eat there. This was no exception. I ordered takeout. I was about to get McDonald's which I'd don't want but was relieved this was open late night! I got my favorite: chow mein and orange chicken. Everything was so delicious! Staff was friendly. I went to get my favorite food in the world but when i showed up at 10:15pm knowing that they close at 11pm because it says it on the door and website, They said "can i help you" then i proceeded to say my order and they immediately cut me off saying "we are closed" ... From here on out ill take my business elsewhere.

Good food for fast chinese food. Orange chicken always a good staple and the spicy bourbon chicken is worth the try along with the apple spring roll.

Horrible service. we walked in at 9:56, (they close at 10:30), tookna few for someone to come address us cause they were cleaning and shutting everything down. I asked for a bigger plate and had 2 other people with me to feed. The guy seemed like I ruined his week for coming in, said "this is all the food we have and not making more" mumbling it 3 times cause he seemed high. there was enough for maybe 1.5 orders. When I mentioned I thought you close at 10:30 they said we stop cooking after 10. Keep in mind I walked in before 10 and 2 other cars pulled in as I walked out. Make the drive and go a few more miles to tradition.

It's busy here online order is ready quickly but the portions tend to run kinda small

The delivery was horrible cause I ordered sweet tea for my son and they gave me an expired sweet tea

Panda Express isn't authentic Chinese food, but that's not necessary to be a delicious, Asian-inspired fast food restaurant. Panda offers very reasonably priced meals, from $6-$9, which can include meats, veggies, and a side of rice or noodles. You can be surprisingly health if you try - get steamed veggies as your side dish and stick to the healthy entrees on the left, all which are around 200 calories: green been chicken, beef and broccoli, mushroom chicken, and kung Pao chicken. I always splurge on the honey walnut shrimp :) Service at this location was fast and friendly, and the location was clean and convenient.

Out of a the beyond chicken with no signs indicating this. Wasted 30 minutes waiting for nothing. Pathetic.

Placed a order through grub hub. The restaurant failed to call me to tell me the items I ordered they are no longer making tonight to figure out a replacement when I placed the order. They waited until the driver gets there 30-40 minutes later to tell them so they can call me. Why would you do that? Instead of calling in the first place? Horrible customer service. Then they tell me the replacement selection I say broccoli and beef and they say they aren't making anymore broccoli... then why would u tell me that in the selection of replacements??? What are they thinking?? Never ordering from them again and the stuff they had no issue with wasn't even ready the driver still had to wait for an over an hour later the order still wasn't ready. All I can say is WOW

My family and I have been in like for 30 minutes. There is 24 customers in the store and these kids aren't even acknowledging that they have a line wrapped around the entire dining room. The people at the front have been waiting 20 minutes for chicken to get cooked. Meanwhile these kids, stoned off their asses and moving at the speed of molasses in the snow are joking around and fist bumping each other. 3 people have left. These kids serve 3 people then have to take a break and talk before they can handle anything else. Absolutely awful customer service. Don't even take the time to say hey we're cooking this particular item anybody else want something different? Nothing. There was absolutely no express in this panda.

This location has permanently lost my business. It is clearly poorly managed. Every time I have placed an order online or walked in, there is an issue. The staff are not rude but there is no sense of urgency. The orange chicken was barely tossed in the sauce giving it a bland taste. As far as online orders, you might as well not even bother because your meal will not be ready when you arrive. Lastly, why would they discontinue their plum sauce? That's what 1 staff told me when I asked for some packets, not sure if I was lied to about that. You're best bet is to take your business elsewhere.

Service was quick and the employees were helpful. Purchased meals for the whole family and was in an out of there in less than 15 minutes. It was an hour or so before closing and all food options were available with more on the way. I was kind of sad that they didn't give samples anymore, but that's neither here nor there as I've honestly never not liked anything I've gotten from here to eat before.

Food is always good but the struggle with opening on time and having food prepared. Today, for example, they did not open the doors until 12:10 (12 opening time) and were still preparing the food so no service until 12:20. Very poor from a customer service standpoint. Several customers left and went to the Chipotle next door.

I was in a half hour before closing so I didn't expect many options or for it to be fresh. They had what I wanted. I ordered chow mein and orange chicken. the chicken was delicious, the chow mein was nothing but cabbage and celery. Barely any noodles at all. Disgusting.

They lack in customer service and consistency. They close the store whenever they feel like it and don't care to keep back ups of their foods. So they just tell you they don't have it, or they don't want to make it.

Average Panda Express experience. If you've been to others, you know what to expect. Walk up to the counter, select your items then pay. When I go, I try to find something that they are out of. This way you get a fresh batch. This time was the Teriyaki Chicken. Normally this is pretty good. But this time it came off the grill undercooked. A quick comment to the staff and they were off cooking a new batch this time to the proper temperature. Typical Panda Express experience. Decent quick meal for a good price.

The good! Food looked and smelled good. The staff was excellent and responsive, they always are. The orange chicken was okay. It was the family deal so 5 quarts for $20. 3 entrees and 2 sides The bad. The pepper chicken, chowmein, fried rice (cold), and kung pao chicken. Been to this location a number of times and the food never was like this. Hopefully the next time it will be a lot better.

The employees DONT strive to make an eating experience good at all. We stood in line 14 minutes with only 4 customers in front of us then told they were cooking the terriakki chicken we wanted. They told us about 7 more minute wait. Anyone can fix it at home under 21 minutes easily. 10 tables and all of the floor was nasty! Out of 7 employee not one cleaned the dining area while we ate our so called lunch food. The girl who took our order told another gentleman after 25 minutes , " Sorry I forgot about you." Poor management! How does Amy restaurant run out of food?! Can't sell it if you don't have it or cook it?! Will never spend a dime in any of the Panda Express places again! Horrendous!

For such a busy place the employees at the Panda Express on St Lucie West strive to make your experience positive. They are always making sure they have enough of each item on the menu. When they are super busy & need to make an item they assure you it will only take a few minutes (they deliver on that promise). Staff is EXCELLENT!!!!!! They are friendly and make your experience a positive one. Thank you to all the employees for above and beyond, Excellent customer service!!!! Highly recommended

Service was slow and rude. Food was cold and bland. Asked for unsweet tea and all they had was some passion fruit unsweet. Very poor experience.

920 pm Thursday closes 10pm. Walked in employees sitting at table enjoying conversations with there self. Very little food no vegetables was told kitchen closed. 40 minutes before closing seems they should close at 930. Very disappointed with this Panda Express have had other issues with 1/2 wait for food at 430pm.This place needs some help.

Why do I even bother on placing an order if I have to wait 10-20 mins to get my food anyways. This didn't happen just ones but it happens litterly every single time I come here. They should even offer that service if they can't keep up with it. It's fkn bs that I have to wait for something that was supposed to be done 10 mins ago. I live around a schedule n this people are seriously fkn up my duties.

Horrible customer service. They completely ignore people asking about their orders and the wait times are horrendous. I highly recommend going to the Tradition Panda Express instead, it's worth the drive.

Today I went in to Panda Express to order myself some food I have had nothing but problems with this place they don't seem to understand I had weight loss surgery and I cannot eat a full portion of food and I ordered from the children's menu and they tried to deny me my food I had to show them my medical condition card I believe this place is very unprofessional their staff is horrible they need more people skills and training

This is a terribly run and operated place. Always closed during their "working hours", extremely long wait even if there are only 6 people in line, service is hit or miss. The food is good and no issues there but the process of getting the food is terrible. You can tell the owner doesn't check in with the place itself to know all of the troubles going on. Not sure how they're still open.

Johanna B and Rose make my Panda Express such a pleasant experience that I only come to this panda even though there is one 3 minutes down the road from me , their service and and friendly personality makes the 15 minute drive worth it it!!!! Thanks Guys!

I normally enjoy Panda Express restaurants that I visit, but this one is the worst I've ever visited. Even with only one other customer, it took over ten minutes for my order to be taken. The food itself was overdone and the meat was tough. The broccolli stems they used were fibrous and woody in texture. The chow mein noodles tasted like they were cooked in a vessel that had previously cooked seafood. In general, the food was even missing the flavorings and spices which make it "Chinese food". Never again.

The food was fresh, hot and was full of flavor. We were greeted right away and the woman was cheerful, she greeted us with a friendly smile and seemed eager to help us. I asked about how long it would be for one item to be replenished it would have only been 5 minutes but I decided not to wait, choosing instead the orange chicken, which was a great choice. We were in and out in about 10 minutes. Was only my 2nd time going to this panda express, I have never been to any Panda Express prior so I had to decide on which of the great looking entrees I wanted for dinner. Will be back!

I give it three stars for fast food Chinese style it's not bad the food is not extremely flavorful it is filling though I had the chicken and it came with rice and I had a side of vegetables which would probably the best part of the meal

I put Panda Express at 3 Stars. I usually like their food but today I got the Angus Beef which they would automatically say its $1.25 more and as always I would say yes. Then I think they have this new shrimp in the menu, so I wanted to try it and the girl says it's another $1.25 more! I mean its not like they are asking a lot but man, I should have just gone to a chinese buffet where I can Eat all I can and not be charged for $1.25 more haha....

I ordered ahead for fast pickup, I was 10 mins late and not only was the pickup not ready, but had to sit and wait while they started cooking!

Panda Express is my favorite restaurant place for Chinese food. Why should you go their? Because it has the best honey chicken ever and noodles. What's even better is those white fries. I don't know what they are called but they are delicious. First food you need to get is the fortune cookie. That's my review! I hope you enjoy and go to Panda Express!

Average for Panda Express I guess. Food being what it is, the biggest issue was the help. The girl behind the counter was rude and obnoxious. Manager stood by and did not say anything. Training in customer relations and simple common courtesy are obviously lacking at this location. Plenty of other places to eat. Recommend staying away from this location.

Chicken breast was a bonus but this food is not prepared to order it is premade and is really lacking in taste and quality. Cream cheese wontons were all dried out and veggie spring rolls were bland . No sauce of any kind was provided.

First time trying it at st. Lucie West location. I've been to different locations and it's better than this place.

The food was good... average. The mixed vegetable side and potstickers were the best things we ordered. The rangoons were dried out, the spring rolls lifeless and bland. And if you are so lucky to go while Niyah is behind the counter, be thankful that her poor attitude comes at no extra charge. She is certainly not cut out for the hospitality industry. Next time, we'll go to the new one in Tradition, which strangely has different menu items... and hopefully no Niyah-like employee.

Food is good but it seems that every time I come they are out of food and have you wait while they make it. Need to get better at keeping food in the trays...totally kills the format of this business.

Very disappointed with the service. Had to wait for food. Ended up just getting something else because I had waited almost 20 minutes. Not very organized!

Very short wait when we came in, the girl at the front line was very careful with each order making sure it was correct. Also, she did not let impatient people push ahead. All in all, she created a satisfying experience for placing and receiving the order. Everything we ordered was ready and available, and the Orange Chicken with rice and the Shanghai Steak with Chow Mein were hot and very well prepared.

My wife and were looking for a place for lunch and decided to try it out. We were both presently surprised. Great portions and the food was very good....better than expected. They offered to let us try several different dishes before we ordered. I know this is a chain and will try others in the future.

You have to go like right when they cook the food to get good portions. It's pretty good for fast food. It doesn't really compare to real chinese food but anyway they're alright. Service is usually good. The orange chicken and sweet fire chicken are the best

I have lunch at this Panda Express about once a month, always around 11:00am. Every time (and I mean EVERY TIME) I go, several of the food items are not ready. I prefer to have healthier choices when eating out, so I prefer the steamed brown rice. It's never ready! I will then try to compromise with the white rice; again, it's never ready! Today I attempted to order the steamed brown rice -- not ready and wouldn't be ready for an hour!!! I asked for white rice; big surprise, not ready. I reluctantly decided to settle for the fried rice and asked for the honey walnut shrimp. Guess what?? The shrimp wasn't ready!!! How is it that a restaurant can be open for 30 minutes and not have all items on the menu prepared and ready to serve?! I could excuse this if it happened once or twice, but this has happened at least the last 8-10 times I have gone. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one. At this point I was so angry I left. Bye-bye, Panda Express, I'm done.

Terrible service stood in line for 20 mins, and they couldn't figure out their communication from front line and back leading to not having food out and fresh. When I got my food it was cold and the Rangoon's were old.

Since I can't have spicy foods, I eat the honey walnut shrimp which is very very good! The orange chicken is excellent, as well as the bejing beef. . just too spicey for my acid reflux! The only dish I don't like is the teriyaki chicken due to the texture of the chicken. It is like it is filled with water or something. But service is great, they all hustle and get the job done. I am impressed with the attitude and the dedication of the team.

Food is great!! But the Portion is really small. The only reason i still go there is cause that's the nearest one to me.

I got good service and the man that served me was great in help me to decide on what to get and let me get a taste to see if I would like it and was very nice and patience which is something you don't see now a days.
