Panda Express

I love this Panda Express located inside of Sam's Town! It always has good food and good servings, for a great price! The employees are super nice and make sure to get food out for customers asap!! Highly reccomend!

Rice was some how crunchy and soggy was only 2 small pieces of beef but 6 large broccoli with my broccoli and beef used to be a good location guess im going with Robertos from now on.

I visited Panda Express today, and even though they were extremely busy, the team was absolutely amazing. A lot of Panda locations were closed today, so it was understandably packed, but that is not the store’s fault at all. Despite the rush, the staff stayed professional, kind, and focused. I even saw a customer yelling at the workers because of how busy it was, and honestly, the employees handled it with so much patience and grace. They never slowed down, never lost their composure, and continued giving every customer their full attention. They kept pushing, doing their best, and making sure orders were taken care of properly. That level of teamwork and dedication really stood out. You can tell they care about their customers, even under pressure. Huge respect to this crew. Busy or not, they delivered excellent service. 10/10, highly recommend! 👏🥡

Lunch was good really enjoyed our meal and free. Refill was great.

The food was good. It was hot and they had a very good selection of food. Friendly service. This Panda Express is inside Sam’s Town Casino @ the food court area.

For a few months service was on-time and accurate. Sadly, back to food not ready ontome Often not even started at proper time. Often incorrect

Over 30 minutes waiting in line because the staff was more focused on online orders than the customers right there in front of them.

Service is exceptional! I accidentally placed an online order at this location and it was over 30 minutes from where i am. I called and spoke to Mikayla, who was very helpful and cancelled my order for me. Very appreciative of the kind staff :)

The service is quick and awesomer. They didn't have any crunchy noodles which made me sad. So I ordered the cream cheese ragoons 3 for $2 is on the high side of the average. The exuberant service, smiling, offering samples and quick answers to all the questions. One if the workers was stocking the drinks from the back, as soon as someone stepped in line behind us, she stopped. When I ordered the ragoons - that are made fresh each order - they switched places to complete the orders as they were queued. Well played!

The customer is never right. unfortunately. getting ripped off is more the thing these days. going in for 2 simple inexpensive sides stuns into an almost $14 bill. that's more that 3 entrees and sides. If I was incorrect they should have corrected me. it's their job. it's what they are getting paid for aren't they. I specifically asked for 2 medium sides. I end up with a $14 bill and two tiny boxes. when I called corporate, they said the order was accurate and I was incorrect. like I said the customer is never right. no apologies, not even trying to make it right. I'll make it right and donate this (food) to the homeless, even though from my experience not even they would accept it.

So the chick working must have been hungry and wanted to take home left overs since she left a 2 pieces of orange chicken and tried to charge us for them. Even though our sides were so small. Customer satisfaction goes along way FYI this was 8 mins to closing

I am really picky when it comes to someone serving my food. I'm impressed with how much food I was served loved that. I recommend coming here only bathroom is distant. Not many people come here so you have to make sure you let them know you want the food cooked at the moment because the food they have has been sitting there all day. It's really good tastes fine. The orange chicken was 10/10 really good! It's a cute spot to come and hangout :)

Came here for lunch, very nice and the volume isn't too loud here, the food tastes pretty fresh and the food is warm.

This has to be simply the WORST location I have ever patronized. The string beans were dried up, the sweet fire chicken was stale and hard, the chow mein lacked noodles. To make it an additionally horrible experience, no e of the staff were present. We banged on the counter and shouted out. Only the soda was good! Overall grade=D- -

Panda is panda!!! Limited selection in this location verse a actual panda express restaurant. But the more popular items are pretty much here. A quick location for Chinese food.

I try and stay away from Chinese fast food. I don't know why... it's just who I am. But, there are times that I can be purely lazy and have a hankering for some Broccoli Beef and steamed rice. Anyhow, Panda Express is close and easy to get to. So, here is my review of tonight's visit.: - I drive over to Sam's Town, which has the closest Panda Express to me. I park in the 2nd parking lot, on the ground floor. - I walk in to the North East entrance and Panda is right there on the left. - There wasn't a line and I ordered my meal. I had to wait a couple of minutes as they were replenishing their stock. So, I had fresh Broccoli and Beef. Woo Hoo!!! - I paid and then left... easy as that. My meal was okay but nothing to give it 4 or 5 stars. With that said, it's an okay place to go if you are in a hurry and are too lazy to make your own rice.

I went to this panda Express last night just a few minutes before close and the staff was very professional. Request they make a few dishes and egg rolls and they were very nice about it. The food was delicious! I know from working at a restaurant that it sucks when people come in right before close when you already have everything cleaned up, it can be a little frustrating, so I really appreciate being treated with kindness and the staff being so accommodating

I don't care to review a panda but this one is over the top dirty. The food tastes old and soggy like It's been at the wrong temperature for days and going. It's strange how can something get old if they are selling quickly. Still I don't care about my money I care about the animals they killed to let food go to waste that's a waste. The pieces that should be green on the chow mein were brown. The meat was soggy had quite a side taste and ultimately it felt old. I ended up not eating most of it. I told my friend about it she told me her sister got food poisoning from the food at this location. I just ate this 30 minutes ago I have to wait a little... Should be a while before I know.

I ordered a double entree for my plate and he only put in 1 scoop serving. There was no line so no idea what his problem was.

11:15 and food isn't open, and gentleman behind counter ignored us. Rude ass. No food prepped by 11:15 and you open at 11.

This place isn't too bad! It's the normal, expected, pricey food. Everytime I go here they have great fast service! I love getting the recipt and doing the survey to get a free plate next visit!

Going to Panda I never expect much, but this place has the worst food. This place is in the back of casino at the shuttle bus stop, a small corner "food court", along with 3 other names.

Family went here. Service was good and they said food was not bad. They also have kid sizes too.

The chick maritza has horrible customer service but the other employee Christina was very sweet ! Very delightful!

The meal was terrific! The new entree Peking Pork added a bonus to my usual order and I will be ordering it again!

This location is clean, especially the restroom which is immaculate. The team members are helpful, friendly, and professional. When we walked in we were greeted genuinely, and this location is busy, 2 customers when we walked in and a line after us that lasted til we sat, ate, then left, WOW! The team members were great showed no signs of stress, just smiling faces, helpful and sincere, Food kept being filled in the warmers. We had the noodles, kung pao chicken, spring rolls, and a drink, The food is delicious as always, served hot and flavorful. Panda is NEVER a disappointment! Thanks!

Decent fast food Chinese food. It's close to the house for those I don't want to cook kind of nights. I will go back since the food is always good at this location.

Only had an egg roll the menu selection is very very limited so egg roll and free refill it was then back to my room so no need for room service

HORRIBLE!!!TRASH!!!if I could I would give -5 .we were on the run and we need to grab something fast with this and Mc Donald's next to it, we thought that this was a better choice but we were wrong. Food was old ,taste disgusting,rice was dry ,looks like day or two old. Chicken selection was very minimal on the chicken,looked old and greasy.One plate costs $9. We will never go there again.

NASTY, don't eat here. Regret every penny spent here. Food was old, fried rice looked like its from yesterday, asked for white rice instead and was still dry and old. Chicken choice barley had chicken. Dirty place, stay away. McDonald's next door is better choice.

just across my school so its very convenient, quiet the place and the foods are always delicious.the fried rice,the chow mein,shanghai angus steak and orange chicken our fave!and drinks are also taste good.
