I usually don't go to this location, but the one I usually go to, I have to go thru construction. Obviously, I wanted to not worry about that today. Well, I should've cause dealing with the people today was not worth it. All I ordered was 1 bowl to-go. There are somethings that aren't their fault that happened like: the lady in front me had like 10 orders all in 1 during the start of a lunch rush, and the people who came in maybe 30 sec after me stood in my bubble for as long as the lady in front of me was taking. I would've not worried about writting a review if it wasn't for them forgetting my straw and utensils even tho I asked if they were in the bag. The only thing keeping this from being a 1 star is that the food was good and the staff wasn't being rude or anything like that. Just that I could tell they wanted me out of their hair as soon as possible so they didnt actually care if I had all that I needed

Google
Leslie is a Great, professional MGR. I'll return to this location. they earn five stars the portions have gotten so much better the food is good and fresh the place is clean the staff is busy and still very nice so far the manager that runs this place is awesome she is busy she's in charge she's professional I'm impressed with her just from watching them work together. To greet people when they come in the door regardless of how busy she is. All the staff seem nice and professional. I do frequent this location because I know I can count on the food being good and their portion size is pretty decent usually. Best Panda in Tulsa area as far as I'm concerned

Google
Used to love this location but I came here tonight an ordered a bigger plate for me and my kids to share and they forgot my third entree. But wanna get attitude when I ask for sauce. If you don’t like your job and don’t wanna do it right maybe find a different one…next time I will double check the food and do your job for you. Ripping people off is crazy

Bayo K.

Google
Everyone is so friendly here and the food is always great! I only ever go through the drive thru and Evelyn is always super nice and helps me with my soy sauce addiction

Google
I've never had it delivered before but I had it delivered tonight and it was horrible. The rice isn't fried. It's just the white rice with a bunch of vegetables thrown in it. One of my main trays that was supposed to be the beef and the shrimp was not even halfway full. And the noodles were cold. The rice was cold. This was horrible, and I really love this place, and this was the most horrible meal I've had in a long time.

Google
We went there a little before noon. I got the orange chicken and my husbands food was fresh but my food seemed like it was hours old. I couldn’t even finish my meal the quality was so bad. Not to mention we get drinks and they tell us we can’t have straws. Idk if I’ll go back to this location. I’ve never had an issue til now. While ordering you get asked is that it about ten times before you can finish ordering. Maybe retrain your employees to not rush people while ordering.

Braden C.

Google
I went in yesterday later in the night and they weren't super busy but it was still definitely active. The employees were working very attentively and cooperatively. I got some phenomenal orange chicken, the black Angus pepper steak, and some fried rice and i went home real full. Fell right asleep for two hours, woke up still nice and full to get some water and slept amazing. My dad, brother, and I decided it was good enough that we wanted to go again today. However we went to a different location I'll review soon.

Yelp
food - i got a plate with white rice, green bean chicken, and orange chicken, along with a side of fried rice. this is generally one of the healthiest fast food options near where i live, though the food doesnt lack in taste, which this meal proved to me again. service - i like the buffet style food display at this restaurant, in which workers dish customer plates. i also appreciate that the workers at the buffet seem to circulate between stations, so as to reduce service time. ambiance - although this restaurant is isnt quite to the level of atmosphere you might expect from a fine dining place, it is certainly above average for fast food style restaurants. the atmosphere would be exceptional too for a diner who is also a panda fanatic.

Yelp
Food was good with there proportions. The service was good they were polite. And there were plenty of options for food.

Yelp
Ordered the bigger plate bundle. Just a heads up, you won't get equal portions. They stuffed a tiny box with one 1 out of 3 of the entree picks as they can only put 2 in the big box. Didn't expect or like that. They should put all the protein in the main box and then put your rice portions in the smaller boxes. Update: Both of the chicken entrees taste as expected. But the Beijing Beef has kind of a burnt/oil taste to it. Not sure if it's supposed to. But I'm not a fan of it because of this. Also, the Apple Pie Roll is gross. Tastes like a typical fast food churro except it has apples inside. Covered in too much sugar and cinnamon. Bumping to 3 stars because their Sprite is on point here!

Yelp
My go to when craving some chow mein noodles and teriyaki chicken. Food is always fresh and hot! Full of flavor and they stay busy so food stays cooking. Drive thru pick up after placing order on the app is my method. Usually a wait so I order ahead. Friendly service and they give you all the sauces you want. Beijing beef is a fav and always sweet fire chicken breast! Lots of healthy options as well ! Love the patio seating for them nice days.

Joseph O.

Yelp
This is a wonderful Panda Express, even though it's tough to mess up good Chinese food! The atmosphere is great and clean! Check it out! Food portions are amazing!

Yelp
Came in, people behind serving counter, one checking temps, one (mgr?) cutting up chicken, and one flirting with guy checking temps. Walked up to the counter and was ignored. Some one came in, guy checking temps says "welcome to Panda" and ignores me, young woman, leaning against the wall, continues to flirt with him ...I continue to wait, still nothing. I can spend my money anywhere, sooooo I turn to my party and say "We are leaving, I will not be ignored." I questioned the people behind the counter why I was being ignored...got confused looks and they spoke to each other in Spanish...no "Sorry" or be with you in a sec, nothing to me at all...and we left and went to eat elsewhere. I don't care if you speak Spanish, Russian, Greek, Japanese...but if you ignore me when I am standing at the counter in front of you...I have an issue, and I will take my business where it is appreciated. I was ignored not by one, but by THREE employees. Not the customer service I was looking for.

Yelp
Normally 3 or 3.5 stars pretty standard Panda Express, but today was different. Ordered the 2 entree plate with new crispy almond chicken breast and Beijing beef. They did not warn me that the crispy chicken breast was not in fact crispy because they prepared it with a totally different chicken with no breading. It was not what I had paid for and I would not have ordered it, if they had informed me it had been prepared differently. It looked disgusting with no breading soggy and over saturated in the sauce. It just tasted wrong, looked wrong, and I was convinced it was wrong enough to bring it back through the drive thru line to say I don't think I got the crispy almond chicken breast and they said "no that's it we just made it with a different chicken today", which honestly made me feel worse knowing they didn't inform me before purchasing it. They had an opportunity here to say I'm sorry you weren't aware is there another entree we could give you instead if you're unhappy with the way it was prepared. Yet they didn't. Don't cut corners on preparing the food right please! If you do, at least warn the customer when something I was prepared differently. I'm disappointed and now I'll be too scared to try the new menu items including this one in the future.

Yelp
I'm not a huge fast food person, and honestly if I have to have fast food, Panda isn't normally one of the few places that comes to mind as an "exception". But at the same time I've never had any issues with the food, or with this location in particular. It seems pretty clean the times I've been. It's usually fairly busy when I go in here, but the people working do a good job to get people helped and through the line with their food as fast as possible. They are also always nice to let me sample one or two things before making my mind up. For some reason I can never remember what I get between some of the more similar options, so the samples really help remind me which is the one I actually like! I remember way back when the honey walnut shrimp was new, and that's been one of my favorites since then. Weirdly though, I don't get it very often out of the few times I come here. I normally end up going with the kung pao chicken because we all know I love my spicy foods! It's mild on the scale, but it definitely has some heat... and those little black peppers are pretty hot!! I also like how it's a sliiiiightly healthier option, since the chicken doesn't have the fried breading around it. I think I like the lo mein better than the fried rice, but I'll go back and forth depending on what I'm feeling, because they're both kind of at the same level of being pretty average. I usually add soy sauce to both. It's not the most amazing Asian food ever, but it's definitely not bad either, in my opinion. And it's a good option if you want something cheaper and quick.

Yelp
Since my husband & I hadn't eaten at Panda Express for months, we decided to do drive-thru. We arrived home with our food to enjoy. My husband ordered Beef & Broccoli. It consisted of 2 very thin small pieces of sliced beef & tough chewy broccoli that was half cooked. We both ordered fried rice, it was ok, but rather bland tasting. I ordered 2 egg rolls, they were under cooked. In the photo of the egg roll it shows the uncooked underneath of the wrap. So it was chewy rather than crispy. So we won't be eating there again.
google avatar

Yelp
I debated back and forth between here and other Chinese delivery places I normally order from but since this place seemed like the better deal I went with them. But I will not make that mistake again. The rice was crunchy, and my entree selections were so miniscule my 13 y/o could have eaten 3 boxes of this and still been hungry. My children have eaten here before but I will not be returning. I'll stick to the real Chinese food joints because size wise and flavor wise, this was a miss all the way around... OAN the cheese wontons were delicious
google avatar

Johnny M.

Yelp
My Broccoli beef and Mushroom chicken were both just okay. Not bad for fast food. My eggroll was fair.

James C.

Yelp
The broccoli looked like it was days old stewing in a pot. The meat seemed ok and service was good.
google avatar

Danessa S.

Yelp
So I must admit I was not too happy when my boyfriend brought me Panda Express only because I'm the past I had eaten there and I did not like it. Well this day it was different, it was hot and fresh and the taste was amazing. I had the orange chicken with fried rice. Not spicy but sweet and tangy.
google avatar

Jesse F.

Yelp
This was going to be for my child. This orange chicken with metal was going to be for my child. Nobody answered the phone when I called about it. This isn't in the recipe for orange chicken, but this is a recipe to make me never return. Lucky I don't sue.

Mia L.

Yelp
The food tonight hit the spot 10/10 absolutely nothing wrong with it tasted fresh the staff were generous

Yelp
I had never been to Panda express, and it was a bucket-list place to visit. It wasn't exactly that it didn't live up to expectation, it's just that I have a few complaints. Complaint 1: The portion sizes are very small. Complaint 2: The soy sauce - which I put on my fried rice expecting to add flavor - was extremely salty. I ordered the plate, which came with two entrees and a half-side. I expected the entrees to both be a nice size. I was wrong. The entrees were half the size of the half-side. Using that logic, the entrees are 1/4 the size of the side, and that is a little off-putting. The flavor was alright, but even a lot of flavor would only do so much to the tumult of disappointment.

Brandon S.

Yelp
Went 1.5 hours before they were closed and were out of rice with no plans to make more for the rest of the evening. This was apparently because rice takes 2 hours to cook. They also were out of like 4 of the menu items with again no plans I was told to make more. Drive thru line wait of 20 min to be told I can't order because they are out of everything. Absolute trash customer service.
google avatar

Johnny S.

Yelp
Fast and cheap ! That's it! No quality but good service!
google avatar

Couper B.

Yelp
Never has teriyaki chicken. Always filled with disrespectful workouts. Don't like this place. Only open because of their location.
google avatar

Donna H.

Yelp
Easy to find with a drive thru. Clean place with nice people. Food is on a buffet style arrangements, they put what you want in a bowl. It is okay for fast food Chinese, I wish it was hotter. I did not like the egg roll or sweet and sour sauce, too much Ginger. Worth a try, if you are in a hurry.
google avatar

Megan C.

Yelp
I used to love Panda Express, and I remember when this location opened, I would drive across town just to eat there. However, the last time that I ate there, the fried rice was terrible. Just the flavor tasted awful, so I haven't been back in at least a year. Last night I was nearby and thought I would try it again, only this time I would get the white steamed rice. It was truly awful. I ate a few bites and threw it away. The white rice was gummy and the flavor of the food was truly off-putting! I used to love the sweet fire chicken & honey walnut shrimp, but last night it just tasted wrong. If I had to guess maybe it was the oil used?? And maybe the batter on the chicken and shrimp was not cooked thoroughly? That's my best guess based on the flavor. I was very sad to have wasted money, but more sad that I couldn't enjoy the meal that I used to love.
google avatar

Erin L.

Yelp
Four stars for convenience and consistency. Right by my house so I come often. Especially after a long work trip when there is no food in my fridge. Average bill is $9 and I am full to the brim and don't feel too awful about it. I get the veggie and sesame honey chicken bowl and of course of Ragoooooons.
google avatar

L M.

Yelp
Waiting in line for 20 minutes and I still have not ordered! This is ridiculous. I'd leave but you can't get out of a drive thru once others pull in. Takes the point out of a drive thru! Watching cars constantly moving through the whataburger drive thru next door.....next time I'll go there instead. If you are thinking of coming here and there is a line,,,,DONT! You will starve first

Karl F.

Yelp
I ordered lunch for an office of 18 people today. The manager at the 21st & Yale location, Braulio, made an extra effort to make sure my lunch was a success. The office staff said the food was hot and fresh when they got it. Everyone was happy. I will definitely use this Panda Express for future orders.

Janea S.

Yelp
Got served spoiled meat a couple days ago. It smelled so bad off rip it smelled funny . I took a bite and it was a huge no . Had my whole house stinking . It was at night . I haven't eaten there in a while because I don't like their noodles so I got rice this one time and got served orange chicken and a side of spoiled teriyaki meat I had a order of double meat of it too.

Linda S.

Yelp
Visited this evening, issues. #1 - when hubs asked for a plastic knife in utensils was told not an appropriate utensil. Really?? #2 - had ask for my receipt after take out bag handed to my husband and told have nice night. The girl (Katherine) mumbled and went to ask for help. So i waited and discovered she didn't know how to change register tape. The signage at register states if no receipt timely then a free meal. I pointed this out and reminded that I had ask for receipt and was never told to wait. Other worker (Alice) gave me receipt and walked away. Its not that I wanted free food but I was ignored and that yanked my chain. Will not be going back to that location - and I really like Panda Express.
google avatar

Gena A.

Yelp
We used to eat here once a month. After tonight, never again. It's normal for this location to screw up your order but this time, I decided to write a review. We ordered two orders of crab Rangoon, and two orders of sweet fire chicken one rice and one with lomein. We were disappointed as each crab Rangoon order should total 3 pieces but we received only two in each. Then, we began to eat our chicken and after the third bite, I pulled a long dark hair from my fork. Disgusting. I tried to contact the store to take the food back in but was told the place is closed for this evening and to return tomorrow. No I'm not spending a third trip to return food that shouldnt have been served. So angry, so gross. Never again
google avatar

Larissa L.

Yelp
A little pricey for a fast food joint. We go for the honey walnut shrimp with chow mein. Drive through service has always been good and pretty fast.
google avatar

Jeff P.

Yelp
Ordered online because I was doing a home show across the street. I got there at exactly the time the app told me to be there and my food was not ready. 15 minutes later after they have served everybody in the entire line they decided to fix my to go order. One of the meals I ordered had chicken in it and there was literally one piece of chicken in it. Anyway it took me twice as long as it should have by using the online order app. I would strongly recommend against using that. Very frustrating experience.
google avatar

L K.

Yelp
I came to this location because T-mobile had a promotion & I wanted to try this place. I was barely greeted by a rude worker who didn't seem to want to help & kept walking away from me when I was trying to give her my order. I wasn't sure how the promotion worked so I asked to speak to a manager for assistance. The manager told me he didn't know either & to come back another day. How rude. I will not be returning ever. I will reach out to T-mobile to express how poorly I was treated & let them know they should reconsider partnering with a company as such.

Jasmine S.

Yelp
Horrible service. The workers were engaging in conversation rather than just taking my order so I can go. Laughing over the headset and then when I ask a question about the order she tells me "hold on" and walks away to talk to the other girl. Love the food but just won't be returning to this location.
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
I needed a lot of food in my belly and needed it at that very second. Panda is generous with serving sizes and has a drive-through - SOLD. This location is easy to get to. It's right across the street from Big Splash and has plenty of parking if you choose to dine in. I was pretty exhausted and chose to wait in the longer (15 min.) drive-through line. (Sorry, mother earth! I generally go inside.) I had the side of chow mein with orange chicken/bacon and kale shitake. The chow mein wasn't too warm and the orange chicken didn't taste as fresh as other locations. All in all, I devoured my to-go box with some mean chopsticks skillz and my belly was full - mission accomplished! However, I prefer the Memorial and 71st locations.
google avatar

Brenda L.

Yelp
Worst service ever. We had to wait 40 minutes for our food... Just to get some chicken... The workers said that it'd take 4 mins for it to be done, but they lied. If you're going to close at 10, then keep some food ready until closing time. They are so unprepared, and this Panda Express does not know how to run a store. They had 10 orders, and a worker wanted to go on break while one other person was running the lobby. This is the WORST Panda Express I have ever been to. I'm not exaggerating. The workers were even having arguments and had to take our order 4 times cause other people were talking to him. Never coming here again, it was a COMPLETE waste of time. They did not even apologize for the long wait.
google avatar

Andrew W.

Yelp
The best thing about panda is it's consistency. Chinese fast food can be a gamble sometimes... And that's being generous. However, Panda always tastes great! Why is it that everytime I eat Chinese food I feel like I want to go bobbing for apples but skip the apples and slurp all the water up....
google avatar

Brittany S.

Yelp
It was alright. Pros: Clean and fast. The chicken was pretty good (average). Cons: I did not like the noodles which was very disappointing to me because that is one of my favorite things. They reminded me of ramen noodles but worse.
google avatar

Madelyn R.

Yelp
For quick, good food this is a great option. The service isn't great but you're in, out and full in 20 minutes tops. Additionally, they will let you try anything just ask! Get the To-Go option every time as they give you a larger portion size. They have the typical unhealthy versions of Chinese food, like the orange chicken, but they also have a variety of healthy options. There is a green bean chicken for 190 calories and a simple grilled chicken breast. They have sides of brown rice, or veggies as well. So while I NEVER opt for the healthy versions, they do offer them. TIP-they have a patio!
google avatar

Gerrick G.

Yelp
Fast food Chinese so nothing too special. Everything I've ordered has been good and the service was just fine. I dont really have anything to complain about the place... It's a Panda Express and they always seem to be clean and fairly quick.

Terry N.

Yelp
Good food, but the atmosphere is noisy, people lined up to order are standing right next to me as I'm trying to eat, and worst of all, the lead serving person constantly yells out instructions to the cooking staff in an obnoxious, 100-decibel howl. Maybe I'll just do drive-thru next time, or try a different place altogether.
google avatar

Chris S.

Yelp
Drive tru which is nice but like today they didn't have Beijing beef (something about no delivery this week). That's like a McDonald's not having burgers. Shame. Also they could work on their customer service. Not very friendly.
google avatar

Michael W.

Yelp
Panda is the best. This location does get very busy. Service has always been good and friendly for me though. Orange chicken, Sweet Fire Chicken Breast, String bean chicken, Broccoli Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp....all outstanding and worth trying. The chow mein is very good, as is the fried rice. Don't like that they have Pepsi instead of Coke, but that's my only complain. I probably eat Panda about once a week.
google avatar

Nita C.

Yelp
Employees friendly, quick, and energetic. Food was hot and fresh. It wasn't cold or stale. Place was clean. Tables and floors were clean. Tea was fresh and not soured. We enjoyed our visit very much
google avatar

Mel S.

Yelp
Grill has broken for two weeks. Apology on door. People walking away because grill is out
google avatar

Sandra H.

Yelp
We received a friendly greeting! Order was served promptly. Very pleasant atmosphere!

Nick B.

Yelp
If it were any other panda I would give it 5 stars, but avoid this Panda Express early in the morning until about noon if you want fried rice. The past couple times I have been there before noon the rice seems odd and the more times I had it the more it made me think and now I'm almost 100% positive that they reuse fried rice. You can tell by the look that it is old, all the rice clumps together and looks kind of like clay. You can certainly taste the difference between reused rice and fresh rice.
google avatar

Stacey Y.

Yelp
This was my first visit to Panda Express, and the staff did a great time in explaining the menu to me. I will return.
google avatar

Lyndsey B.

Yelp
The customer service was great, the food was fresh and delicious, the check out process was seamless. I was very satisfied with my visit to Panda Express and I will definitely be recommending it to everyone I know.
google avatar

Debbie R.

Yelp
Although I wasn't too crazy about the sweet and sour sauce for the eggroll. the eggroll itself was good. The sweet and sour chicken and stringbean chicken were Excellent and I really enjoyed them. I appreciate there is a selection of sides. Overall a very good experience.
google avatar

Sabrina D.

Yelp
The food is mostly the same each time, so points for consistency! The food is also usually fresh, since they only make smaller batches of the entrees. Usually pretty tasty and good service.
google avatar

Heather D.

Yelp
Went through the drive through and had a pleasant experience. This is cheap not authenticate Chinese food, but is still tasty. If you want Chinese food and are one of those calorie counters you are in luck! All their food has the calories next to it. There is nothing overly special about Panda, but it's not bad.
