Just to call and order is chaos! Girl put you on hold but you can hear her yelling orders at other customers.. then hangs up.. call back, just to hear HOl ON! I was already on hold before you hung up!! The service is terrible. This is a tourist attraction city! Nice way to represent

Ordered though GrubHub and the food came in about 30 min! It arrived nice and hot and tasted delicious. I docked a star because I ordered a side of fries and they were not really edible. Super oily, unfortunately, but everything else was great.

Food came to us looking and tasting old. I called to share my experience and was completely brushed off. I'll never order from here again

The food was delivered no problem, I ordered sesame chicken but that chicken was NOT chicken it had the fishiest taste and slimy texture it was very off and the French fries were dry and old with no flavor. They were stale frozen French fries.

I ordered boneless bbq spare ribs combo platter instead of rice I asked for lo mein, ok $2 Xtra charge $14.75 for the meal. I get home the platter is half empty they knew what they did not putting enough food in the tray.. my family and I won't be ordering from there anytime soon.. the meat was waaaay to greasy there's other spots to eat at besides here. The portion was done purposely and for that price never again

They delivered me the wrong food item and I called to get it replaced and the lady answering yelled at me and my son and tried to charge us extra for her mistake. The lady has a nasty attitude and is always rushing you. She hung up on me 7 times when I tried to call her back. Never received my order correctly

I ordered from them tonight delivery took over an hour called the restaurant after calling 5 times finally someone picked up an I asked her about my order she said it was too many orders and i asked for a refund she said contact the app where I ordered the phone an hung up on me then as I kept calling back she declined my call they have very poor service there an I've never had this issue ever before they need to go back to the way it was they are rude

The food is okay, but specifically asked for HOT MUSTARD and did not receive! So what is Chinese food without hot mustard! It is the HIGHLIGHT of the meal for me! So I'm very very disappointed. This is exactly why I don't order out food in the NORTH, because In the SOUTH, the food is prepared with love and delivered with precision, in the NORTH it's a very rushy attitude and people just don't care, even tho you are the customer!

After a day of meetings, I got too lazy to go out for dinner so I ordered some Chinese from here. This is a lesson for everyone, don't be lazy! In all seriousness, the eggroll was good, the sweet and sour chicken was good as well. Avoid the wonton soup. The broth is good but the wontons themselves are not the tastiest I've had. Now, and this is my fault, I saw cheesecake as a dessert and I thought why not. I'm still waiting for it to defrost. From the corner of it that I've had, it's a good reminder to not order cheesecake with take out Chinese. I'll still give it 3 stars as online ordering went smooth and was delivered fast and hot.

I had Kung Pao chicken delivered today. The vegetables are fresh as usual. Flavor wise is ok. Not expecting much for a fast food type of restaurants. If you're expecting good Chinese restaurant quality food, this is not it.. They're very fast with the delivery. Everything went well this time.

I am sorry but I have no idea how this place has close to 5 stars! I ordered chicken broccoli with pork fried rice and sesame chicken with pork fried rice. 1 small side of beef lo mein. We only ate the lo mein and the rice. We had to throw away both chickens. The chicken and broccoli had a bad taste like if had gone bad and it was really bad. The sesame chicken had great sauce but the chicken had a strong fish taste, I guess the oil they use fry everything We paid $26 dollars for the food and it all went to garbage.The rice was ok tasteless but with soy and hot sauce is better and the lo mein was ok also. Chinese food in NJ lacks taste I rather eat Vietnamese or Japanese. I think this food is way overpriced for the quality this should be one of those $3.99 combo where there's nothing else to eat!!!!

Typical bland, no flavor, greasy American version of trashed Chinese food. Delivery was on time. I only tried this place becz of the reviews. Must be friends reviewing for the restaurant. This not even one of the better greasy bastardized Chinese foods. I ate 2 of the friend shrimp, I tried 1 friend scallop ( not crisp/ not cooked enough) tasted the fish dish in sauce. I did not really eat any of this 35.00 meal. I hate wasting money, save yours.. A good bastardized greasy Chinese greasy spoon is NO 1 Chinese on 1 st Ave in Roselle

Order sweet soar chicken with fries. Fries and chicken were hard and greasy. Also Careful, careful with paying with bank card. They charge you more than what your order was for. Claim credit card percentage fee which has never been billed before. Paid $42 from a $36 bill.

I just ordered take out on Grubhub from them. It was wonderful. They delivered food in less than 20 minutes. Prices were affordable and the food was amazing.

Worst food and delivery guy u call to get a refund and get hung up on happy palace way better

I ordered through yelp app. Driver came and honked when arrived near me. Dint greet and stay in his car. Was expecting tip for the delivery. Was very rude. Will never order from this restaurant again.

We ordered our food over 2 hours ago and are still waiting for its delivery. We even called to check on the status! I should've known when she said they wouldn't deliver unless it met a certain amount. We are staying at a hotel 1.6 miles away with no way to go anywhere else. I'm so mad right now, I signed up for yelp just to write this so it doesn't happen to others. Grubhub reviews were great about the food. So I guess if you can actually get it, it might be pretty good. But if you're hungry or get Hangry like me, then dont waste your time.

The food is average. Not terrible but definitely not the best. The delivery driver was incredibly rude. He got the wrong address and had to take an additional 3 minutes to get to me. I'm not sure if the error was mine or his but I was going to tip him extra for the inconvenience because i felt bad. As soon as he arrived he practically threw the food at me and blamed me for the "wasted" 3 minutes. #NoTipForYou #ByeFelicia

I ordered thru the app then saw the bad reviews I called to confirm order been sent and young lady asked for my address and said yes order has been placed. 40min later I call to get the status and lady saids I put wrong number to get in contact,so they were unable to let me know food was outside. She was polite and not rude she asked for my number again and I gave it said it will be here in 15min. IT CAME IN 10MIN!! Very satisfy to say food was still hot and food is great. I was scared due to the reviews. But you need to try it yourself. I would def recommend and will order again from this place soon.

The food was of good quality and they delivered to the Newark airport Marriott after a long day of missed flights. The general tsos wasn't as spicy as I like it but the chicken was tender. The hot and sour soup wasn't very good in my opinion. The beef lo mein was fine says my boyfriend but the giant egg rolls were my favorite part. It just took about 20 minutes to get here. Overall pleasant experience.

Ordered delivery. Food was good, the general tso's chicken I ordered wasn't nearly as spices as I had expected. No spicier than other places, and they didn't have an option for level of spice ( of which I chose the highest). Rice wasn't as fluffy as other places, and a seriously lack of broccoli in my GT chicken. Yes I understand the name is chicken but c'mon!! And no fortune cookie?!?! WTF!!

Stay away from this place. I ordered from this restaurant through eat24 and believe me it was a big mistake. The women on the phone at the restaurant was extremely rude and the driver wouldn't even get out of his car to deliver the food. He passed my house by at least 7 or 8 houses and when I flagged him down he refused to get out of the car to make the delivery. I had to walk up to his car and receive the order through the passenger side window. The quality of the food was mediocre at best and the delivery time was terrible as well. There are many better options out there than this terrible place.

This might be the worse Chinese in NJ. Proceed with caution! Just read Liz M's review she describes the place perfectly. Save your money and go with another choice, this place is awful.

So I called to place an order for delivery and the ladies like its a $10 minimum OK no problem so I'm ordering my food and adding on extra stuff I don't need because of the minimum. So my total was $9.40 you know she had the nerve to say I have to order over $10! So you just lost $9.40 over 60 cents!

Ordered twice from this place, both times food tasted nasty, undercooked, fries were dry and cold although delivery was fast.

I visited this location 3 times since they opened last month, once for take out and twice for delivery and must say, WOW, Finally a local place that serves quality food, real meat & chicken not that funny rubbery stuff. The folks that work there are pleasant and accomodating and the food is top quality. Prices are fair and delivery is super fast. This is our new chinese spot.

Had an overnight stay. They delivered quickly and the food and price was fantastic. I highly recommend the pork egg rolls

Was very unhappy And disgusted by this place. I ordered dinner And when it was delivered to me there was a dead bug smushed on drink. Took it back for a refund and the young lady who works the front was very nasty. Elizabeth police had to come just for me to get a refund!! I do not recommend them to anyone!
