Great food you get your money's worth taste like Mom's home cooking

The food was good and not over seasoned. The mac and cheese was good, but I could taste water, which maybe they sprinkled water on it to heat it up in the microwave. I did see them put some mac and cheese in an unmicrowavable plastic container and heat it up in the microwave. I also saw the cook touch a dirty microwave plug, plug it in a different outlet, and then touch peoples cornbread without washing his hands.

The food was good but the service was horrible. Walked in to the owner very loudly yelling at a skip the dish driver. I order 3 fish fry. Drove from Hamburg NY to the east side of Buffalo that's a 25 minutes ride. When I got there no one could find my order. I waited 30 minutes and the girl handed me the wrong order I tell her the that's not my order. She get upset and with attitude ask me again what I order and with no explanation she walked away and let me stand there for another 25 minutes. I did finished getting my order. The wrong order but it was close enough. I got there at 7pm and left with someone else food at 8:30pm. THE WORST SERVICE. AVOID THIS PLACE. Rude owner rude employees.

Sorry I had to do this but the food was not good. I order country fried chicken wings and they cooked my chicken in dirty girty grease. The string beans was not seasoned (straight out the can with red pepper flakes) mac and cheese was not good. The potato salad was straight. I paid $24 smh. Never again.

Went for the first time a month ago, had a wonderful time. Great Food, Great Company, Very Nice Barmaids. Plus The Owner Comes Around To See If Everybody Is Having A Great Time. Travel Across The Country & That Means And Awful Lot.

Google
Best wings in Buffalo!! Wet Cajun & Country Fried are my favorites. The fish fry is incredible, and if you like your drinks grown, you'll like it here. Friday and Saturday are party nights so be prepared for that.... A neighborhood place with neighborhood folks.

Google
Our fish fry dinners were on point. Almost 5 stars but at the time their phone wasn't working and I kept getting voicemail so I had to go and order at the counter and wait but otherwise great place to eat or to get a to-go order

Yelp
Chill environment and lively crowd when the music is right. Didn't try the food on this visit, but liked the Bonecrusher signature drink. Very good!

Yelp
Let me just get straight to it. We went for happy hour. Got there about 5:45. There were a few patrons at the bar and none at tables. We ordered separated sets of wings and drinks. I ordered a long island iced tea. Oooohhhh baby. Our waitress was also a bar tender and made our drinks. She did a really accurate account of a great long island. Not only was it strong but it tasted yummy as well. The only downside was that it came in a small plastic cup but honestly that was all I needed. I didn't order another. My chicken wings came 20 extra extra crispy. They were cooked just the way I like it. I order honey mustard and hot. I DID NOT enjoy the honey mustard sauce they had there. I dipped my wings in blue cheese in order to eat them I was too hungry to ask and wait for another order of wings with a different sauce. He happy hour special made the wings $13 for 20 wings then an additional $1 per sauce. My bill was $19. Not to bad. I was being greedy and only ended up eating like 7 or 8 wings. That's what I get for ordering with my stomach .

Yelp
Nice place to hangout with friends and listen to music. Food was ok, I would definitely eat somewhere else before I come hangout here again.

Yelp
We stopped here for wings, not good, the place was crazy loud and crowded, hard to find parking spot, and the security at the entrance was very rude.

Yelp
I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was at this rather unsuspecting-looking bar and grill. More of the former than the latter, the back of the establishment features a smattering of cozy tables away from the bar where you can start by enjoying signature house wings (typical WNY style with a variety of flavor choices or southern style - which are breaded and then fried) and one of the largest alcoholic beverages I have ever seen in my life. As my friend informed me "you only need one and you're DONE, but it tastes so good you don't even know its alcohol." Said friend has been a regular for years and took me on a weekend, earlier in the afternoon; we found it quiet and semi-deserted - all the better to make conversation with the amazing lady running things, who was dressed in a colorful matching jumpsuit to shame Lady Gaga. Needless to say I loved her instantly. I genuinely felt like her grandchild within two minutes of sitting down. That is classic southern-style hospitality at its best and the pace of the ordering reflected that - no pressure to rush, eager to answer questions and chat, happy to offer advice on the menu. This is not a place to go if you are in a hurry and that is in no way a bad thing. Pandora's is especially famous for their soul food fish fries - a GIGANTIC platter of fish and sides that would daunt a professional eater. You get to choose between multiple types of fish, done multiple ways. I got catfish with corn meal batter, a hard to find combination in these parts I miss from my youth, and chose the collard greens over the green beans. A variety of other standard sides came with as well - potato salad, mac'n'cheese, corn bread and more. Unlike many places, who seek to cover up the use of cheap ingredients lacking flavor by giving you gigantic portions, every bit of this massive meal tasted like the most fantastic grandmother on the face of the earth spent all day in her kitchen just to make you happy. The flavor profiles, the textures, the absolute joy your stomach sent to your brain - it was like Fish Fry Christmas! I've never had "the itis" (food coma) so bad as this day, or the next when I ate the other half. Absolutely amazing on every level. I've heard they host grown folks dance parties too - i.e. no youngins allowed to break the mood with trouble. Low key bar atmosphere with an older crowd.

Yelp
I have to apologize: I'm doing this restaurant a disservice by writing a review while I'm still full from the mind-blowing dinner that I just had. I should really wait until I regain control of my senses so I can do it justice, but I'll try my best while the experience is still fresh in my mind. We visited on a Tuesday evening with a crowd of about ten, and could have not felt more welcomed. We had the good fortune of chatting with owners, a trio of sisters, before starting our meal, and they did an excellent job of pointing out some of the highlights on the menu. Per their recommendations, we ordered some chicken wings to start. The country battered barbecue wings and the "wet Cajun" wings were phenomenal -- extra-crispy and full of flavor -- and a nice change from the standard Buffalo wing fare. For dinner, we ordered a variety of the soul food-oriented offerings on the menu - catfish, shrimp, fried chicken, ribs, and so forth. Each meal came with FIVE sides - collard greens, mac and cheese, potato salad, coleslaw, and cornbread! Considering each dinner was in the $10-$15 range, that's quite a bargain! Everyone in my group agreed that this was probably the best soul food we'd tried in Buffalo to date. I was especially pleased with the mac and cheese and the collard greens. Collards can be hard to get just right, but these were tender, savory, and flavorful. I'll be back again for takeout soon! Tell your friends about this hidden gem.

Yelp
Bars over the doors and windows? Boarded houses surrounding? Sounds like a great spot to spend an afternoon, right?! Okay, so you may have to reach in your pocket for some nerve as the area gives off that sketchy neighborhood feel. Once inside, it's a different story! You may not be greeted with open arms by other patrons but settle yourself into a seat in the back and enjoy the delicious finger licking good BBQ and the goosebumps and paranoia will be well worth it!

Yelp
I have never been here late at night when they have parties and the typical bar scene, so this is for food only. Upon entering the establishment you walk into the bar area, to the back is where you will find tables for dinner. Service can be a little spotty, but it's well worth it for the food that you get. The collard greens were delicious, perfectly cooked but could have used a little bit more spice. The mac and cheese was good, but there are better offerings in our area. The chicken was on point, juicy and seasoned perfectly. Our ribs were solid, not the best in the area, but a great value for the cost. You may think that all corn bread is created equal, but that's not the case our corn bread here with sweet, moist and flavorful. Everytime I come back here, I am a little more surprised by their offerings. The neighborhood isn't the best which probably prevents some people from going, but it is well worth the trip into the area. I have never felt unsafe or worried about anything, once inside the people are always kind and polite.

Yelp
Came here 3 times. Had a great time with friends but the security guard at the door is VERY disrespectful and needs to mind his manners to the woman who come there. I will never come back to this establishment just because of the way this security guard pushes up on & grabs me everytime I came there.. no thank you I'll go elsewhere!

Yelp
I think that Pandora's restaurant has a good fish fry on Friday's and some good side dishes and if you want you can get a drink nice spot to have a little happy hour on friday's.

Yelp
Best soul food in town. Fish Fry, Chicken Wings - Cajun or Country Fried makes you want to come back for more. Excellent Service, great music and the crowd was mature and safe.
