Let me say this one: it takes one person in the entire experience to ruin a rating. One person. Went on a Saturday morning and ordered from the kiosk. We had two drinks: one cold and one hot. Typically the person at the counter asks us if we had any drinks, and hands us our cups. This morning? A girl named Ryan was working the front and completely ignored us. No good morning, no how ya doing, nothing.
I ordered tea and the woman at the end prep area said it would be about 15 minutes or so, so I figured I would enjoy some of my tea before my meal. I go to snag one of the cups near the monitor, and Ryan turns around and says, "oh no, they will give you cups at the end." While pulling the cup from my grip. No, "hey, by the way", no, "oh, did you need your drinks?" None of that. Because I invaded her personal space at her sacred register, I was not permitted a cup while waiting 15 minutes for my food.
So we went to the end, waited our 15 minutes, had our food which was fine, and went to leave while asking the manager the young girl's name. I said have a good day to her, walked past Ryan and stated, "your approach to customers needs work. You didn't need to tear the cup out of my hand." To which she just said, "have a great Saturday!"
This is what ruins experiences for customers, flat out. People like this. Won't return here again.
