Panera Bread

Ordered 1/2 salads and sandwich or soup 5 times in the last week through DoorDash. I was doing a Panera lunch thing to eat healthier lunches. Not anymore! Received 5, 1/2 salads that I had to remove 1/2 the lettuce from because it’s rotten. Five, consistently disappointing orders on different days. I’ve had Panera from Phoenix to Detroit and this is hands down the worst location. The lettuce on the sandwiches have been rotten too. Panera’s whole thing is fresh ingredients. Not at this one. Never again.

Clarissa was our cashier and she was so pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Our order was accurate and absolutely delicious! It’s nice to go to a restaurant and have not only good quality tasty food but a pleasant person to wait on us. Go Clarissa! Go Panera - love Panera.

We've been coming here every other Sunday after church for months. The food is so good and the atmosphere is great. We love coming here,, except,, we always get the same cashier -Katie- . We've only had one good experience with her and EVERY other visit we have felt very unwelcome. We used to order at the counter but she speaks to us in a very condescending manner. We now order at the self serve kiosk. She is usually the one to deliver our food to the table and her customer service skills needs some work. She uses no manners, does not engage in any type of conversation, is impatient and in a rush and makes us feel like a burden.

The staff here is awesome. Customer Service is always stellar. They always get my order right and they are so friendly. I highly recommend their food, teas and they have a really nice lobby. Great job!!

Had a father daughter night and we always do some sort of soup and sandwiches. Tonight was Panera broccoli 🥦 & chedder cheese 🧀. We ordered ahead & when we got there we checked in & waited. No one told us our order was ready neither did they bring it to table. So it sat there getting cold until we checked back in with front counter lady. No apologies nothing about rewarming it or new. There was no atmosphere unless you call family with 3 little girls sitting quietly in corner. Extremely disappointed 😞

Really REALLY enjoy Panera for coffee, sodas, and meals! Wait staff is exceptional always. Very pleasant atmosphere. Count us as regulars!

The folks that took our order were extremely friendly and helpful. Their customer service was outstanding!

Very clean store, friendly staff, and quick to arrive good tasting food. Can’t ask for much more out of a fast casual restaurant.
