Eater Bowl Bowl Bracket: Panda Express vs. Panera Bread | Eater

"The double bread-bowl stunt is read as cheesy marketing theater—particularly ill-suited to socially performative occasions like Valentine’s Day—provoking skepticism about wanting the product versus feeling obligated to tag the brand on social media; the offering comes off as more promotional spectacle than sincere comfort food." - Erin DeJesus

At least the food is edible, but it is not worth facing the service. Hilariously ironic how the receipt specifically states that Panera Bread strives for accuracy, since our inaccurately entered order forced us to pay more. When confronted, the manager kindly offered to refund us on the inaccurate portion of the order… so we could pay for the accurate version. All well and good, except we paid for taxes *twice.* Our refund did not include taxes. We ended up paying more for less, not at all getting what we were asked for. The manager only stared at the discrepancy and said “I don’t know, looks like a machine issue.” After further pressing, I will concede that he offered us a free drink. We did not need another drink. We needed our money back. I’m not even asking for a full refund, but we unfairly paid taxes on a product we didn’t ask for that was taken back.

I ordered at 8:01 am food was ready at 8:30 am. The manager here is completely useless. Instead of stepping in and working. She justs watches the team struggle to catch up.

Got one of the chicken salads that comes with roasted corn. I used the kiosk to order, and customized it for extra corn. There wasn't any corn at all in the salad. Very disappointing. Not a big deal, but very odd. The outdoor area was nice, with lots of places to sit.

Google
A wonderful place to do work or meet up with people. There are outdoor tables by the entrance facing the parking lot and more outdoor tables by the exit doors facing the street. I love the layout inside. It is much cozier and brighter than most Paneras. There's a couple alcoves and different seating areas. Also some bar seats facing the kitchen where you can watch them make bread. The only downside to this location is there are not many outlets. An employee said they had 3 but I am not sure he spoke on good authority because I found another one afterwards. Well, the other thing is it's sometimes hard to find parking and the spaces are tight so a lot of cars back up into the spots. Like most Paneras, they have their chill Panera Playlist played across stores and switch their coffee regularly, every 75 minutes to 2 hours. Don't forgot to use the microwave to heat up your food or pastries - it's under the coffee dispensers!

RACIST! DON’T GO!! SPARE YOURSELF AND GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! The person refused to give me my order when I tried to pick it up and showed her the order in my phone. Everyone was able to pick up their order without having to show their phone and an order details and ID, this is so stupid. Even I showed her my order, she refused to hand me my drink and asked my order number and name. This is discrimination and racism. And after all that they gave me a regular cup when I ordered a large. Just to test if this was racism, I had my wife order the same thing 5 minutes later. See in the picture, I got regular when I order large (right) and my wife who is not Asian went in a got the large one she ordered (right) and they asked her for nothing! No order confirmation and of course, no ID!!!! You can treat everyone the same but not discriminate like this! I am giving zero stars on all platform and letting all my friends and family know this is a racist location. The Kobe Kitchen next door is way more better, it tastes better and the people there are genuine and treat you better!

Google
Quality of foods and beverages are excellent, large seating area with great outdoors tables and chairs. Service leave much to be desired to say the least: the old female indian manager lack basic manners and civility, Likewise, the men rest room was just ghastly, wet floor with and smelled of urine. Overall, my experience here had been very disappntĥing in contrasr to other good panera.

Yelp
One of my go to Panera sites for catering pick up. Manager responsive and courteous even when dealing with so much activity around her and supporting her team. Called site when discovered that packed water instead of tea. Manager answered after several rings & did not put me hold despite a busy Saturday morning. She was apologetic and offered me multiple options to remedy. I chose credit to charge card, which was done the same day instead of 3-5 days. Ample space on site and noticed a couple of morning large groups of older adults enjoying conversations.

Yelp
The manager was very rude to us today. We have been coming here regularly for years. We often come 15 minutes before close and never have a problem. But today, the manager - after we already ordered at a kiosk - told us at pickup that it has to be to go. I was surprised. Asked why. Then he said when I ordered, we told you so. But we ordered at a kiosk, who told us? And when we were given a "To go" and "Dine in" option, we pressed the "Dine In" option. Manager then made up story how an employee an employee had told us so. No employee had talked to us! So I added the manager to ask the employee to come talk to me. The manager then went to speak to the employee in Spanish and later the employee came in front and said to the manager say "yes I told him" and walked away. This is not the way to treat your customers.

Yelp
Needed a little something-something Hadn't been to a Panera since college! Was craving a sandwich- surprised with the new croque monsieur ! Temporarily at a Panera near you ! I added lettuce -- Hurry up and go try it ! This croissant bread is delish !!! One of a kind! Best invention since -- plain sliced bread ? Please don't take it away ! Maybe keep it permanently on your menu ?! Don't be surprised if you see me here tomorrow! Clean dining and front register - friendly service!

Yelp
My wife and I eat at Panera bread at the Steven's Creek location. Typically we go at night on a weekend, and the food is prepared well. This week I needed a few sandwiches for lunch for the week, so I ordered and picked them up at 9am. They were very stingy with the turkey, and really it looked sad like it was leftovers. The bread was also soggy. I was very disappointed. Even with a coupon, a ripoff.

Yelp
My favorite part about Panera is the mobile order. The mobile app is so easy to use and I can order my stuff after I drop my kids off to school and just go on my way to pick it up... Theoretically. The downside is about 50% of the time this location specifically seems to have some mismatch in their estimated time of readiness and I end up waiting a lot longer and often have to ask them for my meal again even though I already ordered it on mobile. I don't have this issue at other locations. Frequent orders: Mac & cheese Tomato and cheese panini Black coffee Orange scone The food is really consistent and there's plenty of seating and it's kid friendly. The booths are lovely. It's a little bit difficult to navigate because I feel like the layout makes it hard to walk through easily without bumping into people or having to squeeze by. Indoor and outdoor seating. I'll definitely be back because it's my local Panera.

Yelp
Free Wifi is spotty. I was NEVER able to order when connected to their free Wifi. Big miss. App is glitchy. If you don't mind that it is okay. Fix your wifi and / or app.

Paula S.

Yelp
Everything went wrong. Ordered 2 same sandwiches Got 2 different sandwiches. Tried calling to get some kind of response. I'll have to go tomorrow and beg them to fix this. This was my very first visit of this establishment. They did not give a good impression. Wish I could say to food was good but it was overshadowed by not getting enough of what I ordered. The 2nd sandwich was a grilled cheese which probably would have been good if I'd known I had a hot sandwich in my bag. They probably lost a customer for life. But I'll bet they don't care.

Yelp
Terrible customer service from the manager on duty, Ana. She was rude and did not provide the customer service that should be expected at any Panera Bread. I will never go back or refer any family or friends to Panera Bread-Cupertino due to Ana's actions and reaction.

Yelp
Ordered from app and tried new sandwiches and salads . It was so good . Good service but missing chips in our order

Yelp
I am sadly going to have to change my star rating. This particular store, perhaps is getting a slight makeover within the employees, I still see a handful of the normal employees I see, they're always friendly, smiling, helpful, but today when I went in to order my breakfast sandwich from a new lady that I have never seen before, I noticed there was a lot of smoke coming from the toaster oven where the bagels usually are toasted. I tried to tell, this particular employee, and she said, "that thing always smokes. It's OK. " After I placed my order, which was a chipotle, chicken scramble with added spinach, her coworker/an employee I've seen numerous times there was abruptly trying to use the tongs to get a bagel out of the oven, which apparently was smoking because it was on fire/stuck! It got incredibly smoky inside and the lady at the register in front of me just seem to not care/brush it off. Interesting. Lol. Sad to say when I got my sandwich and went back to my house, it was incredibly small and looked nothing like the picture. I guess I'll just have to travel across town and go to the Campbell location since there. New employees tend to be more helpful/considerate and their items you order look like the picture.
google avatar

Amy N.

Yelp
Rapid pick up is smooth, the stuff is typically always out and ready. The cups aren't always out in time for sip club but I appreciate that they let me use my reusable bottle for the drink once I order! Trying to be environmentally friendly! Their bagels are always delish! Love that they have like sparkling water as a calorie free sip club option!

Yelp
The most poorly run Panera I have experienced when the store manager isn't present. Constantly out of coffee, Splenda even when it is not busy. And service by one male and one female shift mangers (Lucy) is often terse and blatantly rude. Lucy yelled at me for bringing the half and half containers up to the counter to be refilled because they were sitting by the coffee empty as usual and being ignored. lol The new possibly store manager has improved food getting out timely, but don't like to wait 10-15 minutes for my coffee half the time and definitely don't like being yelled at for bringing the empty half n half dispenses to them so I can fix my coffee and go.

Yelp
Sandwich was so small and forgot cookie. Ordered previously snd they forgot to put bacon bits in mac and cheese. Place is run a bunch of dumbasses I suppose.

Yelp
I would use 0 stars if I could. I've been a long time Panera customer and I enjoy my unlimited coffee subscription. I take enjoyment in stopping by Panera on my way to work most days. I already wrote a review a couple of months ago about at this same Panera in Stevens Creek. Just when I thought my experience couldn't get any worse, they easily proved me wrong. They have gotten my order wrong more than a handful of times in the past and this current experience is the icing on the cake (for now...). First off, I ordered a large coffee with my sausage, steak, egg and cheese sandwich on a brioche bun. I went to the counter to ask for my LARGE cup. Manager hands me the cup. I had a feeling it was the medium but I couldn't really tell. I go to the coffee station and notice someone else with a bigger cup - so i know manager handed me a medium cup after I VERBALLY requested a LARGE cup. I firmly believe that customer service goes a long way and people go to places to have positive experiences, especially from workers. When I went back to the manager to tell him I wanted a large cup, he gives me major attitude telling me to tell him for a large cup next time as if I wasted HIS time! What a joke. At this point he has already set me in a bad mood to start my day. I expressed sternly that i asked for a large cup and to watch for his attitude. While all this is going on, the guy making my sandwich is splendidly screwing up the order. Manager "checks" the order and hands me the bag. Brioche bun was hard as a rock. Of the nearly 8 years of frequently eating at Panera, never had a hard brioche. It was like a breakfast sandwich on a crouton bun. Manager tells me all their brioche are like that, and i tell him that they shouldn't be. On top of that, I specifically asked for sauce on the side and not in the sandwich. The sauce was in the sandwich of course! I ASK them to make me another sandwich with a different bun. They make my new sandwich thinking I can finally enjoy in peace. Boy I was wrong. My re-made order was again "checked" by this so called manager prior to handing me the bag. I sit down with me coffee which has cooled off by now, to discover in amazement my order was still wrong. My order is very specific and has sausage, steak, egg, and cheese with avocado. After sitting down and finally thinking I can eat, the sandwich was missing steak AND the sausage and was just egg inside! I went back again to tell them they messed up yet again the order. Another staff offered to give me my money back after they re-made my sandwich a second time. This is fine but this establishment needs to consider the customers' time and also make sure their experience is very positive. I come to Panera to have some enjoyment prior to starting work. Messing peoples orders is fine once in a blue moon but to do this over and over again at the same Panera is unacceptable. I wish there was another Panera nearby but this Panera is on my route to work when i commute with my wife 3 days out of the week. The following week the fun continued. I ordered my usual with large cofee. I ordered online and waited 15 minutes before going in. I went to the counter and asked for my coffee. The staff member who offered to give my money back last week was tending the counter. Remember that I already ordered online 15 minutes prior. She had a bunch of ticket orders in the counter. She comes to me with an attitude and points on the tickets and ask for my name. I calmly tell her and she says she doesn't see it. With an attitude, she says to prove to her my order. Unbelievable. She proceeds to give me attitude and asks me to manually put my number in their system when i already showed her my order on the app. I've been an unlimited sip subscriber for years and I never felt so provoked over a coffee cup. The manager and this lady staff member need to take some customer service classes. This Panera is in one of the nicer neighborhoods and it's a shame they treat their customers like this. Like i said, i wish i can go to another Panera but I value my commute with my wife and on these days this Panera is the only one in my route to work. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!

Yelp
The picture explains it all. Why did I waste my money at Panera. They call this a sandwich. In addition to the sandwich I had a choice of an apple, a bag of chips or a slice of bread to supplement the sandwich. I will never go to a Panera restaurant ever again.
google avatar

Lyn N.

Yelp
This place is very convenient to the vicinity of my work. I am able to place a mobile order from my Panera app or in person at a kiosk. They were one of the few places that was successful for their mobile orders (during the Covid pandemic), especially curbside pick up. Everyone literally goes to this location. I have bumped into many families and staff from the nearby school. There are plenty of seating areas. Their service is quick & efficient. I enjoy eating their chicken salad sandwich, but I personalize & add other veggies.

Marina L.

Yelp
I love panera but this is crazy. For the amount chicken I got in my sandwich, this should be worth like $5, not $14. Had to go to the app because The sandwich comes with a BBQ sauce and red onions, and this is what I got.
google avatar

Smita D.

Yelp
After waiting around for 30 minutes at least, the lady at the front said the wait is 30-45 minutes. One person just left without their lunch. It would be faster to eat at a proper sit down restaurant. Also often the order is wrong. Like if you ordered a certain side, you get another; or you order a bread bowl and they forget it, or you don't get dressing. Every time I come here I remind myself not to come back but I keep hoping it will be better. Now that I have written the review I hope I remember.

K B.

Yelp
It had been awhile, and Panera had some new items and enticing deals, so I figured I'd give it a try. The chicken is rubbery and unappetizing. The service at this location is very bad. I had to wait nearly ten minutes after my order was marked "ready" before my food was actually ready. The staff looks stressed and tries to avoid eye contact with any customers. If you try to get their attention they seem very annoyed. While I was waiting I saw some weird stuff, like one guy poured fruit from one plastic cup into an identical looking plastic cup... the only markings on these cups is a best guy date... that doesn't inspire confidence. Parking is horrible. Restaurant is stuffed full of stressed out people. Do not come here.

Yelp
Friendly employees and always proactive to help. Would love more electric plugs! ??? They're quick to make sure the beverages are filled.

Yelp
This Panera is a bit busier than other Paneras, which resulted in food shortages such as the Asiago Bagel and so on. However, this only occurred on the day I went so it may not be an everyday occurrence. FOOD: Pretty good overall! I ordered the Caesar Salad and Chicken Noodle Value Duet which was pretty good. I did add a note to take out croutons I'm the special instructions, however the workers were really busy so they missed it. Since I ordered at the kiosk, it may be better to order with the workers if you have special instructions. LOCATION: I like the layout and area of this Panera alot. It's really close to De Anza College, making it a pretty efficient study spot for students over there. The inside was nice and roomy and it was a pretty nice place to work. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Overall, pretty good! I ordered with the kiosk and the food was contactless so there was that.

Yelp
One of my go-to spots to study or do work. Plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor). Very nice ambiance inside. I love their soups! Especially the tomato or wild rice. Service is usually pretty fast and polite.

Kimya S.

Yelp
This Panera location is by far a great location with an amazing staff, service, and a great welcome as you enter the restaurant! Norbey is always on the go taking care of each customer and staff! Thank you!!

Yelp
I ordered simple outlet but was charged for oatmeal strategy Peacan. It was a lot of brown sugar and min strabery

Yelp
I used to love Panera, but I haven't gone to one in a while and for a good reason. The ones I've been to recently have gone downhill in quality, especially customer service. I dropped by Panera around 4pm on a Thursday to grab a filling snack. I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup (small), which came with a side of my choice, and an iced Madagascar vanilla latte. My food came out promptly, but I noticed that my drink wasn't ready. I went over to the drink section with the blenders and saw a manager... yes, a manager... texting on her phone not minding that I was right there waiting to be attended to. I finally said, "Is my drink ready?" She looked at me, looked at the ordering screen, and then proceeded to make my drink. The coffee flavor was really watered down. I could've gone to McDonald's and had a better iced coffee. I sat down at a table to enjoy my broccoli cheddar soup only to realize that it was cold... like it had just come out of the fridge. The server probably heated it up but not all the way through. I brought the dish back, and the cook provided another round of soup that was much better. Definitely warmed up.
google avatar

Stacey S.

Yelp
Beware- check and double-check your order and receipt!! I returned to the counter for a missing drink and then later for a cookie they also forgot to include. Whoever is working behind the counter should be checking orders are going out accurately and completely.
google avatar

Sophia T.

Yelp
The blonde hair woman who worked around 6pm on 1/31 was the WORST EVER to my friend. This worker was incompetent, disrespectful, and rude. Not only did she have a terrible attitude and kept yelling at my friend but she called my friend "stupid" in Spanish to her coworker out loud and my friend heard it. She also kept giving dirty looks. I hope she gets fired honestly. They gave my friend a cold bagel and the wrong drink too. Another thing is that those workers were racist. They were so nice to another customer who was a white woman and even gave her a free cookie. But so rude to my friend who is asian.
google avatar

Julia S.

Yelp
I ordered pickup here for lunch, and it looks like they were pretty swarmed (or slow) with orders since there were lots of people waiting for their order too. It took 10 minutes after the original intended ready time for it to be actually finished. I got the Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken, and my boyfriend got the Turkey BLT, Tikki Masala Soup, and the Mango Yuzu Charged Lemonade. My salad was up to my expectations, nothing amazing but not bad. I asked for light dressing, and it does seem like they gave half the typical amount, and they even put it on the side. We heard that the charged lemonade had lots of caffeine and was too easy to drink, and I agree - you couldn't taste the caffeine in it, it just tasted like a not-too-sweet lemonade, and I felt the crash an hour later when I only took a few sips. I didn't try his sandwich, but the soup was pretty interesting, like a chili with some tikki masala spices. I don't think it's my favorite soup, and I didn't notice any meat in there despite the description.
google avatar

Patricia A.

Yelp
Panera Bread was a good choice for lunch. The dinning area is large and seating feels very private at the booths. Staff here is very friendly and helpful with your order. Ordered a Caesar salad and half a sandwich with a drink. Our meal was delicious and a good size portion to share with my one and only. Was a very satisfying meal.

Marianne B.

Yelp
Panera is certainly losing their customer service and quality. Ordered 3 lunches and only 1 had everything ordered. They missed the dipping sauce for their "new" French dippers. I wasn't even given an option to order it so I assumed it was included. Forgot the apple. No napkins. Sandwich was soggy and the broccoli soup was really runny. Not as thick as prior orders. Couldn't talk to anyone they were busy. My name was not on their board as "order being rec'd" or in the process of being made. Order not on the pick up shelves. Called the restaurant instead - quicker than having an employee help - and they had it. They just did not enter it. WTF is that about. Trust me Woodbury has hundreds of lunch options to choose from.

Yelp
This place has an excellent selection of delicious food that serves our entire family! Soups and pastries our picky kids actually eat. Healthy yet hearty sandwiches and salads that my wife can enjoy. Coffee that is bold, fresh and unlimited. What's more, the staff is friendly, fast, and considerate (my kid wanted a little extra bread for her soup, no problem, on the house!) My only gripe is the swarms of flies/gnats on the pastries, that is just gross and I have seen it at every Panera since the beginning (seriously a glass case does not reduce the desirableness of your baked goods, it only makes them more appealing). Keep up the great menu, we'll be back soon!
google avatar

Maggie G.

Yelp
We catered from them frequently. This is what we normally get. They are always come in trays and individually packed. Soufflés are my fav! Even utensils are individually packed. Granolas are separated from the yogurt with a plastic tray.m so it doesn't get soggy.

Yelp
New chicken sandwich is big fail Tempature was so cold especially the bread was so so so so cold that it was from the refrigerator. Idk how chicken can be cold when it's cooked. The sauce was salty and not spicy. No vegetables.. or any other component in the sandwich..... and bomb, 12$ Piece of apple came with it when we asked for sliced. Looked not rinsed.... Dirty... Just can't Frozen strawberry lemonade was also big fail. Nothing lemony, bland ice. Big big big big fail.

Yelp
The flavor of my sandwich was good, but it was mostly bread. Hardly ANY meat in it at all. Kind of a rip off.

Yelp
This is the salad I ordered from Panera Bread. 1/3 of it is like this, completely inedible.

Yelp
Zero stars-- nada, zilch! I ordered $54 worth of pastries/sandwiches to go, and when it was time to pay the tip came up automatically, and as a gesture I gave $1 to this young man who rang the items on the register. The audacity when he made a snarky comment "All that work for a dollar!" What's happening here? Do we have to tip 15% to folks who press buttons on the cash register now? It's a completely different story, if I sat down & ate in store. Why has the tipping culture ran amok nowadays?
google avatar

Zhenxiong O.

Yelp
Wanna hear a joke? The chicken noodle soup at Panera. $7 for this bowl of chicken noodle soup that has only one piece of chicken? And the staff's attitude is very poor. Would give 0 star if there is such option.
google avatar

Yelp
Frankly, not my favorite Panera. "Whatchatalkingabout?!" I hear you asking. "I thought all Paneras were the same . . . as fungible as Big Macs and Toyota Corollas. Like, if you've been to one, haven't you been to them all?" Alas, young grasshopper, this is unfortunately not true. And I have been to a LOT of Paneras. Because this company, through its many promotions, has provided me with free coffee off and on since the dark Covidy days of summer 2020. I frequent this one simply out of convenience. All I order is coffee or soda. And they can't even seem to get that right. The cup is NEVER out on time. I ALWAYS have to ask them. Sometimes I show up THIRTY MINUTES after placing a mobile order for a single coffee cup and it's not on the rapid pick up shelf. This never happens at the Mountain View Panera. Never at the Almaden one. Nor at Serramonte, or across the bridge in Novato. Not even in the hinterlands of Ronhert Park or the Gucci-panera of South Coast Plaza. Only in at this Panera. What's up, Cupertino? Does time just move more slowly there?
google avatar

Allen L.

Yelp
This is a great spot to study or do some light work with food. You order off a kiosk and drinks are self serve. My order with the Chicken Chipotle Sandich didn't take long and the sandwich itself was delicious. Not all of the tables or booths xome with power plugs so check before you settle down. The parking lot is a bit small with limited spaces, the spots closest to the curb are 30 min time limits.

Christopher L.

Yelp
Food is overpriced and sucks. Paid 26 2 sandwich portions that literally fit in the palm of my hand, an iced coffee, and a cookie. Staff is nice, but don't waste your time coming here

Yelp
We were excited to try Panera take out. What a MISTAKE. The new chicken sandwich looks nothing like the ad. The sandwich must have been HOURS old, dry, cold, looked unappealing and the taste was just as bad as the picture. We will never use them again. It is over priced and totally unapealing. Go to McDonalds it is cheaper annd will taste much better!

Yelp
It's Panera but it was great. Autumn Squash soup very tasty, grilled cheese awesome, Fuji apple salad always good, and green goddess Cobb salad- the best! Really clean location with plenty of outside tables. Super experience!!

Yelp
Love, love, love Panera! I go to the Dublin and Livermore stores. Today, went to the Dublin one after work and ordered my usual sandwiches. Had to go inside because for some reason their drive thru was closed off today. Get home, looking forward to my sandwich and this is what I got (see pic)! There was notice that they had no greens, but come on...and no pickle spears! I ordered 2 of the same sandwich and they both look like this (pic).

Yelp
Panera bread went downhill once JAB holdings bought them. Their menu is confusing and we ended up paying way more than what we ordered. I'm going to avoid these other JAB holding companies too. JAB is a private equity firm in Germany. JAB Holding bought Caribou Coffee for $340 million. As of 2021, JAB Holding owned Peet's Coffee, Panera Bread, JDE, Pret A Manger and Krispy Kreme

Yelp
This place is so expensive for what you get I only came because I had a $50 gift card and even then I was underwhelmed by the amount of food it got me. Ordering and pickup is super smooth but wow those portions are tiny and tastes ehh.

This review is based on several bad experiences after no problems Went for bagel and smoothie , last couple times I've been forgotten while they make you wait on patio So order , get two bagels and looks like smoothy is being made , so I wait in fair corner , to avoid being forgotten and it is hot out Lady says "sir do you have question , you must wait on patio" Okay , fair I go to patio No system to inform you , I see many people come in and served right away So I wait 10 minutes in baking sun Go in , and this is the issue .... 5-6 people waiting for orders I ask if ready yet , politely and told " we will make it now " I told them to never mind , at this point sweating from hot sun and just want out. No apology from them and I leave I will never return to this Panera And if waiting in the baking sun is a requirement , I'd ask the Santa Clara County Health Board to make sure that policy is consistent at this store

Yelp
Not a cool place, but very practical and utilitarian there's always room to sit A perfect place to sit and chat casually or work on your computer. No waitresses no hassle , corporate ownership , no rush to get you out of there. Service is always reasonably prompt especially if you order just plain coffee and croissant. Otherwise you go to the back of the line and it can take a while at peak hours tremendous selection, Lots of room, not very much sizzle. It's too bad they closed their Sunnyvale location

Yelp
Got the Tomato cream soup and Caesar salad combo and the food was good. The soup is really delicious and the salad was the usual and fresh. Think the portion size of the salad was less per my expectation.
