Panera Bread

This Panera Bread location is absolutely amazing! The general manager, Mike, sets the standard for all employees to feel welcome and do their best! With two visits, two days in a row, it’s clear that Mike is a phenomenal leader, that goes above and beyond to ensure a magnificent customer experience! Clean restaurant, with kind and efficient employees that are patient and professional! I am enormously grateful for the Vegan option that Mike made available for me!

The food was very good. This was my very first time in Panera but I always saw the commercials and my kids go there often. I’m glad I went with a younger person since you have to order at a kiosk. Perhaps there is the option to order from a person since I saw an employee behind the counter but my millennials when right for the kiosk. Either way I had a very good lunch at this Panera, the floor and decor was very dated, I expected something a little more modern and not so worn out.

Been to this location for the first time ans Jessica at the register has been very welcoming and kind and made sure the order was taken correctly. It’s very clean and nice setup. Enjoyed my stay and will be back

UPDATE: 01/09/25: We needed to update this review after our last visit to this store. Today, we spent over $50.00 on lunch, a couple of pastries and two loaves of bread. The lunch was okay except for the chicken soup. How is it possible to destroy the soup because the chicken is so over cooked. So, if you want good chicken soup at a get price, we recommend the Vons store on Windmill and Pecos, the chicken soup is the best and the chicken is so tender. Also, the pastries were terrible, stale, dry and lacking in taste. As for the bread, the staff member who cut them for us destroyed at least a quarter of each loaf of bread and stuffed them into a bag. Unfortunately for us, we did not discover this mess until we arrived home since she had bought us the breads and pastries in a large brown paper bag and did not bother to check them before leaving, which is on us. Bottomline, we will not be coming back to this store for a very long time if ever. Panera use to be so good but it seems the quality and service has fallen dramatically over the past year or so. Standard Panera Bread store but they do need to be more aware of their customers. Today, had a line of customers waiting and only one employee taking orders. Moments earlier what appeared to be a supervisor came over a took one order then walked away. They do have the order machines at the location, but I am one of those people who liked to have a real person take my order. The food was very good and had no complaints but the prices for eating there have really increased. On top of that, you now get a pager and when your food is ready, you must go get it yourself. No big deal, but when you place your order there is what has become standard at these places - electronic payment machines. And what is the first thing you see, the "the tip" suggestions - really. I must go to the counter/machine and order my food, given a pager and when it goes off, I must get my food and at the end empty my tray and they want a 20 25% tip - sorry, no. Will I go there again, of course, I like their food and pastries but there is room for improvement.

Dirty dirty dirty. You have a man walking around with special needs cleaning while 4 others just post up and talking. Then one of them got Rude with the adult with special needs. Never will return here.

The food is good - not great - but good. I had an Italian sandwich which was tasty but the bread seemed a bit stale. We ordered a roll to go and it was definitely stale. My wife had the cranberry sandwich without the bread so it was salad style. She said it tasted okay but was also not great. The presentation on the plate is excellent. The food looked delicious. The tall thin girl taking our order resisted speaking clearly even after we indicated that neither of us could understand her. It wasn't that we couldn't hear her, it was that she refused to project her words. This was very frustrating as we had to go over each aspect of the order two or three times. The girl with the neon pink hair was terse to the point of being rude. Overall if the service was as good as the food, it would be a solid 4 star dining experience, but it's not. If the managers pay attention to these reviews, I would recommend encouraging the employees to understand that even though they're just taking money or dishing up soup, they're still in the people business. Maybe I'm crazy, but I'd rather eat where the food is average and the employees are polite and kind. Once our gift card runs out, we won't be back.

I have to say that I was really surprised by my visit. I haven't been here in a long time and I used to feel like it was a very expensive place. Now it is extremely affordable. The food was fantastic.

This Panera is awesome. The food tastes fresh. The employees are kind. The service is tops. Once in a while, my drink order goes missing, but people are dying of thirst in Vegas. Overall, this location is great.

Sip Club is great. This location (Henderson, across from Station Casino) is usually dirty. Bathroom is disgusting. Staff is fine. They let staff have hanging hair AND I've had hair in my food. So, I don't eat as often here as I did previously. And, soup portion sizes depending on who's in the kitchen. This pic is a bowl $10? and 2" from the top.

This isn't my favorite Panera location, but the food is consistently great. It's right across the Galleria Mall. I appreciate the order kiosks and the order-ready screen. It was tricky to understand at first, but makes the process quick and convenient. The restaurant itself feels a bit dark, and I have noticed the occasional strange character hanging around, though the staff is usually quick to address it. On our last visit, my daughter and I opted to get our food to go. Overall, I'd come back in a pinch especially if I'm feeling hangry!

Can you say grilled cheese?! The service was fast. The restaurant was clean. They were not a lot of people in the store. . I ordered a grilled cheese, not knowing it had been upgraded baby. Let me tell you this grilled cheese was everything. It might be my item of the season. !

Panera is my go to when I need to stop in for a meeting while working remote as the WiFi is always reliable and it's usually more quiet than Starbucks. Today decided to try a beverage instead of food. I opted for an iced chai latte with almond milk. I tried ordering it with foam assuming it was a cold foam, but when they brought it to me they explained they can only add foam on hot drinks. No big deal, but odd that the app allows you to order it that way. The chai has a nice spice, which can be hard to find, and the almond milk makes for a creamy finish. Overall the taste is good, but it's expensive for the size. Not sure if order it again.

The director of the physician group @ my work got us Panera for ER week. They offer catering & it sure was pricey! The sandwiches, chips & chocolate chip cookies come in these nice sturdy big boxes that are put inside this huge Panera bag that is reusable, think reusable shopping bag but XXXLarge. I LOVED the Kettle chips that they carry. Taste like true Kettle, very fresh and one bag the salt was just right & another bag was a little too salty to my liking but I still thought they were very tasty. There were 2 bags with loose chocolate chips cookies that were good. Not to hard but not super soft. We got a big bowl of pickle spears that were yummy, but I LOVE pickles. I was the lucky one who was given the leftover pickles to take home....lol I tried the Tomato Basil BLT which was good. It is small but it looked like 1/2 a sandwich. The bread seemed to be the tomato basil due to the light red color. I also tried the Toasted Italiano warm sandwich. This was a good size but messy when I opened up the packaging due to the Greek dressing that is put on it so if you get this one you probably want to eat it right away or the bread will get soggy. This sandwich is spicy!!! I think from the sliced pepperoncini peppers though I didn't think they were normally hot? I'm not a big fan of the french baguette bread that it comes on due to it being so hard, I like my bread soft. I also grabbed a BBQ chicken for the next day. I know, I did eat a lot but I work 12hr shifts & I was starving when I came into work as I don't eat before work. This was a nice treat that everyone @ work enjoyed. Unfortunately, Panera isn't a place I usually go to when I get take out food. I did enjoy the variety of cold & warm sandwiches that were provided. I like that I was able to try these items from here and the set up was very nice & neat. Good job guys!! Thank you!

I have to give this location a shoutout! I have come here for years for both business meetings and personal. I typically order large group catering from here and almost always it is correct. A few times through the years there's been an error or two but has been corrected. The staff for catering is always friendly, prepared and helpful. I appreciate that very much! Recently on a personal order I tried the new menu option, zesty Tuscan Asiago sandwich, and it was SO good I decided to give a well deserved review. I ordered Rapid Pick Up via the app and it was ready very quickly. Packaged properly and tasted so good. Keep these on the menu for a bit, please. I didn't take any pictures but it looked good too! Asiago bagel, with all the toppings melded together. It was great. My kids and I swing by on occasion too and we always love our dishes whether the flatbreads they used to have, soups, Mac n Cheese, salads always fresh, sandwiches, drinks great and lastly all of the bakery items are fun like seasonal cookies!

I've been going here for many years. By far the best Panera Bread I've been too. The staff is super friendly. Shout out to Jennifer on the register for excellent service. The manage (wish I would've gotten his name) is always present and thanking us for coming in. Overall clean restaurant with great standards. Brett is always a pleasure and smiling face

I needed to have a quick lunch and Panera is an easy choice. I haven't been to Panera in a while, but when you enter there are multiple kiosks to place your order. I usually select the "Choose Two" so I can get a combo of soup, salad, and sandwich.

First time checking out Panera! I had only ever heard about it and decided to give it a try. Can't say it was a great first experience. To start with the good: The restaurant was well & comfortably lit. The booths were comfortable. The food came quickly. The food, aside from the broccoli cheddar soup, tasted fine. The bad: It all seemed ridiculously overpriced for what we received. My chicken Cesar salad wasn't even half full. The chicken was very thinly sliced, which is fine, but the portion was very light; and I ordered and paid for extra dressing, but I'm pretty sure I didn't get the extra, as it was hardly enough to coat the salad. There may have been about a quarter of a chicken breast in the salad, which feels like a major rip off for the price we paid and with the bowl already only being filled, at most, halfway. I had heard a lot about the broccoli and cheese soup, but ended up disappointed by that as well. It was VERY bland. It really just tasted like thick broccoli water. The other salad was ordered with extra protein, which we received, but it seems like they put even less lettuce to compensate for the extra protein. It was delicious, though. The French onion soup tasted like it was frozen and thawed out at some point. Didn't taste fresh, but aside from that, it tasted fine. The worker calling out orders and handing out the food had a feel about him like he didn't want to be there and was slightly annoyed by me asking for a to-go plate.

No no no just say it's not so. Years back I did frequent Panera for lunch often. Recently the one in The District closed now this. So I go in to order and they took the Napa almond chicken sandwich off the menu... No wonder the other one closed. Beyond that the seats were pretty broken down needing of repair/ upgrade and tables were dirty. I know this is gonna sound weird but when did they start making you go up and retrieve your own order??? All a big let down and I'm guessing it's just a short matter of time before this one closes too. Sad situation. Another once popular chain going by the wayside. We ordered a pastry with our lunches that we had to track down on top of having to get our food. Bad scene all around.

Dear Panera Bread, I'm very disappointed with you for revised a Smokehouse BBQ Sandwich into a new version to replace the Original version of Smokehouse BBQ Sandwich. I saw ingredients that you made removed crispy onions from this meal and replaced sourdough bread with Artisan Ciabatta. It's very terrible. I won't visit Panera Bread anymore until you revert it back to the original version

Absolutely the worst Panera bread I've ever been to soufflé that we like to order tasted like it was made a week ago. It was just nasty. It's in the trash. The bagel looks like they changed your recipe in the trash, coffee lukewarm out of their containers all in the trash I would just avoid this place at all cost and try and find some other place

Panera was very clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, our order was pickup and ready when promised. We had a macaroon for the ride home and it was fresh and delish We had the Mexican corn soup. Spiced perfectly. Definitely will get it again. We had Greek salad and Cobb salad with chicken. They could have put more chicken in. But the salad was very good . Dressing excellent. The French baguette was perfect Will definitely be back,

Stars are rounded up to four, due to this Panera trifecta: the ease of mobile rapid pick-up, the famous sip club monthly subscription, and the value duets for $6.99. With inflation still lingering, it's rare to get a hearty meal nowadays for that price. And sometimes you just want to get in and out with minimal social interaction. Add unlimited drinks for $14.99/month (price just increased) and you've got the perfect triple play. I think their pick-two option can be a little pricey, so my go-to's are definitely the value duet options. Unfortunately, you can't mix and match the sandwiches and soups in this category. They're already locked. My favorites: -- NAPA ALMOND CHICKEN SALAD sandwich with WILD RICE SOUP. -- TUNA SALAD sandwich with TOMATO SOUP. -- SMOKEHOUSE BBQ CHICKEN sandwich with TOMATO SOUP. Back in the day, these value meals came with a side as well, but that is no longer the case. The unlimited sip club includes all fountain drinks, regular coffees, teas, and their charged lemonades (which are kept behind the counters now due to their high caffeine content) Also, when you purchase any meal and a drink, you get half-off bakery items which a sweet deal. I like their CANDY COOKIE and LEMON DROP COOKIE. Thanks Panera for making healthy lunches so convenient and affordable.

Very solid 3. Not great. Not bad. Just somewhere in the middle. Used to love Panera, it went downhill. Not just this location. Every Panera I visited in the past few years. Employees are nice, but confused. Food is okay, not the greatest. Coffee is hot! So that's a plus!

I love their chicken Fuji apple salad is amazing!! The Mexican Street corn chowder is also amazing!! These are my go to!!! The service is always great!!!

Placed a group order this morning, baguettes were missing, they no longer have the option to add a name to each order, had to open all the packets- what is going on? Last time the forgot the butter, now the baguettes? They sent us chips, we don't want the chips.

Ordered for delivery and they forgot the sides that were supposed to be included with the salads. I logged back into the app and there's no way to give feedback/complain about what's missing and get any resolution. I know that's more of a Panera corp issue, but still disappointing and makes me not want to be a repeat customer.

We landed, checked into our hotel, and was looking for a lunch spot. Low and behold our favorite Panera Bread was near by. That was so exciting! Upon arrival to the counter, the cashier was very helpful and friendly. She offered to assist us and also suggested to share what was included in items on the menu. She had a great welcoming demeanor ans exemplified great customer service! We sat at a table where we could see everything and suddenly the lunch rush came in. It's great that you can also order on the self service kiosk as well to save some time as it does get busy. We ordered two "YOU PICK TWO" anything on the menu (soup, salad, sandwich) (1) Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup and Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt (2) Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup and Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT AND (3) Asian Seasame Salad with Chicken Everything was delicious. The Soup was perfect and not too salty. The sandwiches were fresh and the salad was crisp and also fresh with a hint of cilantro. The servers who brought out our food were also very friendly. They also came around quite often to clear tables. This is a busy location but the food and service was splendid and everyone was so welcoming. We will definelty return to this location!

This was $7 and didn't even taste good. The "steak" used is not steak at all it's like grey specs of meat. We all know food places have been going down hill for a long time reducing sizes and increasing prices but this was the last straw for me. Done resorting to Panera for a meal. If you're in this area and looking for a quick,cost effective and much better quality I recommend the great harvest company near by. Can't complain about service here it's always quick and friendly and they do a good job of keeping things tidy here. Only issue is with the low quality items that this company pumps out.

I ordered a bagel that was supposed to be cut and toasted, it was not and took forever to get employees attention. The food was alright but just a bit disappointing. I will give them try again and update my review.

I won't ever go to a Panera Bread,again. I had the tomato soup for lunch. A half an hour later I was in the bathroom, throwing up.

Went here for lunch today starving after a swim meet. The employee behind the counter was so helpful with giving me details of different items on the menu I asked about. I got a pick two chicken and pepperoni mozzarella melt on a baguette with a small macaroni and cheese and a roll. The size of this sandwich for only being 1/2 was huge. It could have easily fed two people. The macaroni and cheese is so creamy and delicious, I wish I had gotten a large. My daughter got a roasted Turkey BLT with aioli, a side of macaroni and cheese and a roll as well. She was only able to eat half as well. The restaurant was clean and the other staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful.

I really enjoy Panera Bread because it's a quick and healthy alternative to fast food when you are on the go. The cost for a lunch here is a little higher than I'd prefer, however, I always walk away feeling satisfied with my meal selection and happy I stopped by. This location was clean, and the staff was friendly. After placing an order, the food was on our table in less than 10 minutes. Parking here on busy days can really be a headache. My suggestion is to park further away and walk to avoid driving around and waiting for a parking spot to open up. Definitely Recommend!

I came to this Panera not knowing they didn't have the bacon avocado melt sandwich anymore so I ordered the BLT Chicken avocado sandwich and I order the sandwich with no chicken so it would basically be the bacon avocado melt with no cheese. But I got this instead , this is absolutely absurd never in my life have I gotten a vegetable sandwich from ANYWHERE let alone a place I'd never expect a error like that to happen. This is incredibly unprofessional and ridiculous to pay for a sandwich and NOT GET ANYTHING BUT VEGETABLES ON THAT SANDWICH. I'm highly upset about this situation and not something I wanted to see getting home with my food this is so frustrating. Fix that immediately because paying for a sandwich and not even getting any meat or protein on the sandwich is so mind blowing to me never have I ever had an experience like this. Not even at subway.

Panera always comes through for me when I need a quick lunch. The place is clean and staff are friendly. I usually use the self ordering machine because it's lot fast to me and I usually only come here for one thing, so it's a repeat order when I type in my rewards number. I usually order the Asian chicken salad and that does the job for me. Now that is getting cold. I might try some of their soups on my next visit.

Rainy days, cold weather, maybe a tough break up. These are all instances where you need some good pick me up comfort food and Panera always delivers. I never crave this restaurant in the summer but I always do when the weather gets cold. And for good reason! Their soup is consistently good even though it's mass made. The sandwiches come in a great variety and the ingredients are fresh. My favorite is the frontega chicken which sets itself apart with the warm melty cheese and tender chicken. I also went with the Cobb salad and it was such a large portion it felt like I barely made a dent after I started eating. The lettuce is crisp and the chicken was flavorful. They put dressing on your salad to start but it is nowhere near enough. Pro tip as for 2 more dressing containers on the side. Ambiance for Panera is like a busier Starbucks with less long term guests and more background noise. Overall a fine place to get good consistent comfort food.

I thought I would give Panera a try. I don't mind Paying 14.09 for a GOOD SANDWICH...however, this white cheddar cheese sandwich has no meat...WHERES THE BEEF???

This week I went there and ate a very soggy sandwich half kickin' grilled cheese and it came all smashed under the wrapped paper and it looked like it was made with expired cheese and the same cheese was kept off the fridge for a very long time.and it was for sure a very spoiled cheese. I had diahrrea all night long. It is embarassing for panera bread name and I would like to have some compensation in some sort of gift card or credit into my account. Or I will send the department of health to inspect your kitchen for the spoiled cheese that you are serving your customers.

I went to Panera Bread in Village Walk location in Henderson NV and ordered a Bacon Egg Breakfast Sandwich, when I finally got my order , the bacon was burned and over cooked, when I asked if I can have a better Bacon , a Manager named Dylan, with no Customer service personality stated that , that's how we cooked our Bacon.

Great and clean restaurant. My wife and I got the Cobb salad and it was delicious. The staff is friendly and this is in a great location. Highly recommend... staff very nice and helpful.

Food was great and super fresh!! Everyone was super friendly to US. That being said, during our visit a homeless woman came in and asked 1st at the counter if she could sale her a drink. The kind girl at the counter sold her a cup. She didn't bother anyone nor did she bat an eye to any of the other resteraunt patrons. As she was filling the cup up that SHE PAID FOR, what I can only assume was the shift manager came up and told her that she did not belong in there. Very loudly she says the manager has already told you. This was during lunch time and I just feel like there are better ways to address that situation. I also realize that clearly this young woman had been kicked out before, but the cashier said yes, ushered her to the register took her money and the girl cut through the resteraunts center. She looked at the worker and said I paid for this can I please just fill it?! The lady let her and then shooed her out the door. The worker then proceeded to scold the cashier for selling her a cup in the first place, all of the resteraunt floor for all of the patrons to see. I realize Panera is not responsible for the countries lack of mental health and homeless care that is available in the area, but compassion and caring for another human being clearly struggeling would be nice to see. We took her a sandwich and an apple after we finished our lunch.

Stoped here got a quick meal before shopping . Was disappointed with my salad and just cleanliness with this location . Luckily I carry cleaning wipes , food was okay . Also had a flatbread with our order my daughter ate most of it . That's always a plus .

I think that where Panera could really excel above the fray would be with superior customer service. I had 2 different excellent encounters with employees who were exemplary. One had already informed me she was leaving for nursing school a few months ago. The other is Conner. He is caring & exhuberant. Many times employees are outstanding but as time goes on, they become complacent or less gung - ho. Others are acceptable, nothing wrong with that but this employee's obvious enthusiasm was contagious. A great experience can just make your day uber better. Today, I was tremendously thrilled to also sample their new menu item, a $5.99 flatbread in cheese or margherita that's rolling out on Mon Oct 26, 2020. It tastes like it looks, how it should & is not fancy but another quick option to their lineup. Lastly, I have been a crispy coffee member for 4 months. More often than not, somehow (egads) there's an error. If I order ice or almond milk, or milk, it's not included on the shelf. I've even gotten no order despite a confirmation order number. You are supposed to be able to get a cookie but if there's a line, I just skulk away in annoyance & without moi cookie. Their myriad of menu items are mostly consistent but if you get some positivity, then the food tastes better, almost to the 5th star.

Needed coffee when we left Vegas. This Panera was on our route out. Ordered on the app and drinks were ready when quoted. In and out super quick. Busy plaza, restaurant was pretty busy on Sunday morning. Iced Coffee, large - $2.79

Worst Panera I have been to! I love Panera and actually worked there a few years ago and this quality of food was just not right. First received the wrong sandwich, then did not receive my soup, had NO strawberries on the STRAWBERRY poppyseed salad, we also got the chicken teriyaki bowl and the rice was not all the way cooked some pieces were crunchy. I talked to the guy at the window about getting them fixed the guy argued with me! Also from working I know there is a certain presentation for wrapping of sandwiches and such and they were just wrong and sloppy. I know mistakes happen (trust me been there) but this was just so many to me where is the training?? Also I saw a man with long hair and long facial hair working on the line with no hair net. Just off putting to me. Not impressed, will not be returning!

Food and drinks were standard Panera quality. The order was ready on time and pretty quickly. We have no other complaints other than the soda fountain area was filthy disgusting. Sticky floor, stained counter. Half and half seemed empty and old. Just not up to standard. Other than that it was ok.

We went there with a gift certificate from my sister. She gave us 30 bucks so we got to get a great lunch the goddess salad was really good as was the smokehouse chicken barbecue sandwich the bread is so delicious located conveniently by galleria mall. I am absolutely sure will be back as it's one of our family's favorites because you can get healthy food at a sort of reasonable price. And who can resist all those pastries and bread also very delicious and also very bad for you and who cares. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. The reason I gave it a four is because of their bathroom it could use some work it could use some touch up I think they're doing the best they can to try to keep it clean it just really needs to be updated other than that I had a very pleasant lunch.

I'm sorry, but I do not understand what is so difficult about making a green goddess sandwich and adding the green goddess dressing to it I mean it's in the description. Since we've had problems with this location in the past, I told my husband to order the dressing on the side to make sure he got it and that did work. However, I ordered a green goddess salad and they sent Italian dressing with it I mean seriously, what is wrong with this, how hard is it?

Tomatoe soup and cheese melt sandwich. I picked up in the restaurant. Soup was warm. Sandwich was stuck to the wrapping paper and clearly was not freshly prepared. Was like to was warmed up in the wrapping causing it to stick. Horrible warm meal. Stars are low rated and I see why. My local restaurant but I need to drive to the next location. This one is downhill.

The food was good. However I thought I was going to eat at a restaurant and not a homeless shelter. Several homeless people camped in the restaurant. Bathroom was disgusting. Never coming back here again.

Wow, I really like Panera Bread, but this location has really gone down hill. I got through my Master's degree by grabbing coffee during early mornings, plugging into the wifi, and going to town on whatever paper I had due. I came back to this location for the same experience, but what I got was a dirty restaurant (like filthy, and it was first thing in the morning!) and a terrible tasting coffee. The wifi was slow and when I tried to block all that out, my feet were crunching something on the ground (crumbs and trash). I left. I threw out my coffee and changed locations completely. What happened Panera?? Hopefully it's just this location....

The food is good and cooked to Panera standard, but when we walked in it smelled like sewage and stank - not fresh bread and pastries. Not a good first impression.

My daughter and I stopped in for dinner after a long day at work. We both work in the education field and anytime we can go out for dinner especially on a Friday is paramount to our self care. My daughter ordered the whole green goddess and I ordered the half size. We also added a beverage. The salad was fresh and delicious with grilled, tender white pieces of chicken on it. The salad has fresh boiled eggs, and a mix of baby greens including arugula. Panera is a welcome place to eat when we don't want the typical fast food but instead crave fresh salads. The salad is accompanied with fresh sourdough bread to enjoy as well. Panera has a good drink selection from teas to sodas. The employees were friendly at this location. You bus your own table. The restaurant was clean and taken care of. We will definitely return in the future.

Out of towners visiting. Very good service. Servers are very courteous and friendly. Place seems to get busy .Got our order very quick. Would definitely return. Employees do a good job of keeping the place clean.
