It has been a long time since I’ve been in a Panera and after coming to this location I’m not sure I’ll ever step foot in another. This place was filthy shoes stuck to the floor and it was every floor. If someone told me they didn’t actually own a mop I’d 100% believe it - I would bet walking in there 24 hours later it would be the exact same condition. Besides the lack of pride in the restaurant I only ordered a cinnamon roll and I had to microwave it myself. Again, it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Panera but I will say I’ve never been to an actual restaurant that requires you to heat it up yourself. The cinnamon roll is clearly frozen and defrosted so I’d recommend going to Walmart picking one up there and heating it up. Service was fine - nothing stood out good or bad - they were nice enough to point to the microwave when I asked to get it warmed.

The food is good, but the price you pay for the food at a kiosk to then have to go get your food from the serving counter once its ready is why I give 4 stars overall. The food is great. The service, well I only spoke to one employee, and that was to find out where to get the 3.99 soda (fountain drink i paid for).

Quiet and clean place to grab lunch. Not crowded and people aren't on top of each other. Great food (sandwiches, soup and salads) and drink (coffee, tea, smoothie) options.

This location is filthy! The floors are sticky and haven’t been mopped in ages. The bathrooms are the same. It’s shocking for a corporate chain as large as this to allow a store to be this dirty and unkempt. Staff is always friendly but overshadowed by the filth. Badly need to hire a deep cleaning crew! Yikes

Second time thru the drive thru at this location. First time when I got home the sandwich was thrown together very poorly, it was an awful mess. I thought to give this location one more chance. Food was fine but I got soup and salad and did not get a plastic spoon or fork and should have received both. Seems the quality of service is poor and consistently bad.

This location cannot get orders correct. And the soup is usually old.

Ordered food from the wrong store and this manager took Took care of me and made my order here without having me go to another store.

I'm a regular here, but it's been a while since I last dined at this establishment. After today's experience, I won't be coming back. The customer service was terrible. When I politely asked the lady plating the food--a short, older Caucasian woman with red hair and a nasal voice--if my order was ready (because I didn't want to assume), she responded by vigorously tapping my plate and saying, "Brownie here, brownie." I asked again because I didn't understand her, and she mumbled something to her coworker before saying, "Sí, brownie here." Her overall demeanor was unfriendly and unprofessional, with a dismissive and condescending attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable. The way she responded made me feel as though she didn't think I could speak English, which I found offensive and a little racist. I had clearly asked in perfect English, "Is the order ready?"

My go to place for sandwiches and soups when I'm feeling blue or under the weather! I absolutely love their brócoli and cheddar and tomato soup! I always get their Turkey sandwich (sierra turkey) with a side of Chipotle Mayo. My husband enjoys all their pressed sandwiches. They have ice coffee, hot coffee and an array of delicious beverage options like green tea and etc in their dispensers. They sell amazing breakfast items like their quiches, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. They also sell a ton of pastries such as cookies, chocolate croissants and danishes. They're all so soft and melt in your mouth. They also have different types of loaves of bread to choose from all day long. I highly recommend.

Panera is solid 3-star food. Not great, but good in a pinch if you're hungry and can't think of anywhere to go. I got their new flatbread pizza. It was fine. Nothing great. I do wish they spread the toppings a little farther towards the edge of the flatbread.

Every time we try to order ahead in the app, they're out of stuff. Especially the baguette side. This has made us choose other spots to eat many times. Today I tested it to see what's up. I went through the drive through. Even though they said they were out online, I asked for the baguettes as a side and she said ok. Then when I checked my bag before pulling away, they weren't in there. I asked her for them and she said she put them in the bag. I handed her the bag and they put them in there. First they tried to give me one when I ordered two, but they corrected it. Why call yourselves Panera BREAD when you are hoarding your bread? I'm so confused by this. They usually mess up our order and the food is just ok.

I am torn with Panera Bread nowadays. I am thrilled this location has a drive thru- and it was quick too. I am disappointed in general with the customer service when you go inside of Panera. I've walked out instead of ordering because they ignore you at the counter and want to force you to use the kiosks- which if I want something from the bakery case, I expect to be helped at the counter. With this location being so close and having a drive thru- maybe I will opt to grab my favorites more often. I had sworn off Panera because of the last interaction I had had at a different location. But... this morning a bacon-spinach soufflé was what I woke up wanting~ because it's so good! If my soufflé had the crossed bacon on top (like usual) instead of a little single strip of bacon- I might have given them 4 stars. Maybe next time I decided to drive thru.

The cashier with the dark hair was super nice she had her hair tied up in a bun, you had a younger guy on the line tying his hair up with something on the food line then he did not wash his hands he did grab gloves that was a plus another girl with long straight hair flying everywhere! I honestly think everyone needs a class in food preparation. I'm praying when I get home I do not find hair in my food.

Every time we order a takeout they mess up the order, even if it's a single item. They just can't get it right. Total inefficient staff. Just today we placed a takeout from drive through for Mediterranean bowl with chicken, we get home and see chicken is missing from the bowl. I paid extra to get that 2 oz of chicken and you gave me a regular Mediterranean bowl. Thats just one example. Overpriced bread and watery soups. Staff inefficient, there is just no excuse if cant get the order right each time. It's a mistake one time , but can't be excused each time.

I work nearby, and have been frequenting this location for about 10 years. It's pretty consistent, and still acceptable, but not as excellent as it once once. The portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up, and they no longer bring your order to your table. I love that they have outdoor seating, but they placed their curbside pickup spots right next to it. Nothing like sitting there, enjoying your meal, when someone pulls up to wait for a curbside order right next to you, so now you get to decide to pick up and move to another table (if available), or continue inhaling exhaust while you eat. They have designated "drive-thru" pickup spots in the first couple of parking spaces, and I wish they would use these for curbside pickup-up too, instead.

Nice place. Pleasant server. got my order right away.. enjoyed my dine in experience.

The employees do not know how to clean the tables correctly, the food tastes like crap, and this place is a dirty ass shack.

I love the new location! They just moved down the road so it's not a big change in that regard. They are in the old Applebee's building. But I'm so happy this new location brings a drive thru!!! My prayers have been answered! Also the parking lot situation is a major improvement. The former location was shared with several other businesses and there was not enough spots. There was also a great deal of traffic during peak times. This new spot is huge and has modern upgrades that give a nice refreshing spin on this go-to lunch choice of mine. The service as always is wonderful.

Delicious food, always clean, AWESOME customer service. Best place to hang out. LOVE, LOVE, LIVE IT!!!

Crazy about 6 weeks ago I got a salad no avocado.. tonight no pickled onions and I had to wait for a salad ..get your stuff together

Panera is always good. Except for when i want a root beer or sweet tea when i'm ordering online delivery. There's no soft drink or sweet tea options. just juice and coffee. If they can fix that issue then i'll order delivery from now on.

Everything was good except that they said they done carry ranch. I got some sandwich that seemed nearly analogous to a turkey club. It came with a sauce but I really wanted ranch because that's what is usually on that type of sandwich. It was very weird to me that a sandwich and salad shop would not have ranch.I will say the bread was also a little too moist (almost soggy) but that was okay. My tomato soup was perfect.

My home away from home! I'm in here daily eating well, sucking down fresh smoothies, and drinking hazelnut coffee while collecting my rewards for something free!

Probably will have to desperately hungry to return. The sandwich was extremely salty and they gave me a sandwich that was nothing near my order. Sent it back and they fixed the problem but I still can't wrap my head around the error. I ordered a standard sandwich with no special requests. Wish it were better.

Panera is an expensive place to go for a salad or sandwich. Now you pick up your own food from the counter, fast food restaurant at a very high price. Customer service is not too good either. Is a new location so it is big pretty and clean. Hope it gets better customer service soon.

I ordered a Turkey sandwich on multi-grain with American cheese, a pretty simple sandwich. However, to my dismay when It was delivered I found it had the sour dough bread instead. To be frank, I am very pissed and upset, I couldn't even eat that piece of sour asshole. I hope no one else ever has to experience the disappointment of biting into something you know you love only to find it to be a lame imitation. Overall, I am quite distraught over the lack of regard for the order I placed and I hope I get the bread I wanted next time.

What a disappointment. I was craving a sandwich and soup and figured I'd give this location a try as it's close to my house. My soup was cold and I can't even figure out what my sandwich was supposed to be. Unfortunately, I did Rapid Pick Up and did not realize it until I got home. The turkey was far from fresh and they threw some lettuce mix on that is not included. Also, no condiments (which were ordered). Nothing like chewing on a couple slices of dry bread with no flavor!

Very disappointed with the customer service and quality of my sandwich. When I went through the drive thru the employee was not very friendly, but I didn't let it bother me until I got to work with the sandwich I ordered. The sandwich looked like it was made with the same negative attitude as the employee in the drive thru. I expect more from Panera Bread.

Panera is my healthy alternative to fast food I love Panera always fresh always great this new location is amazing very nice newly renovated staff is always friendly big place so is always sitting can go wrong at this location I love their app also when I'm on the go
