Panera Bread

The sandwiches are good due to the quality of the bread, but the service is terrible, and the tables are always dirty, making it a very unpleasant and filthy place to eat.

Looked at 4.2 start rating and thought this place is decent. Wrong, at least in my personal experience: I got these pieces of bread sticked next to each other with melted cheese, barely any other ingredients, it's not even close to how it's supposed to be. No utensils included. Yogurt mix misses any fresh berries, it's just granola. At least I was able to get credit for the order amount.

Every time I go here it’s so incredibly busy, which is understandable because it’s one of the very few places to eat on campus. The staff always seem frazzled. You’re better off ordering at the kiosk vs at the register because at least you can confirm what you actually want instead of someone trying to guess and getting a complete surprise order on the other end. The gentleman who made my coffee did remake what I actually asked for. In a pinch it’s fine, just set the bar incredibly low. There is so much room for improvement.

I had an amazing time at this Panera in Jackson memorial a lovely person named kemari helped me the other day and they deserve a raise or a promotion for all there hard work I am a very picky person and have allergies but with her help I was able to get something I enjoyed which was the ciabatta sandwhich and after a while with my preferences kemari helped me realized this is the sandwhich for me and I loved it she also made the sandwhich for me herself and did an amazing job I hope this lovely gets a promotion asap since her service is top notch

You’d think I’d learn my lesson. Always out of baguettes. Today they are even out of chips. Only option is a tiny apple. Steak and white cheddar was on focaccia instead. Looks pathetic. Just need to stop coming here.

I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie, no salt and pepper and no Feta cheese….but they decided that I should not eat humus so they just throw veggies and nothing else. This place needs an in service for their employees to learn how to follow customer’s’ order.

Absolutely horrendous. The amount of times they get my simple order wrong is astonishing, I always order a kitchen sink, and they always give me something else? Is it hard to pack a kitchen sink or something? Now I would understand if they run out but that should be reflected on their menu/website. I kept giving them chances but no more. You think since it’s in a hospital they’d know hospitality but no I guess not. Save your money, not even the baked goods are worth it anymore.

Employees are Always Nice here, plus the food is Alwasys Fresh!! I tried one of the Wraps this visit. It was Bacon, Tomatoes & Eggs. But I modified the scrambled eggs to Egg Whites only w/ Spinach added. Delicious 😋

Panera Bread never disappoints! I ordered the Grilled Cheese with Creamy Tomato Soup, and it was the perfect comfort meal. The sandwich was buttery and crisp, and the soup was rich, flavorful, and paired perfectly. You really can't go wrong with this place--consistent quality, cozy atmosphere, and quick service. Always a go-to for a satisfying, feel-good meal!

They're always busy but I'm assuming due to limited food options in the area, so make sure to order ahead for pick-up. Especially if you work in the area. If you also order ahead, you won't have to deal with the rude staff that work there. Not sure the hiring process is at this location, but by far the rudest Panera I've ever been to. If you wake up knowing you have to go to work and serve customers, don't be mad at us - be mad at yourself for making that choice. You shouldn't take it out on your customers with your horrible attitudes and lack of etiquette.

Was in the area and very hungry so decided to grab lunch here. Since they're on the UM campus they're very busy but they have a good runner at the pick up counter. I sat outside since it was very full and noisy inside. The food was correctly prepared and fresh

Back a few months, I had been to this Panera and I ordered the Strawberry Poppy chicken salad. I ordered using the app, so I was able to make all the payments and customizations on the mobile app, so I did not have to interact much with the restaurant staff. When I arrived to pick up the order, my bag was ready and the process was swift. I found the people working here busy but personable. No bad comments nor reviews about the people behind the counter.

Consistent decent food that you can grab and go or sit and dine. For the past few days Panera has been a God send with their sandwiches and soup. Had a bagel That was a bit over toasted but I still ate the whole damn thing. Panera isn't necessarily for those on a budget but it's a decent meal for a buck. Go try em! Live & love!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I am nurse at Ryder Trauma Center and I came here to eat on my break. The person who took my order was very nice but the people in the back making the food are very disorganized. They sound like all they are doing is talking and your food is just sitting there waiting to be bagged and given. I waited over 30 minutes for half a salad. When I finally received it THE ORDER WAS WRONG. I never write reviews, but this place needs better employees and better management. The worst customer service i've ever experienced. SUPER UNORGANIZED.

The customer service was awful,employers were really not helpful. It's unfortunate because the food was good. Really felt that I was in a fast food joint. Certainly will not be back to that place. I was used to the panera next to my house so I thought the service on this one would be as good. Very disappointing. I definitely think your employees can use some more training in the way they interact with the customers because in the long run it will certainly affect the panera bread brand.

Terrible service. No cashiers, was told only way to order was from a kiosk. I worked at Panera for many years, it sad to see a company that pride in customer service decline.

As an employee near by, there are always issues with ordering, service and not updating their menu when something is out. Making it Inconvenient and interrupts the work flow with their customers. Consistently upset with this place and pray this Panera is replaced with something much better. Also sanitary wise do not think that forks and spoons uncovered for anyone to grab is DISGUSTING! (See photo) completely annoyed by this disgusting facility.

They are a little tricky to find, don't go by what the maps say, look for 16th St and make a left they'll be by the parking area! 4stars because they started making their margarita flatbread pizza with whole tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes and it does not taste good anymore sadly, has to try to find a new favorite

Terrible service. I ordered two drinks today- one of them I ordered a little earlier in the day but didn't get a chance to pick it up because I got busy working in the hospital. I then ordered a second drink. When I went to go pick up the drink, both cups were still out on the counter with both receipts with my name as well. I walked away with both cups and one of the ladies working there followed me and accused me of stealing a cup. She walked away after I told her they were both mine, but I could still hear her yelling to other workers that I had stolen the cups and everyone in the Panera could hear. So embarrassing and unprofessional.

Old reliable. Panera is Panera! Good & inexpensive food and a good location for us healthcare workers at the hospital. Service was quick and friendly, no complaints!

I pass this place every morning and rarely stop, but thanks to Manny from catering who I met in the elevator, I decided to try something new this morning. He recommended the Steak and Cheese croissant and what a great choice!!! Lightly toasted croissant with real shaved steak :), white cheese and an over easy egg. I'm enjoying my breakfast delight. Thank you so much Manny for sharing your favorite breakfast menu item, it is now mine too.

If you know me, you know how much I love Panera. I love it even more now because of Briana!! I stroll in to hear her immediately greeting me by my name and starting my order before I even tell her what I want. (It's usually always the same thing.) Today, I asked Briana to surprise me and she surely did. I gave her two options and she chose the onion soup. It was delicious. My friend who's rarely ever been to Panera had the turkey chili which Briana also suggested and she LOVED it. We will def be back and can't wait to see what Briana suggests for us next time!

I arrived to work with some extra time so I stopped in. I asked the girl at the register for her recommendation and she said bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Sounded yummy so I ordered. I might be hooked now the sandwich was delicious! Definitely stop here in the morning- it's not busy!

Nice place for open mic. Food is good too. The service is friendly and warm. And they got video games and board games as well.

Pricey for me but definitely worth it . Recommend their caffeine juices. Good salads and pasta

The place is packed but the food not that great the chicken salad sandwich the chicken was dried out and un appetizing . The broccoli cheddar soup was cold and lastly the over priced cookie was burned. They take advantage of a captive audience of hospital employees and patients to serve a sub standard meal experience!

Food is consistently good. Occasionally they are out of things. Service is inconsistent and is sometimes efficient and sometimes not. The biggest annoyance is the non-customers that are allowed take up tables leaving nowhere to sit for paying customers. I'm surprised the management hast moved the beverages as so many people walk in, bypass the counter or kiosks and fill up their personal cups.

So, I came home after a 13 Hour shift at work. Hoping to get something quick & filling I ordered online from Panera. The Steak Sandwich on Ciabatta Bread looked appealing. How could I have been sooo WRONG!?!?! I would like for You to notice I paid $10 for a sandwich that is about the same size as a $20 bill. Disappointed doesn't even begin to Express My anger with this Panera. Panera Corporate ought to be ashamed of itself for allowing these ridiculous business practices. No worries though, point taken.....I won't be back!

Made a large purchase for coworkers at work. Sandwiches for soup/sandwich combo were not labeled. No napkins. How do you pack 7 combo meals for delivery with NO NAPKINS! Spent over $100 with a delivery tip and very disappointed. Will not be ordering from this location again. Thumbs down

Busy location just outside of Jackson Hospital. I give it 4 stars because they do what they can. There are always lot of people here, as can be expected. The location is not very large, so seating is at a premium. The ordering process is efficient though, and as good as can be expected for the volume they must do. When you park in the large garage at Jackson and take the elevators down, Panera is just to your right. There is a large food court to the left. You walk in, wait in the short line to order, or use the automated kiosks. From there, you head around the corner and there is a large window where the orders come out. Unlike some locations, no one comes out to serve you here. Wait for your name to be called, find a seat, and enjoy. If you sit at the bar area along the window, there are lots of plugs for random electronics. If you go with a table, there probably wont be a plug near you. They have free wi-fi like all Panera restaurants. The food is done properly, the drinks are hot, and the bakery is fresh. If you find yourself at Jackson and need a Cafe Mocha and muffin, check out this Panera.

Constantly out of things, never get order right, portions are half of what other Panera's serve, and consistently full of attitude and snide remarks from the staff and managers. I could forgive being out of things and maybe mistakenly NEVER including the chicken in my chicken bowl. But the staff and managers are exceptionally rude and confrontational making this experience less than enjoyable. They bowls at this location are quite honestly pathetic. They tend to be less than half way full and have two chicken strips. If I were to transfer the contents it would fit in the same cup as the cup of soup. When receiving my order this time I checked because they so often mess it up and asked if they could just put a bit more rice because it was super empty, specially considering it's $10 for essentially rice. The lady got real rude real fast and told me no, that's how it comes. Fine, I asked for my money back and the kitchen people start making comments that it "doesn't come full" and that they aren't going to add anything. Again, not a big deal if they can't do anything - that's fine but give me my money back without the attitude. This kind of behavior and lack of service is the reason I refuse to order them for catering too. Constantly wrong and they refuse to be civil about it. A simple "I am sorry you're not satisfied, we'll issue a refund" would've been sufficient. Panera can keep their quarter cup of rice and two chicken strips. Not worth the hassle.

If I could give them a zero I would for their shitty attitude at this Panera...F u Panera! We're here busting our asses dealing with sick as hell patients - yes Panera ur right here at the hospital so you see us busting our asses....The least you can do is open at the time you have on the door! Such bullshit (ohhh but COVID) That's an excuse for your employees not to work!!! So tired of everyone here crying about it... if I can make the sacrifices then the least you can do is just have some bread and coffee ready ... How freaking hard is that ? People don't bother with establishments in Miami near the hospital ... their full of crap they'll take Ur hard earned cash and screw you in the process.... So annoyed...

We ordered in for a group of twenty. Planned ahead and our administrative assistant did so, two days ahead of time. She felt it was for thirty as there was so much extra food. Panera by far knows how to deliver better than anyone out there. First off they get into the details beautifully presented salads the serving pieces that they come in are clear as are the plates and cups. High quality they can handle the weight of the food that is going on them. As for me I had the Cesar salad, chocolate chunk cookie, kettle chips which is in individual serve Panerai label. For drinks we had lemonade and ice tea. They came in half gallon jugs. By end of day everything was finished and throughly enjoyed by all. Until next time......

This Panera hasn't failed me since the very first time I've had it but maybe because of the familiar face. My food is always fresh and delicious and the cookies are oh so good but the breakfast bacon, egg white and cheese on brioche is out of this world. It's so good I actually did a remake, well attempted. The smoothies are really good too but a bit overpriced for the size. I would definitely have given this Panera five stars but the location, a hospital, is what brings this Panera down a notch it's always so much going on and you must park in the garage. I wish the portion sizes were a bit bigger also for the price but overall I enjoy it.

This is the second time I order Panera through Uber. Both times, my order was inaccurate. Missing items and unacceptable amount of tuna in both of my sandwiches. It seems like they just smeared the tuna for flavor.

Worst Panera bread, there is always something missing in my order. I used to order the Fuji apple salad but there's something missing can be either the apple or the chicken. Today I ordered my salad and the chicken was literally frozen.

I gave this place 1 star due to and order I place had the incorrect sandwich. I called the store a young lady answered I told her I ordered online and I received wrong sandwich. She placed me on hold for about 15 minutes. Never came back. I just wanted the correct order. Not very good customer service.

Conveniently located on the medical campus for employees and patients. Very clean and friendly staff. You can order online and pick up in store or you can simply go in and place your order. My favorite is the broccoli cheddar on a bread bowl, tasted pretty good when I last ordered it. The sweets are also good and they have a good selection. I like the location as well as the cleanliness of it. I'd recommend this location if you're in the area. Orders only take a few mins to be ready and they're typically busy.

How are you still in business. Showed up at 2130, got my order at 2140, sat down, "lady" doing early clean up with a very bad attitude "advised me" she will be mopping/ cleaning very soon, and she wanted to let me know since she saw me sat down. She proceeded to let me know they do close at 10pm. She made it clear, I was going to inconvenience her if I sat down to eat the food I just ordered at the restaurant I just gave my business to. As I sat down and she walked away, I couldn't help to feel uncomfortable. As she is asked away she mumbled "I'm cleaning to go home, I'm done at 10" . I finished the sandwich and went to the cash register. The informed the person at the register I needed to speak with a manager. She a acknowledge my request and then asked why. I explained the situation and she mention that the employee I was referring to was constantly rude towards clients a and a repeat offender/ hard to work with. Finally Kayle? "The manager " came out and told me the employee mentioned she was going to clean at 10 to make me aware that the floor might be wet later, when they mop.. I was so happy to hear the whole time the issue with the disgruntled employee was that she was merely concern wIrh my safety. Lol. I asked her why didn't they just say "careful, I will mop in 20 min" If the owners knew that open until 10pm Means closing the doors at 10pm, they wouldn't be ok with that. Your employees Are a direct reflection of your company ethics, values and standards. If you want to leave by 10, then close the store no later than 930. But first advise the managing partners and shareholders that you "the staff" have decided that 10pm closure means sales stop at 930 and gust aren't welcome past that time.

I came here after a volunteer event to have a quick meeting. I didn't eat but the other volunteer members did. The restaurant was clean. I can't speak on the staff because I did not interact with any staff. This facility is kind of small but considering it's location, it isn't too bad. I'd really hate to see this place during the week though. I can imagine it could be quite hectic.

The food is okay but very inconsistent. The rapid pick up at this location is always very hectic. Double check your order every time. I no longer have any confidence that my order will be prepared correctly. My green goddess salad was missing the chopped bacon that is standard with the salad AND the extra feta that I added for $0.49 extra. Very disappointing when I'm paying $8 for a half size salad. On another occasion, I ordered a half grilled cheese sandwich and it was obviously microwaved, with the cheese hard and crusted over. Take a gamble if you wish, it's convenient for a quick employee lunch but never leave without checking your order!

Came here a few weeks after it opened. Ate around 10am on a Saturday and there were only 2 other people dining/studying inside. The place was clean and everything was pretty neat. There was no wait to order. The cashiers were friendly, but I didn't have much confidence in them to describe the menu options to me. They have a few kiosks that you can order your food on. I do not recommend the ham, cheese and egg power sandwich. It was served with toast and quite disappointing. Not at all powerful. I recommend the Cobblestone pastry - it's like a sticky bun with fruit. Also recommend signing up for a Panera card (it's free). You get a free cookie/pastry as a reward and they give you rewards every now and then after a certain amount of visits. The card is good if you go to Panera often.

Went to pick up lunch yesterday. Ordered half a Greek salad and soup. My friend got the whole order of Greek salad and hers had tons of tomatoes, olives, peppers, feta, etc. and my half salad was lettuce and dressing. I was very disappointed it was missing the other components.

Stopped by this location and was pleasantly surprised by the great service. The wait for the food wasn't too bad, despite the lunch rush. I definitely recommend the pick two so you can add some variety to your meal. I had a chicken soup and half a turkey sandwich and it was just the right portion for lunch. The plum ginger tea was also very refreshing. The employees and general manager were polite and friendly. I recommend checking them out if you're ever at Jackson.

I was super disappointed with my order here last week. I had stayed late at work, and decided to place a rapid order for dinner here. I chose the You Pick 2 and had the greek salad, with a cup of french onion soup. The salad seemed so skimpy compared to how it is usually served. And I am well aware it is a half size, but they definitely give you way more if dining in. As for the french onion soup, there was barely any melted cheese to be seen! Their pictures are very contradicting. I typically have a positive experience at Panera when I go, but this time around, I was not such a satisfied customer.

I've tried Looking for them so many times ....they are very hard to find... I stay literally two minutes away but never seen them or find them when I look for it specifically .. such a downer ;(. .i don't think they have Peking or signs or anything cause hellooooo where are they? Lol

First of all- there was barely ANYTHING to choose from the menu- to order. And then the order was messed up and missing half the things i asked for- and was also charged for it. And everything tastes really bad. This location will soon shut down due to the ridiculously low standards of panera. AVOID!

I order from here often and have a great experience each time. My favorite is the online order via the app or he in store kiosk. The staff here is super helpful and accommodating and the food is tasty. I think that at times it can get pricey but it is a reliable lunch option.

I am a huge fan of Panera bread, well I was. I used to always go to Panera bread to study. This Panera bread only does take out. It is for high-volume food delivery. I used to always associate Panera bread with quality healthy food. After eating this Panera bread, it feels like decorated cafeteria food. All of the salads start to taste stale after a while. Best salad and you can go for in my opinion, is the cob chicken salad. Always remember that you can add more things on your salad using the application or the pay stand. This is the best way to get the most bang out of your buck. All of the sandwiches get boring after a while. I think the turkey avocado sandwich is the best or the Italian. I think the best item on their menu are the soups with a bread bowl. Avoid the French onion soup and go with one of the tomato-based ones, the vegetable, or the chicken noodle. I usually go to Panera for the pastries, the coffee, and the tea. Never go to Panera without a gift card or using a rewards card. Most other Panera's are better than this location , But sometimes this is the only option for healthy food.

Um foods OK, ordered a half a sandwich, girl put in for whole, no pickle and the big dumb idiot you hired was just rude to begin with. Please step up your game, and don't hire any idiot that walks in the door. Do your homework!

If you venture into this restaurant make sure you double and triple check your order. More often than not I get the wrong item, miss something in my order, or get an incompletely prepared salad--think chicken salad without chicken. Today, after more than a month evading it, I ordered a couple of sandwiches. Instead of one cheese and one tuna sandwich, I ended up with one and a half cheese sandwiches. After walking back from my office the manager was very courteous and apologetic, saying that they are training new employees (apparently constantly) and reimbursed my purchase. However, I will only use them under duress (my office is in the building next door and there limited options on the weekends).

Went here before 10:30 for the first time so got to experience their breakfast menu. Had a four cheese soufflé that was v yummy and satisfying before work-- and turns out had a random free coffee reward so was pleasantly surprised! The soufflé was a lil pricey tho! ~5$

Ok, so more than a couple of weeks have passed by since they opened their doors and the service and food quality have greatly increased. I knew it was just a matter of time. If you come here at lunch time, and I'm talking 12pm, expect to wait about 10 minutes or more to get your order. It doesn't matter if you order one bagel or a full blown meal, the wait is basically the same. You have the option to order ahead of time and come pick it up at the time you specify. I haven't tried this myself but seems like a great way to save some time. There is not a lot of room around the waiting for your food area so it can feel a little bit overwhelming. Also, paying at the self serve kiosk is a lot faster than standing at the regular line. I don't expect this place to die out much more than what it is now because most Paneras I have visited get pretty busy for lunch.

If this review had an option for 0 stars, that exactly what this Panera Bread would receive. The food was disgusting. The service was also poor. I ordered a bread bowl and got soup with no bread. I ordered an Italian sandwich that looked like trash. If you don't believe me look through the pictures option and you will see what I mean. I am not returning here. This was my first bad experience at a Panera.

Food is okay but it fairly expensive. If you're willing to pay $9 for a sandwich then I guess it's good. If you go there try the turkey chili or the egg, turkey sausage and cheese on brioche breakfast sandwich.
