Panera Bread

Good food and service. The endless drink membership is a great deal, especially if there's a Panera Bread near your workplace.

Our family enjoyed lunch here after visiting the Convention Center. We had different salads, mac n' cheese, a sandwich and drinks. The food was good, typical Panera Bread quality.You have to place your order online and you'll get text messages when it's ready. Or you can stand by the prep station in the back and listen for your name being called.

Soon entering the atmosphere was nice. The area was clean for sit yourself. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered pick 2 from the kiosk. The lady at the front made sure to give me directions on where to get my food and drink. The personnel making the food was nice. The only thing that I did not like was that everything was packaged for to go even though I had it as dine in. I do not like to eat from the to go containers. That’s why I chose dine in. This is horrible for the environment. We should use washable dishes as much as possible.

I just found a hair in my spicy fiesta chicken sandwich. I do not normally eat at Panera. I was grabbing something quickly.

Chain restaurants don’t get much love these days with the big push toward local, but one thing I really appreciate about Panera is its consistency. You know exactly what you're going to get no matter where you are, and this time was no different. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the person behind the register, and my order was taken and delivered with no issues. The manager even stopped by while I was ordering to check in, and later I saw her walking from table to table, cleaning up—it really showed that she cared. These are the kinds of things that keep me coming back again and again.

Good location, employees always very polite( especially the blonde in the morning ) and if order ahead food usually ready. Though it's certainly not the best coffee can't beat the unlimited sip club offer . Bad things are can be a wait if don't order ahead,if go later in day certainly may not be all that clean. ( Only went once past noon and yea was dirty , especially the bathroom).

Worst Panera ever, please do not go to this location. I’ve had bad experiences here multiple times. A hair in a cookie, a hair in my Mac and cheese, they even gave me bacon bits instead of bacon strips in my breakfast sandwich, and this time the lemonade tasted like it went bad and sour. You even have to wait for someone to get your rapid pick up order when your rapid pick up order should just be ready to go. I became a SIPs club member because it’s right by me, but after that bad lemonade, I’m never going back.

My mobile order of a large Yuzu Mango drink wasn't ready until I asked the order status even though it wasn't busy at all. Yuzu Mango drnk's taste issue is not only this location. Recent change of the taste is horrible. If the taste is not come back, I may cancel the membership because no worth for the poor tastes of SIP.

So, I've never stepped foot inside of this Panera as I typically...never order Panera. However, sometimes you get pneumonia and you must look to Panera to save your soul with soup and a Frontega Chicken Panini on Doordash. I ordered the exact same thing two days in a row and it was delivered promptly, hot, and I cannot even lie: really delicious. The broccoli cheddar soup here has been my absolute favorite since I worked at a Panera in college. It still holds up to the gold standard and is as good as I remembered. It's my nature to go for a locally owned shop in almost every case, but sometimes the state of things calls for nostalgic comfort food. Thank you Panera for helping me to feel better! I will order your soup the next time I am deathly ill (hopefully literally never again).

Ordered avocado toast at Panera bread , Downtown Philadelphia. There was one morsel( 1 spoon avocado) on my toast that I was able to find after searching for few minutes. I asked the staff. They said they ran out of avocados. I paid $5.5 for a slice of bread!!!

Busy spot near convention center and Reading Market. Standards fare, with ample seating. Can be a little slow during peak times.

Lots of traffic, slow ordering, food was ok. The tables were clean. Pepperoni flat bread - kinda like a thin crust pizza at dominos, almost a cracker. Would not recommend.

This review is a few weeks tardy but here it goes. Consider it an ode to manager Michelle. I had my consultants in town for an event and they are particular about how they like their food (men after my own heart tbh). I placed a large order on the app for delivery and was sad (panicked, aghast, humiliated, horrified) to see that the dressing I requested for one of my presenters was missing. Anyone who knows me knows I am the Queen of Sauces so the mere idea of anyone having to eat a Choke Salad on my watch sent me into a tizzy. I called the location but the manager said they tried and couldn't contact the third party delivery person (understandable) and during the lunch rush she couldn't send anyone over with the dressing (less understandable but I'll let it ride). Unprompted, I saw that she refunded me a substantial part of the large order. I straight up did just went the dressing and wasn't angling for freebies but I appreciated her commitment to good customer service and her gesture to make things right. Thank you Michelle! Btw the food was good overall. The menu revamp is right on time. Psst - Get the chicken bacon ranch. So good!

Worst service I've experienced in a very long time. I used the app to expedite the process estimated wait time was 20 minutes. I waited an additional 25 before speaking with someone and no one was working on my order. No apology no willingness to resolve the issue. Received my refund & left. I will not return.

Probably one of the worst Panera's customer service wise. Came in on a Monday morning and there was not a worker to be found to even get my order. After waiting another 5-7 minutes she came with no urgency and was annoyed by having to help customers. At this point a line was forming since no one was at the register and she was the only one there. For it being in a central area near the market DT I'd think there would be more friendly hands on deck to help customers.

You have a coupon, buy one soup salad sandwich, get the other 1 for $5. My location in Rehoboth beach Delaware said I had to upgrade to one of them being all the larger sizes. It doesn't say that on the coupon. By the time he was done, it was over $42. That doesn't sound like a deal to me when you're supposed to get the second 1 for $5. The bread on both our sandwiches was stale. Very disappointed plus the gentleman who took our order had attitude when I approached him I quick showed him the coupon.And he said, what do you want?In a smart way Kris Guarino sonnyguar@gmail.com

Panera bread in Selinsgrove Pa. Was the location we were at . Ordered our food . Onion soup usually has more melted cheese, it didn't ! Chicken Avocado sandwich was missing Avocado ... WOW ! The tables all around were filthy , dirty , including the table we sat at ... lost my appetite !!!!!! Usually it's good ! This time heck no ! Manager isn't managing ! She was actually outside roaming around . REALLY lacking and disappointed in spending an entire $45.00 . May just be the last time I go after going for 30 years BTW !!!!!!

While the initial service and food was good. The atmosphere with the employees wouldn't lean towards a calm place to study or enjoy your food while there. They were loud (using profanity), talking about personal business, arguing back and forth...all happening in the kitchen area but so loud that it could be heard in the dining area.

At Panera at lunch noon exactly no chicken for salads. Coffee was warm. Chicken rice soup was cold. If you have a gluten allergy no options this is a huge miss for a bread company that charges crazy prices.

Dirty. Portion sizes are now takeout sizes. They serve eat-in patrons their food in takeout containers. Great. Those are significantly smaller for the same price.

I called in ahead of time for two of the plain croissants . Now it's not available only if it's on a breakfast sandwich . But I was giving two croissants that they use on a breakfast sandwich and they were dry and horrible . Bring back the long flaky crispy croissants that you used to make . I will not be going to Panera for the sandwich croissants as they were heavy and dry

If a Panera were a gas station, it would be this Panera. No music, unfriendly staff, sour vibes. Ordering is weird. Not even worth it for a cup of coffee if you're in town for a convention. Just go elsewhere.

I ordered a steak and wake sandwich on an asiago bagel and I've had it before. At another Panera and it definitely did not taste the same. I was looking forward to enjoying it, but it was vastly different from what I had experienced at a different Panera. It was horrible .. actually the bread tasted stale And hard and the egg was not soft nor fluffy. I don't know why there was such a discrepancy in the way it was made, and the quality of the bread since it's a franchise

Very slow service, food was good though as far as Panera goes. We did go right during peak flower show hours so take my review with grain of salt

Make sure u check for accuracy of ur orders before leaving- I was missing my drink. The food is ok- fast and good variety. The soup for breadbowl was skimpy but I'll be back

Never again. Went in to place a catering order. Person at the counter had to go get a manager. Manger then told me to order online. What do I need you for if I'm ordering online... Not the aggravation that I need . Walked over to Primos. Nice people, took my order, said thank you... Panera, you have lost a corporate client.

The service has went down hill over the years. $20 for a half a sandwich and an extra small cup of Mac and cheese is insane. I'm am extremely displease!!

My sandwich was missing most ingredients. I basically got a baguette with a sliver of meat. Extremely disappointing. My friend and I both ordered and paid for fruit cups with our meals. The order was ready and they said "we only have one fruit cup so you can share it, ok?" They acted annoyed when we asked to refund the fruit cup we didn't receive. The fruit cup we did receive was rotten blueberries and the hard core of a honeydew that was inedible.

Perhaps checking the convention schedule... the convention center that spans 3 blocks long... would be helpful for your very young staff.... Your poor employees Panera! Leadership/management You should be ashamed at how you left these employees literally with lines constantly out the door .... Leading to some who have zero manners, being very rude to your young people who work for you... they were honestly barely hanging on. The mobile order had everything marked as "sold out" however there were tons of cookies and bagels literally right there.. There were multiple in appropriate conversations your staff were having with each other... they were a complete sinking ship with no captain! Let us blame your workers who were working without proper support/resources or the leaders/managers who's job it is to support operations. There was at least 11 thousand people at this convention.... Failing grade and shake on you Panera leaders for letting your staff be treated the way some of them did these past few days... Do better!

I was traveling and ate at a panera near Albany.. I ordered a half sandwich (avocado and bacon and a cup of french onion soup. the soup was inedible for me.. Gelatinous, way too salty, some croutons thrown on top and a drizzle of grated cheese. the sandwich was thrown together, two slabs of avocado and a pile of shredded bacon not distributed on the sandwich.. I will never go to Panera again.. Waste of money, sloppy preparation..what happened.. used to be a decent place..

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Worst service wouldn't even give a water cup after we ordered for 15 people. Messed up all the orders and forgot a few sides as well. Just poor service overall. Sandwiches we did get were soggy and over sauced. Don't come to this Panera

I used to basically live in Panera back when I was in college, I was all about their pick 2 and black bean soup. I had their rewards card and it seemed like every time I was in their, I was eligible for a free drink or pastry or something. Then I got okder, my metabolism slower and I drifted awayfrom carbs and as a consequence drifted away from Panera for a few years. Found my way back into this location recently and I have to say this was a lot swankier than I remembered...and some mood lighting. Still had the pick 2 but with a greater variety of options. This location was very clean and tidy, super spacious with decent amount of seating for families and large groups. The pastries on display were very tempting...but I'm working on my summer body (hahaha). I ordered a pick 2 soup and salad and the food was prepared pretty quickly and was satisfying. It's really not the best food I've ever had but it's great for what it is...relatively fast food and a potentially healthier option than other fast food. I also love that the nutritional information is easily visible and accessible.

Despite it being super packed in here today, we found a table as soon as we walked in. We came here for a quick lunch during the Philly Auto Show. We ordered from the self-service kiosks. This was convenient because the lines for the registers were long. You pay for your meal with a credit/debit card directly on the kiosk and then you take a pager that buzzes when your food is ready. Once we grabbed our table, our meals were ready in less than 10 minutes. I was surprised at how fast the service was. They are really efficient here too because my order was correct and included silverware and napkins. I ordered a You Pick 2 combo with a small Baja mac & cheese and a half tuna salad sandwich. Baja mac was absolutely amazing. It has pieces of avocado in it and salsa mixed in. The tuna salad sandwich is and always will be my favorite sandwich. The focaccia bread is a winner. I paid for a regular size drink and got an agave lemonade. Lemonade was sweet. Tables were clean and so were the drink counters. When we finished our food, someone who looked important came over and asked if he could take any trays or trash away for us. I honestly never had anything like that happen to me at any other Panera Bread location so props to them for making it personable for customers. A little goes a long way! I'm seldom in this area of town so I don't know when the next time I'll be back to this specific Panera but it's surely one to rave about it to visitors. Great experience!

This panera sucks Half our order was missing and they didnt offer any apologies or anything the woman who picked up the phone she was just arguing with me about my order and how it was probably wrong. After ten minutes on hold and the receipt in front of me they finally offered a refund but only on the bread because they claim we got soup? This was for a small staff lunch as a thank you to our staff for working through the pandemic and it is shame that it took a 40 minute call about 95% of it on hold for them to even be willing to remit a small refund of some of the things they got wrong. The only solution i was offered was to receive a refund and submit a new order which would take 30-40 minutes to arrive and require a new deliver fee. Tldr; this panera sucks and i dont care about who i talked to on the phone who i was informed was not the manager but i hope youre having a much better day because you sounded like you were having an awful one and wanted everyone else to have a bad day too. Once i was able to speak with the manager she quickly refunded the money back to my card which was 1 minute convo out of 40 mins.

Refill-friendly cups that only you re-use to refill are just THAT! Not "dirty"Our natural environment appreciates the savvy!

The WORST Panera I have ever been to. Employees are the laziest people I have ever seen. They're in the kitchen just straight yappin the whole time and they get every single order wrong. Don't waste your time and money here.

Good simple espresso drinks, bakery knows what it's doing ... Not sure if coffee is fully made with Arabica beans, but people jonesing for it just the same. Ambiance is better in the dark months, when you just want to hunker indoors... Looking forward....

This is the filthiest Panera Bread I've ever been in! Someone spilled a drink in front of the pickup counter, a manager walked by and bark orders to clean it up before someone slips on it. Trash everywhere in the eating area. The straws, drink lids area was stuffed with trash. 3 trash cans I saw were over flowing. The mens room urinal was out of order, the paper towel holder was on the floor along with trash. Nothing was clean!!!!

I prefer to give them no stars. I ordered half of the chicken salad sandwich, and it only had 2 dime size pieces of chicken on my sandwich. I asked the manager for another scoop of chicken salad. When he agreed, the employee who made the sandwich had gotten an attitude towards me and threatened to fight me and do me bodily. They are LGBTQ friendly but not friendly to senior black women. The employees need DIVERSITY training. All great working males, females, and the LGBTQ employees shall be PROFFESIONAL AND CURTEOUS AT WORK. Diversity training and training in being professional is much needed. Retrain your staff, please! Keep them from hurting or harming customers.

Waited an hour for food and then they told me that I will get a refund in 3 days because their pizza dough was frozen and they couldn't make it anyway. Awful.

Panera Bread is one of the better fast food choices. The pastries are delicious and large! The bagels are good. On Tuesdays the bagels $6.99 for a Baker's dozen (13). This is a great deal! I'm a tea drinker. I was a little disappointed because the tea wasn't strong even using 2 bags. Panera is a good option for lunch though. There are lots of salads, soups, and sandwiches. The salads are good. You can have them with or without chicken. I like the salad and soup combo with 1/2 a sandwich and a smaller salad. You can definitely get a healthy lunch here! The store was clean and spacious with booth and table seating. There's a wall of windows that let in lots of natural light. The young man who took my order at 6:45 am was pleasant and helpful.

The food is good and it's still a good place for a fast, relatively healthy meal. Unfortunately, the prices are really getting high. I spent about $12 on a half salad/half sandwich combo (no drink). Overall, it's a good space especially if you need WiFi, the employees are friendly, and the food comes out relatively quickly. I just feel like for a quick meal it's costing more than it should.

I've been to Panera bread many many times and this was by far the worst experience ever. First it took 25 minutes to get my order. When I went to get my food I noticed my order was wrong. I said to the manager Willard, " My order is wrong, I ordered toasted honey wheat bread and chips.". He said to me, we don't have chips and we ran out of wheat bread. No apology, he did not ask if I wanted another substitution, he just proceed to fill other peoples orders. I then noticed my sandwich had no avocado! It was very bad service. They had also run out of bread bowls so my boyfriend had to go to the burger place next door. I feel if you run out of stuff you should let me know, apologize or offer something else in place of it.

It is not the cleanest Panera Bread I've ever been into, but one of the nicest staff wise. All of the staff was extremely friendly to me and the rest of the patrons. I also am more of picky customers and make quite a few modifications to my order and it came out perfect and just how I requested.

There are open ceiling tiles, which is HAZARDOUS! The workers were mean when you asked a simple question. Also even the kiosk fast lane took so long. Terrible Panera experience. On the waiting list there are 20 names on the board and it has not moved in 30 minutes!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! There is a panera 2 miles away definitely go there, not here!

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. Usually Panera employees are warm and friendly but the employees at this location are inattentive, slow, and honestly seem annoyed to be there. Yesterday there were at least 5-10 employees walking around doing nothing while I waited for 15 minutes for a toasted bagel that should have been ready in maybe 5 minutes. Today I ordered way ahead on the app and it was actually ready by the time I got there, but when I got to work and opened the bag, there was just a bagel and a knife but the butter I ordered was not there even though it was on the receipt taped to the bag. In the past they have also forgotten my side of bread that comes with meals a few times and although I LOVE Panera Mac and cheese, this location has given me some weird consistency Mac and and cheese that tastes like it was sitting out and reheated. The only reason I keep coming back here is because it's right next to work and I do really enjoy Panera food, but the service is terrible. If you order here, you need to give yourself ample waiting around time and make sure you check the order before you go.

Panera has a good thing going. The clean food makes the chain appealing. This location near the Convention center does not disappoint. My niece had the mac and cheese kids meal. I tried the tomato soup and wow.. it's amazing. My friend had the french onion soup and she loved it. The bread is so tasty and fresh. This location has tons of seating. Quick service on a Saturday. Will I be back? Of course

My first time ordering from a tablet @ Panera didn't go as smooth as I would have liked. Seems like a good idea, skip the long line, place your order, pay, and wait for your pager to go off. It wasn't too difficult, but people and their impatient sighs when u double check your order cam be annoying. So Panera didn't haved Asiago cheese bagels that day which is what I went in for, so I ordered the tomato soup in a bread bowl. It was delicious and quality as usual. I also liked The addition of croutons.The only problem I had is that the tablet didn't allow or ask what I wanted for a side so I ended up with a side of bread for my bread bowl... Bread on top of bread on top of bread. I would have loved a apple, or chips, or anything other than more bread... next time ill just wait in line because humans can say would u like an apple or chips with that. Or even how about something to drink with that half a loaf of bread we're about to serve u

Took and hour and change for a very small order. People waiting longer than I have. Disappointing.

I just left this location and I am furious! I was in a rush, but I wanted a breakfast sandwich, so I decided to stop against my better judgement (I had a home made parfait in my bag). There was no one at the counter when I came in, so I used the kiosk. Not a huge deal in my option because that is what they are there for. My issue is my order was completely wrong! I didn't even notice until I was a block away and I didn't have time to turn back. I intentionally selected, "customize" so I wouldn't run into the issue that I did! My order was simple; Everything bagel, with bacon, American cheese and Gouda cheese.....that's it! Instead, I received a bacon, egg, and ham on an Everything bagel with NO cheese. Then I thought, "whatever, I'll just take the egg off and deal with it." But to add insult to injury, the bagel was GREEN on the other side!!!!! Complete waste of my money.

This place is a dump. My shoes stuck to the floor from the front to the back. The food prep area was filthy. Took 15 minutes to make a frozen coffee when I was the only one in there. Workers behind the counter having a conversation where every other word was the F word. Just stay away from here.

Needed a quick meal between my flight in and the start of the conference. The place was and still packed with people sitting and waiting. I was a bit hesitant but decided to give a whirl. The manager was directing people on how to get in line and place order. I choose the kiosk and self ordered and received a pager. It was a zoo with many people clueless. But the manager was top notch and continued to welcome a direct. Way to go! My meal did not take long and I approached the counter with my pager. The manager called me by name as I approached saying my food was ready. Extra step and appreciated. While eating the women next to my was not happy with the wait. "Apparently " something was wrong with her pager. She was sitting there the same time I was. Anyway, the manager came over, apologized, said he was looking into that pager and brought them two cookies. Again, manager steps up! Way to go! Now I want a cookie. Hmmm

Neat and clean place and staff is helpful however I had a yogurt but it didn't tasted fresh

Very good bagels. The cinnamon crunch is the best because it has crunchy cinnamon sugar on the outside especially after being toasted. The orange scone is highly recommended. The cinnamon bun is huge and very inviting

I love this Panera! I come here often during my lunch break and am never disappointed. The staff is always so nice and helpful and my food is always correct and fresh. What more do I need?

I ask for extra dressing and what I get is this...what was the point really?!? Is it too hard to fill up the cup?!? On a side note, everyone there is very polite and they keep the food on a shelf behind the counter so no one comes and steal your food...on the other hand, need to wait until cashier is done with customer before he grabs my food...not an issue really, except when I see other workers just chillin around
