Panera Bread

I am a fan of Panera; however, the experience my spouse and I received this evening was horrible. To start we ordered 2 soups, extra baguettes, and 2 green teas. Just for the employees to inform us that they were out of half of our order after we paid. I understand being out of an item or 2, but out of bread and soup for the price we paid is a bit ridiculous to not inform us prior to paying and offering chips is a joke, but what happened next left me appalled. A mother came in 5-8 minutes before closing, she said, "Hey, I really need this item for my daughter, she's really sick and wants said item." She paid, received her item, and went about her day. As soon as she left, the people behind the counter mocked her quote, "Oh, I have a sick daughter, boo hoo," and belittled her for ordering food 5 minutes before close. I own businesses, and I have fired people for less. Everyone in charge of the front-of-house operations should be reprimanded for being underprepared during hours of operation, and mocking a desperate mother tending to her sick daughter. That behaviour is disgraceful and sickening. I will never return to this location!

I'll say this, it is a hard working group of people that keeps things going here. There must have been 10 mobile orders ahead of me, and countless after. It's work ordering ahead of time, or you'll wait like I did for 10 to 12 minutes. Other than the odd line of waiting people who ordered in store, it's a pleasant place. Clean, and friendly for sure. And I've never had a bad order or experience. Just don't be in a hurry or order ahead of time and look like a hero!

The coffee served was steaming hot, and the bagels were decidedly scrumptious. Everyone gave it rave reviews. A big thank you to Tiffany, your assistance was invaluable! The transaction went seamlessly, resulting in an enjoyable and cost-effective breakfast experience.

I love the switch of bread used for the chicken avocado melt which is my absolute favorite. It was already delicious but now it's even more yummy. The service is always so delightful. My favorite location thus far. The only thing I'd change is the wifi connection in the back by the fountain drinks and bring back the cinnamon roll with the brownie chunks on top.☺️❤️

My daughter had a coupon from school for a free kids meal, so we stopped by after-school to grab a bite for the family. She went with the grilled cheese and loved it! I got deli ham sandwiches, chips, and our favorite Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea. Everything was fresh and delicious. I love that they show you the progress of your order. The restaurant was clean and the workers (cashier and cooks/servers) were pleasant.

On thurs Aug 28 I called and spoke to a male manager at 9:29am and asked him specifically to make sure my to go order is correct with sauce on the side. I told him the reason I am doing so is because LITERALLY 30 to 40 % of the time my order is wrong like no bacon on a bacon egg sandwich(all the time). When I had to call back because my order was wrong the manager gave me some kick back and I still have not received my refund. PS the reason I dine at a place that gets my order wrong is because they are always apologetic and either make a new one or refund. It is the convenient distance from my house.

Always love Panera and the you pick two special. At this restaurant they bring the food to your table which was nice. The server was very polite. Most of the ones I've been to, you collect your food at the counter so this was a nice change.

If you’re going to serve this horrible sandwich, please don’t. It went straight in the trash. I’ve ordered this item multiple times and what I got today I’ll never order from Panera again.

First visit after years of hiatus. I redeemed credit card points and took my parents out to lunch after a doctor's appointment. We're vegetarian, and they do offer plenty of options, which I appreciated. I was expecting the half soup/salad/sandwich combo to be a good deal, but it really wasn't. It's advertised in a way that makes it seem like you're paying less by choosing the combo, which wasn't the case. We ordered a full sandwich with soup, plus a half soup and sandwich combo, along with hibiscus tea and citrus tea. The teas were very good and refreshing and not overly sweet. The food itself was filling, though the soup was a bit bland. Unfortunately, since we went later in the day, dessert options were limited, but the cherry tart we did try was very tasty. The service, however, was excellent. From the moment we walked in, the young lady assisting us was pleasant, attentive, and happy to explain the menu and answer all my questions. Overall, it was nice to enjoy a sit down lunch in a comfortable environment.

I can't comment on the food because I refused to pay $40+ for a meal that should have been covered by a gift card. I had already loaded the gift card into my Panera Bread app, but the staff could not--or would not--figure out how to scan it. There was no attempt to troubleshoot or ask for help, just a shrug and an expectation that I'd pay out of pocket. Disappointing customer service. Place was completely empty at dinner time on a weekend.

This is my Go to Panera bread location. It's has a very calm and clean atmosphere. I mostly order my food to go and 100% of the time is accurate and ready at the time specified. I had a you pick 2 chipotle chicken avocado melt with Mac and cheese and boy oh boy it was soo good. I definitely recommend coming here for a quick lunch spot or if you need a different place to study/ work

Whenever I'm craving a yummy Mac and cheese or sandwich, this is my happy spot! I love coming here for the you pick two and mixing and matching. It's also super easy to order online so you can beat the lines because it's always super packed. Their grilled cheese is also pretty good too if you want to mix it up and try that with a salad!

Who is the manager in this place?!! They move at a snails pace. Not to mention they must be extremely short staffed. Waited 15min for a bagel not toasted with cream cheese and a lemonade ‍ Guess I'll try Einsteins across the street next time.

If you are hungry and in a hurry, don't eat here. I stopped in at lunchtime thinking I could grab a quick bite of a fresh sandwich. There was 1 person in front of me ordering a beverage, and my order went in at 11:57am. I got my soda cup and went to sit to wait. At 12:15, I finally had my lunch. I feel that it took way too long to get a half of a sandwich made to go. I ordered the 1/2 Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich, and that was a big disappointment in size for the portion and price. I finished it in under 5 bites and felt that there was less than 2 ounces of chicken. My half sandwich rang in at $8.98. I was shocked and felt ripped off. This is a "not coming back" meal even though the bread was soft, but it definitely overpowered the ingredients inside. If you like fresh bread, this is the best, but as for a good meal, I absolutely would skip the experience.

We were tasked with providing breakfast for 60+ people! Eeek! We are teachers and don't have time to do that! My friend called Panera and spoke to the manager Tiffany. We explained that our school was interested in purchasing breakfast items for 60 people. Tiffany told us what our best options were and within 10 minutes our breakfast/coffee was ordered. On the morning of pickup everything was ready to go and all items were so nicely packed in sturdy bags, and ready for an easy set up! The coffee was hot, and bagels were absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it. Thank you so much Tiffany. You saved us! It was a smooth transaction, and a delicious, affordable breakfast. PS- That cinnamon crunch bagel is DELICIOUS!

I was very disappointed with my lunch at Panera this week. I ordered that have french onion soup with the bread bowl on the side. I also ordered a half Greek salad. The soup was served lukewarm. I ate a few bites of it before I realized, Where is the cheese? I actually went back up to ask four cheese because to me that is the best part of French onion soup. The young lady gave me a new soup and put on about eight tiny shreds of mozzarella cheese and some unflavored croutons. Usually the cheese is melted on like at a restaurant. I took one bite and didn't even want to finish the soup. The half Greek salad was super skimpy. I have never seen this salad so small from Panera. I always order it when I eat here. This salad was also missing ingredients. I was going to order a dessert but they hardly had any to choose from. Overall, a very disappointing lunch.

Im not one to post about little mishaps with orders because I know it can be challenging at times but this one I had to share because my whole meal with messed up. I ordered the New Bacon Mac and Cheese and The Chicken Avocado Bacon BLT. There was no bacon in the Mac and Cheese and there were 2 little pieces of bacon on the BLT and a little slice of avocado!

Panera is always a good place to conduct business. Like Starbucks but quieter. Always a good variety of breads and pastries

I walked in and it had a weird smell to it (like lingered water from mopping perhaps ). I processed to the line and two of the workers kept staring at myself and another customer and laughing. I was uncomfortable but still hungry so i waited. As i walked out i saw a fly flying around and touching the food . I won't be back to this location at all

After seven months I decided to give Panera one more try and they have again messed up. I ordered two large soups with bread when I get there I see two large soups and eight apples I point out to the young lady who was trying with all her might to avoid me that I ordered bread. Panera bread had run out of BREAD. So here's the thing, any establishment can run out of items but what you need to do is call the customer don't make substitutions for them. 43 dollars for two soups is a lot of money to spend on a wrong order. Seven months ago I said never again and was foolish enough to try once more. Never ever ever again.

Since when are the warm bowls so empty? I asked if that was a pick two size... and told me there is only one size now. Hmm... I'm guess the 1/2 a bowl I also had to ask for utensils although it was to go. Inflation is real!

I really wanted some soup for dinner so I decided to order their creamy tomato soup and the broccoli & cheese soup. I've heard some great reviews about their tomato soup and decided to give it a try. I've had the broccoli & cheese many times so i knew what to expect. I placed my order on their app and chose to do curbside pickup. I love the fact that they have this option, but where it's setup is not that great. It's literally right in front of the restaurant, but it's blocking incoming traffic within the plaza through Cleary. I waited for a few minutes before my order was brought out. The server was very polite. I tried the tomato soup and honestly it wasn't that great to me. The one that I get from my job is way way way better! This one was mehhhhhh. That broccoli & cheese was good. The bread that comes along with the soups were good. Next time I will skip the tomato soup and try something else.

As you can guess by now, our family doesn't cook so we spend our retired time going from restaurant to restaurant so we can keep our images which kind of huge as you could guess today's experience was Panera bread and Plantation Florida. I write that five stars I guess we're just lucky most of the restaurants that we order from go out of their way to help us and Panera bread is no different. They're very good. The food is hot and fresh, although it taste better when you're there in person but sometimes you can't be there in person so I can't tell you how clean the restaurant is although I'm sure with the rest of the food being fantastic and the service being awesome I know the restaurants got to be clean as a whistle so yes if you're looking for a new dining experience and you wanna try another one of my restaurantsthat I suggest try this one too. By now you should have a long list of five star restaurants which I've eval along my way and you can't go wrong. Just leave me a comment if I don't live up to my recommend thank you.

This location has gone down hill. I used to frequent it weekly but my most recent orders have been pretty bad. I didn't even bother eating the last sandwich I got from this location; I just threw it away. Plus it's gotten so expensive that it's not even worth trying.

Went there on Saturday at 7:45am hoping to get fresh good soufflés. Unfortunately they only had "flats" as always ,so I ordered 2 toasted bagels. Alarm went on in bakery while an employee was preparing my food and she took off fresh soufflés from oven. So I asked her politely to add to my order FRESH soufflés. She told me all are the same and refused to sell.

People want to feel heard and understood. I just left there and I feel neither. Despite the attempts of the 16-20 year old employees, I got a salad with an ingredient I didn't want, ingredient flavors I don't like and nearly the wrong bread, after being initially told I'd have to buy a whole loaf. The employees were all very nice but the food is nothing I'd run back to eat. It just shouldn't have been this hard to order a salad. Ordering: I ordered a custom Asian Chicken salad. The person who took the order was a doll - personable and easy to engage. But she checked off 'apple cabbage slaw' instead of 'napa cabbage blend' so my dressing-free salad was doused in apple vinegar, sugar and mayo. I hated it. I asked for a piece of bread from the guy who went to the bakery area when he saw me looking at the baked goods. The counter person was taking my husband's order. I asked the guy for a slice of Country White bread and he told me they sell it by the loaf and he'd have to ask the manager if they could bend the rules. I told him I just ordered a salad and he asked if I wanted a side of bread. I said yes. He told the person at the counter so she could ring it up. (He told her he wasn't sure how to ring it up. Another employee told the person taking our order to use a slice of bread from the breakfast menu. But the counterperson knew to ring it up as a replacement to the chips. Curiously the receipt showed it as a replacement of the baguette. That would have been fine except the prep area gave us baguettes - we checked the bag before we left the restaurant and had them swap out the baguette for Country White - except they gave us sour dough, which I really dislike.) We each got salads - my husband got a side salad - and we don't know how but their greens tasted sweet. We would have preferred savory. I think the apple cabbage slaw leached sweet all over my salad. The chicken was marinated in something we disliked so the chicken, while 'real' food, was a miss for us. (The chicken looked like it'd been marinated in Italian dressing - flecks of red and black pepper perhaps - nothing Asian in flavor.) I added fresh ginger, habanero peppers and cucumber to my salad when we got home. It's still not anything I'd want to eat but it's just a meal, I'll eat again. Never this salad, that's for sure. I loved that I could customize the salad. I loved that they offered calorie info - even for the bread. I loved how hard the kids tried to deliver a good customer experience. I hated the food. I hated feeling that no one listened to my order or delivered a meal I'd want to eat.

Panera advertises soups for "groups" which come in a large cup, barely enough to fill two standard bowls. The worst part is they are advertising a hearty bowl when in reality they fill it up with just broth and barely put any chicken or noodles whatsoever. Very disappointed for an $18 item -- we won't be ordering again.

6/18/2016 - Came here for breakfast but they only offer the breakfast sandwiches until 11am and it was 11:30am. I was still in the mood for breakfast so I looked around their pastry case and saw some delicious looking egg soufflés. The one that caught my eye was the spinach, mushroom, tomato soufflé. I ordered it and a power smoothie. I had a $10.00 gift card and it all came out to $9 and change. I really liked that they heated up the soufflé. This particular Panera store is very nice, the way that it is set up. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is my first time at this Panera and sad to say not impressed! All I ordered was a hot mocha and bagel with cream cheese. I asked for the bagel to be toasted with light cream cheese. I was given a lightly toasted bagel and a very cold container of cream cheese which defeated having it toasted at all!! The mocha had no chocolate flavor whatsoever. So I asked to have it remade and another person made it for me. This time loaded with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, almost over done this time. But it tasted better than the previous one but not as good as other locations.

One of the better Panera's in Broward. The supervisor working that night offered me not only my discount but to pay the difference....sure it wasn't much but the fact that she offered makes it feel that she really cares about her staff and clients. Nice selection of vegetarian options and they do offer a bakery. At the moment you can eat in with no issue or you can order out. Food was made quickly and exactly as we wanted...and believe you me there was a lot of modification going on. Place was clean. Parking is a bit strange here as there is parking directly to the west of the restaurant only from what I saw, it has something to do with the way it is located. Not a big deal at all, people you can walk across a street! Anyways, if you love soup, salad,bowls, or sandwiches you know this is a good choice for you.

At this location the cook doesn't know the difference between pizza sauce and barbecue sauce. He just puts whatever is colored red on the flatbread pepperoni pizza. The salads are mostly just shredded lettuce because Panera (all the locations) never have all the ingredients. This location used to be a bright spot in the Panera chain. Now it is just another sad Panera location.

The atmosphere was nice and clean. Service was polite from beginning to end. However, the food was a little disappointing. I ordered a half sandwich of the toasted steak and white cheddar, and might I say there was barely any meat on the sandwich. I felt as though I was only eating bread. This was by far very disappointing. I actually left the restaurant still hungry. Please increase the amount of meat and onions you put on the sandwich in the future.

They never get the orders right. Like ever. Half the time I get a modified sandwich and pay for extras but never receive them.

The whole chain and not only this panera is going down hill. These places are lacking a good manager. If they dont wake up soon these places are going to go down. Things that are happening 1- out of items all the time 2- changed breakfast time, it says 11:00 am but before 11 you cant place an order. Why would they change their breakfast time so early is the weekend. People eat late. I love their four cheese soufflés but they are always out of them. Is all the time why? As soon as they see they have a few left put one batch in the oven is so simple. You cant see the lack of management in these places, the one davie is the same.

Lunch here can get extremely busy so I suggest ordering through the app. Soups are always delicious. I have had a bad time with sandwiches here as they are sloppily put together and the turkey was not great quality. The Cobb salad with green goddess dressing is excellent and the flatbread pizzas are good. Service is Meh. I have had very friendly service at times and other times not so great service but again I think it depends on how busy the restaurant is at that time. Parking right now can be a pain due to construction in the parking lot.

I couldn't even get two separate slices... or at leasact like I'm getting two separate slices Nope we are going to give you a sandwich taco instead. Wow Covid or not this is lazy!

My husband and I went for dinner. The lovely young man at the register welcomed us. Then, we began asking questions about some of the food and he could not answer anything. He did go to get someone to help. That was helpful. We got salads. My husband asked for salad dressing and the girl behind the counter had no idea what dressing was. Very frustrating. The training of staff members needs to be improved so they have better knowledge of what foods they are serving. We used to frequent this restaurant but we will not be going back. Panera Bread...please get your staff some good training.

Tried their new BBQ chicken sandwich and it may haves one ounce of chicken and a bunch of cheese and sources on a big piece of bread.

This is definitely one of the better Panera Bread locations for me! I went here for the first time for lunch with my family, and it's unanimous that this is our permanent Panera location. The location is great, the establishment is large and clean, and the food is fresher and tastes better! I usually get the pick two here, with the grilled cheese for a sandwich and a soup on the side. This time around I got the creamy tomato soup and it was absolutely delicious - I ate the whole thing. Their bakery here is a little more extensive than what I'm used to seeing at other locations - everything looks SO good. I can't wait to come back here and grab some desserts. They also now have "power bowls" which are packed with protein, quinoa, and other healthy stuff. You can eat this stuff guilt free! I can't imagine there's another Panera nearby that beats this one.

A little challenging today. Did not know they did not serve breakfast after 10:30 and didn't see it posted anywhere. Young man Eric cashier told me they did not have decaf caramel latte. Found out later from another employee they did so I ordered one. A little hard to understand him due to mask sound muffleing (these days) where it is noisy. My friend ordered something from the young man but the young man got the name wrong so the order sat on the counter for quite some time till someone figured it out. Chicken salad croissant sandwich was good. Little mix up with the side I requested as they were out of chips but it worked out okay in the end. One of the large anti-slip rugs got flipped up so it presented a trip hazard, I mentioned it to them and they took care of it. Disaster averted. I didn't see a manager on site. Was probably somewhere. The place was steady but not super busy. But the employees seem to be working hard for a slow crowd. Perhaps they were training some people. I would go again. Seem like a nice place generally.

I absolutely love the experience I had here at this location thanks to the manager Carmen who helped me when I needed help with my specific order and was patient as I couldn't decide what to order. She recommended the Summer Corn Chowder which was outstanding paired with a Avocado Chicken Sandwich. Also, her staff picked up my plate immediately after I finished my meal and was so attentive. Thank you! Will absolutely be back.

Don't use the rapid pick up it's a rip off. I ordered a pastry and charged for it didn't get it. They don't answer the phone. Now I have to go back. If you use it take everything out of the bag. It is no longer rapid take out. I tried the rapid take out again to see if they improved. They gave me the wrong sandwich. They suck.

Service horrible, wait time on cashier aweful, out of products that you requested. Really aweful for what you pay. I will be traveling to a different location. Whoever manager is needs a managerial course and how to lead people to produce.

This Panera location is always my favorite. I've been coming here for a couple of years and always enjoy the quick service and the delicious food. I recommend downloading the Panera app because not only do you get your food fairly quickly, you can skip the lines, and you get reward points which result in everyone's favorite thing: free food! I always get the You Pick Two here. You can get a sandwich with soup, salad, or pasta. Or mix and match. The broccoli cheddar soup and the bacon turkey bravo are always a staple for me. Fresh baked bread to accompany the soup and it's always fresh. They options for everyone here whether you're trying to stay healthy or eat creamy soup all day long. My husband usually gets the Steak and White Cheddar Panini and the caesar side salad. With both of our choices, we usually spend around $20 which is reasonable for two people out for lunch. Try the smoothies too. Always made to order and tasty. I always get the Peach and Blueberry smoothie made with almond milk. The restaurant is always clean and I always get the best service. Love this place.

Ran in for a bowl of chicken noodle soup. It came with a square of French loaf. I should have checked my take out, because, I only got a spoonful of noodles and chicken. The bread made up for the missed calories.. this is what you get late in the day. I'll let them know next time.

I was writing a very bad review (of DoorDash) and just erased it because I spoke to Camren the manager at the restaurant who was the most professional and respectful manager I have ever spoke to in my 61 years on the planet. DoorDash incompetence destroyed my meal, Camren fixed it. Thank you Camren! Coodos to who ever hired her, she would be an asset to any organization. Thanks for listening...

Do not go here. The bathrooms are disgusting and the management is terrible. I tried to talk to the manager to let her know about the cleanliness of the bathroom and she couldn't even stop what she was doing to listen to me. In summary, the place is dirty and they don't care about their customers!

We tried to escape the sun and came in for the lunch time. The air conditioner saved us there haha. Service is pretty fast and girls are so nice. For reasonable price you get good quality food and great service, what can be better? We ordered chicken salad, quinoa salad ( so tasty! ) and onion soup. As I said food was good, ideal for fast lunch.

Absolutely dislike the shopping experience at Panera. Poor, slow service. Hire more people to wait on customers at all times!! Only frequent a "Panera" store if all else fails.

I have to commend this Panera,they really went out of the way for me and it needs to be recognized. The manager really helped me out in a bind. I had ordered food for a work lunch from some restaurant recommended but the day of the lunch they couldn't deliver the food until 1:30 for what was supposed to be an 11:45 lunch. I yelped the closest panera and went in there needing 10 sandwiches. They usually have you order from catering but they really did accommodate me with chips and sandwiches and even put plates and napkins. I was so grateful and I definitely think this location is great. Only negative experience was the parking- it's tough to find parking close by!!

Dirty and weird smel! The seats were dirty and the weird smell won't let you eat inside and not good customer service.

My husband called in a pickup order and not only do you have to pay by credit card over the phone , when we got there , my husband went inside , picked it up and when he got back to the car I looked at the receipt I saw they gave him the wrong salad. First, they ask for all kinds of info under the sun when you call in a pick up order, you'll he lucky if they get the order right . We won't be going back there again.

This Panera is the worst to exist. Everyone knows how over priced Panera is but we all go there because we like the soups. We waited 15 minutes in the front to order nobody came around it was working I walked around to the kitchen and they said someone would be with us in a minute. 40$ later for some soups and another 20 minutes waiting our buzzer finally went off. When I got to the counter my soup was cold - THIS IS THE BEST PART- I asked the guy if I could have hot soup he told me I could use the microwave in the front of the store. Like I'm eating at a fucking gas station. The audacity of these people to even ask for a tip is such a joke. You have to pick up your own food, then warm it in their disgusting microwave then clean up and bus the table lmao. Don't ever go here. Publix next door has better soup at this point.

The only reason why I'm writing this review is because this is not the first time we have had an issue here at this location . Last time there were bugs all over the coffee area and after complaining the next time I went (still bugs). The managers response was "they are just little ants " but that was a while ago . Just don't drink the coffee lol . So I had surgery this morning and needed soup . I ordered a tuna sandwich and french onion soup . Knowing this location my fiancé repeated the order Back several times and he brought my my food home . We opened the soup and it was literally ONIONS AND LETTUCE , that's it . He called back to say what the hell and the employees don't seem to know what's going on . So he set me up in bed to recover and went back to get my soup and was in a line of about 8 other people with fucked up orders . INCREDIBLE. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location
