Panera Bread

The drive thru at this location is usually very slow, but the employees working are nice. Unfortunately once I got home to eat my breakfast, it was a disappointment that it was burnt. For an item over $7 I was really hoping it would be A LOT better.

I think this place is over rated like cheese cake factory. Pay a lot for not so good product. I’m a cook for a long time so when we come would like at least half decent lettuce or Romain not wilted and old getting dark green and wilted. Pay a lot for what??? I ate the meat and fruit strawberry’s were kind old and mixed it with old straw berrys we can tell you know!!

Came here with my wife but didn't quite make the breakfast deadline. But let me tell you, if the lunch is that good...we will definitely return for breakfast soon. Before any other words are written, let me please acknowledge Nancy at the front counter for being that extra special employee! Super helpful, professional, courteous, patient and very informative about the menu as we are still new to Panera! The ordering was quick and easy at the kiosks. Food was served just the way we wanted it. Seating was comfortable and spacious. We look forward to returning and enjoying some more great food items soon!

The employees were super kind and friendly to my kiddos and me. Definitely coming back to this location. Food was yummy and my favorite was the braided pastry lovedddd it.

I have ordered many sandwich trays and Always Delicious! Order is always on time and Panera Team Always kind, Friendly and Helpful! You cannot go wrong for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner!

Overall, it was good. $90 for the meal for our family. Overall the food was ok, and the soups we ordered were lukewarm. The sandwiches were ok,and the strawberry salad was very tasty. The pizza 🍕 was flat bread and got cold before my daughter got to her 2nd slice. Our kids said the pizza from 7-11 was much tastier. The spicy chicken sandwich 🥪 was way over priced for such a small sandwich in size. It was very tasty according to our son. The lady at the register, Amanda, was very very helpful. My points were not recorded in the app or on the website, the manager and staff were very friendly but, could not get the issue resolved. 🤔 $90 worth of points. Smh.

New visit: Pounding music when I couldn’t hear myself. Not proofed pastries and bread. And overall their pastries looked very unappetizing and not fresh. Slow and unfriendly service. Brought my granny to eat here and she was treated very unpleasantly by the kitchen staff. But when it came to correct their errors, they gave me a mean look and argued that the half missing ingredients that’s how it should be done. When I showed them their own app with the menu item, they’ve just thrown my missing ingredients in my plate. 🤦‍♀️ New review: Jordan was in charge of this Panera in the morning and he did an awful job by messing up the orders and acting offensive and unpleasant. 3 of 3 items all had problems: either missing ingredients or having extras. Paid for avocado sandwich, didn’t get any. My party ate and I was waiting for 15 more minutes for my sandwich to be re-done. Jordan was using profanity with his younger team members and mostly was yelling instead of managing in a professional manner. Original review: All Panera locations are having different issues (some of them so bad that I don’t simply go) but this particular location is the worst in food quality and preparation: the order is never ready for the scheduled time, the quality or look of the baked goods could be from sad to horrible looking, bagels often looking flat and not appetizing (I’m pretty much confirming other bad reviews). But this week they went above and beyond to get the prize for the “worst Panera ever”: I’ve ordered a box of bagels and cream cheese for pick-up, and a small bag of pastries, went to the rapid pick-up shelf, took my order and went to work. I do trust the receipt and the person at the cafe who said that they’ve checked items and cream cheese are inside the box with the bagels, and I shouldn’t - two cream cheese tubs were not in a box. What’s the point to bring bagels to treat your colleagues and not having cream cheese to complement them? Just chew the bread? So I called, spoke with 3 different people, impossible to proof that it was missing (of course!), so I just gave up of trying to fix their incompetence. Went back and paid for two tubs of cream cheese and one of them was a horrible quality - it was previously frozen (not refrigerated as required for the food quality) - when I opened it, there were ice crystals and it was all curd and smelled disgusting. What a waste of time, money and energy. And personnel is very unpleasant too.

This location is great. I don't go often but every time I do the staff is so kind and friendly. Today Alex took our order and yeah, it was only a few minutes, but the interaction was great. Alex is a gem. Thanks guys
