"Chinatown diners have lost another grab-and-go option now that the two-story Panera (673 H Street NW) has closed. 'You have reached a Panera bakery cafe that has permanently closed,' says a recording at the now-defunct fast-casual eatery." - Warren Rojas

The MANAGER( I Think He Was the manager) Was rally noce. He Was inspecting all the food and plates and asking everyone if they were ok. Really impressed. This location is also adorable and different inside..

It's clean, the staff is friendly and there is never a wait to order. I'm a fan of the ordering kiosks, never knew you could customize menu items.

This place is really comfortable and beautiful. I love to come here and read/study. The food is good and most of the employees/supervisors are well trained (in comparison to other locations and restaurants in general here in D.C.). The only thing I noticed is that the restrooms are not clean. It looks like they haven't been cleaned for at least one week. Besides then restroom issue everything is ok. I love Panera!

My experience at Panera bread had always been great. However, this time the soup was served cold. I asked for a hot soup, and they came back with another bowl of cold soup. Once the manager came in, however, he made sure that we had hot soup and then the food tasted great. I only wish their meals were served warmer.

Although I like the freshness of the food and the healthy options, the service at this location has much to be desired. I have visited this location several times where my order was incorrect. Regardless of whether it is a single order or an order for office luncheon it is often wrong. Management is generally very apologetic and will offer you a drink for your inconvenience, however when you are purchasing lunch for an office meeting on a time schedule that does not really help the situation. I highly recommend that you check ALL orders prior to leaving the store.

Pretty standard fare as in any Panera. But this one had by far the worst chai I've ever had in any Panera, its not strong and is also lukewarm which is really disappointing on a cold day. Service is terrible. Tables are not cleaned, servers keep wandering and pass you 5 times until they actually give you your food. The only good thing is we never had to encounter a long queue (not surprising)

My regular Panera spot. Always good service and nothing has gone so far. Today they said that I could use the kiosks if I am paying with card. So I tried it. The lady who worked there walked me through it and was very helpful. She even handed me a bigger cup coffee, a cookie and wish me a Merry Christmas. So nice! Made me smile
