Bread is baked in the back and served up front and, while excellent in its own right, most customers come for the focaccia. The dough is topped with tomatoes and olives (watch for the pits!) and baked in pans dosed with liberal amounts of olive oil. The result is a flatbread with a crispy bottom, a spongy interior, and sweet and salty top.

This place is an institution for a reason! The focaccia is unlike any other focaccia, almost like a wedge of pizza! Incredibly light, fluffy, and DELICIOUS! You think you won't be able to eat the whole piece and in no time you will! Make sure to come before 1pm, since once they sell out of what they made that day, they close for the day. That's how you know how fresh it is!

Google
BEST deal in Bari for a great lunch snack - 3 pieces of delicious focaccia bread with tomato & cheese and waters for €5! The reviews are spot on, best focaccia bread in town made fresh. Line wasn’t too long, 5-10 minutes max. Worth the stop o while walking through Bari.

Google
Such a great and authentic bakery, they excel in baking various types of bakeries and focaccia breads, using Bari’s ingredients and recipes. We enjoyed every bite and it’s highly recommended, especially for early morning bites. Our many thanks to the bakery attendant and the working team for sustaining such a key business in its best traditional form. See you later!

Google
ChatGPT recommended me this place. After reading some reviews, I decided to give it a try. I arrived five minutes before the opening time and there was already a queue. I ordered a focaccia barese. The dough was nice: fluffy and crusty at the same time. However, the taste was slightly plane. I feel like it needed some salt or something like that. The slice was €2.

Google
Great and very famous focaccia place in Bari vecchia, you might need to wait a long queue to get your focaccia but it’s definitely worth the wait

So, firstly we went to the famous Santa Rita to try the focaccia, after being in the queue the focaccia was not enough to serve us… knowing this we were super disappointed and saw that Fiori would open in about 3 hours so we went to Fiori by the time it open, it was 100% worthed. The best Focaccia ❤️ delicious, fluffy, quality of the tomatoes/pomodori, consistency. Definitely a must try to everyone in Bari! The staff is not very friendly and honestly seems annoyed 😒 Extra tip: grab a Peroni and go on top of the bridge next to the shop, enjoy the sea view and the warm focaccia.

Had this bakery recommended by a friend and also had heard the hype. I had to queue for about 20 minutes which I didn't mind as I had time and got the tomato focaccia which was delicious! They charge by weight so you can specify whether you want a small or big piece. I got a "small" piece which was about the size of a slice of pizza for 2 euro.

Google
The best focaccia barese ever 💛 Note that you might wait in the queue for 15-20 minutes. So if you don't want to wait for long, make sure to avoid the peak hours.

Yelp
Best in class. This focaccia is crispy and perfect. The tomato and olive especially, but the spinach as well. The suppli was excellent as well, and we loved their packaged cookies.

Yelp
Best street food for the money, absolutely the best focaccia in town. They may be a bit busy but worth the 10 min wait. Must have if you're in Bari vecchia

Yelp
Great focaccia. Long line waiting outside for abt 30mins, in rainy day. Cheap price as for street food. Not all of the breads were warm and just-out-of-oven.
