This restaurant is amazing! We ordered the lentil soup and the family chicken set. The portions were very generous, and we even had to pack some of the food to take away. The waitress was incredibly patient and thoughtful. I wasn’t feeling well due to my period, and she kindly brought me water without ice, which was really considerate. The food tasted very authentic, like dishes from a Turkish restaurant—so unique and special. Definitely worth coming back again!

Missing half our order and the other half was completely wrong. Management said it wasn't their problem because I ordered through Uber Eats. It is their problem as they are the morons that made it and messed up the order. Didn't follow any directions. Horrible management. Bad location. Go elsewhere.

I visited the area and found this gem! And we were not disappointed. From service to quality of the food was fantastic and DELICIOUS. The ambiance is clean and relaxed. Definitely try when in the area. Worth it!

The food consistently impresses with its freshness and generous portions. Even for takeout orders, the quality remains excellent, and they consistently get your order right—a notable contrast to the Topanga location. The only drawback is that the seating is a bit tighter compared to the Topanga location.

This place is in the century city mall so you do have to park in the parking lot and pay for parking. It's kind of tucked away in the back across the the new Ramen restaurant. Service is a little lackluster. The food was plentiful but it lacked flavor. We had the family style chicken kebabs with Greek salad. Salad was good but the kebabs didn't have much flavor. The falafel plate was good the falafel patties were perfectly seasoned and cooked and the tzakiki sauce was good as well.

Thank you so much monto for a perfect wonderful service. Compliments the shift 10 out of 10 authentic Persian experience. One tiny complaint bring back the banana bread pudding pleeeeeeeeeeeese. How could you take that away from us? That was the best lolololol

We love bringing our 4 daughters to Panini Cafe to see Ms. Victoria. She always makes us feel warm and welcome and always has toys and coloring options for the kids while they wait for the food. She is so sweet. Thank you Victoria :)) We vote Victoria for a Management promotion! The Russian gentleman Amir is also very sweet with our girls and exceptional. We look forward to seeing him when we arrive. He always takes the time out to say hello and greet the kids. He is phenomenal. Thank you Amir and Victoria! 5 stars

Such delicious food. I don't actually eat inside, I don't have anything against it I just usually pick up my food and enjoy eating in the sun somewhere at the mall. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor seating but I am here to let you know how tasty the food is. I normally get their chicken with rice and hummus. So gooooood!! They also have great prices for the quality of food you are getting. But a small warning, please check your order if you are taking to go because the last 2 times I ordered they forgot items. This is the reason I am only giving 4 stars.

Food looks great but we wouldn't know. The front of the house took 15 minutes to seat us and then left us for 15 minutes. No water, no check in, no nothing. Shame. Ps. There is Massis Kabob in the food court. Seat/serve yourself but we were in/out in 45 minutes.

I am taking a course at UCLA and they ordered from this place. The falafel was awesome as well as the hummus. The bread was crunchy at the borders, which is nice. Salad was really fresh and good with some avocado. The rice and the kebab really goodgreasy. Even the onions and the tomatoes were perfectly grilled. Presentation was clean. First time I eat at this place or from this place but definitely eat here. I make falafel from scratch so I know this is falafel and not oily you touch it with your hands and it leaves no grease.

My better half and I have been to other PKG locations and have yet to be disappointed. Glad to see that the Westfield Century City one is solid as well! It's kind of tucked away in a corner so you have to seek it out, but the food and pricing makes it worthwhile! We shared the Falafel Combo Appetizer then we each ordered the Charbroiled Chicken Shish Kabob. Falafels were great as were the chicken plates - so much food! The servers were very attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. If you want to get the most bang for your buck at Westfield Century City, go to Panini Kabob Grill! Clean restaurant, good employees, great food, affordable prices, great way to beat the heat!

Panini Kabob Grill never disappoints. If I could have their Hummus plate and Tofu Kabob several times a week I'd be a happy gal. Service here is always friendly. Business used to be pretty light...might have been due to them being kind of tucked away on the bottom floor of the mall. But happy to see business really hopping the past few times we've been here. Great spot for some delicious Mediterranean food and a glass of good wine.

My office has had many lunches catered by PKG. The food has always been fresh, flavorful, and consistent. Recently, a co-worker treated me to lunch. I had the Mediterranean Greek Salad & Vegetable Kabob. It was my first time trying the Greek salad, which was particularly good. It contained the right amount of feta & kalamata olives with the addition of red onion, tomatoes & cucumber. The dressing was a light vinaigrette. My veggie kabob consisted of grilled tomatoes, onions, zucchini, yellow squash, red bell peppers, and mushrooms. It also came with a side of hummus. It was a generous serving that lasted two meals. I tried some of my friend's Fresh Atlantic Salmon Kabob. It was also tasty. The salmon was moist, tender, & flaky. We both enjoyed our yummy lunch.

Hate to write bad reviews, but I placed a catering order for delivery at 11:45am. They did not arrive until 12:45pm. An hour late. This was for a work event. Absolutely unacceptable. I had called the restaurant around 12pm and they said they would arrive around 12:15pm, which I could've been fine with, but not 1 hour.

Treated to lunch at work several times from Panini Grill. Delicious, healthy, balanced meals that's fairly priced. Avocado Salad - Feta cheese, red onion, greens, the Balsamic vinegar and olive oil was delicious, slightly tangy. Side Greek salad - also great and light. I think the tangy balsamic vinegar dressing goes better with this salad than with the mild avocado flavor LOVED their wheat bulgur Pilaf! Grilled chicken was tender and moist Awesome char on the grilled onions, my tomatoes needed more grilling Beef koobideh combo - basmati rice, yogurt, grilled tomatoes, onions and peppers (all needed more grilling, no char). So much food, too, almost 2 meals' worth. In short when I order in person I will request charred veggies for a fantastic meal.

I emailed Alex Herrera multiple times. He was supposed to get back to me regarding my experience and he has not done so. Your corporate office assured me that this would be acknowledged and it never was. Truly disappointing.

This rating is for the lack of response with management on issues and how they differ (in a bad way) from the other locations in this chain restaurant. If you're use to the quality in taste, quantity and customer care, you will not get it here. Major issue is quantity - you do not get the same amount of protein as other locations. They will just pile on rice. And if you need anything extra (salad dressing..etc) due to their small containers, you will get charged for it. I suggest if you have a craving, go to the locations - downtown LA or Marina Del Rey. Overall these better locations for more than one reason. Try the other locations and you'll see for yourself.

Came here for a work team lunch this past month since it's nearby our office. This was the 2nd time we came here and it's our go-to for a reason. The food here is fantastic. Pretty standard-tasting panini kabob / Mediterranean type food. But the quality and portion of the food is definitely worth the price. I had the beef kabob both times and highly recommend it. We also had a hummus sampler platter I believe which was great. Service wise, our waitress was also great. She took our orders quickly, and our food came out in a decent amount of time. Overall, highly recommend this place. I'm sure we'll be coming back for another team lunch next month as this is one of our favorites lunch spots in the area.

Been eating at Panini for 15 years. Dtla location is super nice too. Portions are large, prices are fair, service is excellent, everything is yummy.

It was my first time visiting panini restaurant, i would say it was worth the try. Great service nice close to authentic food. The only thing that the falafel was kinda extra crunchy which it doesn't really bother me. The restaurant is clean and looks organised.

Had food catered. Everything was absolutely delicious. The lemony dressing for the salad was very good. Salmon and chicken were very moist and tender. Pasta and salads were excellent. Very light and flavorful. Highly recommend their catering service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place claims to be a restaurant yet that cannot deliver an order. So many times I have ordered delivery and it's never right. Not to mention they don't even deliver the full order. It's ridiculous at this point and I decided to write a review since it happens ALL THE Time. This restaurant needs to change their delivery service or stop doing it. They have ruined my experience so many times at this point I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!

Ordered food online, and after waiting nearly 2 hours for the food, and having spoken to two individuals at the store during that time to ensure the delivery was coming in a few minutes, I had to cancel. Terrible service , honesty with any delays would have been the way to go

Panini hits it big again! Thursday I was starving and I was craving a Cesar Salad. I swung by PKG and ordered a Cesar. Absolutely incredible! Alex the manager runs an amazing restaurant and team. The salad had a tasty very flavorful dressing and perfectly cut romaine! A nice yellow color, as it definitely should be. PKG definitely does a better job than Musso & Frank and The Grill on the alley. I've eaten both on multiple occasions and hands down PKG wins! Looking forward to next time!

Terrible quality of meat. Just received this order and the kabob is completely burned and un-eatable, while raw in the middle. When called to let them know, they suggested I should contact DoorDash if I want a refund since the wait time for a phone call is too long. Terrible customer service experience.

my family kept raving about this place and they have been to a few different locations but wanted my first try to be at the century city mall since i had not been yet. i am happy they brought me here because it made the whole experience all the much better. we came for late lunch on a sunday. the hosts were so attentive and helpful. the establishment is so clean and cute decor on the walls. inside and outside seating, the outside has glass separators from the walkway which is nice. we sat inside because it was a bit chilly. i thought i was going to wipe my plate clean but i took home leftovers. amazing price for such high quality food and generous portions, in LA. any other place would easily charge you $40 because they can. my family asked me if i liked this more than Hatam, the original koobideh spot for us and i told them it's apples to oranges. panini kabob grill is mediterranean inspired while hatam is persian through and through. i would definitely come to PKG here or other locations again and look forward to eating it again the next time im with my family. enjoyed my visit so much i forgot to take more photos!

Me and my wife come here for their Beef Koobideh Kabobs, two skewers. It's such a big plate that we split it. The service is good and the interior is very clean and very well decorated.

If I could give this location a big fat zero, I would. The service is horrible. They overcharge and scream and are very disrespectful. Vicky was my server, she threw the menu and yelled and the manager was Gabriela and she was worse. She was rude, insulting, and had the worst customer service. I told her if I was told in advance about the extra $ amount for charges. I would have changed my order. This establishment needs to change their staff. Gabriela is not a good manager. There needs to be a better manager. And Vicky needs to be more courteous and let customers know up front about additional charges. Be kind and respectful of everyone.

I ordered from Panini Kabob Grill through Postmates; I assume it was through this location as it's very close to my house. The food was fine, and about halfway through eating my meal, I found a GIGANTIC, SMUSHED FLY in the middle of my salad. Mind you, the salad was sealed when I received it. If you want evidence, feel free to look at the attached photo. Hopefully you don't puke like I did.

Today I came in to the century city location we were greeted by Victorias pleasant smile we were lucky enough to have her as a server, she provided the best service we, along with the manager David both very pleasant the food was next level family had a amazing time everyone should come and enjoy their time here at Panini Kabob grill

Ugh. I hate this place. It's not clear if they seat people or if you have to order at the counter. And when I said it's my first time here and I don't know what to do (order at counter or sit?) they took my order and told me to sit anywhere. 20 minutes later I'm still sitting and no food. I ask a server for help and he gives me attitude like it's my fault. He says I should have waited to be seated but the whole time he's arguing with me, there's nobody at the hostess table. I'm so annoyed. Can't imagine this food is gonna be worth this aggravation.

Delicious food! Located inside Century City mall, it's a bit hidden. It's on the floor above the parking lot on the base floor where there's stores. I wanted to try something different so I tried lamb. I ordered the Grass Fed Lamb Barg. I don't eat lamb since it's not common for american chains to have lamb. Also ordered the 3 hummus for appetizer. The hummus was good but maybe required more seasoning to bring out the flavor. The lamb I ordered was good but a bit dry. Not sure if lamb meat in general is drier than steak. I had a taste of my friends steak and it was better than the lamb. I also had a taste of my friends salmon, which I personally would not recommend because the salmon meat tastes the same everywhere you go, just seasoned differently. Meaning the majority of the flavor and texture is same pretty much, that's my personal opinion. I really liked the food, atmosphere, and the service here. I highly recommend this place if you don't have a restaurant in mind around here.

Tucked away in Century City Mall. It's so easy to miss this restaurant. I discovered this Panini Grill after ordering for catering online. Catering is a pretty simple process when done online, but out of the 3 catering orders I made they made mistakes twice! So double check your food before letting the driver leave. The last time I ordered catering, the driver switched our catering orders with a prior delivery location and we ended up getting our actual order like an hour later which ruined lunch since our lunch was planned to be hour long...so just DOUBLE check your food before the driver leaves. It was my first time dining in today and we started with the combination platter for appetizer which had a little bit of everything. The Single Beef Kabob with Mediterranean Greek Salad and Romaine Avocado Salad and plate of jumbo shrimps and Mediterranean Greek Salad and Romaine Avocado Salad. Both were fantastic! The shrimp were all big and juicy. The koobideh was flavorful and juicy. Salads were all good. My husband ordered a pasta and that came with jumbo shrimps as well and he loved it. The portions are big and we ended up having leftovers to take home for another meal. If you're dining here, then the food is absolutely good. If you're making delivery/catering orders, just double check your orders.

This is the worst Panini Kabob grill in LA. The customer service is neglectful and unskilled. (the server literally picked up my salmon directly with her gloved hand that she had also been wiping tables with.) Not sure what the issue is here but I suspect poor management unfortunately. Hope they get it together bc I generally like the food at

The food is good, especially the salads.. and the kabob plates.. healthy and delicious!!! ...but the service in this location is very bad!! They are very slow, and unprofessional! One of the female waitresses had a bad attitude too! We felt ignored!!!! No one to sit us down.. we sat down ourselves and waited like 15 min before anyone approached us! Our order was just a salad with and the lamb kabob plate and it took over 25 min to bring the food!!! My son wanted a coffee and baklava at the end, and we ordered it, and they never brought it!! Very disappointed with their service!!!

One of the better sit down options in the mall which sets a nice ambiance & change of scenery for my lunch break. The portions are huge! The tofu plate is some of the best seasoned tofu I've had. The waitresses are always friendly, but they seemed understaffed during busy times.

I'm a regular at this restaurant because I like the tasty, healthy food. The staff is very friendly. One of the waitresses, Victoria, knows my order by heart, so she submits my order just as I sit down. She also knows I like refills for my iced tea, so she brings me an extra kettle.

We decided to dine here after watching a movie and to celebrate my uncle's birthday. The service was pretty bad but the tiramisu and taziki were incredible. We ordered a variety of things from the menu. The food and drinks were brought out promptly but my tea was forgotten. The portion size was great and a few of us decided to share. The ambiance was pretty noisy. In the outdoor seating area there was a dog someone brought with them that would not stop barking. The servers seemed overwhelmed, maybe short staffed. We had to go up to the service counter to order dessert, get boxes and request the check--yikes! I'm not sure I would go back here other than to place an order for the tiramisu and taziki. We were told the tiramisu is small but it was large enough for at least 3 of us to share.

Wow! Best service I could imagine. Victoria was SO kind. So attentive and on top of us. Brought us a small baklava for our birthday. the food was also amazing Victoria was 10!!! Thanks again Will be back

I used to love this place but sadly, I won't be ordering from here anymore. I ordered some items on Postmates then decided I wanted a SMALL side of extra salad dressing. The small side that already comes with the salad. I called the restaurant to add this request and they kept refusing to add it to the order! I was in disbelief that they would say no to a customer over a such a small request that costs them nothing. I always order from here via Postmates but I won't be anymore. Other restaurants honor these requests but now we all know Panini Kabob doesn't like to keep their customers happy. Won't be back!!!

Panini always a great favorite since they opened their first location in Beverly Hills by my office on Camden. Consistently good service across the board in all locations - great food and good value for the money too.

I love ordering from here for group gatherings. We order their family combo party trays and add some skewers and everyone always loves it. It's easy, healthy, and delicious!!

Once again, ordered delivery from our favorite place. The food was good but the prices had gone up at least 30% if not more. Adding the delivery and tip, it became too expensive!

I ordered the equivalent of 11 kabob entrees from them. The order was ready to be picked up at the designated time. The meats and veggies were seasoned well and grilled to perfection. The salads were fresh and rice was cooked just right and tasty. Price was very reasonable. Will order from them again.

Panini kabob grill is straightforward Mediterranean food. Their portions are absolutely massive and the food is fresh and healthy. Although the food here isn't anything special. I got the chicken wrap with the avocado salad on the side. The wrap was good and straightforward, however the avocado on the salad looked odd, discolored, and old. Nothing spectacular here however a good option for a lunch.

I really enjoy their chicken; it is some of the best. However, their service is a 0, some of the worst i've experienced in a while. The real sad part is that it came from the management team. First, I walked up to the pickup counter with one lady standing to the side ( Customer) and a young man standing back. I'm assuming he was waiting on his order. I waited for a minute or two and there were two ladies working behind the counter with their backs to the customer counter. I said hi and the one with the back button-up shirt was like how can I help you. I told her I was picking up an order and gave her my name. She found it, and when I asked her not to seal the bag until I checked and see if my order was cooked correctly, she seemed to have copped an attitude and said I would not touch the containers that I'd just paid for. I requested my food be cooked well done, so why does she have a problem with me making sure it was prepared like I requested? I then requested an extra salad dressing, and she was rude about that, letting me know it would be an additional charge. (OK) I'm not surprised with the way the interaction is going. As she was taking my money for the extra dressing, the lady that was standing there just inquired about her order, and she received a response, I will let you know when it's ready. Sometimes, it's not what you say but how you say it. I didn't get her name, but once I walked out the door, I called to ask who the general manager was, and I was told Alex. I asked if I could speak with him, and sure, no problem. I was placed on hold each time for two or three minutes. Three different times. Yes, I would hang up and call back. It wasn't until the third time when I told them I was going to Yelp them and call corporate, that he finally came to the phone. When he finally got to the phone he said no one told him he had received a call. THAT IS NOT TRUE; I DON'T BELIEVE THAT AT ALL. He also told me that the lady that I was having these issues with was also the manager. All I can say is it starts from the TOP and Panini Kabob in Century City needs to make some staff changes. I love the chicken, but it's chicken. At the end of the day, I will spend my money someplace else until some staff changes are made. Just my feedback: do what you want with it corporate.

I have been eating at Pannini for years at all their locations. What I like about them is the consistency of food taste and quality, all these years regardless of the location. The service is always pretty good. The Ambiance is consistent and clean and nice for every day restaurant. This place serves everyday quality for you can eat a few times a week. I only wish they had a location closer to me so could eat here more frequently. They have one of the best kebabs have had from day one and it has been consistently the same. If you like home made food and are looking for an alternative for those days that you just don't like to cook this is the place for you. Best of all very reasonably priced for what they serve you. Rating Based on my opinion and taste. 5 for Food 4 for Service 4 for Ambiance 5 for Value
