This place has been around for several years and the food is still as good as it was on day one. It's a mix of Ecuadorian and Colombian cuisine. From the cooks to the waiters, everyone is very friendly and attentive to customer service—simply the best. Gabby, one of the waitresses, always serves me with a very warm welcome and a unique energy; she's simply the best. When you taste the food, it transports you to Ecuador or Colombia for a few minutes. You can literally taste the unique flavor that we Latinos have—such an amazing feeling! I always get the seafood soup, or maybe the Colombian platter or breaded chicken; it's so good. They also have fresh juices! I definitely recommend this place!! Also love the romantic salsa playing in the back such a great vibe.

Not sure how this place has 4 1/2 start, maybe for private events they are great. The bandeja paisa was salty and the chaufa de Mariscos I had better. Went to order 3 Items and my total came to be $54.91, not sure what kind of taxes they are doing but you can clearly see in the receipt. Explain to me how my total was $54.91, if you do that math which a computer/ table doesn’t mistake it I should have be $52.80. So make this make sense. If you going to order from this place, call for pick up it took them over 45 mins to get me order also pay with cash!!!

I attended a party at this restaurant and had such a great experience! The service was outstanding — the bartender and waitress were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the night so enjoyable. The atmosphere was fun, the drinks were great, and everything flowed perfectly thanks to the amazing staff. I would definitely come back and recommend this place for any celebration! 🎉🍹

If you know what authentic Ecuadorian food should taste like you'll know that the food here is just that and is absolutely amazing. Me and my boyfriend come here more than we should. Staff is very friendly. Favorite dish is there is rhe encebollado hands down.

We randomly stopped in on a Thursday night. The food was excellent and it seemed to be a fun atmosphere. It also gave me a good opportunity to work on my Spanish.

I've been a Panorama customer for many years, and till the date they have not disappointed me. This is a place that has very delicious food that you can enjoy with friends and family. Gaby and Karen always take a good care of me. Very recommend 👌

We had a birthday party for my mother 60th birthday and i ordered 3 trays of picada. Honestly, I never leave reviews but the picada was horrible. The meat was hard most of the tray had only yuca and some tostonesno sausage or potatoes and in top of the it was expensive!

Don't recommend this place at all! I want to give a good review but sadly the owner of this place is an opportunist! We rented the party place, first want to add we made the deal with the male owner but sadly he passed away about a month ago. His wife disregarded the deal made and wanted to take advantage of the situation, we literally had to argue for them to honor the contract that was made and even then we decided to add an hour to two hours extra and they fully took advantage charging us an exaggerated amount of money, did not want to provide silverware everything was an added price, THE WAITERS ARE OPPORTUNIST ASWELL. Charging a ridiculous amount of tip, HALF THE TIME TWO OF THEM WERENT THERE HELPING. We had to give out the cake ourselves. 100/10 don't recommend this place. MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE JUST TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. Sad that this is how businesses behave. I would never rent this place again!

To be honest I haven't tried anything but their encebollado...it's all I buy and I buy it at least once a week...it's excellent

The service wasn't that great, we didn't get waited on immediately, came in and had to seat ourselves. 20 minutes later we asked for menus... Originally they brought out the wrong dish, they took it back and brought out the dish we actually ordered. The food was fantastic though! It was more food than I could eat, and the seafood was fresh! I will definitely return!

This is my family's absolute favorite restaurant. The food is amazing, there's variety of food for everyone and the flavor is always great. I've never had any issues here, and the server Jerry + staff is so kind, welcoming and always has the best attitude. We bring all our friends here because it's really the most homey, delicious cost effective place around. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Even at closing time they never kick people out like other places do. Love this place!

Used to loooove this place!! Their food is still really good.. but portion size is getting smaller and service is worst every time we go. We always order an "entraña marinera" ($24 as listed on menu) and "entraña a la parrilla"($18), this time the skirt steak was literally 1" inch wide it was so small. We mentioned this to the waitress and she said she had no idea what had happened but that they where usually bigger. As always food was really good. Unfortunately when the check came in I saw that the bill was higher than I had anticipated I asked to see a menu to verify the prices. When the girl ame with the menu she stands there and says that the skirt steaks are overpriced by $4 because these where old menus and they still hadn't gotten the new ones. I explained to her that they can't overcharge people until they put out the new menus or they could have mentioned that before we ordered. She snatched the menu from us and said she wasn't going to argue with us about it. I really don't think that's how she should have handled the situation. So we get smaller portion and are charged more???

The food was great. My whole experience was worth every penny. The steak was amazing and I would definitely come back again with more people so they can also enjoy.

What a find! Had a couple hours before flight departed from LaGuardia and this little gem of a family owned business knocked our socks off! Specializes in Colombian and Ecuadorian dishes. Amazing flavors and exceptional service, prices so reasonable it's the perfect trifecta!

Good, not great but I think everyone should try if they're in the area. First time dining in but have eaten many times via take out. My daughter was so happy with the rice and beans- it was like a fiesta in my tummy. I love the fried egg- so good. Huge portions too. Service was friendly and quick. FYI- cash only.

Good lunch specials. The young ladies Diana & Maria give very nice service. The place has a private party room.

Great and delicious food. Lomo saltado is a delicious plate. Awesome lunch specials from M-F. You should try if in the area. Friendly service.
