We absolutely loved our 3 night stay here! We were blown away by how spacious the room was. The room was very clean. The linens smelled very fresh, sheets were crisp and towels were very absorbent. The fridge in our room was full sized which provided a great place to keep our wine, beer and extra large water bottles. My only critique is that the kitchenette sink should have maybe some dish soap and a sponge, we had to go out to buy these things. Not sure if we could’ve requested it from the front desk as we didn’t ask. The bartender was super sweet and personable. The hotel felt very safe, they lock the doors at 11pm and you have to use your room key to get into the hotel and to your floor via the elevator.

We stayed at the Pantages Hotel in Downtown Toronto, and I loved the location. Since my husband is working, I need to find things to do on my own, and not having to drive is a huge plus with so many stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym is fantastic, with a wide variety of machines. The front desk staff are very nice; they even called to check if I needed anything. The room was good—not elegant, but satisfactory. The price is affordable, and the parking is reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great experience. It's close to great attactions and there is parking nearby. Our stay was clean and quiet--something that is rare in a major city! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice--I loved the layout. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is a gem! We stayed in a Queen suite. The attached kitchen had everything we needed, and we could have had cookware had we requested it. The pull-out couch was a godsend for an unexpected guest, and bedding was already available in the closet. Really well located and such friendly staff. A particular shout out to Sindar at reception and the bar staff. First rate food too. Sure, it’s a boutique hotel, so don’t expect bellboys, 24 hour front desk staff, a pool, but do you really need all this? We don’t ! Will happily return.

Positive: The location is just incredible, a two minute walk right into the center of downtown made it cover a lot of the other issues with the hotel. The gym was also very impressive, although I didn't get much of a chance to use it. The studio was insanely big. Negative: As this hotel was business-oriented, I expected a lot more hospitality within the hotel. I would assume someone on here for business would want everything taken care of, including toiletry, room services, and not focused as much on kitchenry.

Stayed at the Pantages Hotel the week of June 24. It was a great experience! The room was lovely- very clean, plush bedding, lots of light and a luxurious bathroom. Its proximity to Massey Hall was so convenient for attending a show there. The staff were courteous and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay here again in the future.

We recently stayed at Pantages Hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is very accessible to everything, making it a convenient choice for our trip. We stayed in one of their regular rooms, which was clean and comfortable.||However, it's worth noting that there were no complimentary toothbrushes, cutlery, or pans in the room, but you can request these items at the front desk. Our front desk agent, Diane, provided excellent assistance and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely consider returning!

Hotel was in prime location and absolutely perfect. We went with a group of 7 ladies for a weekend jays getaway and this hotel was perfect. ||Pella the front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group. We all can’t wait to go back.||Hotel room decor was top notch and fabulous with top of the line fixtures. I fell in love with this hotel. Bed was super comfortable and hotel was very clean.
