"Sitting in the heart of downtown and ideal for theatergoers, I like that the Pantages Hotel is a sleek high-rise just steps from historic performing arts venues and right next-door to Fran’s diner (a 1940s, 24-hour spot serving classic diner fare and excellent breakfast plates). The rooms are incredibly spacious and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, lush royal blue draperies, plush area rugs, and unique artwork; they include a large desk, Keurig, safe, and flatscreen TV (deluxe rooms or suites add a kitchenette). I found the beds comfy with cozy comforters and high-thread-count sheets, and the recently updated huge marble bathrooms have walk-in rain showers and luxury bath products." - Matthew Kepnes
