"Think of the Pantone Hotel as a chance to reconsider your color scheme. A sleek concept hotel with the classic white backdrop and clean-lined, retro-inspired furnishings common among European design hotels, this venture from the iconic color company and two of Belgium’s top designers and architects lives up to its name. Bold splashes of the brightest Pantone colors exist throughout. Each room is themed according to its own color (don’t worry, each is identified, so you can stock up on mugs and other Pantone swag in the hotel’s shop) and decorated with original art photography of Brussels in which the specific Pantone hue has been found. Larger rooms combine complementary shades from the Pantone spectrum. The lobby lounge is a vibrant, airy space where geometric furniture and pops of color create an updated version of a 1970s aesthetic that incorporates the building’s original architecture into the modern conceit. Most entertaining of all, the colors don’t even stop at the food: sugar packets are filled with Pantone-tinted sugar for your coffee. Talk about obsessive."

Our room was on the top floor so had not one, but two delightful balconies from which we could overlook the whole of Brussels. Nice sized room with comfy bed. Friendly staff.||Only complaint would be the bathroom… poor shower pressure / temperature gauge and no heating in the bathroom so was very cold.||We would definitely return if we go back to Brussels as overall was a good location, comfy spot and all in all a reasonable price. Thank you Scott team!

I was tempted to cancel our reservation after reading some of the recent reviews but I'm pleased I didn't. I'm sorry for those who had a bad experience however our own experience was very positive, with the only downsides being a lack of choice on the television in the room & there only being one small lift. We were given a very pleasant room with a great view & the receptionist made sure we had a shower rather than a bath having noticed that I had a leg injury.|The hotel is within walking distance of the Eurostar station & is very close to some excellent restaurants, cafes & bars. Despite my injured leg we were also able to walk to the main museum area, the European Parliament building & 'The Grand Place' - although this was a little further away than we would have liked.

The treatment we received from this hotel was absolutely disgusting. We had a family emergency and contacted the hotel to see if we could alter our reservation. Instead of showing any understanding, the hotel manager mocked our situation, even going as far as accusing us of pretending. He laughed at our misery, which I find extremely unprofessional.||||When we pointed out how cruel his behavior was, he bizarrely mistook it as a compliment, thinking we said he was 'cool.' It was not only odd but deeply unprofessional.||||I’ve traveled to Europe many times and have never experienced anything like this. Before you book this hotel, I urge you to read other visitors' comments—you’ll be surprised how often situations like ours occur.

Overall stay was absolutely wonderful! My family and I arrived very early Sunday morning we took a uber from Airport to the Scott Hotel it took us 20 minutes - half an hour to get there. The location was great! It was safe to walk and most of the time quiet and pleasant. The hotel let us leave our luggages while waiting for the check in time. The room was not available when we arrived, they were fully booked so we decided to leave our suitcases and see the city. The receptionist gave us a stub and stored our luggages. We came back at 3 pm to check in and it was worth the wait. Our room is descent size for a family. It has one king bed and one single bed with a nice private view and very clean and quiet. They provide clean towels and a safe is available. The hotel has access to a staircase and elevator. It has a mini bar and a restaurant at the lobby. They have a buffel breakfast that is affordable and I must say it is a good continental breakfast, impressive! There hotel staffs and receptionist are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. There is a nice cafe nearby that was recommended by the receptionist and they have the best pancake ever they called it Austalian pancakes and it was delicious! The metro is 3 blocks away. There are a lot of stores, pharmacy, boulangerie nearby. Midi station is 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel. It is very safe and clean!

Great value for the money. Exceptional staff that attended to our needs. Whenever we asked for something they took care of us. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and easy access to trams to downtown. Again, staff made all the difference, would stay here again.

I’m writing this review as a warning to anyone considering staying at Scott Hotel. My experience with this hotel was a nightmare, and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for accommodations.||||Due to a family emergency, I had to cut my trip short and leave early. When I called the hotel to explain the situation, I was met with the most unprofessional and downright abusive behavior from the manager. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy, he accused me of lying about the emergency. To make matters worse, he even made jokes about my situation, laughing and saying he didn’t care what happened to my family as long as he had charged my card. His attitude was not just unprofessional but also cruel and heartless.||||The manager’s complete disregard for basic decency and customer care is alarming and makes Scott Hotel a dangerous choice for anyone. Given that this hotel is situated in a less desirable neighborhood, with no assistance available if you encounter any issues, I urge you to reconsider staying somewhere else.||||There are many other hotels in Brussels where you will be treated with respect. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one.||||If you value your well-being and peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs. The way I was treated is unacceptable, and no guest should ever have to endure such abuse.||||Again, consider other options if you want to be treated with dignity. Scott Hotel’s management is toxic and untrustworthy.

The hotel was a complete letdown. My room had no air conditioning, and despite my complaints, nothing was done. The red rug was covered in black stains—and let’s just say, there were other stains I’d rather not describe. It wasn’t until the second night, at 11:30 pm, that a nice guy named Suhell moved us, but only to a tiny room that was half the size and would’ve been half the cost of the original room I had. To make matters worse, the views were completely obstructed by scaffolding and white sheets, so I couldn’t even enjoy the view I was supposed to have.||||To top it off, at checkout, they told me they couldn’t do anything since I booked through an agency, but they generously offered a measly 10% refund, which was laughable given the circumstances.||||The only reason I’m giving this place even one star is because the location was perfect. Oh, and when I asked for a simple can of Coke, they didn’t have any, and one staff member was downright rude (though, to be fair, the others were decent).||||Brussels was amazing, and the people were fantastic—I’ll definitely be back. But this hotel? Never again!

Very beautifully designed and cleaned hotel. Very convenient, closed to transports, quick way to train station MIDI. Love my stay there. Very comfortable room, very warm and well isolated. Would have been nice to have a kettle in it, but possible to get a drink downstairs.

Yelp
When choosing a hotel, I normally look for: location and free wifi. I'm not to big on frou frou since I only need a room to sleep in, shower and store my luggage. Having gone to art school, I love Pantone. Ooh, colors! Choosing to stay here seemed like a good idea when I was booking this hotel. And then, I got to the hotel... The exterior looks run down. It's in a neighborhood of apartments and you have to walk at least half a mile to get to the main street, metro station and the fancy shopping area. I stepped on dog poo from walking from/to the hotel. There's only one tiny elevator. The hallways are very small. Overall, this had a college dorm feel to it. I would have loved this place if I were still in art school. They do have design awards from Michelin and Travel + Leisure magazine. I got to stay in the Brown room. A white room with different shades of brown furniture and artwork. Flat screen TV, spacious for being in Europe, no closet - just a rack with hangers. Don't dare put your luggage on the shelf below the rack - it will collapse as demonstrated by my sister. The toiletries are very basic: shampoo and bath gel. Bring your own toothpaste, lotion and handsoap. They do have colorful scented toilet paper though. The wifi worked well. The lobby is cramped with the front desk, gift shop and breakfast area which is dark. You can buy Pantone chairs, mugs, cups, pots, shirts, bikes, tin cans, cellphone cases, etc. If I come back to this city, I'll stay at a more centrally located hotel - same price anyway.

Yelp
This is a really cool hotel if you are a design nerd. There are pantone swatches all throughout the hotel. Different floors and rooms have different colors. I was in a green room and it was great that I was upgraded to one of the bigger corner rooms which had a patio that I didn't use because it was so cold but would have (I think I was there on a really slow month). There are no bathtubs, only a really tiny shower in the middle of the bathroom. I got a kick out of the bright red and purple toilet paper. The bed was pretty comfortable and it was quiet. It is on a square that was being worked on while I was there. It is not the most convenient location in town for sightseeing but it is a quick trip to the Brasserie Cantillon which I would highly recommend. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to a variety of public transportation stops. I had a very quick one night stay but I liked it and would stay again.

Yelp
Since the hotel opened 6 years ago, I have been a regular of the hotel. The concept was original and fresh. The location near Avenue Louise and the Munthof metro was great. The breakfast buffet, while pricey, was a feast. Other good restaurants and services were nearby. But the last three visits have been a real disappointment. The rooms are not maintained well, and were they were fixed, with tape. Maintenance is sloppy and indifferent. The walls are scuffed. The paint is chipped. The carpeting looks really dirty. I am not sure if the blankets are changed between guests. Mine looked questionable. The reception staff is half competent. This week is was populated (yes) with two or three teenage girls "helping" the desk manager, one of whom had a real negative attitude. He did not want to be bothered with problems. The area around the desk was crowded and confusing. There was a line of check-ins. No one seemed really organized or responsible. The sofa in the reception is not dirty, it is FILTHY. Do not sit on it. People obviously put their luggage on it. There are few amenities. There is a limited tea and coffee service in the room. It is FAR from generous. There is NO refrigerator. Sorry, Pantone Hotel. You had your chance. I do not know if the owners ran out or money or enthusiasm. But I will not return. I brought these same problems (nicely) to your attention in the past, and nothing changes. The hotel is in a death spiral as far as I am concerned. It's a shame.

Yelp
Disclaimer: I'm writing this whlle consuming my 4th Rochefort 10 (that I bought for the ridiculously low price of EU1,50 ea. at a corner store down the street). I like the hotel. I do. I don't know Brussels from Bangladesh but for the $79 USD I paid to stay here on a Thursday in mid-May, I think it met or exceeded all my expectations except for what's keeping it from 5 stars: Internet. I just needed a spot to crash for a night until my friends arrived the following morning. The room was small but MORE than sufficient, clean, quiet, and of course it has this postmodern Clockwork Orange decor that personally I found quite appealing. It took me a while to realize you needed to stick your key card into a slot on the wall in order for any of the lights to work, but after I figured out that trick, it was all smooth sailing... almost. Unfortunately, I desperately needed to do some work the evening I stayed here and the free WiFi was BARELY pushing 1Mbps - constantly leading to page time-outs. Now that I think about it, the odds of this form actually saving is about a 50/50 proposition. Better copy the text before I submit. Apparently the continental breakfast is EU15. I'll pass.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Rooms are nice, beds are comfy. It is pretty well located, about a 20 minute walk yo downtown and it is very near a metro and a tram line. I didn't try the breakfast (it cost €15) and there are lots of restaurants/grocery stores nearby. Overall, a very nice hotel.

Yelp
If you are looking for a fancy hotel then you should keep looking. I stayed there for a week and it was just fine. It's simple, clean and cheap. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful. Free wifi, but it was pretty slow though. Nothing special to complain about..
