"The thing that stands out most about Panza Pizzeria, a new pop-up operating out of a West Hollywood apartment, is the sourdough crust. It’s thick and buttery with outrageously crispy edges that everyone at dinner will be fighting over all night until it’s gone. Chef Brian Radlinski expertly roasts each vegetable, making the “Vegetariano” a must-order in our books. It comes topped with onions, cherry tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, black olives, pickled pepperoncini, roasted broccolini, and rosemary. That’s a ton of toppings, but because each vegetable is so fresh, nothing gets soggy and the crust holds up. I am so glad my husband and I decided to place a carry out order loved every bite, wings were awesome, onion rings great! And the pizza hit the spot! Definitely coming back. My kids said it’s their new favorite pizza. Excellent customer service, friendly and welcoming. L O V E ✌🏽

This is really good pizza. I made my husband drive across town to try it after seeing the high rating I love the thinness of the crust and the flavor of the toppings. The only flaw is that the crust could afford a little more flavor but it doesn't take away from the experience. I will be coming back here

Been here twice and it doesn't disappoint....the pizzas are amazing, crispy bottom of the crust, not too doughy, good bite, sauce is good, nice fresh taste, ingredients are all great quality, from the basil, to the variety of meats. Place is clean, owner is a good guy, his love for wjat he does comes out in the food he creates, a great addition to the lower valley. Support local, definitely worth a try.

Great pizza. Hard to compare with other pizzas I’ve had. Don’t let the simple decor fool you this pizza is packed with high grade toppings that you can immediately taste. Great onion rings too! A must stop if you’re in the LV.

Great Pizza! Everything is freshly made. High quality ingredients. So delicious. I love the flavor of their pizzas. I’ve been 3 times over the past couple months and I highly recommend. Very simple establishment but the food has a high end feel. Their pastries are just as delicious. I’ve had their peanut butter cookies and cinnamon rolls. Delicious! They take pride in their food and it is well recognized. Very friendly and attentive. I will continue to support. Thank you Chefs!

I was looking for a new pizza spot and came across Panzazos....I have to say this place Blew Me Away! One of the best pizzas I have ever had!! The pizza was made to perfection with fresh and flavorful ingredients! I also got a Ceasar salad that was amazing! The staff were all very nice and you can tell they take pride in their customer service. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed! ** The pizza I ordered had a pizza sauce as a base with cheese, mushrooms, olives and pesto sprinkled on top. Order it just like this...trust me!

Awesome customer service on the phone. Took the time to explain their menu, and provided topping suggestions. Pizza was delicious and wings were cooked to perfection. I added a little salt to Pizza but my family liked it as is. The crust was perfect on both the hand tossed and the New York style. Support local !

Panzazos is a diamond in the rough. We stopped by on our way through El Paso and were glad we did. They had fresh ricotta as a topping and it was made by Eric, one of the co-owners who was super cool and friendly. I'd definitely recommend.
