"The thing that stands out most about Panza Pizzeria, a new pop-up operating out of a West Hollywood apartment, is the sourdough crust. It’s thick and buttery with outrageously crispy edges that everyone at dinner will be fighting over all night until it’s gone. Chef Brian Radlinski expertly roasts each vegetable, making the “Vegetariano” a must-order in our books. It comes topped with onions, cherry tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, black olives, pickled pepperoncini, roasted broccolini, and rosemary. That’s a ton of toppings, but because each vegetable is so fresh, nothing gets soggy and the crust holds up. If you’re looking for something with a bit of a kick, try the excellent “Diavolo,” with pepperoni, spicy tomato sauce, candied jalapeño, and homemade hot honey." - brant cox, brett keating

Great pizza. Hard to compare with other pizzas I’ve had. Don’t let the simple decor fool you this pizza is packed with high grade toppings that you can immediately taste. Great onion rings too! A must stop if you’re in the LV.

Been here twice and it doesn't disappoint....the pizzas are amazing, crispy bottom of the crust, not too doughy, good bite, sauce is good, nice fresh taste, ingredients are all great quality, from the basil, to the variety of meats. Place is clean, owner is a good guy, his love for wjat he does comes out in the food he creates, a great addition to the lower valley. Support local, definitely worth a try.

SIMPLY DELICIOUS. The pizza was just like, if not better than, the authentic NY style pizza I used to get on 3rd avenue on the upper east side of Manhattan. We tried the 18 inch 2 topping half and half. So flavorful, well balanced, well seasoned, and by far the best crust in town. It had both a crunch and a chew, and a tenderness that only professionals can accomplish. Both the buffalo and lemon pepper wings were crispy yet still tender, loaded with flavor and also seasoned well. The salad was perfection with added turkey and bacon, and their ranch was a bit runny but oh so good. We need not go anywhere else for pizza, and we cannot wait to return and indulge once more. I should have taken pictures but we gobbled it up! Next time we'll add photos.

I was looking for a new pizza spot and came across Panzazos....I have to say this place Blew Me Away! One of the best pizzas I have ever had!! The pizza was made to perfection with fresh and flavorful ingredients! I also got a Ceasar salad that was amazing! The staff were all very nice and you can tell they take pride in their customer service. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed! ** The pizza I ordered had a pizza sauce as a base with cheese, mushrooms, olives and pesto sprinkled on top. Order it just like this...trust me!

I have been to pizza joints in differents states and gotta say i look for the little differences that might make ut unique. I gotta say after seeing the pictures it is what i expected. Has some what of a New York style crust crisp dough is definately a better quality flour. Cheese was very good real mozzarella i like the fresh jalapeños instead of the vinegar jalapeños. Look forward to coming back and getting a pizza with mushrooms as they use the baby portabela mushrooms not the canned rubbery ones. Went after 6pm as i like it quiet. Good service from the guy i was talking to and i can tell they put thought into what they put into the pizza and the process how they make it not alot of spices just the right amount you actually taste the ingredients. I am a pizza guy have worked in that industry and will be coming back good local spot El Paso get there.

I came to panzazos pizza after looking for something different and authentic. Eric and Tim the owners shared their story with me and explained that all their ingredients are home made and original. They are pillars of their community and have brought something truly special to the area. The pizza is nothing like the rest of El Paso. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for that authentic artisan pizza, sandwiches and breads. Hands down the best in El Paso.

Ordered wings to go and grabbed a slice while I waited. The staff/owners were very friendly and indulged me in my curiosity and banter. The wings were very flavorful. The pizza was delicious and I can't wait to try the less mainstream toppings. Best pizza in the Lower Valley.

Yelp
Panzazos is a diamond in the rough. We stopped by on our way through El Paso and were glad we did. They had fresh ricotta as a topping and it was made by Eric, one of the co-owners who was super cool and friendly. I'd definitely recommend.
