Google
The falafel pita was amazing (some of the best falafel I’ve ever had) but that aside for a moment, this was some of the best service I’ve ever seen. They were so attentive and warm, and I even overheard them recognize a customer who had been in the day prior. Just a wonderful crew.

Google
DELICIOUS falafel! The food and service was exceptional, the staff was really friendly and the falafel pitas were absolutely fantastic: fluffy pita bread and flavorful pickled salad among crispy warm falafel balls. We sat outside and people watched while devouring out meals. We had such a delightful experience at this restaurant, and will definitely be back. highly recommend this spot for healthy, high-quality, filling middle eastern cuisine.

Google
Made to order falafel and freshly warmed pita, packed full of flavor. Delicious falafel, fresh and pickled veggies and a nice slow heat sumac hot sauce. Opened just 3 months ago. Super friendly owner who obviously believes in his product. Happy we stumbled in!

Google
Excellent spot! Love a one-item menu restaurant concept that absolutely knocks it out of the park. Beautiful space too. For $15, this pita pocket is worth every penny and it’s very filling with about 20 ingredients / sauces. The quality of ingredients is superb. I’ll be back for sure. I arrived at 1pm on a Thursday to a short line that moved quick. Sat on one of the lawn chairs on the sidewalk for about 10 mins before food arrived. Cool vibe all around. This spot reminds me of a place in London called ‘Pockets’ with a similar concept. Definitely on par with them!

Google
This might have been the best sandwich/pita/wrap I have ever eaten in my life. Fresh made pita and falafel. Perfectly layered with sauces and toppings. Incredible.

Google
Attended by their owner this place it will become one of the must goes in NYC. Absolutely incredible every bit of them. From their simplicity of offering only one item, to the complexity of every single item on their pita. Everything is amazing. I absolutely loved it and im not even a falafel fan. I went because I loved the idea of offering only one thing. I heard them saying they had some problems with stock the firsts months, but now they already solved it so don’t do like me and rush to get there because I was afraid of not getting in time. I would just suggest in the next months they add something to order online. Foodwise 10/10 I can’t describe it with words, just go.

Google
Rarely does a place get a 5/5 across the board from me, but Paolina hits the mark. With a limited menu, one might get thrown off by the lack of options, but the falafel pita that they specialize in is one of the best falafel pita’s I’ve had. The staff makes the falafel fresh right in front of you and the pita comes right off the press so you get everything hot and fluffy. The medley of pickles and sauce that goes into this medium pita is everything I look for in a sandwich. Jack takes care to talk to every customer and give them a bit of his own personality. It adds to the welcoming atmosphere for sure. Definitely will be going back. Great to sit at the and great to take away.

Google
We went all the way from Hoboken to try this new spot in Brooklyn, and it was so worth it! Hands down the best falafel sandwich in Brooklyn — crispy on the outside and flavorful inside, and perfectly wrapped with all the right sauces. The pepper lime fries were unreal — addictive in the best way. But what made it even better was the incredible service — genuinely warm, friendly people who make you feel right at home. You can tell they care deeply about what they do and about every customer who walks in.

Yelp
It really is that good. My first Yelp review almost a decade ago was a 1 star for Taim bemoaning their fall from glory, and I'm happy to say that there finally is another 5-star falafel shop in the city. The menu is minuscule: falafel sandwich on freshly-baked pita, falafel platter, or fries. You can watch the falafels being freshly shaped just like they do it in Al Quds, and they melt in your mouth, especially when paired with the creamy parsley (?) dressing. The platter comes without rice and is full of vibrant flavors, although it might best be characterized as a salad.

Yelp
Really great place for falafel! They have two things on the menu which is just the falafel pita or the falafel platter. Got the falafel pita and it was definitely one of the best falalfel pitas I've had. I got everything on it and the fresh made pita was so delicious! Service was quick, and the inside is such a colorful place with counter seating.

Yelp
it is a very very very good falafel sandwich and i am obsessed with how many toppings there are the food: only one thing! each falafel is fried fresh so it's guaranteed to be crunchy and moist, i thoroughly enjoyed how they made sure to layer each of the toppings and falafels so each bite had a bit of everything. i asked for extra hummus, pickles, and peppers which made it a 10/10 the space: very small with few bar seating the service: super nice!

Yelp
Tasty falafel pita sandwich in the Williamsburg area. Very limited menu here but I definitely recommend the falafel! Lots of veggies, flavorful sauces, not to mention the most delicious crispy falafel. At $14, it's decently filling but could see some people thinking this is expensive.

Yelp
The falafel is great. The falafel balls themselves are crisp yet not dry on the inside. Room for improvement - they seat people in front of the counter where all the veggies are so you cannot see what is available or pick what you want and don't want. Also I think I heard they had fries but there was no menu so couldn't tell

Yelp
Only one thing on the menu, Falafel Sandwich $14. While it is much more expensive than your local halal cart or any option within Williamsburg, they execute the Falafel Sandwich really well. The falafel is made fresh in front of you, the chickpeas are seasoned well (no more bland and dry falafel), and the sandwich is packed well with just enough toppings to not overpower the falafel. Highly recommend trying this, the staff were very nice as well.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible falafel. My partner goes to Israel often for work and has been searching something similar to what they have there. This is the absolute freshest and best falafel in NYC. Not to mention the hand made pitta. The food is out of this world. Don't get me started on how good the hot sauce is. Service is amazing. The owner is from Israel and has clearly brought his expertise. Such a cute store. Yellow and white chairs. Just the cutest spot. Will be back!!

Yelp
Don't sleep on the falafel pitas at Paolina! The pita is super warm and topped with a generous amount of veggies upon veggies - make sure you get all the sauce you need. For those who are indecisive, don't fret - they literally only have 2 things on the menu - the falafel pita and fries - that's it! I like how they focus on what they do well! The staff are friendly, and your order comes out fresh - loved the tile work inside. A great tasty spot to stop by to get your falafel fix. +warm pitas +straightforward menu :D +friendly service

Yelp
Awesome falafel pita here!! We stopped by on their second day open and got the only item on the menu, the falafel was super flavorful and fresh, the pita was fluffy and light, the other flavors were strong and pickled and slightly spicy and just perfect! Def try this place and I'm excited to come back!

Yelp
One of the best falafel I ever had in my life, Gabriel gave us an amazing service. We skipped dinner after trying the falafel.

Yelp
Had the Falafel sandwich and it was absolutely amazing and delicious, so crisp but not dry in the center & all the toppings are so flavorful! Just all around great foods, service efficient and a great vibe. Loved it especially for me as a pescatarian, highly recommend them!

Yelp
Can tell everything is very fresh, and it does taste great. Im not sure its worth $14 but youre paying for the location of the restaurant as well (bedford avenue). Probably the best falafel in wburg but dont know if i would shell out for it again.
