I love Papa Gino's and D'Angelo's, but was disgusted with this one. I really wish I hadn't left my phone in the car. I would have been one of those people recording. The guy working the counter was gross coughing not covering his mouth. Then taking his hand and rubbing his mouth and nose, then boxing and giving the customers their food. Just gross!!! The women working the grill was just chatting up a storm I assume on a wireless headset and you could just hear everything she was saying. Such a lack of any type of professionalism. Not sure I'll be stopping at this location again.

Nice pizza shop in the service area in Carlton . Very quick service and nominal price. Liked the pizza . They were really soft , cheesy and fresh. Kids loved it . Thumbs up 👍 lots of other shops in this plaza. Lots of parking available . Lots of seats to sit and eat . .. liked it overall

I wanted to let you know that recently your quality of food and service has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. This used to be the best place to stop along I90 and now the pizza is terrible. No sauce at all on the pepperoni pizza today, second time. Not worth almost $6 a slice anymore. Thank you for the good service and food while it lasted, though.

Always the Best Pizza!!! Glad I found this place on our trucking route but Disappointed tho they never have Vegetarian out...

The guy up front was very welcoming… My sandwich came out very quick and was delicious!

Jay was very friendly when taking my order. The service was very fast, my food was very fresh and delicious, the price was excellent!

Probably my favorite rest stop on the Pike for this Papa Gino’s right here. Excellent employees, consistently well-made pizza.
