Papa Johns Pizza

I don’t know who is at the store tonight ? But the pizza I ordered was not thin crust! That’s what I got though. I ordered cheese pizza and it has pork on it. Calling the manager I was told I would get my replacement pizzas and I HOPE ITS RIGHT THIS TIME. People getting lazy in college park. I love papa John’s but not this location. They sent food out and it’s the same . I ordered original crust and I keep getting flat crust

First time in almost a year and a half that the customer service was trash. I recently ordered super late (I didn’t know it was almost closing). Tory was so rude. I accidentally ordered carryout from doing carryout just last week. He proceeded with an attitude. About 20 minutes later he calls and says he’s canceling my order because there was no driver or dasher. His attitude sucks. He has such a nonchalant tone and clearly doesn’t care about the satisfaction of the customer. I will no longer use this Papa John’s.

Please do not order from this papa johns. They will forget half your order and then tell you they can’t give you a refund and you HAVE to get the item that they left off. They want me to wait another 30 mins while my other food gets cold just for the food they left off. The young lady that answered the phone already knew who I was when I called. She stated “this the only order we messed up on so I kno who you are” So I explained to her I didn’t want the food anymore. She never placed me on hold just put a man on the phone and he just started talked, didn’t introduce himself or anything… she obviously didn’t brief him on my concern either cause I had to repeat myself… customer service sucks! A good manager would have refunded the entire order as a courtesy for YALL MISTAKE! This is how you lose business. Instead you tell me u can’t give me a refund and the driver will be back shortly with the remainder of the order that I specifically said I didn’t want anymore🙄🙄 such an inconvenience. Maybe your drivers should start checking the order before leaving the store to prevent this from further happening. Papa John’s has really fell off… what happened to the customer is always right. I’m paying my hard earned money. Always think if this was you in my shoes. I’m sure you wouldn’t want half your order now and the rest later…I’m not going to eat the wings so it’s just a waste of money atp. I don’t trust ppl these days especially when they know they were wrong.😑

I called to make sure that my payment went through, not realizing that it was set on cash payment. When I called I had two questions and before I could get the second question out I was rudely hung up on by a young man with long locs in his hair. When I asked him about my order he did not want to answer my questions and just kept asking “cash or card” repeatedly 4 times. You guys need to hire better people that don’t have attitude problems. I use to love this papa johns but never again. Worst service ever.

I have been going to Papa John for a while, l love their Bread Sticks, Garlic cheese flavor and the pizza Everything were nice today as everyday time I order from them. I love to eat a big salad with bread sticks, but I do wish they had some pasta, or some bake wings.

Worst Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever received in my life. Pizza dough was just rolled and rolled into oblivion, no crust pretty much a flabby thin crust. Very gross. Called and talked to the manager and she said she’d let her pizza maker know but didn’t offer to make a new one for me and just hung up.

I order a Philly steak with bacon and a brownie and the entire order was wrong. They sent a email apologizing and the guy Manager I spoke with said he was going to put a credit under my name and I can get my replacement at anytime but when I called the lady Manager said she doesn’t see anything until she talks to him she can’t make my order. But if you get an apology email that should mean something because it stated that they messed up my entire order up. I wish I new the owner so I could report it to them hopefully he or she reading these comments.

The CYO (Create Your Own) Papa Bowl was delicious. It’s not that deep but it’s wide and it was nice and juicy. I’m definitely ordering again and I even had almost half left over.
