While the food here has improved as of lately, it took quite awhile to improve. I remember ordering from this location back in 2010 and 2011. The customer service could be better. Sometimes, when I call it's as if I'm talking to a Neanderthal who at least answers the phone in a not so professional manner. They used to have you waiting on the phone for a little over ten to fifteen minutes or longer, without ever picking it back up -- they'd say they were busy, but you can hear them in the background.
I have to tell them when I order my pizza well-done not to burn it. On several occasions the pizza was burnt when it was delivered. I had to call in only for the store's cooker and manager to tell me, "well-done" pizzas are going to be burnt. I can't remember eating any other foods that were cooked well-done whether at home or any other restaurant that was burned. Have you ever eaten a burnt steak? I think not. I have to call and tell them, let my pizza be crispy, but don't burn it -- seriously?
I recall only a few times I had to talk to the manager and was given a free pizza or at least a hefty discount. As far as delivery, it's just alright and has changed as of late. Many of the delivery men and women are friendly now. When I ordered in 2010 they usually were kind of ignorant (I remember telling a delivery man I'd tip him if I had the money and he told me I should just tip him anyway -- I was almost tempted to kick his butt from where I stood). Perhaps there has been a management change.
I even remember back in early 2011 where the delivery guy forgot my soda a few times and had to come back in the meantime my pizza would get cold.
Would I advise ordering pizza from this place? Well, that's up to you. It's worth it when you're hungry and there's a discount like on Tuesdays it's 50% off and Wednesdays it's 25% off; however, if you have other options I'd advise going elsewhere.
The location is improving; however, it still needs more improvement. I guess given the location of this place I suppose it's not surprising to get such service; however, as I've said before it's up to you if you want to spend or go elsewhere.
