Hi, I recently did a takeout last night just a cheese pizza.when I went home and bit into my pizza felt like something was chewy. So I spit it out and it was a big piece of PLASTIC I don’t know how it got in there but I didnt want to eat the rest. I am HIGHLY disappointed I’m going to figure out how to add the pictures cause this is ridiculous. i will be calling for a refund

Walked in at 09:33 07/25/25 a girl was at the register taking orders once I was up next she called the dude up who was preparing the orders to the register guess it was really important for her to put stickers on some boxes, but dude didn’t know nothing about taking orders or rather they had any specials for a cheese pizza soon as he told me 35 dollars for a 14’ cheese pizza I walked out Ik they might not care but this location gotta do better.

The male manager on duty (Matayo)is so RUDE!!! I ordered the chicken Parmesan bites and got just CHEESE! Then when I called he want to ARGUE with me stating “I made those so its right” ugh no it’s not then tell me it will be 45mins to 1.5 to get then remade like WTH.. I told him I ordered it off DoorDash he didn’t care and stated he would credit my account but I know HE WAS LYING!!! The WORST SERVICE FROM A MANAGER EVER!!! I was the general manager at Wendy’s for 16yrs and if he was my manager he would be looking for another job!!!! THE CUSTOMERS PAYS YOUR BILLS SIR! No customers equals NO CHECK FOR YOU!!!!

ok so i always liked to order from here but today was just a mistake. my pizza came so oily & so soggy the pizza fell through the pizza box. they really exaggerated on the toppings. so i called to get a refund back & i was explaining to the manager the situation & she got really defensive saying it wasn’t their fault. that it was on me because i ordered too many toppings & that’s why it was soggy & i tired to explain to her that i’ve ordered that before but it never arrived like that & she just cut me off & ended the call on me but she was just rude for no reason.

I live in McDonough, but I will drive here for decent Papa John’s pizza. This location isn’t perfect, but when they get it right, it’s RIGHT! Way better than any of the McDonough locations. My pizza today was DELICIOUS!

This one the worst papa John's I've ever been to. They always get the order wrong and it seems like they don't have management there. I've seen an employee cutting up pizzas in a tank top shirt.

Workers were slow to assist lobby of customers. The customer service wasn’t the best nor the worst just mediocre. My pizza was okay.

Good intentions. Pizza was hot but raw and undercooked big time. The wings are terrible gross. The driver bless his heart amazing. Too sad with food quality now days. Have not ordered delivery in like 5 yrs 😞. Wont order again
