Papa Johns Pizza

Today I went in to get some pizza.Our church is next to this store & we have been decorating for VBS and has some little kids that were getting hungry. Staff cut our slices small, provided plates and napkins and then provided a sweet Papa John coloring book too. This staff is very caring and sweet. Pizza was good too!! We will be back to order again.

I walk in and 2 employees ignore me for 5 mins. It doesn’t take a min to hand me the pizza. Disrespectful and rude to not acknowledge your customer. Oh but when I grab the pizza for myself cause those 2 lazy workers didn’t hand me the pizza that’s when he decide to “see” or say something. This papa John has the quality and customer service go way down. It used to be good. All the bad experiences have been from the last 2 years or so. I will likely not be ordering from here again. They need to get their stuff together.

Order from here often, pizza is always good and exactly how I want it. Some evenings can be a little busy and may have a bit of a wait BUT, I'm sure that's most pizza places with the high demand. Staff is always nice I feel, AND...if you're a door dasher, they are always busy on Friday / Saturday nights 😉.

Look. This is a good Papa Johns. The food comes fast, it's the right order, they're friendly. But good God. Learn how to cut a pizza. It is just four straight lines. I don't know what it is but literally every pizza I have gotten is cut in bizarrely different sizes slices. The whole point of a pizza is to have equal sized slices. I'm not trying to ratio my pizza here.

I wanted to place an online order for 1:40 p.m. pickup. I had a gift card that covered most of it, but was not able to pay with gift card and debit card online. I called the LOCAL number. It was NOT LOCAL. Someone in Asia answered. She was not the most helpful. I told her that I would pay at the store. She insisted on taking my gift card then said I would be transferred to a secure line to finish on my debit card. I didn't feel comfortable and she was like "It's me, I'm the secure line." 😒 I got to Papa John's at 1:50 p.m. and my pizza was cold. It was supposed to be 4 large pizzas and it was 1 large and 3 medium. I told the front counter girl about the issues that I'd had ordering and asked why my pizza was cold. She said they outsource their call center for faster production and don't answer calls. Then proceeded to ignore my complaints to answer a call. I left with the pizza as it was for a team meal at 2:15 p.m. Very frustrating all around.

So as per all the other comments I am now finding out about, my pizza dough was raw. Quite frankly I should be sueing since this is an ongoing issue, you can’t sit there and continuously serve your customers raw food. Raw pizza dough can give people E. Coli. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered the Cheeseburger pizza. When I got it, it was STONE COLD and not done all the way which it was supposed to be WELL DONE!!!! Payed for two ranch dressings (which was on the box to be delivered) and didn't get it. Instructions online and on the pizza box said to RING MY DOOR BELL BECAUSE I CAN'T HEAR WHEN YOU KNOCK was totally ignored. So when the delivery driver got here, her knocks went unheard until she banged on the door like the police were serving a warrant.

I ordered the pizza on app at 730pm came to place at 8 mgr said it would be 30 so I waited the line was full so I asked at 824 how much longer mgr rudely called me boo boo which is not my name then proceeded to try and embarrass me in front of customers? Look I told you 30 minutes? So I waited patiently. Then at 855 pm I asked again mgr told me if she could get a moment she could make my pizza? Long story short I got my pizza at 915pm. My thing is you don’t have to belittle or embarrassed your customers to get your point across. I had made my decision to take a 6 month break from that establishment papa John’s garner. I’m grown and I pay money for what I want and what I wanted the. Was my pizza without being embarrassed !!!!!!

Foods always hot and great! Always willing to change or make things right if something is wrong with the ordrr.

reserved my order and they tell me it has been delivered.. to not see nothing at my door or no knocks... submit my order through phone this time and they send out another order ... not what I ordered and the wings are completly a different flavor pizza was chuncks of veggies and just a single slice topped high with meat ... highly displeasing and honestly have been since I was a kid sad sad company wish they would hire better people and staff who CARES!

Order pepperoni med pizza. They sent plain cheese pizza. Took pic because pizza plus brownies and soda was 33 dollars. Pizza was old and dry. Call to complain to manager. He said tough luck you got wrong pizza. Never again

I have been a customer here since 2005, sad to say that a chain pizza is better than any non chain pizza in Raleigh. And $8.00 for a large one topping pizza is a deal! Seems as a consumer inflation and greed is out of control it's ridiculous to charge $30 for a large one topping pizza from another local owned pizza place and it's not a better pizza. This restaurant is consistently friendly they get the order right it's always ready when I arrive. Can't ask for more. And they always seem to be well staffed, other restaurant's and business could learn from this location.

Horrible with Uber eats order!! Do not order from here at all. Bad service. I ordered two cinnamon pull parts and got brownie and cookie instead. How do you get those two mixed up. Bad ambiance!! Don't order from here!!!

Just "meh." This location is hit or miss. It seems like every time I order extra things, they're always missing. Today my pizza arrive cold. Not just a little cold, very cold. The last thing someone wants to do after waiting an hour on a pizza is waiting for it to warm up in your own oven.

Placed order on line ... picked up order they made it wrong took order back then remade pizza and made it to dark and they said this is how it's done ... Been at this location over 10 years don't think I'll go back!!!!

I was having an issue with my cards and placed my order online. I called to see if I could add a 2 L Mountain Dew to my delivery order and I must say Jacob is the man to make things easy. He said that he would just pay for my drink, you go dude

My money was returned to my card however I still feel the issue was handled unprofessionally

Food was decent, i like Dominos better though. tried the papdia, it needs more sauce, but the pizza was pretty good.

Great pizza for the price. Not fancy but hey, you get what you get for $10 bucks. Right???

I have this thing about my food being in someone's car, so i do pickup. I placed my order online and went to pick it up. I had ordered from them before and never had a problem. And i know this probably happens everywhere. But when you actually see it. It makes you not want tho eat out anywhere, anymore. As I walked in there were three employee on the side of there building maybe having a break. That's fine. But as I was waiting for my order they walked back into the store did not wash their hands and proceeded right to the pizza making area. I was like WOW. I said to the cashier that I needed to cancel my order and to get a credit on my card. I explain that the staff just walked in from outside and did not wash their hands. He apologized and told them to go wash their hands. I told him that I would still need a credit. He told me don't worry my pizza was already in the oven. For Real...... No I still need a credit.

Papa Johns will NEVER get another order from us. I ordered online and there was an overcharge of $2.00 and the man who answered the phone said he couldn't fix any online order errors. We were stuck with the overcharge. Additionally, when you order online they don't tell you about the extra item fees, you find that out ONLY if you ask. Frankly it seems dishonest to me to hide extra fees being charged from your customers. So goodbye Papa John's Pizza, we are DONE FOR GOOD!

This is, of course, a chain pizza restaurant. This location seems to be as expected in regards to other locations. No surprises, and that's a good thing! We recently discovered that my little one has a thing for pizza (kids like pizza?!?!?! What?!), shocker, I know. I like that Papa John's claims to use fresh ingredients and that it isn't super salty too. You can order yoir pizza with specifics for crust, cut, and sauce amount too. And...you can do all of this online without needing to talk with someone so it won't be like playing telephone and you just hope the specifics of your order were actually ordered - you know it's what you ordered when you place it yourself! Delivery was within a reasonable amount of time too. Everything was really as anticipated and ended up being child approved too!

This location consistently undercooks their pizzas. They will not offer a refund but rather store credit, which is cool, but useless since you're going to get another undercooked pizza. Stay clear of this location and take your business elsewhere where they know how to use an oven timer.

OMG. Probably the worst pizza I've ever had, and that's saying a lot. First it got here lukewarm, so I had to warm it up before I ate a slice. I doubt that warming it up made much difference although it should have. I ordered mushroom ham and jalapeño. One would've thought that I would have at least tasted the jalapeño, but really not so much! Of course this could be because I could hardly detect any toppings on the pizza. As for the mushrooms and ham it really was hard to find any, but I did manage to find a few. The ham were teeny tiny cubes of ham and it appears that they sprinkled it on the pizza. And when I say sprinkled I mean SPRINKLED. There was only a few of these miniature ham pieces that I could find. If you look at the picture I took of it (the ham) against the pizza box you will get the idea. This pizza was absolutely the most tasteless pizza ever. If you looking for a tasteless, lukewarm and mushy pizza, this ones for you.

We used to go to this Papa John's years ago but a Domino's open up across from us and is really good but my wife wanted to try them again. So she brought home a Papa John's Pizza and it was very doughy and under cook is what it taste like. My daughter called them and they offered a 50% off the next Pizza but it was so bad we are going back to Domino's.

It's a shame we had such a negative experience with our local papa johns. Ordered our pizza online at 5:58. We missed a phone call from them at 6:03, they called to inform us that they had to make wings and it'll take 20min extra. Ok, I called them back at 6:30 and the girl said our order was going through the door as we spoke. We are 5 min away so when our order didn't come at 7pm I called. They told me that our order never left and it'll be another 20min. At this point, we couldn't wait because of prior plans so we had to cancel our order. Our online pap johns account spends few hundred dollars at least once a month bc we buy pizza for my wife's company. We had a free pizza and asked if we would get our papa johns points reloaded into our account as we had used it for this order (we also ordered drinks, wings and dessert). The girl on the phone said we would, but I called back because I wanted to make sure that she knew which account it was. When we called back, she changed her answer to no. This is the most frustrating pizza experience we have ever had, we just want consistent answers and employees should work on communication. A lot of this could have been avoided with better communication between store employees. My wife and I have both worked in the food industry and we know things can get hectic but there is no excuse for this.

Good pizza, prices are great if you get the online deals, and the delivery service has always been punctual.
