Papa Johns Pizza

The wife and I placed an order at 1:40 pm the order did not get to us until 3:45 pm mind you I’m only 1.4 miles away. On top of my order getting picked up extremely late, I ordered the two mediums for 6.99 3 toppings+ each and the garlic Parmesan chicken bites and to my surprise not only did they NOT send me the sauce for them but they spread cinnamon roll icing on the bites and sent 2 cups of icing with it! Who eats chicken parm bites with icing on it! Then the pizzas were cold I had to put them in the oven AND one was sliced and the other one wasn’t geez what are those workers thinking!!! Never AGAIN, I miss the OLD 1990’s Real Papa John’s!! You get a big 0 from us,,,, sadly. I did try canceling order when it was extremely late but it doesn’t let you do it online, you have to literally call the store and even THEY had no clue as the worker on the phone directed me to cancel order online when he could have easily just done it as my order was STILL sitting on their rack… no bueno for business

I don’t do delivery here because they use Doordash for delivery services. But when I do pick up it’s pretty safe. They re-made my pizza fresh the other day because they gave me the wrong order. Only took an extra 15 minutes and it was perfect. It’s a good amount of food for the price and the toppings are always consistent.

They messed up my online order . I called the store manager and a guy with a heavy spanish accent told me that I didn't get what I ordered because he ran out at 11 am of italian salami sauce and the rest of my order request . He said he was really busy and to call cooperate or go online to get refund . His exact words were just go online and get a full refund it's easy lol I said ok . So tried to get full refund it said page error so I called cooperate explained everything and they said they made a ticket for a refund request and someone that owns that papa johns will be contacting me within 48 hours I can't wait for this call

Food took a while to cook. Whoever owns this place needs to have more than one worker on hand. But more importantly, they need to review food safety standards. The one worker they did have didn’t wear gloves. Normally that would be fine if there’s consistent handwashing, but the worker consistently was touching his hair or face and then contaminating the food. Won’t be ordering again until they fix the food safety standards

Order way ahead of when you actually want to eat. Sounds like this is a common complaint. Pizza was 45 minutes late. Manager was not helpful or sympathetic and tried to blame DoorDash.

I ordered pizza here and was told it would take 30-45 mins. After a hour of waiting we received a text from the driver saying they are just waiting on one more item. It has been another hour since then and we still haven’t received our order. Now I’m trying to call to get an update on my order and I’ve been stuck on hold for over 10 mins with no answer. Poor staff, decent food when it actually arrives.

Placed an order through the app and of course they didn't make it then say they can't find order on the computer. Tracker app says it's been delivered but I have no food so who controls the confirmation status to mark it as delivered. Good thing I was gonna pay cash if not I would have to wait for a refund. They just opened and they can't get orders straight

Ordered for delivery, after an hour we called to find out they didn’t even bother to send a driver. Claimed they were here and called, no missed calls, no pizza, and they also claimed they were here for 20min while I stood out front. They were rude when we called to check the status, lied to us and we never got the said pizza. I wouldn’t even waste my time trying. Ot worth it in any way!! Oh ya, and NEVER AGAIN!!

Terrible service. 6 people waiting and friends of the 3 staff are here walking around with their kids. This is a job not your social time!!
