Seriously, what the HECK is wrong with this store? And why can't they get it right? When I first bought this house, I placed an order and the driver then couldn't find my house even though it's in a well established neighborhood. For years, I didn't order from this poor excuse of a restaurant, but I received an offer for free delivery, so I thought,"Why not?" and placed an order.
The confirmation said the estimated time of delivery would be 45 minutes. No problem. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a notification after only 20 minutes or so that the driver was on the way. 15 or so minutes later, I received a notification that my order had been delivered. Really?! Give the benefit of the doubt, now. Maybe the tracker app is a little off, and it will be here shortly. Nope. An hour and a half after placing the order online, I placed a call to the store to find out what the problem was. The girl who answered the phone was very nice, but had a tone in her voice that said she was having a hard time believing that I didn't receive my order. After a discussion with her manager, I was told that they would expedite and get my order out to me immediately. Nope. No, thank you. Please just refund my money.
