Papa Johns Pizza

I can’t believe this, I ordered $75 dollars worth of food tonight and it was awful. The order was delivered an hour and fifteen minutes late. I ordered 30 boneless wings and they looked like they only dipped 5 of them in the sauce and the rest were plain chicken nuggets. They put them in a pizza box covered with aluminum foil so you couldn’t see them until you opened them up. I ordered 3 papadias and the crust was burnt. The large pepperoni pizza cheese was not fully melted. Then I asked for specific sauces and they gave me garlic butter. I will not order from them again, I will try Dominos.

Our food is always fresh and as ordered. The employees are quick and courteous.

Been ordering here once a week for the last few months. It's to the point that they recognize me. They make the food so fast and it's always perfect. They beat the expected time the app suggests by a few minutes. Less than 10 minutes for 2 pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks. The crew they have running it right now are doing amazing

Something got messed up on the order.But they did a wonderful job of making it right

First time this has ever happened to me... a fly baked into the pizza. They replaced it, but they obviously lack quality control.

Us three ladies from Missouri stopped in the store to place an order. The 3 young men who worked there were so nice, extremely polite and assisted in helping us to find a lovely park to go enjoy our pizza! Great pizza and exceptional customer service!!!

Usually pizza is pretty good but pan pizza was burnt not happy w it amd was very dry and will be calling corporate. Also adding that manager Kaitlyn said thats how they are w pan. Sorry but thats bull

Most of the time the pizza is pretty good. Half the time it's not cut all the way through. The customer service is pretty rough. I've been told my pizza was lost and looked at like I had to come up with a solution. Tonight I was greeted at the drive thru window with a "Hellur" ‍

Ordered a pizza half cheese half pepperoni, it came all pepperoni and wasn't cut. Normally don't have a problem with this store. Don't understand how they could mess this up. Also came with the oldest looking pepperoncinis and the garlic sauce was already open.

My only issue is that the amount of toppings getting smaller and smaller. One of my toppings was pepperoni. At best I had one on a slice. Some slices had none. Shrinkflation. Same with all the others ingredients.

Service was terrible. Online order tracker said 83-93 minutes. I figured really busy but called to confirm because i would have picked it up to quicken the order if possible. No answer. Called 6 times over 3 minutes with no response. Chatted with live representative who said the order was out for delivery. It wasn't. Or the driver was off doing something other than his job. Which is my guess. 45 minutes and more phone calls later I chatted with the same rep who said it was marked delivered and to file a complaint for a refund. No explanation. No help. I tried calling the store some more but now the phone wasn't even being answered. 30 minutes later, after we cooked a quick dinner for our hungry kids, the delivery guy is at our door. Said their phone was on the fritz. 2 hours 10 minutes after order. Food was cold and soggy. Won't go back.

Place sucks. Too bad I love papa John's pizza. Don't order from here. Go buy frozen pizza at Kroger. They close early and act like they don't care about your business.

I would award this establishment zero stars if I could. My lady and I ordered some pie and not only did we not receive it our card was charged twice....$27.35 Twice!! To top it off, when we phoned the store the manager indicated our order was cancelled with no logical explanation after waiting in suspense for almost two hours. He was of no help whatsoever and was complacent in his customer service skills as he just gave us a toll free number to contact. If these people who run these establishments are that inept I wonder how the owner's of these said establishments are? In summation, the manager we spoke with was highly incompetent. I don't even think he could qualify as a dog catcher to be quite frank. Very disappointed with these clowns, will consider other pizza chains. At least no one out pizzas the Hut!

The manager here is super rude but the workers and delivery drivers are great. But they've lost my business simply because of the manager.

Ordered on line, was told it would take 30 mins for pickup. When we got there essentially ready, we came back and still not ready, after an hour and 10 mins we got our pizza, wrong ingredients and raw in the middle, the crust was supposed to be Parmesan cheese but half was half was not. Have not had a bad pizza from this location until now. One daughter rated worst pizza ever, hmmm , not my worst but let's say left me unsatisfied and looking at our cereal collection 30 mins later. Capt Crunch here I come.

Past two orders I have it's been over 2 hours for me to get a pizza. I live 15-20 mins from the store so I'm thinking and hour maybe an hour and a half tops for them to get it to me. Tonight I called after an hour of placing my order to figure out how much longer. The lady told me it just came out of the oven so it should only be about 20 more mins. Cool I hang up. Another hour goes by still no pizza. I call back she says the pizza left at 7:20 so it should be showing up any time. Another 20 mins go by then I hear a knock on the door. I noticed it was a door dash driver. Last order was a door dash driver. Let's just say since Papa Jonhs has switched to them being the delivery people DELIVERY SUCKS!!

Really wanted a great pizza so called for takeout. Wanted the Shaq a Roni pizza but the promo was over so the staff made me one just like it and it was delicious. Everyone was respectful and accommodating to what we wanted. Great experience. Definitely will go back.

The pizza was amazing and the service was equally as amazing!! Friendly and prompt. They were kind to and patient with my 8 year old daughter as well who wanted to pay cash.

I give this store zero stars. I have used the drive-up window twice and after each time my card was skimmed. The first time I couldn't say it was done at Papa Johns but the second time, the only place the card was used was at Papa Johns. I called the manager at the store to complain and got the "Oh Well that happens" response. Needless to say, I will never go to this store again.

Place fucked up our order after waiting 1 1/2 hours for our pizza and then didn't give us what we ordered. Food was cold when they gave it to us. Rude people.

Order pizza and they tell me they need cash only, no problem. I get there And everyone's in the back I holler 6 times before someone comes out. Then tells me I haven't made your pizza I was on phone because we have issues with credit card machine. wtf I can make your pizza when I'm done. Never mind Great customer service you could have called me back and told me jackass

They were extremely rude on the phone and I found several pieces of hair in the pizzas that we ordered. Very disappointed

Great pizza every time and I love how the new coupons are put on Facebook. Workers are nice too.

I will never eat pizza from Papa John's again! Unless you like your pizza with cheese and a whole bunch of pools of grease swimming on top then there you go! That's great that you use fresh ingredients to put on your pizza, but you're doing something wrong when I have a swimming pool of grease on top of my pizza. Maybe papa john needs to go over his recipe and figure out how to cut down on that extra fat swimming on the pizza.

Just ordered pizza on the website. Got a confirmation for 30-40 mins. After a hour we call and they told us it would be additional 1 1/2 hours before we can get the pizza we ordered a hour prior. They said that the website has issues. For a total of 2 1/2 hour wait! Ridiculous! They use this excuse all the time. Be careful when you order pizza.
