"Deposed pizza king “Papa” John Schnatter has taken back a widely parroted claim he made last year while criticizing his former company, Papa John’s — that he ate 40 pizzas in 30 days and noticed a severe drop-off in quality. In fact, the ousted CEO now says, he sampled slices from 40 pizzas over a 30 day period — he did not finish every pie. “I’ve had over 40 pizzas in the last 30 days, and it’s not the same pizza,” Schnatter originally said in November during an interview with his hometown TV station in Kentucky. “It’s not the same product. Ordered online amd picked up. Food was done fast and hot. The guy at the window was slightly dismissive and could learn to smile. But other than that, really good meal.

It's not an eat-in style of restaurant. Therefore, "atmosphere" probably shouldn't apply... LOL! However, everything else was great! Good job, folks!

Placed delivery order, said 45-58min delivery time. Food was ready at the 53min mark according to tracker app. Had to call 15 or 20mins later to get it chnged to pickup bc it still was NOT on its way to my house. $70+ worth of food that i had to eat partly cold but had onebpizza entirely remade due to it being cold when i arrived. Won't order from here again unless doin pickup due to thia ridiculousness that time. Also why is Noone in gloves when makincpizza?

First time this has ever happened to me... a fly baked into the pizza. They replaced it, but they obviously lack quality control.

Lagrange store. The lady taking the order over the ph was rude because I couldn't hear her! It sounded like something rubbing acoss the mic. I didn't even order a drink, because I couldn't hear what she had. At the end of the call, she said GOOD BYE in a huffy manner. Will not be ordering again!

I had placed an order online, one item being bacon cheese sticks. My 5 year old did not want bacon on it, of course. 🙄🤦‍♀️ I called the store and asked them if they could not put the bacon on there, and they assured me it was no problem. The girl on the phone was super friendly and understanding. Very happy 5 year old and mama!

Ordered pizza and breadsticks. Waited an hour and only received a pizza. Called to let them know and was told they would send them out. After another hour and a half the person told me they never sent them out. This is the worst run restaurant in Lagrange and they literally could not care less about their customers. I hope the owner knows how poorly this restaurant is being run.
