Yesterday, I ordered two boxes of pizza from the North Henry location of Papa John’s. When I received the pizza both boxes had flies, they were unatable and I was unable to use them for my dinner. I reached out to them, asking to speak with the manager. This representative answered the phone didn’t want to put me on to speak to the manager, saying that she can assist me when I explained the situation to her instead of her being apologetic and sending me out two more boxes of pizza, and collecting the one with the flies in them, she proceeded to accuse me Of not knowing what I’m talking about when I told her that the boxes of pizza were delivered on sealed the seals on the boxes were broken both boxes. She stated that if I needed it, I should bring it back to the store. I refused since I paid for delivery and tipped the delivery. I will not be ordering from them again this is poor customer service. She refused to allow me to speak to the manager, stating that she was a manager, and I aske d for her name. She told me that she didn’t have to tell me what her name is. There’s always something going on with this location and your orders. She was very unprofessional and impolite and disrespectful. She was very unprofessional and courteous and disrespectful.
