Papa Johns Pizza

This papa john's store has some of the best managers.I have ever seen. I ordered a small pizza and I got it within ten minutes and it was so delicious. This store is very busy and they work very hard and all I can ask is that everybody be patient with them because when they get orders in, they get them in by the bunches. Shout out to tiffany the manager there.I love her so much.And I respect her to the utmost. They always speak and greet you.Whenever you walk in and when i'm doordashing, they know exactly who I am. Shout out to the entire store managers and the staff way to go guys way to go. The piece I ordered tonight was so delicious.And so fresh, and it was so good. I'll be back again tiffany

Ordered a pizza at 830, was supposed to be delivered by 9, 9:15, 9:30, by 9:45 I had to go up there and get my food after I paid for delivery. Apparently when my ordered was handled by doordash they stole my order, for the 3rd time this year. And not to mention when I get the pizza that was remade, it o looks like something a 3 year old made. Pictures listed, domino’s have been doing way better

Yesterday, I ordered two boxes of pizza from the North Henry location of Papa John’s. When I received the pizza both boxes had flies, they were unatable and I was unable to use them for my dinner. I reached out to them, asking to speak with the manager. This representative answered the phone didn’t want to put me on to speak to the manager, saying that she can assist me when I explained the situation to her instead of her being apologetic and sending me out two more boxes of pizza, and collecting the one with the flies in them, she proceeded to accuse me Of not knowing what I’m talking about when I told her that the boxes of pizza were delivered on sealed the seals on the boxes were broken both boxes. She stated that if I needed it, I should bring it back to the store. I refused since I paid for delivery and tipped the delivery. I will not be ordering from them again this is poor customer service. She refused to allow me to speak to the manager, stating that she was a manager, and I aske d for her name. She told me that she didn’t have to tell me what her name is. There’s always something going on with this location and your orders. She was very unprofessional and impolite and disrespectful. She was very unprofessional and courteous and disrespectful.

Ordered our pizza and it was wrong. We thought no big deal we will just call and let them know it wasn't correct. To our surprise the women who answered the phone said she's the one who made our pizza. We told her that it was missing pepperonis and hamburger and she said no she made it and it hadeverything on it. We told her we would take a picture of it and send it to her but she said no need because she made it and she knew it was right and they wouldn't replace it. At that point we told her we were on the way up there with the pizza. We showed up and the front counter person took one look at it and knew it was wrong. The lady with the attitude on the phone was in the back. I could see her asked the other employee what was wrong and he told her. I was so pissed that I had to drive up there. If I wanted to drive there I wouldn't have ordered delivery. It was just horrible customer service .

Usually have good service, and the delivery people are respectful of the food they are delivering. Not this time, the door dash person, young adult woman, got out of the vehicle, swinging the bag with the pizza, once at the door kept pulling it closed, repeatedly on my disabled mother. Before trying to walk off, once more swinging the bag with our pizza. Which allowed my mom to open the door and upon acquiring the pizza the box was partially open and the pizza was a clustered mess from the abuse.

Every single time I have ordered from this location it has been nothing but pleasant. Staff are always friendly and helpful, food is always correct, and more importantly always DELICIOUS. If you have to order pizza in Stockbridge use this PAPPA JOHNS Everything is much better than DOMINOES could even dream of

The team is great. They treat me great. They VIP treated me. I love it. I love it the best store on the planet visit this store. They get everything right Fresh everybody everybody’s kind everybody’s nice and everybody’s knows what they talking about. One of the best Papa John’s in the US Stockbridge location

The pizza I ordered was horrible. I asked for well done it was far from. It wasn’t cooked yet I Paid for it. Stockbridge location got to do better I will NOT BE BACK THERE FOR YEARS. HORRIBLE

I just ordered a pizza from this place and they said it was a large, it's smaller then a medium. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this garbage.

This location is offering delivery during COVID, but unfortunately it's through door dash. If I would've known that, I would've just come in to pick up my pizza. For some reason door dash always takes forever and a day to deliver anything. It started off saying they would get here in 8 minutes, when I checked back it then said 18 minutes, then 10, then 15 and finally 8 again ‍. Geeeeeesh. So naturally my pizza wasn't hot anymore, however it still turned out delicious.

The manager and employee were very rude, highly unprofessional. Hung up the phone on me 3 times when asked for the correct location when 1 out of 2 pizzas were delivered. Customer service should be a priority, we expect much better from Papa Johns. I definitely don't recommend ordering over the phone from this location. Very disappointing!

I called to rectify an issue with my order and I asked to speak to the manager at the location. The manager immediately had an attitude and after not being able to locate my order directed me to another location. When I tried to ask for additional help on locating my order she immediately became dismissive and hung up the phone on me. When I called back the store associate told me to stop calling their location. I'm not quite sure why they were upset when I clearly was the person fully charged for an order I didn't receive. I strongly suggest reevaluating the employees and management you have running this location.

I ordered Papi John's Pizza last night on my credit card the total came too 28.81. When the delivery lady driver came I made a mistake and gave her 53.00. In 40 seconds I ran out side and the driver was gone already. I called the manager at the Stockbridge Ga. Papi John's store the following morning. I spoke with some manager, she called the driver and guess what World, "SHE SAID SHE DID NOT RECEIVE The Money 53.00. The manager said she believes her worker. If anyone else can help me with this manner please call me at 813-352-5064 my name is Shakeya Candy Mitchell I'm from out of town West Palm Beach Florida on vacation with my family and to be treated like this bye my favorite pizza place in the whole galaxy this breaks my heart. The delivery lady driver is not trustworthy, Liar, unfaithful and I would be scared to have someone like that working for me or around me. I'm telling corporate on how I was treated by my favorite pizza place this breaks my heart. "Do On To Others As You Would Want Them To Do Onto You." Keeping it real is the key to life because anything else will cause you too have bad Karma and bad Consequences in your life. it's not fair to go around hurting and stealing from real peoples that don't deserve it. My whole family knows and seen that she received the 53.00. "HELP ME IM BEING MISTREATED" All I want is my 53.00 back if she had told the truth I would have blessed her but she blessed herself from stealing from me.

This is a great Papa Johns...the pizza driver is very fast and is opened late to deliver it to our hotel. The pizza was hot and fresh out of the oven. Was very pleased with it. The extra cheese on it was awesome. I called them back and gave them a compliment, they rarely get compliments always complaints. It made them chuckle but at the same time I know it made them feel good about their job.

I've been ordering from this location for years, either on Thursday evening or Friday morning. I always opt to receive the special garlic sauce (because the kids love it), however I get the red pizza sauce, even though the boxes with the order clearly reflect special garlic sauce. Well Thursday, August 11, 2022 order #978378487 had the wrong sauce, so I decided to drive to the store since it's only 1.5 miles. I only took the pizza sauces & boxes so that they could see the issue. The front counter guy, a heavy set African male showed no concern as I was explaining to him what I needed, he turned his back and walked over to a Caucasian lady that was preparing a pizza & proceeded to whisper something to her. Which makes her irritated & she looks at me in disgust. I didn't get anyones names which is why I described them. I will now have to contact another location to order from as I don't feel comfortable with the employees at this location, I don't need anyone spitting in my food & trust from the actions taken that day I'm sure they've flagged my account for when I order. I posted photos from a July order with the same issues.

Ok first off placed the order to be picked up and it wasn't ready when I got there. They actually couldn't find the order for a few minutes. Finally found it so I'm like how long it's gonna take and was told 10-15 minutes. So I'm pissed and go sit in my car. Go back in and they say they didn't start on it because I walked out like b*tch what? Did I ask for a refund dummy. So yea I won't be ordering from this location anymore. They wasn't apologetic about the issue either which pissed me off even more. I contacted corporate and waiting to hear back from them about this matter.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at Papa John's pizza . Placed and order through the app. Headed out to pick it up. Just before I get there I get a call saying order was canceled because of online problems. Then an email saying ordered canceled with no explanation ‍. So now I'm being told to call the order in because you can't go in the store ( Covid 19 ) and they don't take orders from the windows. So I called and guess what?, the order does not even go directly to store it goes to a call center. So I called back and hit the talk to store manager button and it's goes to store. Store manager basically says can't help you buddy. Those calls are directed to a call center that has nothing to do with us. So now I call again to order and it is the slowest form of ordering. This Papa Johns used to be really good but now it's has fallen . I guess Shaq does not know about this . Order first around 8, finally got a pizza at 9:20 pm

We ordered online...no problem. Wait time was reasonable. Ordered a medium one topping pepperoni pizza extra cheese, six honey chipotle wings and 2 extra garlic sauce cups. I had my bf pick up the order. Got home with them to find that the pizza was very dry and hard!!! Very, very disappointed.... but where were the wings. On top of that the tracker said my order had not been picked up. I live 3 minutes away tops so we would have Gladly waited for the order to be corrected. However when I called back I was told I should have checked my order before being put on hold. Finally the manager comes on the line demanding I change my tone and he knows his employees and he's working with a skeletal crew..... firstly don't tell me how to speak secondly if you have a horrible incompetent crew say that. All of this was prior to him hanging up in my face. This restaurant is not up to any standards Papa John's is known for. DO NOT COME HERE during the pandemic or ever ! I will never come to this location again. Waited 40 mins for more order and they forgot my poppers . I waited an additional 30 mins for the rest of my order . My other food was cold . They didn't care and did nothing to make it right , do not call me here .

Terrible customer service. Please, for the love of your money, MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT! The pizza was good, but let me get to the point. I got delivery, and it was problematic. Now, let's skip to the part when the lady makes it to my house, she gave me my pizza, and left quick. I had got the pizza but no soda. I got a 2 liter soda with my meal and got no soda, which I am not pleased about. I call and ask about a refund, but they say they will offer a coupon, which I'm again not pleased about. They then said they would deliver the soda, but never came with it. I called again and got thrown on hold. Now, I know this is only 2.00 dollars, but I'm cheap and I want what I paid for. I call again, and they answered quick, said they would deliver and never came. Overall, 1 STAR for horrible customer service. Update: They came with my soda 3 hours later, but I may not order from here again.

Attempted to order a pizza on 1/7/22. Wasn't a complicated order, just a large cheese pizza. Placed my order at 5:30pm and was told it would be ready in 20-30 min. So when it hadn't arrived at 6:30 an hour later I called and they said they hadn't even started my order yet but that they were going to and it would only be more 30min. But unfortunately at 7:30 I called wondering where in the world this pizza could be!? I was told again it would be there any minute. Nope !! So at 8:00 I still had no pizza and called the store to speak to the manager. Got hung up on the first attempt to get her on the phone. And when I finally did get her on the phone she offered no apologies only the excuse they were running behind. I'll say! Order a pizza at 5:30 for some hungry children and still not have it by 8:00 when their parents have returned home from their outing!!!!! Here's the best part- they did send the pizza... to the wrong address. My neighbor later told me how surprised they were to get a pizza at 9:00. Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service, this place is now a neighborhood joke!

Had a taste for some pizza and decided on Papa Johns. I'm not normally a Papa Johns type person, but I'd recently had a slice or two and found it to be quite tasty. This time was no different. The pie was delicious. The service was pleasant and very inviting. I placed my order via phone (because the app wouldn't take my address!!) The young lady who took my order was very nice. Ordering was simple and efficient. I made my order and rode the ten minutes to their location. My pizza was hot and ready when I arrived. The location was clean and well maintained. Although there was no seating (it's a carry out establishment), I was still an inviting little space. Overall I was very happy with my food, and my service. It was exactly what I expected it to be; . I'll definitely be coming back!

I've been ordering pizza from this location for over a year, it's consistently the best Papa Johns ever, order is always right and 90% of the time the pizza is still piping hot when delivered.

Placed an order through the app for $19.25. When we went to pick up the pizza, they charged us $26! Then gave us the wrong order which was cold!! They did however refund the over charge but the order was wring and cold!

I place the order with this particular location online. I waited the designated time call the store to find out how much longer and was told they never received my order. The customer service was horrible. the person over the phone was very nonchalant like oh well was not understanding whatsoever even after I told him the price of my order so clearly I wasn't lying about placing the order because I knew exactly how much it will cost to deliver a pizza to my house with the delivery charge. the only time I order from Papa John's anyway is when they have the Philly cheese steak pizza because I like it but I think they just pissed me off so badly that I probably will never order from Papa John's again I definitely would not recommend this place customer service is everything they need to shape up or close down Nancy's Pizza is taking over baby so count your days Papa John

Never again! Ordered a large sausage pizza, had my mother in law pick up. Gave the name we put on it and was given the wrong order. Then went back and ordered a small sausage and no one knew where it was who took the order or anything!! Completely unorganized! Horrible customer service!

I called in to order a pizza at the Papa Johns on N Henry Blvd. and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When someone came back to the phone they did not acknowledge the long wait time or tell me about any specials. I proceeded to ask about specials and was advised that they had no specials in a very rude manner. The price for the large pizza was 20.00 dollars. I then asked about the medium size and their specials. In a nasty tone they stated that they don't have any specials. I could see that this person was not interested in my business. On the official website as will as on TV commercials, they have been advertising a $10.00 large special as well as 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for 6.99 each. This is one location that I will not do business with and will encourage others to not patronize here.

This is the only pizza place in the area that will deliver to my home. Both times that I have ordered, the staff has been very professional and helpful. Will continue to do business here.

Longest I've waited for a delivery EVER, it has currently been an hour and a half since I placed my order and it's still saying they are making the order, haven't even started cooking it yet. Keep calling and NOBODY will answer, not on the place an order line or the check on an order line. Extremely disappointed, will NOT be using this store ever again.

I will never order from this papa john again and I would advise everyone not to order from this location. Never waited soo long to get a pizza. I've been waiting over 2 hrs. Called and wait on the phone for 35 min. Didn't get a person on the phone. Didn't get my pizza. Can't figure how to get my money back. Sooo pissed I could have order from Pizza Hut or dominos..they answer the phone and they care about there customers . I'm super pissed because I order from them before and it took for ever but I got my order. This time no order and they won't answer the phone.....I'm left trying to figure out how to get my money back. Don't waste your time ordering from here!

Waited longer than an hour to receive my order. My order came toppled & tumbled. I spent well over $30.00, even tipping more than what was deserved. I was told a replacement pizza would be sent & to give the driver the initial one. After calling back 3 times, the delivery never came. I was assured the order was already sent out. So, I'm stuck with a cold, trashy pizza. Didn't even eat it. Full of lies & deceit is what Papa Johns is now painted as in my eyes. Will not ever order from any chain moving forward. Trashy service. The company should be ashamed of the ppl working for them.

This place is the worst to go and order food . I ordered 4 medium pizza @ 4:48 pm, I didn't receive my order until 5:20pm. The cashier are worst and the manager is even worst then the cashiers. The employees can't focus on work more interested in talking about bullshit. The papa john's in Conyers is much better.i should have just drove the extra 15 minutes and gone to Conyers but I just came from the airport and was hungry. My bad

I used to love Pizza Hut pizza more than papa john. But after I moved to georgia and try both places. Now I only order papa john's pizza. From the taste, I can tell they are using fresh ingredient and dough. I love their pizza!!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I ordered a pizza at 12:54pm online for a 7pm delivery. At 12:56pm I get a confirmation that my pizza would be delivered at 7pm. So all day I am looking forward to a nice slice of pizza after a long hard day at work. At 7:05pm I notice my pizza isn't here so I decide to wait 10 minutes. At 7:15pm I call the store and ask for an update. Joslyn the lady who picked up my call said the pizza just got out of the oven and would be delivered in the next 20 minutes since they are running behind. So I was like okay that's fine whatever it happens. So at 7:45pm about 30 minutes after I hung up the call I decide to call back for another update. She tells me that it is out for delivery and that it'll be there in the next couple minutes. At 8:05 I call back 20 minutes later and I getting the same damn response. So at 8:45 I decide to just cancel my order and get my money back because at this point I could have ordered from Pizza Hut and had a warm pizza delivered in a timely manner. Oh and at 8:45 my pizza was still not delivered! I don't understand how they are so far behind when I placed my freaking order at 12:55pm!!!! I'm calling corporate and complaining about this as well because it's ridiculous! They need a new and nicer staff!

If I could give less than one star I would. In fact I'd give zero. However as that isn't an option for will just state my experiences. This store just seems to be getting worse and worse. Several weeks ago I ordered some pizzas online and the site showed they would be delivered from 35 to 45 minutes, but 92 minutes later the pizzas finally showed up. They were cold and weren't even fully cooked. When I sent an email about the pizzas and the service was told to call the manager. I called and was told he was out of town for two weeks. waited two weeks and called again, Only to be told he was still unavailable and try again in a few days. I tried again and was told he was still out of town. I decided to send him another email and ask him to call me. That has been three weeks ago and I still have not received any responses. My son decided to go ahead and try and get some just cheesy bread sticks today and decided to call it in. He was on hold for 13 minutes on his trip to the store, but when he got there all he saw were people just standing around with several lights blinking on the phone. He ordered his cheesy breadsticks and was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes and 35 minutes later they were finally ready. I could go on and on, but will just say I'm not going back and would recommend that none of my friends or family go there anymore either. I wasn't going t post if they would have at least responded or called me, but they decided it wasn't worth it.

I call Papa Johns at 7 o'clock p.m. Express to them how I would like my pizza made I was told that the pizza will be delivered in 45 minutes after hour and a half I call Papa John's to find out what was the delay only to be told that my order had never been processed so after being placed on hold for another 30 minutes I became frustrated and told them to keep their pizzas and hung up the phone this is not proper Papa John's protocol I am so disappointed

I've been ordering from here for a decade. The vast majority of the time, delivery is quick, and carryout pick up is fast as well. The quality of the pizza is top notch. They seem to retain a good bit of their staff, who are great at what they do and are friendly.

Terrible service! Staff are very rude! Place an ordered at 6:30p and at 8:45p I was still awaiting my delivery when I was told that my order had been ready. If possible I would recommend travel to a different location for better service and quality.

Young lady was very rude, pizza was doughy! Usually I have great experience, the lady said bring the pizza back we are headed to the movies that's an inconvenience is that's how u treat customers! Ask to speak to manager she kept me on hold for 18 min then I hung up! What a way to start off Mothers Day!!

I called to place an order for delivery and I was on hold for 8mins.... that's fine I know it gets busy. The lady answers the phone and I ask what size the chicken poppers come in... I'm immediately placed back on hold. As I'm looking at the time ticking it reaches over 15mins. So I drive up to the place still on hold just to see all of the employees gathered together. Someone asks "how can I help you" I state "well I'm still on hold and it's at 25mins now, I asked you what size the chicken poppers come in... I don't work here I thought you would know... how rude to place me on hold and never pick back up again" "oh I apologize we got busy" "well we have a special going on now our wings are 50% off so your total goes from 71 to $33" well I'm happy about the price but the 25minute hold just to pop in on them to see them standing around was jaw dropping.. smh ‍

Management is HORRIBLE. Service is HORRIBLE!!! I've had managers hang up in my face..... Ron is his name so he says!!! Very unprofessional!! I've gone to the location because they constantly put you on hold. And the person making the pizza has a cellphone to his ear as if he is at home!

I've used this Papa Johns several times. Food has always been delivered promptly, hot and delicious to include today's order which was exceptional from start to finish. One time, I ordered a very large order for work and they were certain to have the order ready on time despite how busy they were that day. I love this place and am hesitant to write this good review for fear of letting the secret out ;-). I appreciate the friendly staff I've encountered with this location as well. You guys rock!

I ordered on line. I used the track your order feature. It is not accurate. It took 45 min for delivery after the time of tracking. The quality: did they cut the pepperoni slices into quarters? There was barely any pepperoni on the large pie. The sausage was also scarcely. This is my first time eating Papa John's. Do you think I'll order again? NOT!

One of the most poorly managed places ever! Unprofessional staff, dirty parking lot, and I'm still waiting on my damn pizza!

On Feb.25,2017, my husband ordered a pizza from Papa John's on 138 hwy, Stockbridge, #0772. The delivery was great. When we attempted to eat the pizza, the pepperoni was scarce, the sauce was over bearing, the onions were thick and musky, the mushrooms were soggy, and the pizza tasted like it was made by a pre-kindergarten class. Nevertheless, we were still hungry. Never again!

really bad dont order trust me i didnt even get my full order they just gave my pizza and dipped forgetting the fuckinh soda.

It truly bothered me to see the employee come from the side of the building after smoking a cigarette, to walk straight in the front door to hand me my pizzas, without washing his hands. I sure hope he doesn't make pizzas too. Also, too much toppings in the center, nothing along the crust side. Each slice I would pick up, it would immediately slide off do to poor distribution. I just felt a waste of my money at this location, as other PJs have much better standards.
