Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza was cooked to perfection! Delivery driver was very nice! Appreciate the wonderful dinner! Called the manager to let them know, Amanda has a great crew tonight! The bites were from me. Pizza arrived whole.

Papa John’s is usually my first choice when I want pizza. Online ordering is super easy and I love that they have drive-thru pickup. The service isn’t always the best, which is why I don’t go as often as I used to. However, during my last visit, the individual at the window was extremely nice and welcoming. I ordered a NY style pizza because I wanted the big foldable slices. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the cut. My pizza was cut in 9 slices of various sizes. I also ordered garden veggie papa bowl. It had more cheese than anything and very few veggies. It looked NOTHING like the veggie bowl on their website. Needless to say, I will not be ordering a papa bowl again. And it will be a long time before I return to Papa John’s.

The service was great The pizza was awesome and everybody was very helpful up there and very friendly. This is why we order from this Papa John's all the time. Keep up the great work....... And our pizza even got there earlier than we expected...

Ordered the food 2 hours in advance on the app. To have it delivered at 5:30. Have called to check on the order and get automation. It is 6:30 an hour later and still haven't recieved our pizza. Very poor customer service. I didn't realize it takes 3 hours to get a pizza. The worst service every. STAY away from papa johns.

Whoever was working and prepared my pizza when I ordered around 7:30pm on 8/15/24 did a wonderful job. Our pizza was loaded with toppings. Thank you for a wonderful pizza! This honestly was probably the best pizza we have ever gotten from Papa Johns. And the lady at the drive up window was very nice!!

Pizza was undercooked, the whole thing was a greasy mess that looked worse than what you would get at Little Ceasers.

Pizza arrives destroyed in box. Greasy mess leaks from boxes. Sauces not delivered. Rude employees. Slow delivery.

Placed a carry out order. Added extra cheese on one of the pizzas. There were 6+ employees working at this location upon my arrival. Once I got home and checked the food, extra cheese was not added to my pizza. All pizzas just looked “blah.” I feel like I could have purchased a frozen pizza from the grocery store and it be way cheaper and taste and look so much better. Will not be ordering from here again.

Very glad to see this location is back on top of its game. My pizzas were made incredibly fast, full of toppings, and absolutely piping hot when I picked them up from the drive-thru. All of my requested extras were included and everyone was friendly. I couldn't ask for more. I will definitely be back for more! Keep up the great work, it is noticed and appreciated greatly!

Service and atmosphere was very pleasant upon coming in , pizza was ready in a timely manner as well

I ordered two pizzas online: a thin crust Hawaiian & a NY style Pepperoni. I just moved to the area and this is extremely close to my house. As we were driving there to pick them up, I clicked on their Yelp pages and saw the terrible reviews. I immediately lowered my expectations. Should I have selected "well done" instead of normal??? The drive-thru line was long, but I went inside to collect my order. Much to my surprise, my order was correct and it was cooked through. In fact, it was actually delicious! Hit the spot!!!

I had a recruiter call me for delivery driver. I show up for the interview for a specific person. The woman was a "no show". I contacted the Recruiter. She tells me "Emergencies happen". Okay but no one could contact me to let me know? Unprofessional is an understatement. The recruiter wanted to reschedule another interview. Glad, I am not holding my breath.

Delivery was slow management was not helpful! We had all of our lights on flashlight as our driver passed by and turned back around 20 minutes later!! Not recommended! The store manager was Arron and the guy took the order was Chandler.

Can I give less than 1 star? We pull up to the drive-thru and wait for 10 minutes...the girl Working there is within arms reach. She never opens the window. She plays on her phone. She walks away and comes back. Still doesn't open the window. We give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she doesn't know we are here. My husband parks and goes in. He asks why no one is helping customers in the drive thru. She actually had the audacity to look at him and say "Oh, was that you sitting there?" I mean what the actual.....Are you serious? Clearly the management and owner of this location don't care about the customer. We won't go back again!

We ordered pizza for a birthday party today. We ordered 7 pizzas to be delivered at 1:00 pm. The pizza was delivered at exactly 1:00 pm, the delivery person was sweet and enthusiastic, and the order was hot and exactly what we asked for.

COMPLETE RIPOFF. we got a medium pizza With onion pepperoni and sausage today. The crust was too doughy - almost like it wasn't cooked. And there was only ONE pepperoni per piece. A few slices on our two pizzas were ONLY CHEESE!!! Such a ripoff!!! They cut corners every way they can and still charge too much. Makes me so mad. We will definitely NOT be ordering from here again. I'd rather get Empire pizza or LIttle Caesars. You get more toppings per slice.

Ordered several pizzas and sides then order canceled after (of course) it was charged because their oven was down. That being the case, they shouldn't have accepted the order to begin with. Very dissatisfied and Papa John has lost a customer. Don't charge me for something you can't deliver. 100$ order especially.

The last three time I ordered from papa johns they seem to never get my order just right. 1.I always order well done pizza....the last 3 times the pizza was undercooked... not crispy, still doughy not edible. I'm a afraid if I was to order a regular papa johns cooked pizza, it would probably be completely raw dough. Anyways I been sticking my pizza from papa johns in the oven to finish cooking the pizza. 2. I Ordered pizza & cheese sticks.... delivery driver come through, hands me 1 pizza box not 2 but 1 one box... confused I asked the driver where are my cheese sticks, she proceeds tells me they only handed her 1 box & that I have to call& ask for a refund. Me know that the driver has access to see what I ordered & me paying a delivery service it was her responsibility to make she had everything that I ordered with her. I politely asked the driver for my $5tip back bc she clearly didn't work for it nor deserve it. She takes me money and runs to her car, & speeds off while there are little kids playing outside. So my money was stolen, part of my order was MISSING, & irresponsible unsafe delivery driver. 3. Missing sauces that I paid extra for .... this has happened to me 3 freaking time in a row.

Have ordered from here 4 times since I moved to Rock Hill in May. Started out good and keeps getting worse. Always late on delivery, but this last time was it for me. Cheese sticks had no. cheese, pizza was so uncooked it was gooey and tasted of raw dough. We threw it away after attempting to get resolution with the store who kept placing me on eternal hold. Done!

Ordered a large 1st stuffed crust pizza a week ago and I could only eat two slices. There weren't many toppings on the works with Xtra cheese. The pizza wasn't good. I left an email review but order # wasn't on the board label. Most of the times papa johns is good.

The cashier was rude to my husband when he came to pick up our order and to add insult to injury, they got our order wrong. We're done with Papa Johns for a while until they improve their performance.

I'm so done with this location. I am less than 10 minutes away, and it took 50 minutes to deliver. Pizza was cold and not worth paying for. Super thin and ingredients were piled in sections instead of spread out evenly. Never ordering again

If you enjoy a nice soggy pizza with just a hint of food born illness then this is the place for you! We have given this location 3 tries and every time was the exact same. All 3 times our pizza was wayyyy undercooked. I feel like maybe no one ever showed them how to turn the oven on. The bread was just raw dough and the cheese hadn't even started to melt... this happened not once, but 3 times in a span of a year. On top of all that positivity it always took at least 2 hours to get our pizza. I had to keep calling to ensure the pizza was on its way to me and not half way across the Atlantic. All I want is a slice of fully cooked cheese pizza followed by a nap that may turn into full blow slumber. Is that too much to ask?

On our way back to NC from visiting family for Christmas stopped to grab pizza. Took 40 minutes to order. It was total Chaos! Staff were running around like headless chickens and were told by management to stop making all delivery orders. Focus on carryout. Waiting in our vehicle we saw 2 different guys that arrived 30 minutes after us get their food and leave. We went inside to get ours only to discover our order "hadn't been put up on the screen yet" Really! ..? We were there 1 hour and 15 minutes Unacceptable! We left.. I understand if you're busy, but not being able to keep up with who ordered and in what order is not o.k. I was (sitting) waiting to order for 30 minutes when 2 other ladies walking in had their order taken ahead of us, and I had to speak up that I still had not been helped.

What is with Papa John's on Celanese! I am shocked that the are NOT addressing the poor product/services they are putting out. Last night ordered a pizza for a friend and I and: 1. delivery was to be 35 to 45 minutes- it took 64 minutes 2. I ordered well done- it was under baked cheese NOT melted 3. it was cold 4. papa john's say no contact but this time they are requiring signing of receipt AND that is why I charged because I want NO CONTACT! Wake up Papa John, your customers are speaking and product/service are NOT worth it...you have lost another customer.

The amount of time it takes to get a pizza from this joint is insane. I could've gone to Harris teeter, bought what I needed and gone home and baked one faster. L

How long does it take a pizza to travel 1.2 miles? I don't know - after an hour of waiting I called and told them they could refund me.

Disgusting. None of the workers wearing masks including the manager. I sat in the parking lot watching some of them touching their faces and making the pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a bread pizza. Completely unacceptable!!

Just ordered a two topping pizza extra crispy delivered. My family has ordered many times and usually get a great pizza! Today was not the case, pizza was not tasteful, actually quite rubbery and under cooked. I think simply an over site by someone because my experience has been excellent customer service, so I'm not sure what happened. However I'll likely order from Alina's pizza or Empire from now on.

Worst Papa John's ever !! I gave very pacific instructions that said come to the ER main lobby at Piedmont Medical Center & the delivery guy left my pizza in the women's tower and it was cold and nasty when I got it

Always love ordering from here because the food always is fresh, hot, and tasty. the drivers are also extremely friendly. will always be a returning customer

This store used to be great. The last three times I've ordered the pizza dough was not cooked enough. I am now going to Empire if I want pizza.

Got cheesy breadsticks and paid for an extra sauce. Didn't get the extra sauce or the one that is supposed to come with the breadsticks. Dough was indee under cooked. Barely any toppings. Never ordering from here again. I get why they have 1 star now.

I was a fan of papa johns when we lived in greenville, nc. The bread was good and fluffy and everything had a fresh taste. I can not say I like this place much. We have that point thing on their website and the only reason I am buying from them is because I am close to a free pizza. Once I get that free pizza we will be looking for a new delivery go to pizza place. I guess just because it's a franchise doesn't mean they are all the same.

We have had Papa Johns in several cities in several states with no problems. This is the second try at the Celanese location -- Absolutely worst pizza of all time! I've had "cardboard" frozen pizza that was better. Could't cut crust with a steak knife -- toppings were almost nonexistent. They should have paid us!

Good pizza, good price, good service & nice delivery guy - pretty much meets all my criteria!
