Atmosphere was fine, service was fine though they didn’t really do much beyond their role’s regular responsibilities. Braised beef hot oil noodles were yummy and flavoursome. Sweet and sour cucumber side dish was refreshing too. Extra points for being Halal friendly! Chilled place, but felt dishonest to have customers order online and pay a 12.5% service charge you can’t even choose to take off, for service that was just bare minimum.

A decent Lanzhou cuisine known for their noodle soups. Had their signature Lanzhou beef noodles. The beef was tender and the soup broth had nice flavours with a spicy kick to it. The noodle itself was freshly made but it was kinda stuck together a bit. I do like their lamb skewers though. Was well marinated and cooked perfectly. There were different selections of noodles you can choose from. From thin to thick or flat noodles. Price was ok and the service was standard. The venue itself was quite nice with a casual vibe. I do recommend this place for a try and it is perfect for catch-ups or dates.

Passed by here plenty of time but it was the first time that I visited this restaurant. My friend and I were quite hungry when we ordered and the noodles came in surprisingly large portions. Food is good value for money—— tasty but not pricey. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

With great flavors, generous portions, and a pleasant dining atmosphere, this place does not disappoint. Plus, its prime location near the British Museum makes it the perfect spot for a hearty meal after a long day of exploring. Highly recommended!

Ordered Spicy and extra coriander. Got Standard non spicy soup. Even after telling the staff they did not fix the order, instead mentioned to just use the Chili oil on the table. So no extra coriander for me. To be fair, the Extras were free of Charge. Soup was still great.

The Papa Noodle had a rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles—comfort in a bowl! The Boiled Lamb was tender and well-seasoned, melting in the mouth. The Lamb BBQ Skewer was smoky, juicy, and packed with spices, just the right balance of char and tenderness. And the Big Plate Chicken? A showstopper! The sauce was fragrant and deep in flavor, soaking beautifully into the noodles. The portions were generous, the ingredients fresh, and the service was friendly and efficient. Really friendly staff there made it not a bad place to have some lovely Chinese beef soup noodle and little dishes: garlic 🧄 + beer 🍺 + noodle 🍜 = a kind of summer atmosphere that I have been missing for long. Plus, it’s also located in a really convenient place!
