I ordered an Italian Sub, chase took my order. When I got home my sub was cold and bread extremely hard. I tried calling the store bit there was no answer. I went back to the store and encountered Yvonne. She said that I asked for it cold. Chase came to the front and he said that the subs automatically ring up cold. Yvonne told him that wasn't true and he walked away. In the midst of Yvonne trying to resolve my issue, Chase went to get pizzas out the oven. There was a lobby full of people but he kept stopping to text on his phone. He stopped boxing this single pizza 6 times to text. Yvonne asked him to stop texting b/c there was a lobby full of people. He said the pizzas are in the oven and he didn't have anything else to do. I said you haven't even stated to remake and correct my order. Chase waived me off with his hand and stated, "man, I'm not thinking about that sub!" Very inappropriate since he is the reason why I had to drive back here. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Chase needs additional training and probably another job that does not require much intelligence and where he will not encounter the public.
