"When you’re craving that burger—but aren’t ready to leave South America—pop into Papacho’s where, they say, “everything is burgerable,” complete with a side of sweet potato fries or yummy onion rings. Gringo-style sandwich lovers are advised to let go of preconceived notions and embrace Pan-American ingredients like plantain, ají, recoto sauce, and other Peruvian standbys. Wash it down with something from the lively bar, where gin-tonics and pisco-everythings are mixed ponedor style, i.e., stiff."
This was the first restaurant I ate at when I arrived at Cuzco. They provide menus in English, if needed. I highly recommend the restaurant because of the super friendly atmosphere and the large portions. Food was delicious and came out quickly. The onion rings were the best I've ever had. The falafel sandwich was a great vegetarian option too.

If you’re looking for a burger or wings with some Peruvian flair, then this is a solid option. The wing appetizer had three varieties to try and we enjoyed all of them. The yellow ones were incredible but I forgot what they were called. We also had La Gaucha Burgers which we really enjoyed. We asked for medium rare but they came out closer to the rare side, but still tasted great. Service was good and so was the balcony seating which offered a great view of the Plaza below. Pricing for food is above average for the region, but nothing too crazy. Overall, I reckon it’s a 4.5 star spot.

Went there for lunch while visiting Cuzco. Great customer service, and the food was delicious. Most of the staff is bilingual(Spanish and English) as well as their menus. The atmosphere was really nice I can only imagine how beautiful it must be at night. Will come back again when I'm back in Peru.

Great location, found easily in the city square. The staff were friendly and bathrooms were clean. A beautiful view of the square from the balcony! Best of all, the food was great. My friends had the alpaca burger, which they stated was savory and full of flavor. I had a veggie burger which I would also recommend if you are vegetarian. Overall, I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something American with a Peruvian twist.

Managed to get a superb seat and table on the balcony looking out onto the main square in Cuzco. The service was excellent and although we didn’t eat here the menu looked fantastic as did the food being served. Great spot to people and traffic watch.

Nice place close to the main square. The food was delicious. The smash burger were amazing and are highly recommanded. The papa which came along the burger taste very good. There was only one bad point about it. They had live music there and the music was very loud. To be honest the singer was very bad. He missed everything and was a pain to hear. All in all it was a delicous meal.

Had a pretty decent burger here. Got a standard cheeseburger with bacon and fries. Nothing special, but certainly not bad. If you're looking for a decent burger in Cusco, you will leave satisfied.
