We chose Paper Plane Pizza for a convenient pickup order. Located as a small stand within the Navigator Tap Room, the experience started off well. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my pizza was prepared and ready on time.
Unfortunately, the quality of the pizza did not live up to the promise. It lacked a sufficient amount of cheese and the crust had no structural integrity or flavor.
In a city with such a high standard for pizza, Paper Plane falls short. I can't recommend it as a destination in itself. While it might be a passable option for a quick bite if you're already enjoying a beer at Navigator, it's ultimately not a memorable meal and is not worth the calories compared to other local options.
