The worst service, especially because there is an arrogant and rude girl who has no manners with customers. My advice to anyone lacking manners: don’t work with customers. An old man came to me and said, ‘Madam, can you leave?’ I told him, ‘Sir, you weren’t here, so stay out of it.’ He replied, ‘She’s a manager.’ I said, ‘She’s a manager to her colleagues, not to me.’ He responded, ‘She’s my daughter.’ I told him, ‘At work, there’s no wife, daughter, or uncle—only professionalism.’ But now I understand why this tyrant speaks disrespectfully and unprofessionally to customers.
Let me explain the issue: my husband and I were at their workplace to pick up an item that was left for us. I brought proof of the address and my husband’s driver’s license. The lady told me I needed proof that I live with him. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring my wallet because we live close to the shop.
Until that point, I appreciated their diligence in ensuring that the item was handed over to the rightful owner. However, the problem wasn’t the rules—it was the way the lady spoke to me. I didn’t say anything because everyone acts according to their upbringing and environment. I returned five minutes later with my husband, and she said, ‘I wasn’t rude earlier.’ I replied, ‘You are indeed rude.’
She started yelling, and I yelled back—an eye for an eye, and she started it first.”
After that, I called the store and spoke to the father. I told him, ‘I left you a comment on Google, and I will also say it directly to you.’
I also spoke to the girl and apologized to her for yelling. I apologized again and told her that I hope she changes her behavior because, as my husband mentioned, this is not the first time she has acted like this.”
