Papi's Coffee

Was excited to visit this store today, but was so disappointed - as they hardly had much and the things they did have were not fresh. I saw the empanadas sitting on the counter open without cover by the card reader machine and they looked dry .. so I just ended up purchasing two drinks only to realise when I got home that they tasted vile as they were more than a month out of date. Such a waste of time and money. Next time I’ll stick to Seven Sisters.

A bit disappointing, honestly. This place is often closed or operating at irregular hours, and more than once staff have said they’re closing early or need to leave for appointments. That lack of reliability really lets it down totally. It doesn’t feel like a proper Colombian café experience at all. Colombian shops are usually very welcoming, consistent, and reliable with opening times, especially for customers. And most are opening early and close late showing how hard working Colombians are but this place shows the opposite. The pandebonos are okay, but the rest doesn’t really reflect Colombian style any more mixes that aren’t appealing , food, or they could do more about realistic atmosphere not plastic plants , It’s a shame, because with reliability on opening times anda wider selection and a more authentic feel, this place could be great for the area.

Felt right back at home!!! After leaving Colombia for USA in 1999 and coming to London for the first time ever, the service and the food made us feel right back in Colombia! Not even Atlanta with a large variety of Colombian restaurants and bakeries has as good treats as Papi's! Loved everything we ordered! Make sure to inquire about the bar downstairs, the Cumbia Colada was awesome!

Great cafe serving colombian drinks and snacks. The beef empanadas were amazing and service is very friendly too.

My friends and I ordered some empanadas for delivery, and they were absolutely amazing! Specifically, the Cambray Empanadas were delicious. We were blown away by how mouthwatering they were. We’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending this place to every Colombian and anyone else in London. 5 stars! 🤍🫧

The staff is friendly and have a rich Colombian coffee none like any. Amazing conversations and the food with snacks are always fresh. I would recommend.

Josept, the guy that runs this little coffee spot is a legend- great coffee and excellent empanadas, and it’s rare to find a spot that does Inca kola in the UK!
