"NY Bagels made in London, freshly baked every morning. Stop by to pick up bagels & spreads or daily special sandwiches. We close at 2PM or when we sell out."
"Papo’s Bagels, an NYC-style takeaway bagel shop, wouldn’t look out of place in Greenpoint—and it’s no exaggeration to say that it’s one of the best bagel spots in London. It’s out of sight down the end of an alley next to The Shacklewell Arms in Dalston, but very much in mind given their fantastically crisp-crusted, chunky, doughy bagels. Come to Papo’s when you’re looking for slabs of oak-smoked salmon with cream cheese, capers, onion, and tomato. " - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, daisy meager, sinead cranna
"For Brooklyn transplants or NYC-obsessives, there’s only one place to get your bagel sandwich fix, and that place is Papo’s. It’s an NYC-style takeaway spot in Dalston that will impress even the most knowledgeable and lox-obsessed friend. Papo’s bagels mix crisp crusts with light but doughy interiors. There are plenty of classic combinations, like a gooey tuna melt or an Italian-ish cold cuts number, but it’s the thickly spread schmear with smoked salmon, capers, onion, and tomato that has our hearts." - jake missing, rianne shlebak, sinead cranna

Papo’s is where to come for slabs of oak smoked salmon with schmear, capers, onion, and tomato. There are other classic combinations, like a meaty cold cuts creation, or a gooey tuna melt topped with lurid pink pickled onions. Just make sure you also get a few whole bagels to go." - Jake Oliver, Sinead Cranna

The NYC-style takeaway bagel shop wouldn’t look out of place in Greenpoint, and it’s no exaggeration to say that Papo’s may well be making the best bagels in London. It’s out of sight down the end of an alley next to The Shacklewell Arms in Dalston, but very much in mind given their fantastically crisp crusted, chunky, doughy bagels. If you’re after something that’s equal parts cheesy and warming, the tuna melt is essential." - Jake Oliver, Rianne Shlebak
"London has seen much violence against America’s regional pizza vernacular — just ask anyone who has ever been lured in by the promise of “Detroit-style” anywhere in the city and run away crying afterwards. But All Kaps is a pleasing reversal to that trend, where Mid-Atlantic via Sicily tomato pie is puffed and pillowy, and the thinner crust slices pass the bend test. Best of all, the riffy, improvisational whole pizzas, currently inflected with the CPK vibe of teriyaki chicken, are done with aplomb." - James Hansen
