The food here is delicious so many selections to choose from the menu and the employees are very welcoming to their guests. If you come here be prepared to wait especially on the weekends busy it’s gets very busy. My favorite dishes here are the grilled shrimp, dirty rice and the seafood gumbo.

The food was ok. The portions have gotten smaller, but are more expensive. I was disappointed to know that all the "Fried Food" items, (Chicken, Fish, Alligator, Crawfish, Oysters, Crab, Shrimp, Cheesesticks, And Fries), are fried in the same oil, (per the Manager). Had I not warned the waitress of my daughter's food allergies (because she wanted to try their gumbo that made with fish broth), I wouldn't have never known. My daughter normally orders their grilled Chicken Alfredo so out of the 10yrs I've been going there I've never had any problems. I wish that they'd have the waitress/waiter to advise customers before letting them place an order. I'd ordered their mozzarella cheese sticks for my daughter, and I to share, and by the time the manager, had made it to our table my daughter had already started eating them. Thank GOD she didn't have a reaction. I immediately advised the manager to cancel the Gumbo, and ordered my daughter some grilled chicken Alfredo instead. Pappadeaux used to be one of my favorite places to dine, but not so much anymore.

We ordered Mardi Gras Pasta, it had crawfish in every bite, yum! It also came with andouille sausage and shrimp. It was like Italian and Creole fusion. Highly recommend. My husband ordered the catfish with shrimp étouffée on rice, flavorful and juicy. Both items very good. Service was great and relatively quick. We reserved through google reservation for late lunch, which worked out well. Service was quick, we were only there for 40 minutes total.

We were greeted with a bright smile at our table by Brian, our server, and immediately we knew he was going to make this night extra special. This was the second day celebrating my husband's birthday, and he wanted to come to Pappadeaux. Brian asked if we had been here before and mentioned some of the Pappadeaux history proudly, which was refreshing. He was very funny and polite. Brian asked if he could get us some water and made some wonderful menu suggestions. We ordered the watermelon drink, mai tai, and the lemon drop martini from the menu. For the appetizers, we had shrimp gumbo, seafood gumbo, and fried alligator with honey chili sauce and peanuts. We both ordered the dinner special, the Grouper, with scallops and shrimp and dirty rice, and my brother ordered fried shrimps with pasta in Alfredo sauce. They brought a dessert for my husband's birthday, and though Brian admitted he wasn't a great singer, he happily sang along. Great memory to draw upon.❤️

Today was a bad day at Pappadeaux. Well actually having a reservation at 8:30 at night when they close at 9:00 is not the best thing. Our reservation was originally 6:30. We were able to sit before 8:00. Nothing was right that day. My order was great but everyone else's orders were messed up or cold or not all the way cooked. I will give them a break before I return back to this location.

Marquess our waiter was top notch! We have been coming here for years and the food and service is always good but this time around he made it top tier! Highly recommend this place and if you’re lucky you’ll get Marquess as your waiter and see exactly what I am taking about.

Had dinner here recently and everything was great! We had a reservation for 4 people and we didn't have to wait to be seated. Our waiter, William, was really good and very attentive. For appetizers we had hot honey gator bites, but asked for the hot honey sauce to be on the side. We also had crab & spinach dip and Lobster Bites. For entrées we had Atlantic Salmon Alexander & Dirty Rice while some others ordered Blackend Catfish & Dirty Rice. All the food was delicious. Overall this was a wonderful dining experience and I highly recommend visiting for delicious food and great service.
