Atmosphere is nice. Service is nice. Food was delicious! Just the trout and crab combo is misleading as you only get a ~ ltablespoon of crab (see photo). The shrimp, squash, fish, and crab were all very, very tasty though and perfectly cooked. Even the little hair that was on the dish was probably perfectly seasoned lol (server offered to have the dish remade but I declined because wasting meat is especially heinous. Didn’t offer a discount though). Did receive dessert on the house for celebrating special occasion. Fried sampler platter (I feel like I couldn’t really taste much of the actual seafood from the overshadowing of the breading personally, but that is the style of this type of dish, I think), garlic bread side, and mozzarella sticks were all nice. Would definitely come back and try more of the menu.

Amazing flavors with a large variety of cajun, seafood and other entrees! Portions are generous and many are shareable. Our server, Donovan, was pleasant, helpful and did a great job! I highly recommend.

We were seated and tended to right away. Our servers name was Perris. She had a great personality and explained our options very well. Food was served timely. Great meal. So many options. The stuffed crab was the most memorable.

Google
Fantastic food. Always a great time with friends and the food is always delicious. The server is extra attentive and he even gave us a second dessert on the house to go as well as fresh bread to go when we were finished.

Today was a bad day at Pappadeaux. Well actually having a reservation at 8:30 at night when they close at 9:00 is not the best thing. Our reservation was originally 6:30. We were able to sit before 8:00. Nothing was right that day. My order was great but everyone else's orders were messed up or cold or not all the way cooked. I will give them a break before I return back to this location.

The food here is delicious so many selections to choose from the menu and the employees are very welcoming to their guests. If you come here be prepared to wait especially on the weekends busy it’s gets very busy. My favorite dishes here are the grilled shrimp, dirty rice and the seafood gumbo.

Google
We happened to be in the burbs & decided to stop in for Happy Hour. The experience was not what I remembered. The food lacked flavor, the happy hour was very limited, and not very "happy." Service was okay. What we had: - Red wine: Malbec - Michelob Ultra - Roasted Oysters (Flavorful, pretty good) - Mini Shrimp & Crawfish Fondeaux (lacked flavor, fishy taste) - Crispy Catfish Beignets (think catfish tenders not mixed in a dough. This was the best of the 3, it did have a few bones so be careful)

Yelp
Over the years, my husband and I have been coming to and enjoying this restaurant. Everything was consistent and excellent across the board. The ambiance is good, the service is good even though we have to wait at least an hour for a table. Their food was delicious, up until recently. I understand that with the cost of living, food prices and everything else going up in general, the menu prices will go up and will downsize. I don't mind paying the increased prices, but please don't change the quality and recipes of the food! I love seafood so much. I would eat it every day if I could. Anyways, their food has became very salty! I try to ignore the salt because their food is good otherwise, but it's not just a little bit salty, it's way too salty! I can't even finish the food because it's so salty. I can't take it home. I can't do anything! I even tried calling ahead of time and try to make accommodations for using less salt in my dish, but management claims that their dishes have always been like that, but it hasn't. They said if they tone down the seasoning, my food wont be seasoned at all. That's not fair and It's a shame because Pappadeaux's has the potential of being a solid 5 star restaurant! So here's the answer to the million dollar question: My husband and I would come back! We would come back a million times over, but only if you tone down the salt in the food! Management, if you are reading this review, please tone down the salt content in your food. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way!

Yelp
Traveling from Chicago to Christmas shop, so of course we had to stop here for GRUB. It's like the place to go whenever you are in Westmont. Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience. I booked up at 845pm reservation, called to make sure we were confirmed because I didn't get any notifications that our reservation was good to go. Once we got there we were hungry from all of the shopping. So we immediately ordered drinks, I ordered an old fashioned and I ordered Rockefeller style oysters. That drink was WEAK WEAK! Oh my god. 2 old fashioned will get you loose. But this tasted like straight juice. I didn't order another. I ordered gumbo and a side of blackened catfish. Whomp whomp flavorless. The gumbo which the waiter said was spicy was plain Jane. My catfish was not blackened, it looked sautéed without seasoning, that's it. They really missed the mark this day. Maybe our reservation was too late. Idk

Yelp
After a long weekend at Loyola Law's Fall EIW, my handsome gentleman knew how to satisfy my craving for authentic New Orleans-style Creole cooking. The shrimp and grits took me back to my summers in NOLA, rich, flavorful, and absolutely perfect. And those alligator bites? I could eat them every day! He went for the grilled shrimp and sausage, which was just as delicious. The service here is impeccable; I felt like royalty from start to finish. This place truly knows how to cater to the mind, body, and soul. And here's a little secret: it's the only Illinois location outside the South, so you know it's unique. Until next time, Cher, Sierra

Yelp
The good: Food is amazing. You definitely get what you pay for here. Service is great too. Our waitress was quite the joker but was a bit slow with the drinks. Ambiance is serviceable, really busy here. Portion sizes are just right too The bad: Prices are insane. I don't know if I would come here if I was paying for everything. Also some of the portion sizes were big - I got a big Three Wheel Motion and it was definitely big.

Yelp
One of my favorite seafood restaurants. Great service and friendly staff. Clean restaurant and great food.

Yelp
Complete disappointment! It seems they keep reducing their menu. They no longer serve tilapia, crab bisque, coconut shrimp, naked fish. amongst so many other items. See the menu I posted, very limited. Wasn't nearly as crowded as usual. I felt like it was a completely different restaurant. Not worth the drive anymore. It is also terrible when a manager replies with the same generic response to all reviews.

Jordan S.

Yelp
My salad was properly chilled and tasty. The steak was over salted but properly cooked. Service was below standard for over 6-7 waiters only 1 helper and everything was slow.Dirty tables ,waiters walking around slow like in the park . Despite my many positive experiences this Monday wasn't pleasant .Waitress just apologized but didn't sound too sincere probably that the new restaurant reality. Many customers were wearing very very casual clothes .We paid $400 check for 3 people i definitely expected better.

Yelp
Refreshing! Loved everything . The ambiance was beautiful. Staff very welcoming and professional. The food was extremely good. All service was given in a professional and efficient manor. Our server was extremely nice. We had a Birthday party. The cleanliness is up to par. Would very much recommend and go back again. Highly recommended. Will update with the servers name she was the best!

Yelp
First Things First, It's My Birthday and my brother and sister in Love asked me "where would you like to go for your birthday...me Pappadeaux's Please. We had the Best meal & server of all times. Our server's name was Jasmine and she was simply Amazing at doing Everything . When I say that she was awesome...I do mean Awesome. The ambience is always nice to me ; a little dark but tolerable to me. I just know that older adults don't care for the dim lighting ( my Parents especially) and that is one of their most common complaints about different restaurants is the low / poor lighting. Me personally, I think that it gives the perfect atmosphere. Our drinks arrived first along with the appetites which included alegator bites and spinach dip with thin slices of warm French bread. Sorry, we were so hungry that no one took pictures. Appetizers were Very Good. My drink called the Dirty dirty was Everything; it's made with a few top shelf alcohols that I am unable to recall other than Hennessy. It's strong and kinda pricey but WORTH every penny. Overall, I give our experience 5 Stars ...I was totally pleased.

Yelp
What an absolute waste of time We have honestly been going to Pappadeaux every Fat Tuesday for the last 25 maybe plus years. I understand after COVID they did not offer the Crawfish boil but even now in 2025 they don't offer that. They don't offer anything. There was always a fat Tuesday Mardi gras special menu. There was nothing today Didn't even have raw oysters available for purchase. Although they were shocking raw oysters for people that were sitting at the dinner table We were there at 3pm. At the bar. The same place we've set every year for the last 20 years. We won't come back there are too many other places we can go. So sorry Pappadeaux. It's been great bye-bye

Yelp
Food was so so it has been better. Our waitress checked in and chatted up everyone but us. Disappointed

Yelp
Great food, service, and ambience. Looking forward to going there again. Have also been to a couple in Texas.

Yelp
Great Seafood with excellent quality & seasoning. You will love this restaurant it has so much to choose from and all will be delicious. They also give large portions you will have plenty to take home fr later.

Yelp
I asked about the happy hour Chardonnay and was told that's only at the bar. Ok, I was at a table. I was shocked when I got the bill and my 2 glasses of Chardonnay were $27 EACH. BEWARE. Other than that... shrimp gumbo was very good. Service was excellent! Room was very loud (always is).

Yelp
I've been coming to this location for over 20 years. It's off of Route 83. They have plenty of parking. I'm always happy with their food when our family dines in. The service is great and the staff were on point. When you enter in the place it's dark and you feel like you're in New Orleans. You can hear the jazz music playing and Cajun food passing you by and they have a pretty big bar and plenty of seating on both sides. We come here in special occasions, like birthdays or graduation and we also come here during Mardi Gras/Fat Tuesday in February every year when we were able to, just to enjoy the atmosphere, good company and good food. Keep in mind the food is Cajun mild to spicy so if you don't want the Creole spices, you can always ask them to adjust they're very accommodating with our family as a couple of us are very sensitive to spicy foods. Try fresh garlic and butter with lemon that is what my mom likes. Our favorites are the drinks they don't skim on the alcohol, frozen drinks are tall glass and strong lol! The appetizers come out hot and fresh I like their fresh half shell oysters and their fried calamari an octopus fresh and crispy. And their crab cakes love the lump crabs in there and it's not too much fillers. They have assortment of salads but we didn't order those. Their lunch menu is a bit different like if you enjoy polenta they only serve that during lunch, not dinner. I've heard good things about their polenta. I will have to go back there again and try during lunch. Like Po Boy sandwiches yummy. We like the gumbo, a nice size bowl and very hearty. Sometimes they have a special like clam chowder. Thick and hearty. We typically order the following main dishes: TEXAS REDFISH PONTCHARTRAIN Pan-grilled redfish, lump crab, shrimp, brown-butter wine sauce, dirty rice (it's so good. The fish is light and flaky) WILD-CAUGHT AMERICAN RED SNAPPER & JUMBO CRAB Grilled snapper, jumbo lump crab, lemon herb butter, toasted almonds, sautéed spinach ATLANTIC SALMON ALEXANDER Blackened salmon, shrimp, scallops, crawfish, white wine cream sauce, dirty rice FILET MIGNON Baked potato, broccolini AGED BEEF RIBEYE Baked potato LIVE MAINE LOBSTER Steamed lobster by the pound, melted butter, linguine pasta KEY LIME PIE Graham cracker pecan crust CREME BRÛLÉE Fresh berries, whipped cream We've always dined in and never had a bad experience... However we had issues with our "one time" take out order recently. It was an order for family who flew in to visit and wanted seafood nearby but due to how busy the restaurant was on a Saturday night and my uncle in a wheelchair, I chose to order take out and we ate with my family who stayed in a nearby hotel. So after providing feedback management did a great job taking care of us for our next visit since we have been loyal customers of this establishment for over 20+ years. They did a great job handling my feedback and I'm glad they are still around in our area! Overall I will come back here again. However, make sure that you come early if you want the dining experience, I promise it's worth checking it out! If you have a bigger party, I believe you can make a reservation give them a call!

Yelp
Pappadeaux is always right. Can't go wrong with them! We love Pappadeaux and they've been consistent from Atlanta to Chicago. Same taste!

Yelp
We went to the location last minute on a Friday at 9:35pm. The parkong lot had a decent amount of cars. We were informed we could sit at the bar and still order food until they closed at 10 pm. There were a few tvs around playong some of the football games. It was not extremely loud to be so busy. We found two seats open at a rather crowed bar, and we were greeted right away. Everything came out hot, and the flavors were delicious. We never felt rushed to finish our meals even with being there until around 10:30pm. We are excited to go back again for their lunch specials until 3pm.

Yelp
Been coming here for decades and it never disappoints. We decided to swing by on a whim to avoid traffic back downtown. We were seated right away on a weekday at 5. Service was excellent. The bread was fresh and hot. My daughters enjoyed the Calamari & Octopus, while my husband enjoyed the Rainbow Trout. I had the Mississippi Opelousas which included blackened catfish, lump crab, oysters and grilled shrimp. It was delicious. I had zero room for dessert. The outdoor decor is always a visual treat for viewing and photos. Can't wait to return for a fried seafood platter!

Yelp
Pappadeaux's Cobb salad is top notch as always. The server was decent and offered my baby girl a dessert for her celebration. Another great experience!

Yelp
On a trip to Chicago . I decided to give this place a try I have been to other pappadeaux while traveling but this one takes the cake . We had such an amazing waiter named Mike . Shoutout to Mike because he made the experience better after having a bad hostess . Please do better with hostess for reservations I literally had to show her my text for reservations while she had an attitude the whole time trying to find it . As a person coming all the way from Los Angeles and spending time here she needs attention to greeting . The food was delicious and Mike gave us great suggestions for drinks overall a great experience If we weren't so stuff we would've had desert . But please try the peach side car and that crab dip is divine

Yelp
Ambiance was perfect and our server Bee was fabulous. His recommendations were on point! Got the gator appetizer blackened instead of fried and it was delish!
google avatar

Derrik B.

Yelp
How have I not reviewed my all time favorite restaurant?! The truth is this place is perfect for any meal. Breadsticks, oysters, salmon and crab are the usual suspects when we visit, and we always enjoy a large beer at the bar upon arrival. Great brunch! After visiting Houston, TX it became apparent that I had been missing the full lineup. Their bbq, Pappas Bar-B-Q and Mexican, Papacito options are also great!

Yelp

Yelp
Food, service and Ambiance. I would like to eat there tomorrow. Can I get reservations for my family for four? Can I get a table?

Yelp
Pappadeaux used to be one of the best restaurants around. They had amazing food and the service was incredible. Sadly, it's very clear that management at this restaurant is lacking. Nobody cares here anymore. When we arrived before our reservation, there were so many open tables. The hostess' here don't seem to ever know what's going on. When you ask them what's going on, you'll get a little attitude and confused looks. We waited a half hour to be seated despite having a reservation and majority of the tables were open, and all you see if staff standing around. This just isn't acceptable. This is a direct reflection of how this place is managed. We came here for a special celebration for our dad's birthday as Pappadeaux's has always been one of his favorite restaurants, and he even said he no longer wishes to return any time soon. After finally being seated, it took about 15 minutes just for somebody to come over to say hello and take our drink order. Meanwhile, as we were waiting, all you see are the servers standing and talking to each other. Our server was very kind, but our appetizer came at the same time as our entrees. One of the people in our party's food was cold. They did remake it, but by the time we received it, everyone was pretty much done eating. The food that arrived hot was good. The food isn't good enough though to overlook the terrible service now. It's so incredibly sad to know how this place used to be, and see what the experience is like now.

Yelp
The food was amazing, most importantly. It was my husband's birthday and there were four of us. You almost need a special occasion to go here, considering the price. I am one to not mind high prices as long as the food is good, and the service is stellar. I had the salmon which had shrimp crawfish and scallops on top and a sauce. It came with dirty rice, which was a little plainer than I have had. Hubby had the rainbow trout blackened, and he liked it. He also very much liked the gumbo he had, and he's kind of picky about gumbo. If it doesn't have a lot of seafood or shrimp, it'll make him crazy, but he said this was loaded with seafood. They did bring him a complementary dessert, and I got a piece of the Keylime pie. All portions were large, including desserts. The only place this restaurant fell short Was in the service. We sat for quite a while, needing waters and not seeing our waiter and it wasn't all that busy. The bill for four was close to $300 so be forewarned. And we don't drink except my husband had a virgin piña colada. Like I said this is definitely a special occasion spot but if you like good seafood, it's probably some of the best in the area.

Yelp
Came right at opening with my ladies hiking group. We just finished a 3.8 mile nearby and were really hungry after working up an appetite. The manager accommodated our large group without a reservation. I believe this only happened because we arrived soon after opening before all the reservations kicked in. While at the bar waiting for our table, I tried the Sitting Sideways. The drink was good and strong. I only needed one. Our table of 10, started off with several appetizers: mozzarella bites, Calamri, soft shell crab, gator, and shrimp dip. My favorites were the mozzarella bites and crab. The gator was flavorful but chewy. We also opted for dessert before lunch. As a table we shared peacan sweet potato pie and key lime pie. Both very well done. Key lime was a surprised to my palate. Not usually my choice but it was good and tangy. For lunch, I ordered the catfish (fried) and red beans & rice. I was very surprised by the generous portion. My lunch was delicious. I even had some leftovers. The flavor of my meal was good and spicy. The spice was kinda of a surprise. I liked it but I could see some dishes being too spicy for others. Atmosphere of this restaurant was lovely. Plenty of parking and a beautiful outdoor patio. By the time we were leaving the restaurant was filling up and vibrant.

Yelp
Last year I was extremely disappointed with Pappadeaux and didn't think I would ever return. But it was my birthday and they sent some offers I wanted to try and decided I would give them another chance. We made reservations for 7pm sat Sep 23, but still had to wait 30 min for our table. Not thrilled with the wait but it seems this is normal. Ria was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. Great service. We started out with some of their popular cocktails. Cocktails: My husband got the Watermelon Mangeaux Tango (Frozen margarita, Cîroc Mango vodka & watermelon juice) I got the Swampthing (Raspberry & melon liqueurs layered with frozen hurricane & margarita mixes) Both cocktails were delicious but a bit too sweet for me. They don't skimp on the alcohol too! Appetizers: Seafood gumbo Shrimp & Crawfish Fondeaux (served with garlic bread) Both were so good. We were getting full after the appetizers. Entrees: Me - Crawfish Platter : substituted crawfish for all shrimp. Fried Shrimp and Shrimp Etouffee with dirty rice (my absolute favorite). Had to ask them to make this special bc it normally is a Crawfish platter. Hubby - Shrimp and Cajun Chicken Tenderloins Dessert: NY Cheesecake. This was complimentary bc it was my birthday but we were too full to enjoy this. We opted to take it to go. Overall, everything was fantastic and I'm glad I decided to give Pappadeaux another chance.

Yelp
My first time here with my sisters who were just married...our server D was nice. I ordered seafood gumbo that was tasty but I bit down and almost broke my tooth on a shell. I continued to eat but so many shells I couldn't finish it. I told our server and by the time she brought another cup the food came so I didn't want it. We ended up getting comped due to my sisters steak was not cooked well done took 3 tries but overall I would try them again they are very busy.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
So... our first experience was AMAZING, however, our second... not so much. I think it had to do with our very slow, and non attentive server. We were always waiting on him. For water, to take our order, for our food. And the food wasn't as good as last time. I think, cuz it sat for a bit and wasn't hot. Again. The server. Maybe it woulda been better if it had been brought to us quicker. Not sure. #shrug
google avatar

Lisa S.

Yelp
We went for lunch, and they have a nice lunch menu with smaller portions of popular entrees. I had the seafood kabob with veggies and rice, and it was scrumptious. The server was attentive and nice, and the dining area was beautifully decorated, reminding me of NOLA complete with indoor gas lanterns. I will be back for the dinner menu since we love seafood, and that's their specialty.

Yelp
Finally had the chance to try Pappadeaux. We have been to their sister mexican restaurant in TX and wanted to try the seafood one for a while. Like the Mexican sister - the seafood one did not disappoint at all! I would definitely recommend a reservation here - oddly - there were several open tables in this large restaurant but never fully occupied this past Friday. Only thing I can think of is shortage of staff. The bar area is quite large - and I hear they have a happy hour - so we saw a lot of people eating there. We started with our fruity drinks - of a Large Swamp Thing and a Purple Voodoo. Quite good - not as boozy as one would want - especially given the high price. We started with the Shrimp and Crawfish Fondoo. Delicious - especially with the garlic bread - and extremely filling. We then got the Stuffed Crab and Jumbo Shrimp Brochettes. We loved both of our dishes and I brought half of my crab home to reheat the next day. Our server - Elton - was fabulous. Extremely attentive - extremely friendly. I thought the service staff - including the hostess station and busboys were great. As always - a restaurant that chooses good staff warrants appreciation. I would definitely come again - only thing keeping the 4 stars (instead of 5) is the prices. Pappedeaux is definitely not cheap in terms of food/drinks. Their outside area looks huge and can't wait for the warmer months.

Yelp
One of my good friends took his wife there for their anniversary and we all are regulars there and he was telling me this morning how disappointed he was greatly and that they had gotten sick the following day at Papadeaux's. They said he ordered the catfish. he said it was dry and unseasoned and then he ordered some lobster bites that was like $37. They said they got about four bites and they both ate that and the wife had salmon . The !!!!! I canceled my reservation this upcoming Saturday so let us go somewhere else. They're falling off that bad. I don't wanna go back.

Yelp
Loved our food, fresh, tasty and plenty! Loved our server, he was cool, attentive and took especially good care of us after finding out we were given dirty silverware! I'm given three stars because of the silverware! He had to personally wash our knives because after replacing it once, I still ended up with a dirty knife! ...food crumbs on the knife dirty! Such a disappointment. Loved my sidecar, had a few!

Yelp
My sister was in town and wanted to go to Pappadeaux for dinner. It had been years since we've dined there. It was around 6pm so it was loud and a bit crowded. There was a wait list for seating but we found seats at the bar and just ordered dinner there. Our bartender was very nice. She greeted us and brought menus and bread promptly. We ordered the oven baked crab cake and the salmon alexander. Everything was a nice portion so we were able to split them. I crab cake was tasty. it was made with fresh crab because we kept encountering pieces of shells while we were eating. The salmon alexander was okay. The salmon was not very flavorful. The white wince cream sauce contained crawfish, shrimp and scallops. It was decent. (I assume the sauce was to make up for the lack of flavor in the salmon but I like to taste my food without sauce first.) Other than that, it was a good dinner with decent drinks.

Yelp
Had to go back here again. The food is still good here. The prices have gone up though for the food so it's a bit pricy. I do recommend this place of you love seafood. They also have steak choices as well. Try to make a reservation because it's gets busy here and if you don't have a reservation they will still take you but there might be a bit of a wait. This is the only location and I wish they had one for the city location. Other than that it's so many good seafood choices if you are a seafood fan.
google avatar

Nina P.

Yelp
Delicious food and cool ambiance. We ordered the calamari and fondue to start, but they accidentally brought us the crispy alligator. They were so nice and let us keep the alligator while we waited for our calamari. We also ordered the seafood platter which comes with a heap of goodies. I ordered the half chicken and it was so delicious! My favorite item is probably the fondue, it is a must have!!

Yelp
We went there yesterday with friends. It's a large open space, with patio availability in warmer days I can see us outside! They have a bar area booths are somewhat limiting but the tables and their comfortable chairs were fine. Made reservations on a Sunday afternoon. We were immediately seated offered a menu and drinks. We ordered a shrimp and crawfish fondeaux as an appetizer which was served with 4 slices of garlic bread. It was pricy $26. It tasted good, cheesy and fishy but I thought it was a bit steep for an appetizer. I had a cup of Luisiana shrimp gombo soup. It was $12 and I expected it to be amazing it turned out to be okay. About 4-5 shrimps in there with okra. I ordered the rainbow trout and shrimp. It was very good. I substituted the potatoes for spinach and it had a good flavor. my husband and my friend had the mixed seafood grill with dirty rice. Everyone loved their meal. Her husband ordered the seafood platter and enjoyed it and took some of it home. We had key lime pie for dessert that was great!!! My husband and I shared a piece and it was delicious! yum! I'd come back just for that!!! My friend had crème brûlée with fruit she loved it! It was a bit pricey $100 for the two of us but to do this once in a while was fine. Try it out!!!

Yelp
Food was pretty good. I tried the gumbo with shrimp. They didn't skimp on meat and it was plenty flavorful. My wife had the Shrimp and Grits, the Shrimp was superb, didn't actually taste the Grits for my self. For my main entree I had the ribeye. Not a "steak place" but I was in a steak mood. I asked for it cooked medium well. It was cooked done. But it still had an an amazing char and really good flavor, I was actually pleasantly surprised. I would try it again an go medium. Side note the catfish was good. Not JJs but good.

Yelp
So, I might have to revisit this place to give a proper evaluation. First time I came here I got the fried seafood platter and it was just underwhelming. French fries need to be more seasoned, they were bland and tasteless. Service was good and we got our food fairly quickly. They have a large private parking lot so it's easier to park and go in. Prices were okay but they could have a better seafood ratio. Too much French fries, could use a few more pieces of fried seafood.

Yelp
Order carryout a few days ago. The food was excellent. The food was perpared to order and we recieved everything we asked for. The order was a pappadeaux platter and the Wild Grouper with Shrimp and carrots.......Excellent.....So much so, we reordered again. I had the seafood platter but I didn't receive any fries. I was disappointed because the experience was excellent the last time......

Yelp
I went here on my bd and I thought their prices were high but they give you huge portions and the food was great I would recommend this place to all people who love quality food with a great atmosphere. The service was outstanding.

Yelp
The food is Amazingly and consistently delicious every time I go I start eating here when I lived in Houston over 25 years ago service always on point a little noisy but always upbeat and I enjoy my experience every time I go the the only knock for me is the prices over the years have become almost excessively expensive I understand inflation but $20 for a bowl of gumbo is a bit excessive you think??? I will continue to go because of the unique nature of the food
