"Yes it’s a chain and yes it’s from Houston. It’s still some of the best Tex-Mex around. The nachos and fajitas are always a solid order, but its the shrimp brochette (bacon-wrapped shrimp stuffed with cheese and fresh jalapeño served sizzling on a fajita platter) that is the star dish here." - Courtney E. I want to start off with Service was great! Food was below average for the price paid (minimal flavor), and not a fan of the only one salsa served. Queso was the best thing we had

Michael McQuay

Google
Quinton was our server and he was so polite and swift with his service. The manager Kylie was awesome as well. We had my 3.5 year old son with us and they just made it a great time. You can see that they both and the rest of the staff care and do a great job.

Google
Hands down the best tex-mex I’ve had! Restaurant was a little loud (just in case that bugs you), just FYI. The service, the food, and the vibe were all top notch! Arrived for lunch at about 11:40am and it was busy, but not crowded at all.

If I could give no stars it would definitely be no stars. The fajitas look like they were thrown in an oven in baked and cut off of a whole chicken. I've been to other places and other locations they were not like this had no flavor as well. Will not be returning to this location so beware. As you can they weren't grilled! I didn't not say anything to them at the time because I didn't send food back for someone to tamper with it.

Im a professional athlete and I ate at Pappasitos to prepare for my upcoming race in Sunnyvale. I had the two enchiladas plate and it was absolute perfection and delicious!!! I’m always traveling to new states and competing in towns, and that was the best food I’ve had in a long time. The waiter was good, the service was excellent and the manager did me a solid!!! I won my #150th gold medal the next morning and I have Pappacitos to thank. I definitely recommend that place. Peter. THE FAYETTEVILLE TEXAS FLASH!!! ❤️❤️💪🏽💪🏽⚡️⚡️🏃🏽‍♂️🥇xxx

I recently visited Papassito’s Tex-Mex restaurant during my visit to the TCU campus. The recommendation was spot on, as this establishment truly delivers on the Tex-Mex experience. While the location and atmosphere have a laid-back vibe that may feel a bit outdated, it does not take away from the main attraction: the food! The complimentary salsa was a highlight, bursting with flavor and the perfect companion to our meal. Although the nachos were decent, I’d say they have room for improvement, which is to be expected with complimentary appetizers. What really stole the show were the fajitas! I highly recommend the steak, shrimp, and lobster options—each was cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. The homemade tortillas were incredibly fresh, and the pico de gallo was a refreshing touch that brought everything together. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the food; it truly exceeded my expectations! The service, while a bit slow, was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. I believe Papassito’s would benefit from a little makeover to enhance its ambiance, but rest assured, the delicious food more than makes up for it.

Google
Great vibe in here. The shared meat platters were huge, sizzling and delicious. My only issue was trying to get drinks less sweet, and they weren’t both times, but they were still tasty (Mezcal).

Google
Brittany was our server and she was AMAZING! We had a couple small minor issues with some bar service and some food coming out, but she more than compensated for some of the troubles we faced. She clearly had a billion tables to serve but with her level of service you never would have known it unless you looked around. I HIGHLY recommend pappacitos not only because I love the food (regardless of the few mishaps) but because Brittany really took hospitality and service to the next level. We are just now leaving the table and I can’t even wait to leave the restaurant before wanting to share this experience. We had a few chances for this meal to go badly, but she really turned them around. Thank you Brittany!

Yelp
Great spot! Came here for a work lunch and I was really impressed with the good overall! Service was great! But the food really shined everything was really good and hot. Pro tip: get the beef fajitas!! You won't regret it

Yolanda H.

Yelp
Love most items from Pappasitos. The beef crispy taco, guacamole and queso are really good!!! I tried a new menu item, the Monterrey platter. It included braised beef enchilada, cheese enchilada & a chicken flauta with a verde sauce. Not the best choice in platters for my taste. The chicken flauta was flavorless and dry. It did not compliment the rest of the platter. I will stick with the ground beef tacos or any of the fajitas.

Yelp
First time there and we went with a party of six to celebrate a birthday. They were pretty busy but got our table pretty quick and our server was super friendly and attentive. I had a Moscow mule which was different considering they're usually served in a copper cup, but it was actually pretty refreshing. I was a bit disappointed with the Mexican candy shots. We had queso and guacamole and nothing out the normal taste wise. I had the fajita, quail and shrimp brochette. The fajita was tender and juicy (thumbs up), shrimp brochette was also cooked perfectly and the quail had this sweet glazed (YUM). We had to get dessert of course just to complete the evening. We got all three, tres leches, sopapillas and the cajetas. My fave was all three lol. Overall the food was good, service was great and we had a good time. My only complaint is the shots, but I would definitely back.

Yelp
Went to Pappasitos"a Saturday for my nephew's 18th birthday. We were very upset about the almost 3 hr wait. But had the best waitress Laura who was fairly new. But turned our night into the best Family night. She was very professional and listen to everyone complicated orders got them perfect. Laura's service was excellent and would definitely give her 5 stars. The food was awesome as well. Thank you Laura for being so amazing and awesome. This was Saturday March 1, 2025.

Yelp
This is a great chain Tex mex place in my opinion. My whole table all got items off of the Combination menu which is the way to go if you want to try a little bit of everything. Everything in the Tulum was delicious, but I will say I didn't love the chicken fajita. It ended up just being a plain unseasoned slice of chicken breast in a tortilla. I had to scoop up plenty of guac and salsa to give it some flavor in each bite. But the enchilada and tamale were delicious, so much flavor and nothing overly spicy which I prefer. Ended up being two whole meals for me. My boyfriend also had no complaints about his Reynosa combination and ate it all in one sitting. The peachy sangria was sweet and not overly strong. My least favorite part was probably the free salsa that comes with the chips, a little too watered down for my taste but can't complain since it's complementary. Our server was kind and the food was decently quick to arrive. I love the inside of the restaurant, super cool decor for the Tex mex vibe, great for parties or get togethers.

Yelp
I almost never review places but this place is awesome! I stopped in here for a drink before hitting the airport and wanted to try the mango margarita. I'm a mango margarita connoisseur and this place had the best frozen mango margarita I've ever had. The chips were fresh and the potatoes taquitos were great. Zach and Brett behind the bar were super attentive and friendly. I'll be back if I'm in the area again.

Meghan S.

Yelp
Pappasitos is always a vibe! Service was impeccable and our food was plentiful and delicious! Bret was our server - attentive, informative & just a feel good person all the way around. He sold us on the lamb chops and they did not disappoint at all! They are giving Pappas Steak House a run for the money and you cannot beat the price! Cooked to perfection - succulent, juicy & meaty! In addition, I recommend the queso with ground beef, the Wave margarita Swirl, Mexican candy shots, the chicken flautas and you can never go wrong with the enchiladas. A good time was had, the food delish and the service was extraordinary. They give you so much food for the price and there was plenty to take home. There's nothing better than left over Pappasitos! Go see Bret with one "t"!

Cheyenne C.

Yelp
Get the filet mignon, stuffed crab cake shrimp before it's gone ! You WON'T regret it ! Even the leftovers the next day were bomb ! Our server was very kind and attentive ! Even though the restaurant was packed, we weren't overlooked ! It was still spacious enough for us four and a half (baby) very pretty inside !

Katherine R.

Yelp
The service at this Pappasito was beyond exceptional!! Hannah was attentive, courteous, professional, and personable. The food was delicious and delivered promptly. I would highly recommend that everyone stop by this location.

Lawrence C.

Yelp
This place is just ok. Portions are very large, but the actual food and service could be better. The Fajita Quesadilla was very garlic heavy and almost tasted like garlic bread. And the presentation of the food was messy. Overall, this is a good place to have a filling meal, but not the best Mexican food. The service was also very erratic. We had friendly service at first, but after the initial encounter, our server was never available anymore and we had to keep asking multiple other people for stuff that were not even our server. Then one lady came by and asked if we needed anything, which we didn't at that time, but then when we actually needed something, she would always look away or act just so that we had to physically get up and ask someone for help. Very inattentive staff. It was almost like they actively were trying to avoid helping us.

Tee J.

Yelp
Stopped in to have a drink with a friend, but of course I couldn't resist indulging. We sat at the bar to avoid a wait. Our bartender was great. She was on it with getting those drinks out. She had to call several times for the waiters to pick them up due to them piling up. So, if your drink tasted watery last night, it wasn't the bartender. It was due to them sitting there for an extended period of time. Anywho, I had my favorite drink, a frozen watermelon margarita. Being the light weight that I am, one is always more than enough. I also got some shrimp brochette. The bacon was a bit salty but good nonetheless. BFF had a Long Island which she said was very good, and the seafood enchiladas. They initially gave her 2 when she asked for 3. The 3rd was brought out later. She also felt that they skimped on the shrimps but had plenty of scallops. Of course, we will be back.

Lynnette T.

Yelp
The food was fantastic as well as our server Scott. attentive and fun. He added to the experience. We had the fajitas with steak and chicken so tender and delicious. The tortillas are made fresh and warm! They are so soft and good! We highly recommend this place!! Omar was friendly and engaging as well. The employees seem to really enjoy their jobs. Thanks for the TexMex experience.

Glenn W.

Yelp
Management is full of liars. But that is what you get when hiring from the bottom of the barrel. Prices are EXTREMELY high. No value here for sure.

Muhammad B.

Yelp
This place is amazing. I really like the fajita. Ask for Femi. He's a really cool waiter!

Lawrencia L.

Yelp
I used to frequent this restaurant more and I'm glad I stopped by. I had the lamb chops and they were so delicious. They were well seasoned and had a beautiful presentation. The service was great! I can't wait to go back again.

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
First time here. Came on a Friday late afternoon around 3 PM. It was not crowded yet, so we were seated right away. our server, Sydney, greeted us right away & gave their recommendations on drinks & food. Overall, our server, Sydney, was very good - service was excellent. Though, it wasn't the best Tex-Mex, I've ever had, all the food was nicely cooked - not overcooked nor undercooked. Portion sizes are good. I would recommend & I would come back.

Don G.

Yelp
This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. A friend and I went to the Richardson location. We were promptly greeted by Eduardo and seated immediately. Nathan came over and went over a few of the premiere choices on the menu. He took our drink menu and returned promptly. Overall Nathan was top notch. You can tell this was not his first rodeo. He was so personable and really took pride in doing his job. He was definitely fast fun and friendly. We ordered off of the lunch menu. It was quite a value. Very large portions. I ordered Queasadillas, Enchiladas, beans and rice. The food was seasoned well and the plating was superb. The Service was excellent!!!! The relaxed ambiance of the restaurant was quite popular with the guest. Pappasito's is nothing short of AMAZING!!!! It will forever be my Restaurant of choice.

Nisha L.

Yelp
Dined here for the first time and had Nick as a server... he was nothing short of amazing. Tried the beef and chicken fajitas, generous portion & man the beef is so well seasoned. Easily could be a shareable. Also had this margarita (can't remember the name) but it was big and inexpensive. The vibe was relaxed and it's cool for a date or for a bite with friends. Nick was so sweet and so engaged with our table & made sure we picked what was suitable for my appetite and the occasion. After we told him it was our first time, the tall manager came to our table with a sweet surprise. Thanks so much for such a memorable experience, the food and service has made this my new favorite place.

Shianne H.

Yelp
All the food was delicious and hot when it came out to our table! From the queso with taco meat, to the chicken quesadillas to the delicious dessert of sopapillas. We will always come eat here when we come to the Dallas area. Our waiter was also amazing! Our drinks never got half empty, he answered all our questions and ensure we had everything we needed and more! It was such a busy place but we never felt forgotten and there were a few birthdays celebrated and they sing such a fun song!

Catrina R.

Yelp
Went here for a company lunch, since it was a coworkers 60th birthday. The atmosphere is cute and looks like a place you'd want to happy hour at, for sure. The salsa is served warm and tasted like something was wrong with it. I usually tear up the chips and salsa at Tex-Mex places, but after a few chips-worth of attempts, I had to give up on it. I mentioned this to a coworker and he thought the same thing. So hardly anyone touched the chips and salsa. The chips are thin, oily and little to no salt on them. We ordered the queso with ground beef in it. It was alright, but can't say more about it. Nothing to write home about. Taste like something you'd make with Velveeta in a crockpot at home. I ordered the tequila lime salad with Salmon, and though it was okay, it still had a bit of that funky taste on it too...so maybe it is the oil they use? I can't be sure, but I have never experienced this at a Tex-Mex place before and it is enough for me to not want to eat there ever again. After the server took our order, she came back 15-20 min later and said she had lost our order...so she had to re-confirm our orders and put them in. At the end of the meal, they did sing happy birthday to our coworker, which was nice and fun...and they gave a scoop of ice cream with a strawberry and chocolate sauce on it. Underwhelming, but sure. Nice gesture. All in all, 2/5, would not return.

Rose J.

Yelp
First the location is prime from my hotel and of course you have the other pappasitos locations (barbecue, fish) nearby. So the options are wonderful. Once you enter the cantina definitely has that Tex Mex feel. It's pretty loud with the music and conversations going, I could barely hear the waitress. The food arrived hot and quickly with a nice presentation. Of course the cocktail was on point. I actually got the average instead of large cocktail and didn't finish the drink. Maybe I'm a novice! Overall a good evening with quick, prompt, hot food and decent customer service. I do think the price of the food and the actual food is over rated. But just my opinion!

Troy H.

Yelp
Normally, Papasito is on point, but for this particular instance, the service was a little bit slow. The food was good, but not as top quality as it normally is, but that doesn't mean that it isn't just a one off thing. dinner for two equals 100 coconuts

Sydney B.

Yelp
Came into Dallas for a work relevant and found this restaurant. Started with queso and Rita's that were on point. Then, as we decided on our orders, our server, Kat, gave the best description of the special that my friend couldn't even wait to hear the entire description "I need that!" She said. The margaritas are, no cap, the best around. Strong enough to know you've had one but super tasty and not going to leave you unable to enjoy your evening. From the homemade tortillas and queso to the meals and even the desserts, though there simply was no way we were gonna fit another bite in our bellies, but we saw some on other tables, it's clear Pappasitos takes the business of making people happy very seriously. We never had an empty glass and the plates were gone as soon as the food was eaten. Honestly. We assumed Kat was a probably a trainer server so in our final conversation with her, when she said it was her first week here, we immediately asked to see a manager! Why? Because it's not common for newer servers to be this dang good this soon and we wanted to acknowledge this with her management team. But guess what happened.... You know how managers are? Sykoria made her was out to the table within a minute or so and she asked if we were having a good evening. We shared with her how great we fell Kat was doing and do you know what she said? She thanked us for caring enough to take the time to give our feedback. She explained that our feedback helps a lot and they truly appreciate it. Sometimes managers "say" the right thing. But tonight, I really believed that Sykoria truly appreciated our feedback. The table next to us overhears the conversation and even agrees that they were very surprised that we were both having such great experiences. Thanks pappasitos!

Nellie J.

Yelp
I took my dad here for Father's day. The food was wonderful and delicious. Our drinks we awesome. Our waitress, Juanita R. was wonderful. She was funny and joked with my dad. She helped me make this Father's day weekend a memorable and wonderful for my dad. Thank you very much. My dad and I had a great time. We will be going back again.

Jay S.

Yelp
I will start off by saying the food here is GREAT! a little expensive, but very tasty and even the tortillas are good. The reason for the two stars has everything to do with the hostess - I've included a picture of her here. As you can see in one of the pictures - the place was quite empty when we got there. They wanted to sit us just as you enter the dining room at the table nearest the entrance. I told the hostess, I would prefer a different table so that we aren't in a high traffic area of the restaurant. She literally yells at the other hostess in Spanish - "Quiren otra mesa" meaning they want another table. So, she walks us all the way down and sits us just outside of the restroom. She later walked by with a smirk on her face, which certainly changed when i snapped a picture of her as we were leaving. This person is either clueless or just passive aggressive. Either way, I certainly hope she isn't there the next time we go back.

Joshua J.

Yelp
One of my favorites places to go, but this time was a little sub par. To be fair the food came out well, but the service was awful. Our server just didn't want to be at work. He did take our drink order but then I literally ate my chips & quest, main dish, and finally the drink came as they were asking me about dessert. Like bruh where the hell is my drink!!! Clearly upset by this a manager did come to table with my drink finally, and for the trouble took off the 9 dollars for the chips & queso. Which to me is unacceptable why not comp the drink, since I did wait forever and day for it. The food was good but with the poor service I can't just give more than 2 stars

Vanessa M.

Yelp
The service and drinks- immaculate! The food left something to be desired. The shrimp salad was good after being drenched in dressing. The fajitas was alright for my sister but she's defiantly had better for less. Whatever you do, don't order the ceviche. It was obviously not done traditionally, fish cooked in lime juice, which is fine but the fish was so hard and unflavored we thought it was chicken. The three of us took a bite and instantly disliked it, even our server noticed how much we didn't like it and replaced it with a different appetizer. The strawberry margarita was amazing though, super sweet and strong based on how drunk I was at the end. Our server was awesome, he was attentive and when we said it was my sisters birthday but she didn't want the song, she's shy, he still let us take a pic of her in the Birthday sombrero and got her a birthday ice cream. Super sweet team but the food should definitely be updated a bit.

Nate K.

Yelp
Woohoo, amazing Tex Mex! The service was great, they give chips and a personal salsa for each diner, which was appreciated. They also quickly bring out more chips, salsa, tortillas, etc proactively. We ordered the Wednesday special family style fajitas and they didn't disappoint! The tortillas were freshly made on site and delicious, all ingredients were great. This meal was firing on all cylinders. The garlic butter really was the x factor which took the fajitas to the next level. Note, I'm a pescatarian so I skipped the meat. Tres leches cake was also very tasty. I'll be back when I'm in town!

Jennifer M.

Yelp
Shout out to Jeremy for excellent service! My friend and I went for lunch today. Jeremy was not actually our waiter initially; however, we requested our ticket get transferred to him and for good reason. We waited for our waitress for over 5 minutes without our waitress acknowledging us. She walked past our table several times. Jeremy graciously took our order and within minutes delivered the food to our table. Turning our experience from negative to positive just like that!

Barry F.

Yelp
Met a business contact here for lunch at his recommendation as the best Tex Mex in Dallas. Went with an open mind and empty stomach which was essential. Massive and cavernous venue with lots of lunch crowd and boisterous noise level. Very friendly staff greeted and seated me. My contact arrived and he proclaimed his intention to order for us both which was great and took the pressure off. Chips and Salsa - complimentary basket after basket of thin, light and crispy tortilla chips and personalized small bowls of salsa. Chips 4.5 stars, Salsa 3.5 stars due to a flavor that reminded me of soap in the salsa Queso Dip with Ground Beef - 4 out of 5 stars - creamy, savory complement to the chips with nicely seasoned beef to add some punch Guacamole- 4 out of 5 - fresh, vibrant color, flavorful - a great accompaniment to the chips and our entrees Steak Fajita with Garlic Butter Sauce on the Side - 5 out of 5! This was the bomb! Warm, soft, pillowy flour tortillas with nicely grilled strips of steak, sizzling onions from the platter, cheese, crema with a side of rice and beans. Now the star of the show was without dispute the garlic butter sauce - it took the flavors to a new level. A must! Bacon Wrapped Shrimp - 5 out of 5 - again a total star in the lineup. Big juicy shrimp grilled in a strip of bacon. An incredible preparation - and yes - give it a swim in the garlic butter sauce. Only service deduct was for ordering unsweetened tea, but getting refilled multiple times with sweet tea. I'm guessing I was in the minority ordering unsweet. Worth a repeat when I go back to Dallas

Alison H.

Yelp
What an amazing dinning out experience. First time out in 5 months and it was worth the wait. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. The atmosphere was just what I needed. Rachel G did an amazing job. My drink and chips were always full. Food was superb. Can't wait to come back!

Kim N.

Yelp
Ordered the chicken fajita lunch! It was a lot of food and very filling. Beans were my fave, rice was a little dry. The freebie salsa was alright, and we ordered some queso to share -- tasted a lil like velveeta! Friendly and attentive service!

Monitos M.

Yelp
Andy and Mario are the reason we keep returning such amazing service and of course besides the fresh food and overall great ambiance!

Sydney F.

Yelp
I always come to Pappasito's when I am in town. But this time was exceptional. And it was all due to our waitress-- SYDNEY! She has found and perfected the lost art of waitressing. Not only was our food delivered in a timely manner, but she always had a smile on her face. If she wasn't delivering food quickly, she was stopping to make personal connections with her tables. Not just a "how is the food", but she learned the names and stories of the people she served. Every table walked out with a smile on their face and thanked her by name. Next time you are at Pappasito's, do yourself a favor and ASK FOR SYDNEY!!!

Aron J.

Yelp
Came here on Cinco de mayo expecting a super long wait, ended up only being 40 minutes for 4. Pass time by going to the bar. Tried a watermelon margarita, and a moscow mule. Moscow mule was great. The watermelon margarita was good for a bit but then eventually was too sweet to drink and was very filling but comes with a frozen watermelon slice which was nice. When you are seated you are given chips and salsa of course. The chips are ok being very thin but the salsa was great. Tasted amazing while having a nice spice kick to it. I ordered the beef and chicken enchilada combination which comes with beans and rice. The food was good and the serving size for everything was good as well.

Nathan D.

Yelp
Margaritas | Fajitas | Service Margaritas - These are pretty amazing! I asked the server, Mike, what the best tequila or mezcal-based drink was and he did not hesitate - "Margarita." I had their signature margarita which was pretty amazing. Good flavor, probably dangerous flavor because it was hard to detect the alcohol. Fajitas - I had the chicken fajita. It was probably the top 5 I've ever had. Fajitas are my go-to for Mexican restaurants. I lived in Tucson, AZ for 5 years, so I know good Mexican food when I have it. The portions were hefty, and the food was savory. Would definitely recommend it. Service - Overall, I was most impressed by our server Mike. He was pretty outstanding. Never let a water glass get below 1/4 full, always was prompted with whatever we asked for, gave great recommendations, and was pretty honest about the pros and cons of each selection. If you can get him as your server - Do it. Pro tip - good amount of parking. So no worries there. Pro tip - go light on the chips. I had way too many and had to take food home because their portions are massive. If you have a table of 4 people limit yourself to 1-2 bowls of chips and salsa/guac to make room for your meal.

Geno E.

Yelp
Excellent food with a wide variety to choose from too. Enjoyed rack of lamb and ceviche too.

Dan G.

Yelp
If you want Tex Mex, THIS is the place to go. The food is great. Sometimes I want to get the larger plates to have leftovers for home. The service is always on point and it's a good place to bring a big group for an occasion!

Chanel C.

Yelp
The food here was delicious. I really enjoyed the chicken fajitas and they give you a large portion. Also the white queso with the meat was incredible. Service was great and there were nice vibes. Definitely able to accommodate large parties which is nice.

Sam S.

Yelp
My husband came home from a deployment and he ordered a drink. the drink had a long hair in it and they just changed the cup and the hair was still in there. it's just disappointing because he has been waiting to eat here and this turned his stomach. He was very upset and it ruined his meal.

Madeline E.

Yelp
I ordered the Camerones Diablo (highly recommend) and my husband had the beef fajitas. The homemade tortillas, melted Mexican butter, fresh guacamole, salsa and chips... wow. It impresses me every time! This lunch might have made the five hour drive to Dallas worth it all on its own.

Regina L.

Yelp
Server was great. Everything else was terrible. Overpriced, Mexican rice crunchy. Big portions; however; it was not better than Taco Bell. The garlic butter that comes with the fajita is amazing and fresh flour tortillas. Everything else was mediocre. 2 stars; servers personality, fresh flour tortilla, and amazing garlic butter. Otherwise, it would have been a 1 star.

Anj L.

Yelp
Had a Christmas lunch with coworkers today at Pappasito's. The restaurant was a lot bigger that I was expecting and had a homey entrance. I had made reservations for 10 people. Two of my coworkers had already arrived, so when I and another friend entered, I let the hostess (zero smile) know we had arrived, and she promptly told me that she cannot seat us until at least 6 people in the party were present. What?? We had to stand at the entrance, where the blustery cold air blew in whenever the door opened. My coworker didn't hear her say that to me, so a few minutes later, she asked a different hostess (again, no smiles offered) if we could be seated. This one said that 7-8 members of the party needed to be present to be seated. Beyond idiotic. Not sure what happened, but once a total of 5 were at the restaurant, we were seated. A friend said she heard the hostesses (described as 3 young Hispanic girls) complain about us. If you don't want to work, then quit your jobs! I sadly drove by a few homeless people on the way to the place-- they should be thankful that isn't them! Our waiter, a young Caucasian guy, was a little quiet at first but was joking with us by the end of our meals, thankfully. He was attentive and kept our drink glasses full. Our food was good but not worth the high prices. $32 for shrimp fajitas, which consisted of about 10 medium shrimp and onions, and lukewarm veggies. I don't eat meat, so when I asked him about the rice and beans, he said the rice was vegetarian but all of the beans contain pork. He didn't bring any rice to me, but that's ok. A coworker l, arriving late, follows a halal diet. For some odd reason while I was away from the table, her shrimp fajita meal was delivered. I noticed the rice and beans, so I let her know quickly that the waiter stated that all beans contain pork. She was shocked because he had told her they were vegetarian. Totally confused! She didn't take the chance in the inconsistent information, just as wouldn't, either. Will I return? Nah. There are way too many other options in the area. Plus, I wouldn't be able to tolerate the snotty hostesses again. Management really needs to retrain these girls with attitudes- it reflects poorly on the restaurant.

Yelp
11-10-2024.. around 1 pm my lady and i visited pappasito's at Lombardy location... wasn't greated with a hello, welcome to pappasito's.. instead table for two... i said yes.. and hello to you too in which I didn't receive a response.. they preceded to take us to our table... i requested window table in which they had several... but was told no.. those are for reservations... i responded we are here now and you have several... they refused.. stated we could wait 30 minutes for one to come open.. visibility there were several... i ask if they value their customers...they said yes.. i responded we are customers.. they still refused.. so my lady and i left and went across the parking lot to one of their competitors and had lunch ... by the way.. at a window table.. i find this non acceptable and doen right disrespectful... i have to give one star because app wont let me give none

Yelp
If you want the best food in Dallas, this is the place to come. If you want the best food in America, this might still be the place to come. If you're far from home and want a place that treats you like family, this place would be the place that I recommend. the wait staff was genuinely happy to see us, and laughed and joked with us during our whole meal. After a tough week at work, this place will make you forget all about it. Would definitely return to this place as often as possible.

Yelp
This is one of our favorites. Fantastic food and a fun environment. Everything here is delicious, and the service has always been good. In fact, a shout out to Bret for taking care of us; he was great! We were in a rush due to concert plans, and he made sure we got everything quickly. Thanks Bret!

Yelp
The service and food are great. Just about anything you order is going to be quality. EXCEPT ... the beer has higher alcohol content than the pitcher of $50 margarita . Do not buy alcohol here. Beer is okay
