The Best Luxury Bathrobes of 2025, Tested and Reviewed

"Lightweight waffle-knit Turkish cotton that feels like a luxury hotel robe: soft, breathable, and well-constructed with precise stitching and no loose seams. Slightly oversized without bulk, it works well year-round for both post-shower wear and lounging over pajamas; the external tie keeps it closed comfortably and deep pockets plus a towel hook add practicality. Fabric held up well after washing. Available XS to 3X." - Alesandra Dubin Alesandra Dubin Alesandra Dubin is an LA-based lifestyle writer and editor. "Inspired by the Italian linens she encountered on a trip to Amalfi several years ago, Parachute founder Ariel Kaye wanted to bring the same luxurious bedding experience to the American market, without compromising on quality. While the line started with bedding (the linen sheets are the only thing you'll want to sleep in—trust), Parachute has rounded out its offerings to include waffle bathrobes, Turkish towels, table linens, and throws. Recent collaborations have included bedding with Jenni Kayne, decorative throw pillows with Caroline Cecil, and, most recently, ceramics with Kat & Roger. The storefront boutique is chock-full of design inspiration, too (a rose gold-colored mirror, potted cacti, and leather-and-copper chairs from Eric Trine). Bonus: Upstairs, Parachute Hotel, which is available for overnight stays, regularly hosts special events, like a seasonal wreath-making workshop, throughout the year. "

Google
Great store, lots of products to see and touch (always important when buying bedding or towels). Staff very attentive and helpful. Parking in this area can be a challenge. If you park a few block down, on Rose, there are two hour no meter spots.

Google
Very slick store for robes, bed sheets, blankets and more. Really nice products many of them organic.

Hi

Google
Really uncomfortable vibe at the store. This is so awkward to write. One associate is frantic trying to talk to all the clientele coming in ( 2-4 clients at the store) while the other associate i think her name was Sophia with short blonde hair, just stands there staring at you silently with an angry bored expression arms folded and will shrug when you talk to her or avoids eye contact while giving broad answers. The first girl with the blonde ponytail is really nice and welcoming but had really anxious energy and would tell you ok think about it and I’ll be back and then run over to another client and I felt bad she was the only one trying to do it all. I gave 2 stars because it was nice to be able to come in to the store and feel the fabrics to be able to decide what you like and the first associate seemed nice just anxious and overwhelmed. I wanted to purchase a lot more but just felt so strange and it’s very hot in the store. This was my first time at the store and my first time purchasing parachute. I expected a better quality environment for the prices.

Google
This store is amazing. I walked in today and was greeted by the sweetest workers. I didn’t get their names but these 2 young women were beyond incredible. They helped me find the perfect sizes, gave me recommendations on fabrics, and even provided me tips on washing my new stuff. I also came in with a return and the young women helped me with it fast and the return posted on my bank account immediately! I don’t write reviews often, but these 2 women deserve recognition. Everything here is soft, beautiful and worth the price. Parking is a bit tricky but you can still find many open spots down the block in the neighborhood.

Ordered a linen percale quilt in 2017. Love the quilt but the LINEN side DOES NOT wear well. Permanently damaged after 2.5 years of use. I follow the care instructions perfectly. Emailed Parachute customer service. Responded promptly but told me to rotate my quilt with another frequently (who has that kind of money) to prolong material lifespan. Also, Parachute DID NOT post my product review on the its website; not very open to honest reviews. If you are going to make the expensive investment for this quilt, know that the product gets damaged and may not last.

Everyone is so helpful and store is beautiful!! Complementary coffee, snacks and treats for the pups is lovely.

Google
Wow, talk about incredible customer service! I initially ordered some products and we had a little hiccup. I contacted Parachute and their team went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was satisfied. They were not only helpful but also very efficient in solving my problem. I know millennials are prone to exaggeration, but I kid you not, this was the BEST customer service experience I've ever had. As a new home owner I am slowly decorating my home and parachute will be there every step of the way. Love their product and LOVE their team.

Google
$ 400 sheets that break after 13 months, with the company taking zero responsibility whatsoever? 'Unfortunately, this kind of wear and tear is not considered a manufacturer's defect after 12 months.' Thanks, but never again. The $20 IKEA sheets last about 4 times as long.

Yelp
Love the events they have here. I bought some comfy sheets and towels from here. The quality is good but the items don't wash that well.

Yelp
We absolutely love our new king size Parachute mattress! We want to thank Marcella for all the expert guidance she provided us in helping us learn more about this mattress. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. There is absolutely no hard sell going on in this store. When we tried out the mattress in the showroom our decision was made. The mattress is amazing and is exactly what we were looking for. My sleep has improved 100% since we got this mattress. We are so thankful to all the staff at Parachute inc Taylor and Rachel too who answered delivery questions when Marcella was not working. We cannot thank Marcella enough for helping us to get the "mattress of our dreams" Check this place out if you want a really good mattress with kind and knowledgeable employees!

Yelp
The lint and shredding coming off of these linen sheets- A YEAR after purchasing is insane. There is rust red lint over EVERYTHING; the mattress pad, the pillows, the floor, in my hair. I wash them exactly to parachutes specifications. I have to vacuum every other day to be ahead of it. Will not purchase again.

Yelp
We ordered a mattress and bed through Parachute, and have been having a horrible experience. We paid for a "White Glove" service which was represented to us as Parachute removing the existing mattress, box set and frame, and installing the new mattress and bed. Parachute failed to disclose to us that it hires third party vendors to handle all of this, and failed to disclose that we are required to coordinate all of this with separate vendors for the removal of the existing mattress, etc., and delivery of the new mattress and bed. Parachute misrepresented that the "White Glove" service would cover removal of the current mattress, box spring and frame. In actuality, they only paid for the removal of the mattress. We now have to separately schedule and pay for the removal of the box set and frame. Parachute misrepresented that the new mattress and bed would be delivered in one delivery. Instead, the mattress was delivered weeks before the bed. Further, upon the first attempt to deliver the bed, the delivery company refused to deliver it since the current bed was still there. Since we relied on Parachute's representation that the removal would be handled by the delivery company, we did not know that we first had to coordinate the removal with another third party vendor. Parachute has refused to pay for the removal of the box spring and mattress. Their service has been absolutely horrible.

Yelp
Horrible customer service; business hours are only on weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM, so waited til Monday, and still no reply to my two emails. I'm trying to change the color of a duvet cover because it looks like they just substituted something different, When I sent the second email (after not hearing back for the entire day on a Friday, the response said "Please don't send more than one email or your first will go to the end of the queue.....but you don't know that until you send a second one. It's the holidays, so I'm wondering if it would cost this company that much to have someone check emails for large purchases and get back in a timely way? I would never recommend this company to anyone. I'm only buying from them because it was on my daughter's Christmas list.

Yelp
Spent over $500 for the first time ever for "quality" bedding. We got a whole set and loved it. Followed the care instructions and were pretty gentle with these. After about a year the quilt started to tear- little holes here and there. So I decided to keep it on our bed seasonally to minimize the use (although I've never done this before). We kept using the sheets and after almost 2 years of owning, a large tear showed up on the fitted sheet (not in the seam so NOT fixable). After one more nights sleep, the tear was huge and it had to be tossed. I contacted customer service and their response was "there is no set amount of time your Quilt should last" and they did not address the sheet. After running an Airbnb for 2 years- and washing bedding every 2-4 days my Ikea and Target products have held up beautifully! Horribly ran business in my opinion.

Yelp
Honest review, I bought my duvet and pillow cases on the Black Friday sale. I was super happy to recieve them because I needed the exact color. Straight out of the package I was met with a lint storm. Believe me when I say that was the best way to describe it. I figured that it was due to them being new. Well it's March and the duvet has been washed. It's still peeling or shedding everywhere. I can't believe that I thought paying $300 would save me from peeling. The pictures really do say it all. I love the color but I'm starting to regret this purchase because I spent so much time cleaning it up.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Hate to say I told you. Here I am 6 months from the last review and surely the thinning turned into a hole. I've been using the gentlest washing process possible to extend its lifetime (and drying on damp) because air drying sheets isn't an option. Anyone have recommendations for linen sheets as beautiful comphy but actually sustainable for daily use?

Yelp
I was ready to pull the trigger and spend over a thousand dollars on bedding at this company. To start with they have bundles but will not let you customize anything in the bundle. In my case I cannot sleep with standard pillows. I offered pay the difference to upgrade the pillows and they weren't interested. Initially I was going to still purchase the sheets and buy the other items elsewhere. Reading the yelp reviews has made me change my mind and I will not be purchasing anything here. Aside from the inflexibility of their sales team it looks as if they believe we should be grateful they allow us to give them our money. In addition there seems to be common thread of their items not standing up well, no guarantees on their products and no response to customer complaints. The last response I saw here was in 2018. This is a company that want so cater to pretentious rich people. I've got lots of money to burn on sheets but I don't believe that I'm going to do business with a company that is completely inflexible, doesn't guarantee their products and ignores their customer concerns. Be aware that they also have a D- rating with the BBB.

Yelp
This is an update to my previous review after being contacted by the customer service team manager. He reached out and said although they do usually requested pictures for product issues he was happy to send me new sheets. The prompt response from the CX team manager and his offer to help make things right was much more aligned with the customer service I was hoping to receive during my initial call to customer service. I appreciate the manager reaching out and his efforts to help with this quality issue.

Yelp
First time in their actual store and it's beautiful just like their site. First, they have signs outside and control the amount of people in store which made me feel a lot better to shop in person. Once you get in, there's a hand sanitizer dispenser that you step on the peddle to dispense the sanitizer. Showroom is that that big, couple of the rugs I want to see which is a shame. But I did find another rug that my husband actually really like. They don't have the 8'x10' in store but they have free shipping and return which is pretty amazing. I also found couple sets of bedding quilt, cover and shams that I like which they have in store :) Staffs are nice and helpful without being pushy, if you are not too far away from the store, it's good to go in and see the quality in person!

Yelp
Was so super excited to get these as I had heard MIXED reviews about them. Received them. At first super stuff but once washed, they started to feel comfortable....... then, like so many other reviewers on here, I witnessed them basically disintegrate. There are holes in the fitted and top sheets with less than 5 months of using them! Emailed customer service expecting a great experience as the price point would indicate. Instead, I was directed to how to wash my (already disintegrated) sheets and told there's nothing they can do. Which is hysterical given there's clearly something they can do. Replace the sheets, better your product and improve your customer service. Will never buy again and will never recommend them to anyone.
google avatar

Kim M.

Yelp
Believe the reviews regarding disintegration and their customer service. The company will not stand behind them. I spent $500.00 and after 1 year- thinning, holes then tears. They were treated as a treasure- washed in cold in 7th Gen, not dried fully. I regret the purchase. The company was flippant and condescending - suggesting that they should be used half as much, so they last twice as long, that they need a "break" like an actual living thing, and not washing more than once a month (gross). At the beginning, they were coarse and gave me a sore on my elbow. There has always been a surprising amount of fiber on the floor surrounding the bed and when they are washed it fills the lint filter. Really, the amount they don't give a care is offensive.

Karen W.

Yelp
RUN! Don't believe the curated nonsense about how great Parachute is. I'm surprised at their lack of knowledge about what they sell (even contradicting labeling and website care information). Corporate Customer service has either adapted to product complaints by not standing by their product or prefers to be the text book example of epically bad Client interactions. I made the mistake of purchasing bedding from Parachute, but you don't need to. In a nutshell, below average Customer Service, bad advice served up in an unprofessional manner. One and done! Sticking with Bella Notte, Linoto and Garnet Hill. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/parachutehome.com

Yelp
This review is more notably about their customer service - or LACK thereof. I have many of their products - sheets, pillows, and soon to be the mattress. So far, I've liked everything - but reading these reviews, I'm worried I'll have something different to say after a bit of time! While I had a pleasant experience purchasing in store, the experience with the associates on the chat line + email were disappointing. They're not helpful, take FOREVER, and act like they don't represent the company and have no responsibility. I spent $3000+ on this brand...Parachute should be MORE than willing to help answer my questions. There are so many options for us customers in this space...we don't need you, you need us. Step up, or get lost.

Yelp
These towels are crap. I registered for these for my wedding and thought they would be high quality since they were so expensive. Every. Single. Towel is stained! I have NEVER had an issue with stained towels EVER before. Apparently this is common for the grey ones to turn peach orange in some places. I have followed their care instructions and used natural detergent, washing with like colors, dryer balls rather than fabric softener sheets, and oxy clean on the stains. But alas, after 6 months of use I officially have ugly peach stains on 4/4 large grey towels, 4/4 hand towels. 2/4 of my white bath towels are totally discolored after only a handful of uses, and 4/4 of my white washcloths are now off-white after 1 USE. It's embarrassing! Save yourselves and get towels from somewhere else!

Yelp
Very disappointed!! I registered for and received two sets of white Parachute Percale sheets for my wedding. We started using the sheets and very soon after they began to discolor. I used a natural oxygen-based whiter to try and whiten them (as per the instructions), but nothing worked. We washed them regularly, rotated between both sets of sheets and are very clean people :) However, all parts of the sheet sets (fitted, flat and pillow cases) continued to darken to a greyish/yellow color. They are also very loose fitting on our queen bed - don't hug the mattress at all. I was so excited to receive them and it's upsetting to see such a (supposedly) high quality product deteriorate so quickly. See the difference in the photos. In both pictures I held the exposed part of the sheet up to the portion of the sheets that we tuck under the bed - you can see that the part we tuck under the bed is still white. Finally purchased a set of Brooklinen sheets to replace them and have been much happier with the quality.
google avatar

Emily-Rose W.

Yelp
I was very disappointed in the quality of my Parachute sheets. I splurged on the Percale Parachute sheet set because I believed in the company's socially responsible manufacturing beliefs. I was very happy until about two months in when I noticed a little hole in one pillow case. I was bummed but oh well. Then within about 5 months, 3 of our 4 pillow cases developed holes, and in less than a year, the cases were shredded on the backside. I contacted Parachute HQ and they were not helpful. They told me I was washing them wrong, which I wasn't. I use all-natural Method detergent. There is no product guarantee and was no replacement, even though this happened within a year of purchasing. I had originally assumed I received a bad batch but my experience with customer service made me think this is common. Really disappointing experience.

Yelp
Two weeks, two trips to Parachute Home Chicago, two different Linet Duvet Coverts, two similar stains. The Duvet Cover is absolutely beautiful, but how is it $250? Looking at the reviews, people are having the exact same issue. I will be making a third trip to the store for an exchange + discount! Xx
google avatar

Samantha E.

Yelp
Extremely disappointed!! We loved our Parachute bedding so much that we purchased several of the Venice Linen Sets. I make sure to wash them according to their directions because I want them to last years like linen bedding should. On every duvet cover we have purchased, their ties have come off almost instantly. I have actually taken them all in to our seamstress to be done correctly. While Parachute is pretty cheap for linen bedding it still seems like I shouldn't have to fix their product immediately after purchasing. The duvet cover ties are annoying, but the fact that my fitted sheet is disintegrating is the reason for my review. I went to make our guest bed and found that our fitted sheet has holes everywhere. It is completely falling apart. I rotate our sheets and this particular set has been barely slept on and washed only a couple times. For it to be failing to this extent is crazy. I'm sure that I will receive the generic response that everyone else on here has about this being my fault, but I'm hoping that they will acknowledge that this seems to be a consistent issue with their product. Now I'm just sad knowing that our other Parachute items will more than likely suffer a similar fate. I will enjoy them while they last... but we will probably not be a customer of theirs after this. I'm not sure what we can even do with the fitted sheet now. Seems like a waste to throw it away, but I don't feel like it would be right to donate in it's current condition.

Yelp
I ordered the Linen Venice Set in Blush and when it arrived, one of the pillowcases had a snag in it. It was a bummer because they aren't cheap! I was worried about contacting Parachute after reading the negative reviews about their customer service. I think they are actually paying attention to these reviews and improving! I contacted them about my issue, and they immediately sent me a replacement without a hassle. Besides the pillow issue, their linen is awesome and I am loving my new bed set. I've also been in the store and it's really cute. I'm glad I made a trip there to see all the colors in person and get a few swatches before I picked my bedding.

Yelp
Wow. Thank you, Yelp. We just spent close to $1,500 on comforters and duvet covers online during the Memorial Day weekend sale. Let me be clear, we absolutely LOVE the lightweight comforter (we even ordered the All Season for the winter). In fact, we loved the products so much that my wife placed another order for more bedding at the Venice store. The only reason we saw these unnerving reviews of crap quality and tales of horrific customer service is because we were looking for the Venice store address for the additional order pickup. Pictures don't lie, and the lack of customer service is evident in the non-responses from the brand to these 1-star reviews. We also cross-checked reviews on Trust Pilot, and there are hundreds more of the same theme- bedding that self-destructs and disintegrates after a year and customer service that gives Zero F*#ks. Being in the startup world myself, Parachute seems to be a brand that invested in hyper-growth, leaving product quality, customer service, and ultimately the real people who built the brand- the customers- in the dust. What a shame. We will be returning ALL $1,500 worth of products. Word to the wise, Parachute: When you read consistent reviews like these, the fish usually stinks at the head. Investors, hold your CEO to the fire. Hyper-growth at the expense of product quality and customer service = inevitable hyper-failure.

Terence D.

Yelp
The sheets are comfortable but I am very disappointed in the customer service. Buying a product like this, I expected there to be friendly and accessible staff that could help out if things went awry. When my girlfriend and I realized the sheets were wrong for us, we got form responses and silence. To top it off there was an off-putting issue with the linen shedding. When we removed the sheets from our bed we found the mattress covered with shredded lint and cloth. Just to give you an idea on how disappointed we are, this is my first Yelp review. I felt I had to say something to warn folks away from these guys. If the other comments are any indication this is a recurring issue.

Yelp
This review is for the excellent in-store shopping experience and follow-up. Safety protocols in place included limiting the number of customers, politely asking that customers use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering, and ensuring all wore masks. Amber was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I opted to delay placing my order to take advantage of the Black Friday 20% discount. Amber remembered to follow up as promised 2 weeks later via phone to take my order. I had multiple items in varying colors, firmness, etc. and I did not once need to repeat nor clarify. A shipping confirmation was emailed shortly after and every detail was accurate. Impressive and she was so friendly yet efficient! Parachute's email updates on shipping were helpful and it didn't take as long as expected considering Covid and the Thanksgiving holiday. I just received my order and everything was pristinely packaged. Can't wait to use their products and hoping the quality matches the wonderful customer service.

Elaine A.

Yelp
Terrible company! I bought the sheets in the store and they are fine but nothing special for the price. The fitted one doesn't fit well either. The pillow cases were suppose to be delivered over a month ago. It was first sent to the wrong address then a second time it was again sent to the wrong address. Now I am asking for a refund and they are not answering my emails. Do not waste your money . There are much better sheets elsewhere.

Christine S.

Yelp
Thank goodness for all the honest reviews on Yelp and Trust Pilot https://www.trustpilot.com/review/parachutehome.com. While we love the size of the comforter and the look of the duvets, after reading all these reviews about getting holes and tears after ONLY a year, we're returning our full purchase of $1000+. We're still in the 60-day trial window, so to ALL reviewers on Yelp and Trust Pilot, we can't thank you enough for taking the time to write and post your reviews. You saved us so much money and a huge headache down the line. Sheets and comforters are huge investments, so we'll be taking our money to a trusted brand that has great customer service.

Yelp

Yelp
I come to SoCal just for this store! It makes me feel like a bloody princess. I didn't realize how big of a bed diva I was until I got my hands on that all-season European down duvet! It is lovely and I could never go back. I got the linen cover in dusty pink and the cotton in white.. there honestly isn't a better feeling in the world. Like sleeping on a cloud. I AM OBSESSED. P.s. I also have the soft pillow and matching shams for each cover

Cindy S.

Yelp
I purchased a fitted queen size sheet and pillowcases at the end of 2017. I began using them in 2018 when I moved into my new home. The sheet has virtually disintegrated. I am extremely disappointed in their product. It is unacceptable that something that you claim to be of high quality is no longer usable after such a short time with proper care. I now see there are quite a few customers who have posted their similar experience and dissatisfaction with Parachute Home. I contacted the company via email. After telling me how to care for their product (which was deflective and somewhat condescending)... they offered me 10% off my next purchase. Ha! As if I would ever buy anything from them again.

Yelp
Great in-store experience! The quality of customer service matches the high quality of their products. Very easy to handle returns and exchanges in store as well. No complaints!

Katie M.

Yelp
I purchased the cloud cotton duvet cover. When I took it out of the package one of the inside ties fell off. I had hoped this was just a fluke but after 1 or 2 washes on gentle cycle two others fell off and the fourth is completely frayed. I contacted Parachute customer service and they said I could sew new ties back on. For the price I expected higher quality and better customer service, the person I lived chatted with clearly couldn't care less. (07:53:08 PM) Katie : I have to be honest im disappointed with the quality for what I paid and now I have to take it to a tailor to attach new ties (07:53:43 PM) Jess: So sorry for the convenience! (07:55:14 PM) Katie : I won't be buying from parachute again thats for sure (07:56:02 PM) Jess: sorry, you feel that way

Yelp
I've had a linen fitted sheet for 2.5 years and it's now developing holes. I have a delicate front load washing machine and always use gentle detergent. I was really hoping these would last decades, not a couple years. I love the feel, they're so soft; but I can't justify the price if they develop holes this fast. Also, they are extremely oversized and impossible to get a good fit on the mattress. I understand having some wiggle room for various mattress depths, but this sheet goes past my BOX SPRINGS!

Yelp
One of the most unresponsive stores I have ever encountered. Emailed them about a potential order and they took weeks to respond. Why even bother at this point. I already bought from somewhere else and have been enjoying my bedding that was already delivered. Are you serious with this business model/service?

Yelp
Customer service has been very helpful and attentive. I've bought towels and bedding and honestly think they've only improved over time and washings. My linen comforter is incredibly soft. I've given their PJs as gifts and the recipients are always thr

Yelp
Absolutely divine sleep on my new down feather bed, down duvet and down pillows. As a Great Dane, I sleep 18 hours a day so I'm am a discriminating sleeper. I just can't get enough of this bedding!! I first purchased a bedding set from Pillows.com but was disappointed. After a few nights of sleep the feather bed was flat and lost its cloud like feeling. I did some research and discovered Parachute was so poised to have the best feather bed on the market. Amazingly enough they had a store front in my hood so I paid them a visit. The service staff was so sweet and welcoming to my four paws. They setup a feather bed and allowed my mom to try it out. The staff was patient and had some great recommendations. We have a queen bed. We got the down featherbed in a queen but they recommended to purchase the duvet in a king instead of a queen to create a more cloud like experience. We also bought down king down pillows in medium and firm. After a week on the parachute bedding, we packed up the pillows.com set and sent it back! The quality was Worlds apart. It is 85% down so you don't 'feel' feathers. It is just soft with tons of bounce back. It doesn't go flat. It has been two weeks and still requires no fluffing. My mom also has severe allergies but really wanted down not an alternative. She has not had any allergy issues. We are in love with our new bedding. Thank you Parachute for helping us create a hotel cloud experience at home!!

Yelp
Customer service is horrible here. I drove from the valley so it took me a good hour to arrive. Mind you, I had to come back because they gave me the wrong fitted sheet size, I didn't mind coming back. I arrived at 6:40 pm they close at 7pm. I park and by the time I try to go inside at exactly 6:46 they have closed and turned off the lights. I can see employees but they ran to the back. I waisted my time and gas for a mistake that they did. Needless to say don't advertise a time if it's not met. I had a good 15 mins to spare and just needed the exchange. Don

Oh man! I've been wanting these sheets for so long, the review I have got about the fabric has been amazing. I finally found myself going in ready to buy, Amber helped me pick the right fabric for me and my partner. She walked me through it all. She made me so excited to bring a whole set home and I got a few fantastic towels. We are happy very please with the whole experience. Can't wait to go back and buy my pup her bed from there next ! Totally worth every penny! Thanks Amber !

Yelp
Originally had a two star review but had to bump it to five after my experience with Parachute customer service. Wow, talk about standing behind your brand! Had an issue with my year old fitted sheet developing holes. After a few questions Parachute apologized and overnighted a replacement set of linens to my house. Not only are the sheets extremely comfortable, the customer service was second to none! Highly recommend!

Yelp
I made an order on Monday (Memorial Day 2020) for a set of sheets (fitted and top), pillow cases and duvet cover plus the duvet insert. Two days later I realize I made the incorrect color choice. When I contacted them to make the change, they said no changes are allowed once the item is processed. I said fine, then I want to cancel my order. They said no cancellations are allowed and that I must accept the order then have return it. So due to COVID and their policies, they are holding my money for 6-8 weeks at the least. They provided a contact number (888.523.0478) but no one ever answers their customer service number. It just says no one is available and to call back and then it hangs up. I have tried for two days two days to contact the number with no avail. Furthermore, if you click the "return policy" button on the last page of the order, it comes up with no information. (I have a screen grab of this too.) Definitely the worst customer service you could ever think of...I highly regret even buying from them and am pained that I now have to go through a return process instead of them just cancelling my order 2 days after purchasing and a full month before it ships. They said you have to cancel within 30 minutes of making the order and even then they may not cancel. (I have this all on emails too)

Yelp
Guys, don't bother, don't believe the hype. Their PR team must be really truly incredible. I bought the blue and white striped percale set almost a year ago. While I adore the way the fabric feels (breathes) it is just impossible to avoid the wrinkles. I've tried everything they've recommended... tennis ball, wool ball, washing only the sheets, extremely mild detergent, delicate cycle, cold water, etc. I got so desperate once, I even steamed them and nope. Still wrinkled. I DID ask about the wrinkle situation when I purchased them. Take note, I did not buy linen. I bought percale because I told the girl I didn't want to deal with wrinkles. I'll admit I haven't tried to iron them, but for $400, I shouldn't have to. So yeah, don't fall for all the nice looking reviews and write-ups, etc. Their pitch about "disturbing a billion dollar industry" or "reinventing" it or whatever, is just some buzz worthy crap targeted at all us minions.

Yelp
Not detracting any stars because of their extremely expensive goods, the quality is fantastic, the staff are nice & very helpful. The sheet set I bought are like heaven to sleep on . To buy a couple bedding sets, and towels will set you back well over a G!

Yelp
This review is for the customer service, not the sheets as I haven't yet used the ones I purchased nor do I know if I will keep them after the experience I had today. I made a trip to the store (an hour drive) because we just moved and sized up our mattress and were in need of sheets and a duvet cover quickly. I used to live across the street and have heard nothing but great things and experienced nothing but greatness when I used their products in various air BnB's we've stayed at. I had literally just been told how wonderful and helpful the employees were just before I arrived. I walked into the store and a woman was folding something up front so I naturally gravitated towards the first employee I saw to get some help. I had done some research and for the most part knew what I wanted to purchase but had a few questions. The woman walked me over to what I was looking for and I inquired about a bundle I saw online. She read me the prices but kept a distasteful look on her face and seemed super annoyed. I felt like I was bothering or interrupting her so I offered to help myself if she just showed me where to get it from. She then said she would get them from the back and I thanked her. She didn't say a word more. She came back out stuffed my sheets and duvet in a bag and told another employee that she was going to have her ring me up. The other employee approached me (and was much nicer) and as she was ringing me up I asked about the difference between the product I was purchasing (the percale bundle) and another duvet. She was unsure so went back to the other woman to ask her the difference between the two and she replied by telling me the price point difference. I was asking about the actual difference between the products- the material, usage, wear, etc. I decided on my original choice in a matter of seconds even though I had more questions because I felt so I unwelcomed, took my stuffed bag and walked to the car. The bag was so stuffed that one of the packs of pillowcases fell out of the bag in the middle of the street as I crossed. On my way home I was thinking about how weird the whole thing was. How I'd been told customer service was excellent, super helpful and informative, and how their packaging was pristine, the whole deal, and how opposite my experience had just been. I then imagined using the sheets and thinking of the distasteful experience every time I see the sheets and am truthfully contemplating returning them because that stuff matters and I really prefer not to bring the nasty energy from that experience into my new home. I didn't even bring them inside yet. To top it all off, I also haven't received the emailed receipt yet. I know sometimes it takes a few hours but it has now been 5 hours and still haven't received the email with the receipt yet. I was really looking forward to this purchase but it likely just saved me a boatload of money because the more I think about it the more sure I am that returning them is the right choice. I know people have bad days, sure, but projecting unpleasantness onto others is not cool and completely ruined my experience.

Yelp
I have recently reviewed this company. I neglected to say that aside from Amanda, Rachel and Alex were also incredibly helpful. All three were very knowledgeable and followed up with me on my entire order even checking to make sure that it arrived.

Yelp
I've been waiting to get in here for a long time. Due to covid restrictions their shopping limit is one person in store at a time with no time limits so getting in is tricky and we returned many times before we could actually step foot in the store. That was annoying but Covid is scary and better safe than sorry. That being said I'm obsessed with our sheets. The sheet was described as buttery, which seemed silly for a bed sheet until I touched it, buttery is the right word! It feels amazing. Now I have to get the duvet too. Pricey but they're beautiful and feel amazing.

Yelp
I ordered from parachute twice and had both transactions cancelled. The first time it occurred, I waited two weeks until I contacted them to see why my order was pending. It was then they informed me that the particular item was not in stock. Okay no problem. I asked if the same item but in a different color was in stock. The representative informed me that there were 64 units. Great, I placed the order for the new item within minutes. A week later I received an email that my order had been cancelled for a second time. Apparently their system still showed the item in stock, but they were unable to override it. The worst part is that all of my communication had to be over chat, since there are no phone representatives present. Seemed pretty sketchy.

Yelp
I'm writing to echo the many other negative reviews on here. I purchased their linen fitted sheet and after a bit more than a year of regular use, it became very threadbare and developed a large number of holes. I always used the delicate cycle on my washing machine, gentle detergents, and either air dried them or used the most gentle heat setting in my drying machine. While I wasn't expecting heirloom sheets to be passed on 40 years from now, I also wasn't expecting the sheets to fall apart after a little more than a year. When I reached out to their customer service, they basically said that this was a result of user error, rather than a manufacturing defect, and didn't offer anything to make amends. This is an ironic way to "stand behind your product." After reading about similar "hole" problems in Kim's, Olivia's, Emily's, K.K's, and Molly's respective reviews (and that's just on the first Yelp page...), this is clearly not an isolated incident--the actual quality of their linens doesn't live up to what's promised, and their customer service is either ill-informed about, or intentionally misrepresenting, the quality or lack thereof of their product.

Yelp
I purchased the Sateen Sheet set from Parachute in September 2017. This week, I noticed that a section near the foot of the bed had become threadbare. With a day or so, the threadbare section became gaping holes. I contacted customer service and was told that this was not a manufacturers defect and offered a 20% off coupon. When I pressed the customer service rep, they told me "All our items are Oeko Tex certified meaning we do not add any chemicals or toxins to help with the longevity of the product. That being said the sheets are in the rawest form so if they are being laundered and slept on frequently they can wear over time. We do recommend switching out sheet sets during use as well." There are sets of sheets my parents use regularly that are older than I am and they are cheaper and have no signs of wear. These sheets are not worth the money and customer service is inadequate at dealing with these quality issues.

Yelp
I love their soft grey bathrobe. I went in the store and the salesperson begrudgingly got up and showed me their line. She had that Abbot Kinney attitude of "you look like don't have enough money to buy this.". So I bought it online.
