Parachute sells home bedding and clothing. It is all environmentally, socially and responsibly sourced. All natural fibers and mostly organic cotton. The bedding I purchased arrived quickly and is so nice!! I wish they still carried the waffle blanket. I bought the matelasse coverlet which was as close to the waffle blanket as I could get. It’s just slightly heavier but still perfect for a light bedcover for warm FL evenings. Breathable and cozy! Durable and not easily snagged. I love it! It is a purchase that will last a long time and be lived and enjoyed long term. Far exceeds that of box stores in the similar industry with far lower quality and sub standard customer service.

I had received a puff comforter via mail and within a month had some issues with the stitching coming loose. I love this comforter for its weight and look, the perfect amount of poof and I love the color. Super sad about the stitching coming loose - all I do is sleep in it or make the bed. They asked me to just donate this one and a replacement will come in the mail. I will be a customer forever with that kind of customer service while happy to also help someone in need.

I wandered in here on April 1st fresh from the airport and super jet-lagged. Emma and her colleague helped me find exactly what I needed to get some much needed rest. They went above and beyond to help me and even gave some awesome food recommendations! They even held onto my bedding while I went to try said food recs. Their customer service was as welcoming and top-tier as Parachute products! Thanks girls!

If I could do zero stars I would. We received the percale sheet set for our wedding less than 2 years ago, and the sheets have discolored horribly. We followed all care instructions, and wash the sheets regularly. They are so yellow we will be throwing them away. So sad and wasteful, especially considering how expensive their products are. Customer service is poor as well. We were hoping to have our dream bedding for years to come and we are so disappointed in Parachute. Buyer beware!

I ordered the Parachute Mattress back in May during their Memorial Day sale. There were some issues with my delivery, but the team at the Lincoln Park store went above and beyond in making things right. The customer service at this location, both in person and over the phone, is top notch. Also, the mattress and the sheets are excellent. I have the Percale sheets, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new set of sheets.

Had a wonderful experience at this store today. Staff is spectacular. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The experience was completely positive, and to top it off, there is an amazing, gentle poodle who captured my heart. The staff even gave us restaurant recommendation which were welcome and very accurate. We bought a couple of waffle towels and I’m excited to explore their other products and designs.

Amazing store, great experience. All the staff was really engaging and helped me and my fiancé the perfect color combination of sheet, Duvet covers and much more. We will be back whenever we need more!

Amazing staff that there will help find what you’re looking for, whether that be a pair of slippers, or a complete redesign of your bedroom. The textiles here are amazingly well put together and priced correctly for the work and detail gone into them that will affect their longevity. Am now a strong parachute advocate for life. A+

I ordered a robe from them before Christmas on a Thursday. I wait and wait and don't hear that it's shipped. They wait til almost a week later (the following Wednesday) to inform me this is out of stock and they are refunding me. The issue is I have no time to get something else shipped in time. This is extremely poor customer service and why would it take a week to realize you are out or stock? It should not have been an option for me to purchase it! Won't shop here ever again!

Be sure to check out this pop-up in Lincoln Park! Parachute is known for their bedding and bath items, me personally loving their duvet and their quilts. Very good quality and great to dress up your personal bed or that of a guest's. Note that this store has partnered up with the UN's 'Nothing But Nets' campaign, in which they will send a malaria-prevention bed net for every Venice bedding set that is sold. Turn those pockets inside out, folks! We stopped by when we were in the area, and they had an ongoing Black Friday to Cyber Monday sale of everything being 20% off. I highly recommend in checking out their quilts and their duvet covers. The staff here were super friendly, and the place is spacious and staged well. In December, the pop-up will be offering complimentary in-store monogramming, so for those who want their bedding and their towels stamped with the household name, keep this in mind! Great product, poor service. I'm amazed whenever I visit brick-and-mortar stores how I'm serviced when I show my patronage to shop at the store physically instead of online. I'm well dressed and spend a fair amount of hard-earned money on luxury goods. I was by myself and was the only customer, and The staff of 3 in this small boutique store made me feel like I was bothering them when I had a question. Their answers when replying were one or two words, and then they went back to inventory counting or whatever. I still made a purchase and would have spent more and politely left, never to return. I'm confident those workers are pleasant when they speak to their Boss. This place will fail if they continue to test clients like this.
