I just had an AMAZING 10 out of 10 shopping experience at the Parachute Home store located in U-Village shopping center in Seattle, all thanks to sales associate, Becky. Becky was very knowledgable about the products the company offered and really took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my needs and preferences and gave great insights and recommendations based on the information I shared with her. I absolutely abhor shopping at U-Village based on past experiences I've had in various stores located in that shopping center, however, this was by far the exception. I am so thankful to have had such a positive experience shopping at Parachute Home. I also am very pleased with the duvet, duvet cover, flat and fitted sheets, throw blanket, and pillow cases that I purchased. They feel so soft and look great in my bedroom. Sale associate Becky helped pick out the perfect fabric and colors to match my needs - very much appreciated!

Got an entire set to try last year. Never mind the fact that the color faded dramatically after a few careful cold water washes — but these are still shedding terribly all over the place after a whole year. And they’re not that soft. I don’t have a high blood pressure problem but often it feels like dealing with Parachute bedding will give me one. Thinking we should let our cat on the bed so he can destroy it and I can finally toss this thing without feeling guilty.

Bought some sheets here a few months ago. These linens are so overpriced and overrated, on top of having to wait for them to be shipped to me since most things seem to be out of stock in their retail stores. I also just got a spam text from Parachute that I certainly didn’t sign up for months ago. Who on earth wants to receive junk spam from a sheet company?

Deceptive returns practices, bought a robe online where it says 60 DAY RETURN in bold font, with (final sale) in another area in tiny font. These robes are a terrible fit for anyone tall, broad shouldered, or athletic. Just spend the extra money and buy a Four Seasons robe, so much better customer service and fit. Don’t waste your time and money with this company.

I had a fabulous experience working with Amelia at this Parachute location! She efficiently and patiently helped me through a difficult exchange, and offered a lot of valuable insight into the different materials that Parachute offers and how they might fit my needs. I was skeptical that I would be a repeat customer of Parachute after some initial product issues, but I’m thrilled with my new duvet cover and would not hesitate to go deck out the rest of my beds with linens purchased from Amelia specifically. Me and my wife got a full set of white linen bedding (sheet, duvet cover, and two pillow cases) about 9/10 months ago. The sheet and duvet cover would not stop shedding an incredible amount particles for the entire time (give up on black clothes and vacuum frequently, like it will fill up the vacuum levels of fabric particles). This was only mildly inconvenient though. More importantly, the sheet just gave up 9 months in, and has developed varying sizes of fast growing holes (we don’t even machine wash/dry it). The bedding is super comfortable, it’s a heavenly cloud, but durability is a 0 and the sheddings are wicked bad. Spent over $500. Definitely not worth the price. If you’re going with Parachute, I can at least tell you from experience, stay away from the linen series bedding.

I've visited every Parachute store and this one follows the exact customer service expectation. The service and helpfulness of the staff was above exceptional. Although they didn't have a lot of my items in stock, they were able to get it shipped to me. The store is also bigger than the Portland location. Looking forward to returning again.

Beddings, and the best bath towels available here. It's worth buying even if it is expensive.

I love the idea of Parachute home. Who can resist earth tone minimalist bedding! I personally prefer linen bedding because its quite cooling on the skin. I've had my linen sheets for just under two years and I use them quite frequently. I bought the queen size deep fitted sheet, which is quite deep. It fits an 18" inch mattress, however it's a bit loose. The sheeting material is just now starting the thin out. I'm not sure If I would purchase another set, unless there's a pretty good sale. The store offers other home goods that have a pretty cool aesthetic. It's certainly worth a visit.

Good products but spotty service. In-store help was friendly but not very knowledgeable. Got our order screwed up and resulted in several phone calls, refunds, etc. In the end, and several weeks later, they did not have the item available. Wasted a lot of time here.

I purchased a whole set of the Percale sheets around July of 2021. I used them that summer for a couple of months, put them away for the winter, and started using them again this summer. Around June I noticed the thread on one of the corners on the fitted sheet started coming loose. It was very minor so I didn't think much of it. By the end of summer it had completely unraveled (see photo). I emailed them on Oct 18 to ask what their warranty period was but never got a response. So I went into the UV store to ask the same question and was basically treated like a delinquent with the cs resp asking if I might have done the unraveling myself. Any idiot could tell the problem was not caused by use but by poor craftsmanship...threads in sheet corners don't just unravel after a year of infrequent use. While the percale material does feel nice, Parachute's quality control sucks and the customer service is even worse. Needless to say I will NEVER buy from them again. Btw, I tried to post a review on their website but it never appeared. Stay away from this sketchy company!
