Someone came outside to greet us as soon as we pulled up. He was very kind, made a few jokes, and we didn't feel pressured to order. We wound up getting the salted caramel toffee and a burnt caramel praline cheesecake flavor. They were both amazing! The ice cream is smooth with the perfect amount of add ins. We were pleasantly surprised that it’s not too sweet compared to other ice cream shops. I’m sad they don’t offer the funnel cake for take out orders (only catering), but I understand. We’ll definitely be back :)

I tried several flavors and all of them was amazing. You can't find those flavors in any other places. You must try their new flavor, Matcha Honeycomb Mascarpone, it is the bomb!!! I think Paradise is one of the best ice cream in the DMV area, better than big name brands. It is not too sweet (TBH, best compliment for dessert), and tastes like real homemade. Even Cookie Sandwiches are great! Cookies are buttery and chewy but not soggy. I also love the fact that this is a family owned business. Everyone is so kind and friendly here :) I would definitely come back soon!!

I rolled through on a weekend evening. This is basically an online ordering spot. You can either order through an app or wait for the waiter to greet you at your vehicle, and they'll take your order through their device. They offer ice cream, ice cream sandwiches , and sorbet. I ordered 2 pints of the Bourbon Pecan Pie and the Cake Batter Cookie and haven't been back since. It wasn't terrible, just unremarkable and pricey for what you get....the ice cream and the experience. I found the ice cream to have a texture like fondant out the box. Perhaps it may need to sit for some time (maybe 30mins) prior to eating but that should be the case when you buy ice cream from a shop or they should let you know that's needed when you purchase. Nevertheless, I plan on visiting again to try their ice cream sandwiches, which appear to be delectable from the reviews I see from other posters. It's worth a visit for sure and YMMV.

Huge shout out to the awesome team at Paradise Ice Cream! My husband and I were planning to hang out with some close friends we had not seen in months and thought ice cream was a perfect dessert option on a hot Virginia summer day. Paradise is amazing....it was so easy to order ahead on their website and pickup at the expected time. They also offer delivery. This is our second time sampling amazing ice cream from Paradise and we also tried a slice of their chocolate peanut butter cake. Everything is soooo good. The ice cream has that slow churned creaminess and the cake was super moist. I really like the Mint Chocolate Madness, but the chocolate brownie, smoked bacon apple crumble, and key lime pie flavors are delightful as well. The ice cream cookies are also a must try.....oreo or chocolate chip stuffed with one of three awesome ice cream options....you seriously cannot go wrong here. Their team is super friendly and helpful as well. You don't even need to get out of your car....they know when you pull up and come right out to greet you. Definitely give Paradise your business; you won't regret it; you'll just be addicted....lol. Thanks for another great experience; we'll be back! :-)

Amazing! The prices are extremely reasonable for being home made, unique flavors. The funnel cake was delicious. We had the bourbon pecan pie and it was just the right amount of boozy yum! A hidden gem for sure. 👏

Almost Paradise...actually it was paradise! Great ice cream flavors, wonderful customer service, and easy to get too! Stopped by a little before 6pm on a Friday evening and placed our order with a very friendly gentleman who explained the process We tried the following in pint sizes: Cookie Dough Cake Batter Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet Bourbon pecan pie Chocolate brownie All were delicious and freshly packed! I especially loved the cake batter and the strawberry lemonade sorbet! Can't wait to be back in the area to get more and try some different flavors.

Craving something creamy and cold on a late Summer Saturday evening and SO agreed to drive me to Paradise. I've had my eye on the Bourbon Pecan Pie Ice Cream. We drove up, the door to the shop opened and we were greeted by an INCREDIBLE young man. So much energy! I love it. The ice cream is soooo creamy, maple-glazed chopped pecans in the Bourbon Vanilla ice cream and swirl of goodness, completed our evening.

Paradise ice cream is such a hidden gem in Springfield. I love their curbside pick up concept and you would get greeted by friendly staff that dressed in Hawaiian shirts, they bring such a good vibes on the top of their homemade ice cream. We had also used them for catering service few times, they offer great catering package and can service the event with fun music. Highly recommend if you are looking to host an ice cream social.

I recently attended a friend's wedding and was so excited to see this little shop host a surprise pop-up bar towards the end of the night. They were slightly hidden behind a curtain, and I kept seeing people emerge from the section with the BIGGEST smile on their face and a giant ice cream cone in their hands. The team who served was the nicest, happiest, friendliest people you could ever meet. They took us through all the flavors, hooked it up with the scoops, and literally brought every single thing you could think of to make the best ice cream sundae ever. I used to frequent this place a lot during the pandemic so it was really nice to be re-aquainted with the company. This is a small, family-owned business who puts together some really creamy, super delicious ice cream! Hoping to host my own event soon so I can use them! So we had dinner not too far and looked for an ice cream shop and didn't want to go into the mall. So we found this place. You are not allowed inside they come out to your car when they see you park. Pretty cool car side service. A QR code is provided and you can choose from the menu items. The ice creams all are pints so if you want something instant there are cake slices and ice cream sandwiches. Reasonable prices for homemade ice cream! Please give this place a try! Legit delicious and awesome customer service! There was a a slight mix up and the guy thought I said vanilla ice cream pint instead of a vanilla ice cream sandwich but it was fixed rapidly. Another guy came out who I think was the owner/manager and apologized for the mix up. We would definitely return. We tried the brownie toffee ice cream sandwich and vanilla ice cream sandwich both delicious!

SPRINGFIELD, Va - No shade on Jeni's, you're good, but I've found my new, preferred area ice creamery. Located in an industrial park off Backlick Road, this place isn't hugely retail-friendly: limited hours on Saturday and Sunday, takeout only in pints and quarts, and again, it's in an industrial park. But some really nice - and local - ice creams. Me and the missus hit it on a Saturday afternoon - it'd been on the to-try list awhile. Her chocolate chip cookie dough sandwich ($5.69) was darn good - thiiick layer of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream between two chocolate chip cookies. Cookies were soft and seemed homemade. Frozen chocolate drizzle over everything was nice. My pint of raspberry lemon tangle ($8.49) - a hint of raspberry in a sea of lemony goodness and chunks of lemon cookie and lemon bar - is a great summertime treat, with a light flavor. We're both glad we went and will be returning.

Had a great Yelp event here! Located in a little bit of a sketchy place and just looks like a bunch of warehouses but I promise that it is worth it! I was able to try the Oreo sandwich with cappuccino toffee, regular cookie sandwich with vanilla ice cream, funnel cake, coffee ice cream, and pop tart explosion. Everything was delicious and I would highly recommend coming here for your dessert fix! It is also great for Covid because the workers come to your car, hand you a menu, come back and you pay and just wait in your sweet car. Will definitely be coming back to try their other flavors!

The ice cream sandwiches are fantastic and they are huge, so no complaints there. They don't have seating and the service is curbside only. The person who served us was friendly and professional and helped us through our first time visiting. The place is located in an industrial park, so it's a hidden gem and there isn't much ambiance

I was able to find this gem of a place thanks to Yelp Elite AND it is Black-owned! Ice cream is literally my favorite thing in the world. The service was quick. I ordered the Banana pudding pint of ice cream and the vanilla cookie sandwich. All of it was so delicious. I am definitely going to return! They have a new forever customer. **You have to drive to the back of the shopping center.

Such a cute little place! I'm so excited for our ice cream! I got my favorite strawberry and a vanilla chocochip cookie-wich. This review specifically points out the strawberry ice cre Although the location is a bit difficult to find, their above and beyond service definitely makes up for it. Since moving to the area, we haven't really found our perfect little ice cream niche yet so I've been more than excited to look forward to this all week! I snuck a bite in the car (surely my bf will wonder why there's a single bite missing from our pint) and it's amazingly delicious! The strawberry is the perfect ratio of creamy and sweet -not too sweet. You could see the fresh strawberries in the ice l from paradise. The texture is frozen and easy to scoop. It's been a while since I've had a strawberry ice cream that would hit that craving. Just last week, we were at baskin Robbins and not only were the prices high (especially for a kids scoop). It did not taste like real strawberries. Boo for baskin robbins and yay for paradise. Although this location is a little out of the way, it's right next to Springfield Costco so I'll need to make a pit stop next time I hit up the Costco here.

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now after seeing it on yelp. I finally decided to go with my family and test out the menu! The location is a little confusing since it is in a plaza. We had to go all the way around the building to find it! Once we found it, a man greeted us and explained how to order and what's on the menu. It was very convenient because we didn't have to get out of our cars and they would bring our orders to us! We went with the cake batter cookie dough, oreo fudge cheesecake, and the snickers go crazy icecream flavors. We also ordered a slice of their red velvet cake. The cake batter cookie dough icecream was a bit underwhelming. I had super high hopes for it because I love cookie dough, however, couldn't find much of it in the icecream. The oreo fudge cheesecake and snickers go crazy were really good and flavorful! The red velvet cake was probably the winner. It was super moist and soft considering it was in their fridge. The frosting was super yummy and not overly sweet. Overall, had an amazing experience at Paradise Icecream and would def come back! It is truly a hidden gem. Give it a try next time you're in springfield and want some cool icecream flavors!

We have been coming here a few times now and enjoy our experience each time. They are located in an industrial looking plaza, tucked in the back. When you park, you will either need to knock on the door or a staff member automatically comes out and takes your order (or asks you if you ordered online). I have not yet ordered online, I have ordered in person the times I have come. The staff member hands you a menu and takes your order. You can pay via credit card or Apple Pay. Our order comes out in a few minutes (depending on what you order). We ordered a funnel cake on a previous trip and that takes time as they make it fresh. We love Paradise ice cream because it tastes fresh, delicious, and honestly, not too sweet as some store bought ice cream. Our whole family agrees that they have better ice cream than some chain-ice cream stores and we love supporting local businesses. I have gotten the vanilla Oreo ice cream sandwich and this time I got the Raspberry Lemonade Ice Cream sandwich- it was light, refreshing and soooo good. I can't decide which one I love more.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! :-) Paradise ice cream is so delicious. A friend told me about them last summer and their great website plus online ordering capability and curbside pickup was a perfect combination for the pandemic environment. The flavors are amazing and the ice cream texture is really creamy while not melting as soon as it leaves the freezer. My favorites are cool mint chip, double chocolate cake, and coffee. The specialty flavors also rotate; so there is always something new to try. I've also tried a slice of one of their cakes during a previous visit and it was moist and tasty. Definitely give this local business your patronage.

Where to begin... got the chance to visit Paradise Ice Cream. Great and prompt curbside pickup service. OMG the ice cream cookies are so good but the strawberry cheesecake on sugar cookie is my favorite. I wish I had taken a picture prior but there is nothing left. Can't wait to go back to try more of their homemade ice cream flavors.

Love paradise! Pre ordering online is so convenient and if you need to change your pickup time they're very accommodating. We love their cookies and cream ice cream. Packed with Oreos and tastes amazing. We also tried the Oreo fudge cheesecake, mint chip, and their strawberry cheesecake slice which was delicious. Everything comes very frozen and needs to be slightly defrosted. When picking up your order simply park in front of their wear-house and someone comes outside right away to assist you; the most efficient curbside pickup! Unfortunately they will be closing after Labor Day weekend so be sure to head over and stock up soon!

So yummy! We didn't know this place existed until few referrals from the community. All flavors we ordered was delicious. Not too sweet at all. Cute packaging. They're doing curbside order and pickup which was pretty fast.

Paradise Ice Cream [PIC]. (4 stars). Truth be told... I have always preferred gelato to ice cream but there aren't many Gelaterias in the DMV. Gelato uses fresh ingredients to flavor the base, has less fat, and is softer than ice cream. But Ice Cream keeps me satisfied until I can get my gelato fix... I came to PIC for a Yelp Elite Event but I purchased the vanilla ice cream sandwich, Mad Oreo Crush cake, and Fried Oreos. PIC is located in a small industrial mall in the "middle of the road". It isn't the easiest to find as all the signs have the same design... Red with white lettering. Parking is available in the shared lot. There are a few things during my visit that I just thought were a bit different... The employees can be heard screaming at each other from the outside. Perhaps they are unaware but it isn't the most welcoming... This is a PICK UP ONLY establishment. There is no dining area. Perhaps, due to COVID, no one is allowed inside. You have to order on the phone or by knocking on the door and having an employee come out to take your order. After purchasing my items, I received my card back, but no receipt was given. While I can easily check my account online, I was surprised that receipts weren't offered. Not a major issue for me, but I imagine some may want or need a receipt...? The Oreo cookie ice cream cake (Mad Oreo Crush Cake) was good. The Oreos were very prevalent and helped to mellow the sweet vanilla based cream. The Oreo crumbles gave a nice texture along with the 4 Oreos on top. The fried Oreos were equally delicious. I would just recommend eating them immediately. By the time I got home, the batter was soggy. In between the batter and the Oreo, there is a layer of custard which helped to add a creamy texture to each bite. I appreciated the added custard. Otherwise the Oreo would be on the dry side... Ask for the powdered sugar on the side. It dissolves quickly so sprinkling it on yourself when you eat it is the best way to enjoy this tasty snack. The vanilla ice cream sandwich was tasty. The chocolate chip cookies were chewy and tasty. The rainbow sprinkles were generously applied and vibrant in color!! The double chocolate cake ice cream was chocolatey but I'm a dark chocolate lover so it was a little subdued for my taste. PIC has some premium flavors of ice cream as well. Definitely check them out!! If I'm in the area again, I would definitely consider stopping by for an ice cream snack. I wish PIC well. I was grateful for the snacks and happy to support this local small business.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and walked up to the shop because I parked a little further away. The building isn't much to look at since it's in an industrial area, but don't judge a shop by its exterior. The staff were coming outside and meeting folks at their cars or as they walked up. They had you scan a QR code to see the menu. Their menu is full of unique flavors that I've never seen anywhere else. I was immediately hooked on the idea of a raspberry lemon crumble sugar cookie sandwich, and I was stuck between the Poptart explosion or banana pudding for the pint. The guy helping me out said the banana pudding was their number one seller, so I knew I had to get it and see what it was all about. In total I waited about 5 minutes, and that was it. I split the ice cream sandwich with my SO, and we both agreed that it was the best ice cream sandwich we'd ever had. The cookie was the right thickness and texture so you didn't break your teeth biting into it. The raspberry and lemon flavors truly came out in each bite, and the crumble around the edge was a nice touch The banana pudding flavor is a must for anyone that likes banana pudding. It's that same flavor and textures (at times) mixed together into a beautiful ice cream form. Highly, highly recommend! Extremely friendly staff, unique and delicious flavors, and a good example of a hidden gem.

This ice cream is the moment. Look no further. We stumbled upon this place recently when looking for black owned businesses in the area. They have a really good selection of options to choose from. I appreciate the curbside pick up. I also like the option for the pint and quart sizes. I really have loved cutting out the grocery store ice cream and just picking up my favorite flavors right here! I am a big fan of the chocolate. It's very creamy, it's chock full of flavor, and it's a great price! I can't believe I can get this gourmet ice cream so cheap!!! They also have a good selection of vegan options. I was worried about getting anything vegan, but their selection is amazing. I haven't had a flavor I don't love! The cappuccino cookie is amazing, the vegan cake splatter is very very good. I also love the brownie batter! Delicious option for a nice treat!!! I also love that it's black owned and operated!

Simply amazing. Its located in the "back" of a shopping center so was a little bit hard to find. But once I finally parked, a friendly face immediately came up with a menu! I got to try the oreo cheesecake pint, a vanilla sprinkle cookie sandwich, and even a slice of oreo cake. My son and I chilled in the car talking about how cool the spot was, almost like it was a hidden secret. We didn't wait long, as our stuff was brought out to the car within a few minutes. Spoons were included in case we couldn't wait to get home! The ice cream was so fresh and creamy. The cake needed to sit out for a few minutes to soften, but it was worth the wait! The only thing I would suggest is to allow us to leave tips on cc so I could give something to the kind workers who gave me suggestions. Looking forward to stopping by when I'm in the area for a costco run!

I love ice cream, it is not easy to find vegan ice cream, especially that tastes good. The cake splatter ice cream was creamy and delicious. My non-vegan family enjoyed the other ice cream, cookie sandwich, and funnel cake. Such a great find and love that it's a black-owner business.

Location: This store is located off the high way near the Springfield Mall area. The store is in a back corner near Calliber Collision and was a bit tricky to find at first. You cannot go into the store but the staff comes to your car door to help take your order. Order: I ordered the banana pudding ice cream that had vanilla wafers on it. I would 10000/10 recommend this flavor! The wafers melt in your mouth and they're so good! I ordered a vanilla cook sand which but got the Lemon Raspberry one by mistake. It was still good and I enjoyed it! I would definitely come back here and order a different flavor now that I know they are to be trusted !! These flavors were not playing! Check them out!

Delicious! Sweet, friendly prompt curbside service. Note: Ice cream is made in advance and frozen- not made to order on the spot. I let mine thaw out for awhile before trying and it's amazing!!! The cake splatter takes like icing and was rich and creamy!!!! Sooooo yummy. The ice cream cookie sandwich is delicious. The cookie remained stable and didn't fall apart when eating. Was concerned might be overly sugary and that wasn't the case. Sinful and hard to tell it's vegan. Well done and you betcha I'll be back.

I support black owned businesses year round, but I wanted to find a few to honor during Black History Month. I eat ice cream all year round. So the fact that I'm eating ice cream in 50 degree weather shouldn't surprise anyone that knows me. I discovered Paradise Ice Cream from a fellow Elite Yelper. I was drawn to the fact that this establishment had curbside service for ice cream. Not sure if this has always been the case or adapted to adhere to social distance from pandemic. Nevertheless, it works perfectly for me. Location and parking: It's been mentioned before, but this place is not easily noticed. It's in a shopping center/warehouse district. Parking is amble in front and sides of the business. It's like finding Waldo for ice cream but it's worth it. Curbside: No need to hunk your horn. They have cameras and will see you pulling up. The server comes out with a menu and portable payment device. Convenient for all. ***About the Ice cream (the good part): This is not your ice cream truck or store brought ice cream. They have the formula down to a science so expect rich and fresh flavors. We tried the ice cream sandwiches: vanilla Oreo and lemon raspberry. If you look at the photo, the lemon raspberry is significant larger. Both sandwiches were good and worth the money. Each sandwich can individually wrapped and easy to retrieve from its plastic wrapping. Frozen solid as it should be but melted in your mouth like a warm summer day. If I'm being honest, the lemon raspberry was much tastier and there were chunks of frozen raspberries. I love the freshness and flavor combination. They were both priced at $5. If I was looking at size, I think the Oreo ice cream sandwich should be less. Would I come here again? Heck yeah! I need to try more flavors. Would I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely!

The ice cream sandwiches made me a fan!!! I'm typically not one for them because of the complexities of dry with wet, but after one bite, I couldn't stop eating it! It's a perfect combination of cookie and ice cream and the flavors of both truly compliments one another. I got the Raspberry Lemon Crumble and IT WAS GOOD!!! Location is alittle tricky , truly follow GPS, YES it's where it leads you to; just make that left and go down the middle street of the complex. Definitely worth a try!

thanks to a great Yelp Elite event, I was able to find out about this ice cream shop! I was very on the fence about going in the first place since it wasn't very close to my house, but I'm glad I made the voyage out. I just want to start off by saying this place deserves 5 stars alone on service. the young man who took my order was not only juggling 3 other cars in the lot, but was very patient and respectful of every customer. this is not a walk-in ice cream shop guys! so, kudos to him for taking care of everyone at that time & getting our orders out in a timey manner. I spoke to a very sweet girl on the phone too, so hands down, fantastic customer service! we ordered a pint of mint chip, one vanilla oreo sandwich & one cappuccino toffee sandwich. I devoured half of each sandwich & I must say, my favorite was definitely the latter. it had this delicious cappuccino smell & taste. I'd 100% return for that. the vanilla oreo sandwich was delicious as well & perfect for my daughter who is not a coffee fan. I'd check this spot out, but make sure you order ahead online for curbside pick up!

Wow wow wow! This place has amazing ice cream! Hidden in a valley, the customer service was top notch. Someone came out to take our order from my car - I didn't have to get out with my toddler on a cold night! The ice cream tasted luxurious and not overly sweet. I got raspberry lemon crumble ice cream sandwich. It was velvety with really good crunch. My daughter loved it. I also feel better when it's not overly sweet - it just feels like a healthier option for children (and adults!). I also got a pint of coffee ice cream - it was the best coffee-flavored ice cream we've had in the U.S. The coffee bomb just went off and exploded in my mouth with aroma. Now I know where to get best ice creams now. Totally recommend this place!

I was so excited to try this place but was disappointed. We just got a pint of coffee ice cream. The coffee flavor was really strong which we liked but the ice cream itself was not very creamy. I thought it would be a fresh handpicked pint considering the price, but it was just in a pre-packed container. It just didn't taste like made-in-store ice cream but rather just store bought ice cream (and not very good quality one)

Hidden gem in the back of the shopping center w/ a small storefront. The service was very quick as someone ran out to help us while we stayed in the car. We told them what we wanted and they were back in no time w our ice cream pint and sandwich. The ice cream and cookie sandwich were both delicious. I would definitely recommend this spot and come back again. They have weird hours where they are typically only open on the weekends plus maybe Friday so look before you order.

What a hidden gem in Springfield! This place is awesome! They have a huge variety of items on the menu....from basic to premium ice creams flavors, cake, ice cream cookies, funnel cakes, and fried Oreos. I've been here several times and tried many of the flavors, my favorite being the banana pudding! Seriously, it's tastes like the frozen version of your grandma's banana pudding! We have also tried the bourbon pecan pie, strawberry margarita sorbet, cookies and cream, and cake splatter. The service is awesome and the employees are really helpful and kind! You pull up and someone is there to greet you within seconds. There are plenty of spots for parking. You don't even have to get out of the car! The funnel cakes and Oreos are made fresh, so they were piping hot when we got them. The prices are great for homemade desserts. This is definitely our favorite local dessert spot!

WOW. I'm not even the biggest ice cream fan but this place changed my mind with just one bite. The ice cream here as well as ice cream sandwiches are to die for. The lemon raspberry crumble cookie was perfectly chewy and flavorful. The lemon flavor is strong but not too overwhelming and complements the raspberry perfectly. After finishing this cookie I realized I should've ordered more... The cool mint chip was also delicious with an extra minty flavor. I loved the presentation and wrapping of both the ice cream and cookie. Also-- the server was super friendly (s/o Isaiah). Will definitely be coming back soon. Go try Paradise ice cream and don't miss out on it's greatness :)

This place didn't wow me as the reviews promised. We just moved to the Springfield/Kingstown area and wanted something sweet that wasn't from a typical chain restaurant. We were greeted promptly and were handed a menu as it was our first time there. They have ice cream sandwiches and other desserts but not scoops for flavors. Instead you can buy pints of their homemade ice cream to go. You can not taste test any either. I got the oreo fudge cheesecake and my husband went for the cinnamon bun ice cream, both in pint size. Both ice creams were freezer burned. We had to scrape off quite a bit from the top to get to the more soft and better flavored ice-cream. All in all, it was just okay.

Stopped here on our drive back to Richmond. As there are limited sweet options in the Springfield area, Yelp finally found a place with funnel cakes which is exactly what I craved. They offered ice cream, cakes, fried Oreos, funnel cakes. You may be confused finding this place as it's in a shopping center that looks like an old warehouse area with multiple store fronts. After we found them we come to realize it's a place where they come to your car. You don't go outside. It's not a store or restaurant style setting. You don't see what you're getting, you don't get to look at the cream cream and cakes like traditional style places. They bring you a menu, you order what you want, wait in your vehicle and they bring it to you. I ordered the Strawberry Cheese and Cake supreme and the strawberry shortcake funnel cake. I'd rate them both 1/5 stars. The cakes was so frozen you couldn't eat the strawberry part of the cake. The cake part was soft and I'm sure would have tasted great if it paired correctly. The funnel cake was a no for me!!! First, if you're going to put topping on a hot item make sure it's fresh items. The cans strawberries and strawberries juice floating in the bottom of the tray made the whole thing soggy. Try using fresh cut strawberries, a thicker glazed spread with a squirt bottle gracefully not poured on like a cheap food Lion shortcake. It was just lazy! I love supporting local businesses but I also want what I pay for. The service was amazing though.

They take your order outside and bring it to your car, super covid friendly! Cant believe ive never been to this spot before, prices are so reasonable here and it was literally delicious! we got two ice cream sandwiches and were ready to order more. the ice cream came perfectly packed into the sandwich with nothing spilling or falling out really it held it together!!! i gotta come back to get some funnel cake and continue exploring the menu :)

First of customer service was excellent. The young man who came to take our order was very friendly. I like that you can pull up and he came out right away to take our order. I had the cookie sandwich to try on the ride home and ordered some Icecream for the family. I loved that it was prepackaged as if I got it from a grocery store so it was still frozen when I arrived home 20 minutes later. Everything was delicious. I look forward to ordering again and also will look into having them cater an Icecream social for my HOA.

I found Paradise Ice Cream through Yelp when I was looking for ice cream cakes. I was happy to find a small and local business to support. My husband enjoyed his Brownie Galore birthday cake. Since then we've stopped by for pints of ice creams and other treats. Paradise also catered for my company's ice cream social.

Nice concept but they have to find a better way to store their ice cream sandwiches and products. Possibly even date them. I ordered a choc chip sandwich with birthday cake ice cream. It had a strong refrigerator and freezer burn taste to it. Which sucks because they pride themselves in fresh homemade ice cream. So is the products really fresh? How long are they storing them? Are they transferring leftovers to other products? When a customer knows they can spend the same amount of money at a big chain and get fresh stuff this is disappointing. Hopefully they will take this feedback as a opportunity to improve. Side note: I just saw another review talking about the freezer burn. Wish I would of saw this prior to going. I probably would've reconsider.

I was introduced to this place through a Yelp event. The location is in a strip mall but you gotta go around to look for this place. Once I parked in front of the store, a guy came to my car to greet and show the barcode for the menu. I ordered an Oreo cookie sandwich with cappuccino toffee ice cream and a pint of strawberry. After taking the order, he quickly got the items we wanted. The price is not bad. The ice cream sandwich was delicious. The ice cream was hard and perfect for my liking. However, it got messy from the crumbs of the cookie when I ate in the car. This is why they gave me a bag. I love it but it's too far away from where I live to be my regular spot.

A friend noticed they had vegan options (because I'm lactose intolerant) and bought it for me to try. They love all the flavors they've had and raved about this place. Tried it myself and they were right! It was delicious! Had the Raspberry Lemon Crumble flavor. Can't wait to go here myself and try another flavor! Definitely recommend! :) YUM!!

Wow! The customer service was so prompt and helpful. The place is a little hidden to find, but once you find it, it is absolutely perfect! All of the flavors were so amazing! It was hard to choose which one to get, but you can never go wrong with banana pudding ice cream!

Spectacular ice cream and exceptionally friendly staff! Slightly difficult to find the store at first but it's definitely a hidden gem. I had the Cappuccino Toffee on Oreo Cookie ice cream sandwich and it was probably the best ice cream cookie sandwich I've ever had--seriously. Also tried their Cookies & Cream ice cream which was also delicious. So glad to have discovered this black-owned family business and will definitely be back in the future!!

My wife brought home a hand-packed container of their coffee-flavored ice cream and a couple of their house-made ice cream sandwiches. We shared the ice cream, which was creamy and delicious. The flavors are all distinct and light. I've had coffee ice cream in particular that left an aftertaste. With this ice cream, there was the coffee flavor and then nothing except me wanting more. I got to eat the Oreo cookie sandwich with mint ice cream. The cookie was crisp; it had a nice snap to it. The ice cream was creamy and delicious (I'm seeing a trend here) and about an inch thick. It was also rolled in chocolate chips from some added deliciousness. It was a nice add, being able to frequent a black-owned business. And regardless of who owns it, we'll be stopping by from more of their excellent ice cream the next time we're in the area.

Amazing homemade ice cream! My friends recommended this place and I tried it for the first-time a few months ago. The location was a bit difficult to find as it's tucked in behind some warehouse looking location. The car-side service was different from what I'm used to... Someone came out to take your order from my car and brings out your order shortly afterward. This place has amazing homemade ice cream! I purchased a pint of banana pudding and a pint of strawberry ice cream. Both flavors were creamy, not too sweet and delicious!! It's no wonder why the banana pudding flavor is the fan favorite. You now have a new fan! Highly recommend!

This is a really cool little ice cream place tucked away where you'd never see it. I had been in this area many times but never knew this was here! Its definitely worth a visit. I really loved their cookie sandwich. There was a lot of ice cream in the middle and the cookies were just right! I also thought the jimmies on the outside were a great touch. I also got the cake splatter ice cream, which is kind of like vanilla with rainbow jimmies in it. I barely got to eat any because my partner finished it so fast. He loves vanilla and enjoyed this one quite a bit. I am usually not a big fan of vanilla but it was just different enough for me. I was hoping it would have cake pieces in it, but I wasn't too disappointed as it was still good. I also got the chocolate brownie ice cream which I also enjoy. It has lots of chunks of good stuff in it. For me, the more brownie the better. Lastly, my partner had a slice of their Oreo cake. He did like it but said it could use more frosting, and from the looks of it I am sure I would have felt the same. Overall this is a great place and I would love to go back soon!
