On the Grid : Paradise Park

"Tucked between Floyd and Grove at Allen and Vine, Paradise Park is a hidden little jumble of geometry. It’s pocket parks like this one that help add a layer of quirk to The Fan, giving children a place to play, adults a place for first dates, and everyone a spot to take a break when the weather’s nice. And even if it’s not, Paradise Park will add a little something colorful to an overcast landscape. Explore colorfully painted triangles, round tunnels, squares, and more." - Mobelux

Wow ! Amazing experience at this park . Came with 3 kids on a weekday . Every staff member I interacted with was happy , kind and lovely to the kids : there weren’t many people in the park so staff had to keep going to where the kids wanted to play to open an activity . They always smiled and were happy to engage with the kids . We did the all inclusive pass for two hours . I think it’s expensive but the kids had the best time !!! The staff we met that were amazing , Emily , Henry , Grant and Reagan. There were two others I didn’t get their names .

This was my little sister's very FIRST job. She loved it so much. She was so happy to receive her work shirt that came in her favorite color, lime green. She would come and share the fun times she shared with customers and the employees that worked with her. Her untimely passing was January 18, 2021 at the age of 28yrs old. She never got the chance to get married or have children so, I often find myself looking back on all of the beautiful things she accomplished while she was still living. Thank you to this company for the memorable experience you all gave her. Rest in eternal peace, Briyaunna Q. Dobbs ♡♡♡

Google
Came here for a private event with the Pistons and it was great. I do wish they had hand sanitizer available around the games. The employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. There is putt-putt, go karts, arcade games, and more. Also a deli area with pizzas and sandwiches for order. The prices on the menu seemed reasonable, however the event we were there for was catered so that seems like an option for private events.

Google
Good competitive price fun and games quite enjoyed this place and was filled with a lot of great memories and things to do.

I signed my family up what was advertised as a magical Christmas brunch with Santa. The reality was far from magical. Like my husband put it: it looked like we were at a 5 year old's birthday party at the arcade. There were minimal decorations and no food for the tail end of the group (the family behind us asked whether there were more food coming, and they said that was all they had). They advertised donuts, which my kids were looking forward to discussing in the car what color they'd pick (the ones with sprinkles, etc), however, in reality, they had small donut holes from grocery store. We were hungry and disappointed. My kids went to do crafts when an employee ripped a marker out of my kid's hand, claiming they needed those on the other table. So 2 boxes of markers were clearly too much to get. Also, there was supposed to be a laser tag with Santa and it was going to be announced: no announcementwas made unless they told it individually to everyone who was allowed to participate. I saw the kids going to play the laser tag ... but Santa was taking pictures ... left me puzzled how was that a laser tag with Santa. It's definitely not worth $22 per person, and I am filing this with a better business bureau as well. I paid for something I didn't get, and it felt a scam. I am not sure how their regular operations are, but I will not return to that place.

Google
Love this place! We came up from Ohio to visit with family so this was our first time. First and foremost they have a great group of kids running everything. They were so sweet, helpful and engaged with each of our kids. Anna stood out to us the most! We got the unlimited 2 hour pass and there was plenty of time to do everything. Not sure why this place isn't packed all day everyday but we will definitely be back!

Google
The go carts were fun. The arcade mostly was out of order, even on games that didn't display that error. The mini golf course was fun but many poles were leaning in the holes so we had to hold them straight to play.

Google
Went on a weekday and had so much fun and it's because it wasn't the weekend prob, my son loved the balloon ride, go karts, the giant slide and trampoline jumper. It's the best play park I've ever been to and the manager was in a blue shirt and a mustache is super awesome, Super friendly, and helpful to the adults and the kids. He helped make our trip fun with what he did for us. Thank you if you see this.

Yelp
We came for the putt putt and stayed for the arcade, but both were a letdown. The putt putt course is supposed to have some fountains and a waterfall by the looks of the pictures they post?!... but the water wasn't flowing at all. The course was really really beat up, in fact. A lot of the arcade was non-operable, and it seemed like some of the games would debit credits off our card, and then the game wouldn't work. We were going to try the go-karts, but once I saw how slow they were moving...meh. Hard pass on this spot.

Nick G.

Yelp
I went on the go karts 2 times, and hit kart at 1mph and they gave me a warning for that?It was 1mph who can get hurt from that?2nd time I went I got banned from karting there bc I went back on to track after the race stoped which makes sense.

Yelp
This place is an adults and kids wonderland. We had a work event and unfortunately it rained which basically shut down all the rides. The bar staff outside was outstanding! The food was ok, I think the best thing we had were the puff pastry appetizers. Inside was kind of a hit or miss, seems like every time we were at the counter there were at least 3 people standing around not doing much of anything. All in all it is a great place for kids as long as you can afford to do the things. I really had a ton of fun doing the laser tag.

Taylor L.

Yelp
As a group of adults who came here for putt putt, we had a lot of fun. Even though the course is a little baby-ish we enjoyed it and had a good time. My friends enjoyed the go-karts and overall I'd say it's a good value generally speaking. I'd definitely do the putt putt again because it was a bit challenging despite its appearance. It's a nice place!

Amanda M.

Yelp
They have a nice variety of things for kids to do- go karts, putt putt, trampolines, arcade games. While yes it can get pricey, this place has some really nice staff, which is a lot of teens and young adults. Had two of these young people go out of their way to make sure our family had a good time and so that my daughter felt special since it was her birthday (we didn't have a party there, just went out as a family). It's great to see young adults enjoying their work and looking out for kids.

Yelp
So much fun! We did mini golf and go carts and spent about 2 hours, but there is enough to do here that you could spend the majority of the day. They do birthday parties to receptions, and have private rooms inside, and a pavilion outside. We skipped the trampolines, bungee jumping, climbing wall and anything else there was. We brought my small well behaved pup to the outside parts. There is some grassy area but the pavement and golf greens were a bit hot for him. I suggest bringing a bottle of water on the put put course if it's a hot day. There is food and beverages available inside as well as arcade games. The owner Theresa came by and was super nice and welcoming. We got the inside scoop, her son designed the park!

Itishree A.

Yelp
I did not like the staff attitude here. One of the guy behind the counter said our son stole stuff from the counter and we need to keep an eye on him. He is 3 year old baby who picked up a trash toy from the counter. We paid for the toy and left immediately. This kind of language for a baby is not acceptable to me. Will never return to this place.

Yelp
Great venue, good food and most of the help was friendly. I would go back. The kids had a really good time.

Yelp
Horrible. Never come here. My children and there friends ly bought 2 hour wristbands ($40 each) went on the go cart once. (The only reason they went), and come to found out they were kicked off because one of them accidentally crashed. They said that was fine not trying to argue but wanted a refund, understandably. They never got any compassion and offered to pay for the one time they did go on but nothing, sat there for the 2 hours doing nothing because they were not happy, the workers cursed at them (minors) and overall gave horrific costumer service, getting there eyes rolled at them and threatening to call the cops on 5 teenagers who went to have a good time. Do not recommend coming here.

Tyler S.

Yelp
Every part of this place is half-assed. - putt putt is flat and has no obstacles. Even has a few holes with two holes to putt into. - cost for everything is way over priced (no joke, cost $5 to ride down a slide once) - half the arcade games weren't working or had a piece that was broken and wouldn't play correctly, but it'd still operate and take your money. Dance dance game had two of the four steps working - food was terrible. You'd think tater tots would be hard to mess up, but my nieces wouldn't even eat a second one - soft drink was $4-5 and they wouldn't give a refill Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to another park. Believe there's a Dave and busters nearby

Anna Y.

Yelp
Lots of things to do, but make sure the kids are old enough/big enough. I think it's overpriced. Blew thru a LOT of money, in a short amount of time.

Bella N.

Yelp
Activities were overpriced and the customer service needs serious work. I had to stand at the register while the employees were having casual conversations with one another and when I finally came to their attention they didn't bother to show the slightest enthusiasm. Lazy and unprofessional.

Yelp
Fun place for the kids . My kids are 5 and 7 they loved the rock climbing and trampoline the most . The arcade area wasn't good , lots of games not working . The mini go cart track was way too tiny . The mini golf area was nice .
google avatar

Yelp
Great family fun! The two hour pass is a great deal to experience all attractions. The mini golf course is challenging and fun.

Yelp
Took grandsons (12 and 9). They had a good time playing mini golf, driving go karts, laser tag, and bouncing around. The staff were helpful, the site clean and safe, the guests polite.

Nancy O.

Yelp
About half the arcade games weren't working. Most of the employees looked like they did not want to be there and were not helpful at all. They tried closing down most of the attractions at 9:00 until we requested a refund for the tickets we hadn't used. Then they very slowly opened some back up.

Shane B.

Yelp
If you are looking for something to do and like mini golfing go here. They have go karts to which are really cool. Fun place to be at.
google avatar

Yelp
Great go cart racing even though it is pricey. Fun for adults and kids as the banked track is not typical for most similar places. My 11 y/o drove herself and had a blast trying to beat her siblings and dad. The rest of the entertainment options are the typical average grab for your money but the variety probably makes for a good birthday venue. Laser tag must be tiny as from the outside it is a small building, but we didn't use it so I can't say for sure.
google avatar

Yelp
Brought my daughter here for her birthday and had a great time. Go karting, rock climbing, putt putt golf we had a good time. It's definitely not cheap though. They have laser tag and various arcade games to. I know they have food also but we were headed to dinner afterwards so I can't review anything in that area.
google avatar

Ethan C.

Yelp
Worst place I have ever been to for 1 reason. The laser tag lady was single handily the worst person and employee I have ever seen, her name is tai, I don't know how it's spelled exactly but avoid her at all costs I'm warning you.
google avatar

Gary A.

Yelp
Its an arcade place, with go karts, put put golf, laser tag, climbing wall and arcade games. Great place to take kids to young adults - 8-24 years old would be optimal. They have a food court and a liquor license (beer and wine - I didn't see anything harder). Great for a kids party. Two go go kart tracks - a small loop for children and a decent track for older kids. Put put look interesting, including water falls. You can spend a couple of hours here and not get board.

Yelp
Fun for the family, went there with a group of adults for team building and felt a bit out of place. Staff is high school children age. They have miniature golf, rock climbing, trampoline, go-karts. The go-karts don't go that fast but can be fun, enjoyed that the most, friendly staff. Have some game machines and laser tag as well. Pizza tasted dec.
google avatar

Rebecca H.

Yelp
Putt putt was fun. The red haired girl who gave us our clubs was out of it, unkept and not very friendly. Needs more light at night as in some areas we couldn't see the balls. 2 Ice creams over 6 bucks. They would make a killing if they sold bug spray as the mosquitos were pretty bad. All in all not a bad place.

Yelp
Visited Paradise Park this past Sunday. They have a lot of activities to offer including but not limited to: putt putt golf, go kart racing, a climbing wall, a space shuttle ride, arcade, giant trampoline, etc. The arcade looked a little....tired. It had a lot of games, but some of them looked like they could use a little updating, or at least needed to get hit with a Lysol wipe or something. Everything had this nice layer of grime over the top. I get it, it's a place geared toward children and let's face it, they're not known to always be the cleanest, so it's understandable. Just wash your hands and you'll be fine. The golf course was pretty straight forward - each hole had a challenge or two. It was fun to play and have a relaxed evening with friends, nothing too fancy or over complicated. The Go Kart racing was fun as well. Again, the same layer of grime caking everything from the steering wheel to the seatbelt to the seat but the child in me was satisfied. If you're looking for something to do on a weekend, I'd give Paradise Park a try.

Yelp
I brought my grandson to this park thinking it would be a great time for him. Having not been there before, I asked about the pricing and was told that I could purchase 2 hours of unlimited activities both indoor and out. After paying $39.95 I was told that it did not include the arcade games (which are indoors)!!! The only other activities inside are laser tag and a small eating area. My grandson would have enjoyed the arcade area very much. We hoped for him to be able to ride the go-carts. He is nine years old but sadly wasn't tall enough. Then we thought we'd try miniature golf, only to be told that I would have to pay additional money for me to play with him. (Luckily, one of the teens working there allowed me to play without the additional cost.) He did enjoy the jumping in the bungee area and the laser tag when we were finally able to join up with other players. I will say that the staff that I dealt with were most apologetic. But that didn't compensate us for our disappointment. All in all it was not what we expected for the amount of money spent, especially when we were not told upfront before spending nearly $40.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I had my sons birthday party here last Sunday. It's the worst place I've ever been. The staff is not helpful, they don't do their job. They act like they have no idea what's even going on. I wasted a bunch of money for a lousy time. I will NEVER be back. Nor recommend this place to anyone. Way overpriced!!! You're better off going anywhere else!
google avatar

Austin K.

Yelp
Great for all ages, cheap prices considering how much you get!! I would definitely suggest trying it out, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience. There is a huge selection in there redemption and nothing is over priced like at Chuck E. Cheese!!

Chene K.

Yelp
Recently had a birthday party for my brother, the hostess was amazing and fun! She really got the kids excited to do the laser tag. Pizza was great, and loved that they had a bar for the adults. Overall I was happy with the experience and plan to go back soon!
google avatar

Mike T.

Yelp
Went there on 5/27/16 with my four year old son. Not a lot of people there, had a decent size staff on hand. Over half of the games inside were either shut down (tape over coin slot) or they wouldn't work after putting tokens in. I then had to track down someone to refund my money each and every time. Perhaps instead of having employees congregate behind the counter a few should be out on the floor to assist guests. Aside from the outdoor trampoline and rocketship ride, not much to do here for younger kids. I will agree with one of the other people who posted, the employees were nice however overall......a mediocre experience.
google avatar

Nicole D.

Yelp
Found on Yelp! Prices are decent and a variety of fun things to do. My husband and I wanted to find something fun for our daughter and her best friend. Awesome place for adults and kids to have fun.
google avatar

Mary Y.

Yelp
Dumpy, disorganized, half the games don't work, and the golf course needs work and interesting things. The kids who worked there were all polite, which is the only reason for the 2 stars. Took my nephews hoping for much much better. Was really disappointed as were they.
google avatar

Cassandra A.

Yelp
This place is pretty great, but it seems like people don't really know about it. Everyone I mention it to seems confused. They have tons of games and minigolf, rock climbing wall, soccer cages. I thought their mini golf was just the right amount of difficulty. It's on the smaller side but it's still a fun way to spend a weekend day. Their pizza is actually really great for a place like this, too.
google avatar

Geoff W.

Yelp
Arrived at 7 pm and the kitchen was closed even though it states it is open until 9 pm. Staff was not happy that they could not close early. Not a good experience.
google avatar

Donavon H.

Yelp
The mini-golf course was sub-par (pun intended) but the go-karts were fun. We didn't try any of the food, but the games that they had inside were few and not that great. Most offered tickets that the kids can trade in for cheap junk, along the lines of a low-rent Chuck-E-Cheese. Lots to chose from though, including the above mentioned go-karts and mini golf, they have a giant trampoline, and soccer cages. All-in-all, it's good, cheap family entertainment.
google avatar

Denise M.

Yelp
This was a great place to visit. I got wristbands for the kids so they had unlimited go karts, rockwall, space shuttle simulator mini golf and trampoline. The kart track is excellent and the staff are super-friendly. In fact, my kids were next in line and their wrist bands had technically expired, but the staff recognized that they had been waiting in line before they expired and let them go one last time. It was also nice that the adults were able to enjoy an adult beverage (beer and some mixed drinks are available - including daiquiris). All of the staff that we interacted with were so very friendly! The wrist bands are a little pricey, however, if you compare to the number of individual tickets you would purchase for the same 2-hours of fun, it's a good deal. And, quite frankly, Go-Karts are expensive no matter where you go. The arcade is also wonderful - I only saw one ski-ball machine that was out of order, everything else was working. The location is clean and safe and there is plenty of parking.
google avatar

Holly K.

Yelp
I always have a great time with mt daughter. The pizza tastes great. the staff is very friendly.

Marina P.

Yelp
This is a great place, and it seems that they offer decent pizza options. I say it seems because I've been waiting for mine for over 30 minutes. The reason: they only have one cook who's also cooking for a big party. The kids around the park are personable and helpful. Their managers, barely older, are not. They seem stressed out and spread very thin with their duties which shows. This is a clean place, with an interesting variety of activities but that suffers from bad management.

Cynthia C.

Yelp
My grandson had a party scheduled at Paradise Park on May 28th. My daughter had tablecloths, plates, etc. she wanted to use. The day before she spoke to Dawn who told her to bring the paper goods to Paradise Park and the room would be set up for the party the next day. My daughter and son in law made a 1.5 hour round trip to drop off the paper goods. The party was scheduled for 1 pm to 2:30 pm. We arrived at five to one and the room was completely empty and not decorated. My daughter had to go find the things they had dropped off and we decorated as our guests arrived. The whole time our "helpers" Marge and Krystan were rushing us to start activities and reminding us we didn't have much time. When I stated, "We just had to spend 20 minutes getting room ready" Marge responded "That doesn't matter" This poor customer service continued. We were rushed around the whole time. Yet at the same time, our helpers had to be asked by us repeatedly, "Where are the tokens we are supposed to get?", etc. At 2:25 we were told we had to leave the room immediately because there was another party. We were pushed outside to finish opening gifts. An hour later when we left the room was still unoccupied. I called and spoke to Nina and Travis after we arrived home and explained my disappointment. Their only excuse they gave was that they were training new people. But our one helper told us she had worked there for 11 years! Travis eventually offered to send us some wristbands and coupons for free pizza. He even double checked my address. Well 10 days later we have received nothing.

Yelp
I could not have been more disappointed in an establishment for children. I took 3 kids ages 7 - 12 there after going on a limo ride and various places around town. We ended up at Paradise Park where we were going to get picked up in a couple of hours. We had a bag with some drinks in it and a cake. After finding the place (and the limo driver going in to make sure we were at the right place because it is so small and there is no sign) some employee came running over just as we sat at the table and told me the manager wanted to see me. I had to go find HER and then bring her my cake and drinks because there is "a big sign on the door that you can not bring any food or drinks in here!!!" I have never heard of a place that won't let you bring a cake, Chuck E. Cheese, etc. all let you bring a cake! I explained we were not going to drink the drinks, we had just come from a limo and were just bringing our stuff with us. Nope, NOT ALLOWED! So my drinks and cake were put in the kitchen. Kind of difficult to figure out how the place works with no signs or anyone to assist you. There was ONE line, for events taking place outside (there was an outside ticket booth but no one in it) inside venues, games, tokens, food, drinks, free stuff from tickets, ONE LINE. And one crabby manager while teen workers stood around looking at each other, talking or folding register receipts. The place is not as big as you would think from the website and not well staffed. The kids DID have a little fun in the laser tag. Go carts were uneventful and most of what they had is done better some place else (Dave & Busters in Utica, for instance). The management was rude and it is expensive! I would never recommend this place to anyone and it was a disappointing end to what was a great day until "Paradise Park".

Cia W.

Yelp
I held a 30th birthday party here last weekend and we had a GREAT TIME! The event coordinator worked with us on pricing and accommodations to tailor the event to our exact needs and wants (we ended up renting the park out exclusively for 2 hours after they closed ), the staff was so awesome, the dude that ran our lazer tag, Greg, WAS A RIOT! He really made the experience more than just lazer tag. We had great bar service (wonderfully crafted drinks and a good selection of beers on tap) and the pizza was great! This place is NOT just for kids! We will definitely be back for more parties. Both the adults and our kids :) Thank you PPARK.

Mai D.

Yelp
I took my grandchildren (ages 4 and 5) for the first time on 8/13/16. While the outside activities were fine, the arcade area is horrible. Most of the games were broken. Also, the credit card machine and ATM were both down. I will probably bring them back, but they really need to work on their arcade area.

Laura R.

Yelp
I had my sons birthday party there and I paid too much money to not have the quality of service. Don't waste your money on a party package just take a bunch of kids. My party person was terrible. We saw her twice. She have misinformation and pretty much lied. They lied about how everything worked. The coupons are for future visits only. This was the worst experience ever. Id rather give my money to Chuckie Cheese.

N E.

Yelp
I give this place 2 stars because of the rules. I know that it seems stupid to review about the rules, but if u go there you will see why I have it 2 stars. First the trampolines. Before I went on the trampolines it said in bold JUMP AT YOUR OWN RISK. After reason that I said I'm going to do flips and handsprings! I got on and was very excited. Then the person who was there said " no flips or handsprings" last time I checked it said that I could jump at my own risk. So I was pretty POed. Then it was laser tag. You probably think it sounds fun. WRONG! My friends and I wanted to be on a team vs everyone else. Ps u can do that at the zap zone cause they don't care. Well the guy there said " um no you can't do that" and I was like are you freaking serious. So I recommend that you should go to sky zone for jumping and zap zone for laser tag.

Michele S.

Yelp
We love this place. They have great fresh cooked food, lots to do for the kids, cocktails for the adults, and a very friendly staff.

Bill C.

Yelp
This Place is AWESOME! I took my family their and they had a fantastic time. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. That is one reason I keep coming back; another is the food. For a go-kart and arcade place you don't expect much from the kitchen, but they have incredible pizza. We make it a point not to eat before because their pizza is so darn good! It takes a while to make but when it comes out of their kitchen its just to die for. Their Go-karts are the best around and alot of fun. The employees that work on the track make sure its a safe experience for everyone. Last time I drove my youngest in their two seater go-kart we were being rammed by a bunch of teenagers and the staff jumped in immediately! They yelled at them and kicked one person off. I was very impressed to say the least. The go karts are really fast and the track is laid out really well. The prices aren't too bad but they aren't perfect either. I follow them on twitter and they have pretty good deals. @ThePartyCapital

Wil T.

Yelp
Was there with my family. One of our cars was broken into. Management was not much help they only have cameras inside the premise and not in the parking lot. I have to say that this whole experience was very disappointing. Having a car broken into is not a good experience and any business owner who is unable to insure the safety and security of its patrons is not a good business in my opinion. I would not recommend this venue. I would cautions other to insure they do not leave valuables in their car if they do chose to go. The owners will be quick to tell you that they do not have any liability for patrons vehicles, but if they were to put more cameras in the parking lot or have someone watch over it then it would be a more secure environment. I will not be going back unless management makes some changes.

Rachel H.

Yelp
This place sucks! I First let me say that almost all the employees are teenagers who are just working their first summer jobs and they do NOT care. I went there today with the 8 year old girl that I nanny. Overall she had fun, but I am not impressed. First we got tickets for the go carts and the spaceship simulator. We went to the go carts first where she had to ride with me because she wasn't tall enough. She had fun, but the go cart was "janky" for a lack of a better word. It just didn't run well and felt like it was about to fall apart. We then went inside and played arcade games. Multiple games we tried had the token slots covered with tape. One game we tried took the coins, but wouldn't allow us to play so we got an employee to give us tokens back. Then we went to turn our tickets in the machine so we could get prizes but the machine was broken and another child was waiting for an employee to fix it. SO we decided to do the rock climbing wall which was fine. Then we went back inside to turn our tickets in and when we went to print the receipt the machine broke. We waited about 10 mins for an employee to come fix it. Then we wanted to do the spaceship simulator we bought tickets for earlier which runs on every half hour. We sat there for a while and no one came to run the ship so we went inside to just get a refund where I said "I don't think anyone is running the spaceship" and another 16 year old employee said "Oh I actually run the ship." Well it sure didn't look like it. He offered to run the ship at that moment so we did it. It was okay. Overall I just am not pleased with how unprofessional this place is. It felt like I would've rather spent $50 somewhere else. Save your money and your time!

I had my daughter's 4th Birthday Party here on Saturday, July 25th at 1pm. We had 17 kids and 23 adults attending for the Little Chefs themed party. We arrived at Paradise Park about 15 minutes before the party was supposed to start and the room was not close to being finished setting up. We were told we could go in the room in a couple of minutes as our guests were arriving, but after 15 minutes when the party was supposed to start we entered the room still not ready. We were given two hostesses - both looked to be in high school or maybe college, one of them was in training. The party was very chaotic as the children were already becoming bored with decorating their chef hats within 10-15 minutes. We knew there was construction and an accident on two of the major highways so I asked the girl who was in training if we could start the party. We only had the room for 90 minutes and wanted to make the most out of it. She told me we could wait a couple more minutes and we would get started. At 1:30 (fifteen minutes later) they still hadn't started the party - we were supposed to have the kids decorate their own pizzas to eat for lunch and then decorate cupcakes. Other guests were complaining they were thirsty as they did not have any pitchers of drinks on any of the tables yet. I complained to who I assumed to be a Manager of how unorganized the party was and that we needed drinks on the adult tables and in the kids room. My husband then went up to the front and requested that the party start and was told that I asked that we wait - which is the opposite of what I asked. The adult food ended up coming out before the kids food which seemed backwards as the adults were needed to help most of the kids decorate their pizza. Once the kids got their pizzas to eat, it seemed like the hostesses were rushing us along to make sure they could get through every thing on time. We ended up having extra cupcakes and when my mom asked for them to box up the 6-7 extras that we paid for, they seemed to ignore our request and took them to the back. The adult food was good, but the children's pizzas looked like one of those processed lunchable meals. The changing table in the women's bathroom was not clean and there wasn't even a changing table in the men's room. We had single dad's come to this party with their kids who required diaper changes - where were they supposed to change them? This party ended up costing us more than $400 with the required hostess tip which I do not think is right considering how unorganized and chaotic the party was. I will never have another one of my kid's birthday parties here again nor will I refer anyone I know to this place for a party. It is definitely not worth the price for what you get.
