Amazing sub!!!! That old school vibe and the flavour and freshness are top notch. You can tell they have been doing this for a long time, the conversations with the customers and the atmosphere just make it home!! You gotta try this place!!

These guys are AWESOME! They make subs like you had back in the 80s, fresh bread, delicious ingredients. So affordable.. where else in the world can you get a fabulous sub for under 6 bucks? The husband and wife team are amazing, warm and welcoming and they always remember my order! Great service guys, I really appreciate you!

Happy to support this local family-owned shop. The service, quality are superior- especially compared to these over priced comparable franchises (Subway being the worst). The owner is right in the mix, making subs and creating that fun and welcoming environment you just don’t get anymore ! Loved our subs and we will be back very soon :)

recently moved to the area and decided to give this place a try… the couple working i assumed were the owners, were very friendly and kind. i got two mixed meat subs, the lettuce was freshly washed and the buns were so soft. the subs were exteremly reasonably priced as well! will be a regular for sure!

I absolutely LOVE this sub shop! No glitz and glam, just damn good, old school subs made with quality ingredients by an awesome couple that are passionate about their products. Dan and Kyla are definitely our vibe. They are very easy to have conversation with. I'd definitely come back here (from Kitchener) to hang out with them while enjoying a sub. Walking into this restaurant brought me back to my school days. Fresh sub bun sliced in half, the long strip of cheese that perfectly covered the bun, the lettuce that is chopped really thin (very important for coverage) and generous amounts of meat... perfection. I ordered the philly cheesesteak and my wife ordered the club. Both footlongs, a chocolate milk and a water for $20.88. I challenge you to find a better deal. Just goes to show that if you support local, you get better bang for your buck. Can't wait to go back tomorrow. ***EDIT*** We came back. My wife had a full Pizza Sub ($4.89) and I went with the full Super Sub ($9.99) Enough for 2 meals each. Extreme value and can't emphasize enough how awesome the owners are. Do yourself a favor and try them out.

While searching for a sub spot I came across Paradise Subs on Google Maps. The 4.8 star rating was impressive, so I wanted to see if it was true to that rating. This spot definitely lived up to that rating! All of their subs are under $15, which in 2024 that's just wild! Most subs are between $4-6. We got the half roast beef ($3.99) and the half turkey with added bacon ($5.99). Both subs were huge, and super filling. They make their bread on site and use quality ingredients. Everything was super fresh!

New Jersey Mike’s in Waterdown, overrated mikes subs on Upper James, subway….. FORGET ABOUT IT!!!!!!. Paradise subs is worth the drive, train commute extra few steps however you get here, it doesn’t matter. Fresh bread, toppings (not like subways 6 olives) no cheap out on the meat by any means. I came here 3 days in a row that’s how good it is. Best sub Hamilton has to offer and no other place even comes comparable to the fair prices they have. 5 bucks for a foot long is unheard of in 2025. The owners are just a nice as there subs are. Great people, great conversation, great food- Tony C from the hammer.

Just a yummy, fresh sub with fresh ingredients. Don't go to subway, go here! You'll save so much money and eat way better food. Plus, the staff are wonderful!
